Performance analysis and application of three fluid separate type heat pipe exchanger

The temperature transfer matrix equations for three fluid separate type heat pipe heat exchangers with the same and different heat transfer area in each heat pipe row are obtained by establishing an analytical heat transfer model in the co current or countercurrent flow mode. Using the temperature transfer matrix equations of exchanger with the each row heat transfer area is similar. The relationships of heat exchanger effectiveness θ1, θ2 with M, NTU, U, Δti are derived in the co current or countercurrent flow mode. For the designing and checking calculation of the heat recovery device for the large hot blast stove in steel plant, the theoretical results can be used and it is proved correct in practical application.

针对目前灌区防渗渠道规划的局限性，引入价值工程的概念，并根据南方平原地区灌区的特点，应用计算机模拟技术，通过对渠道的衬砌费用和节水量的模拟计算，得出更为切合实际的灌区防渗渠道投资效益评价指标，从而确定防渗工程的最优布局以及工程实施的先后顺序。

Study on Inheritance and Development of Traditional Street, Lane and Courtyard in City Growth

City is not a concretionary but a dynamic matter. It should keep close touch with the animated tradition, and we should look forward to its future too. Thus we will be facing with the problem of inheritance and development of the tradition. Because the tradition is a potential for good as wdll as for evil, it can promote the development of a thing, and also may hinder its progress, so there should be correct attitudes to the traditional inheritance. This paper studies the modem application of the traditional street, lane and courtyard, which brings new vitality to the tradition and imparts fresh life to the modem city.     

Discussion about the Agent- Construction System of Governmental Project in China

This paper firstly studies the features and operation modes of agent - construction system, and discusses the agent - construction system from the viewpoints of promoting competition, nourishing agent -construction enterprises, setting up a supervisory and encouraging mechanism, and its connection with the governmental project procurement system etc.     

Performance analysis of a concentrating solar hybrid photovoltaic thermal system

The photovoltaic components of a hybrid photovoltaic thermal (PV/T) system are combined with a solar thermal collector, which generates both thermal and electrical energy simultaneously with a higher integrated efficiency. A three dimensional steady model of the concentrating solar PV/T system which has a plate type metallic thermal collector with a serpentine rectangular channel is developed. The processes of photovoltaic and thermal transformation and heat transfer in the PV/T collector are calculated and simulated. The effects of the optical concentrating ratio, coolant mass flow rate, ambient air velocity and glass cover on both thermal and electrical performance of the collector are presented and discussed.     

Analysis of the distorted scaling factor in wind tunnel modeling of power transmission line system

Because of the limitation of the model making and the existing wind tunnel’s size, it is difficult to keep the line and tower in the same scaling factor in developing the aeroelastic model of the power transmission lines system, and a distorted scaling factor is needed in span length of the lines. With the instance of a 1 000 kV two circuit power transmission lines, the finite element analysis under the along wind load in time history is conducted with keeping the tower in the same and the line scaling factor being 1, 0.5 and 0.25 respectively. The results show that the response of the power transmission lines systems keep in the same, and then the wind induced vibration of the distorted model in the wind tunnel test can actually reflect the response of the power transmission lines system under the wind load.     

Optimality Conditions for Nonsmooth Extremum Problems in Topological Vector Spaces

Some new concepts of coneD_s convexity,coneD-s quasiconvexity,cone D-s pseudoconvexity,s right derivative of vector value mapping are proposed;and their related properties are discussed;the optimality necessary conditions and sufficient conditions for constrained extremum problem(VP)involving in cone D-s convex mapping are extablished;the relation between local optimal solution and global optimal solution;as well as the relation between weakly efficient solution and efficient solution for (VP) are derived;the corresponding results generalize the related results of classic convex programming.     

猪链球菌2型JX分离株的生物学特性

从临床表现为脑膜炎、关节炎及败血症的发病猪分离到2株细菌，分别命名为JX02和JX03，经鉴定其形态、染色及培养特性均符合链球菌的特点，具α或β溶血，生化试验结果不稳定。用猪链球菌2型、1型和9型抗血清进行凝集试验，结果2株菌均能与猪链球2型抗血清凝集，其中1株菌对小鼠和家兔均有致病性，另1株菌只能致死家兔。PCR均能扩增2株菌的主要毒力因子基因。表明发病猪的病原不同于以往的C群链球菌，不是马链球菌兽疫亚种，而是属于R群的猪链球菌。     

玉米种质资源对弯孢菌叶斑病的抗性评价

试验用田间自然每件下人工接种的方法,对四川省主栽玉米品种（组合）和自交系共119份玉米种质进行了抗玉米弯孢菌叶斑病的鉴定,结果表明没有对新月弯孢菌免疫和高抗的材料,绝大多数表现中感。少数具有一定的抗性。自交系中Mo17、156,7922,81565、南21—3、自48—2等为中等抗病材料,其中Mo17抗性最好。品种中苗期和成株期都表现抗性的材料有3个,即白蜜超甜玉米、济单7号、济单94—2。抗性材料所占比例较大的是四川农业大学玉米研究所提供的杂交组合,32个材料中共有7个组合种具有抗性,约占21．9％,全表现为中抗,可能有望筛选出抗病的材料。
