为研究硒浸种对春小麦种子活力和幼苗生长特性的影响,分别设置0,0.5,1.0,2.5,3.5,5.0,10.0,50.0 mg/L共8个亚硒酸钠溶液浓度,通过发芽试验,比较研究了不同浓度的亚硒酸钠浸种对春小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:随着亚硒酸钠溶液浓度升高,春小麦种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、幼苗和根长以及干鲜重等指标均呈先升高后下降的趋势;1.0 mg/L的亚硒酸钠溶液对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长有促进作用;随着亚硒酸钠浓度的升高(≥2.5 mg/L),其各项指标显著下降,并对根和苗的生长表现出抑制作用;因此在实际生产中,掌握合适的硒浸种浓度非常关键.  相似文献

葱兰菌核病是葱兰上发生的一种新病害,近年来在三峡库区葱兰上为害日趋严重。通过对病害的系统调查,基本摸清该病的侵染循环及在库区的发生为害情况。经室内分离培养鉴定及对多种寄主的接种试验,确定该病病原及部分寄主范围。对纯化的病原菌采用4种药剂进行室内毒力测定,结果表明:55%嘧霉胺?多菌灵复配剂(春佳)对葱兰菌核病的效果最佳,其效果明显优于50%多?菌核净(菌脱)、25%福美双腐霉利可湿性粉剂(立佳欣)和8.50%异菌脲可湿性粉剂(大扑因)。为该病的有效防控提供参考。  相似文献

An algorithm of fault section diagnosis based on topology identification for distribution networks is presented. By decomposing the topologic matrix which describing the distribution network into two parts,one part only contain the complex coupling factor ,and the other ignore the complex coupling factor. Using this method, the fault zones in distribution network can be identified and isolated efficiently, and the vertexes of the zones can also be identified automatically. One of the most important measures that are used to guarantee blood transfusion safety is to detect clots in the plasma before transfusion. To overcome the disadvantages of manual detection method, this research designs a nondestructive testing (NDT) system for plasma clots inspection based on machine vision technique and artificial neural networks. The key technology for system design are studied and presented. Image acquisition is performed by custom-designed software based on MATLAB platform, and the methods of image cut, reverse color, median filter as well as gray cutting are adopted to preprocess image. The use of fisher discrimination method, combined with iterative threshold segmentation method and the selection of connected domain, can successfully eliminate the interference of air bubble and correctly extract the image of plasma clots. Plasma clots are discriminated by a recognition model based on artificial neural network BP algorithms. The results of clinical contrast experiment shows that the system can effectively detect whether plasma contains plasma clots and the new system shows a much higher degree of repeatability and stability. From the image acquisition and processing to the recognition of plasma clots, the detecting time of a sample is no more than 1 min.  相似文献

为了研究黧蒴栲种子发芽的生理生化特性,以7个种源地的黧蒴栲种子为试验材料,研究其千粒重、发芽率和一系列酶活性在种源间的差异,为种源选择与遗传资源保护提供理论依据。结果表明,黧蒴栲种子千粒重、发芽率和一系列酶活性在种源间差异显著,7个种源地种子发芽率最高的为通道县,达92.0%;最低为平果县,仅85.1%;且种子发芽率与种源地年降水量、种子千粒重、抗氧化酶保护活性、多酚氧化酶活性呈显著正相关,种子发芽率与种源地年均温、种子丙二醛含量则呈显著负相关。因此,通过黧蒴栲种子发芽率与各项生理指标间的相关关系,利用种子酶活性可判断种子发芽率。  相似文献

摘 要:【目的】本研究利用流式细胞术、DTH法和LDH法探讨葱乙醇提取物对小鼠特异性和非特异性免疫的影响,为调节动物免疫状态和改善机体防御能力提供试验依据。【方法】将昆明种小鼠随机分为环磷酰胺组(C)、环磷酰胺+葱乙醇提取物组(C+A)、葱乙醇提取物组(A)和生理盐水组(S)。环磷酰胺皮下注射造成小鼠免疫抑制;C+A 组和A组给小鼠葱乙醇提取物连续灌胃35 d;S组灌服等量生理盐水。观察测定临床症状、免疫器官指数、细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能和非特异性免疫功能。【结果】结果显示,葱乙醇提取物可以提高免疫器官指数;对免疫抑制小鼠的左右耳重量差、CD4+/CD8+值、血清抗体和巨噬细胞吞噬活性都有促进作用,对正常小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活性和NK细胞活性有促进作用。【结论】结果表明,葱乙醇提取物对小鼠的特异性免疫和非特异性免疫功能具有显著的调节作用。  相似文献

An improved structure of digital matched filter(DMF)is presented. Two same pseudorandom spread spectrum sequences with the length of N are used to spread the same baseband symbol at the transmitter, which is equal to spread the baseband symbol with a spread spectrum sequence with the length of 2N. At the receiver, only a spread spectrum sequence with the length of N is needed to de spread the data, and then cumulates the two correlation peaks and exports to the output. The detection probability(Pd)and the false alarm probability(Pf)are analyzed and simulated. The improved structure of DMF is implemented based on the recursive and folded principle. Experimental results show that, for the same spread gain, the improved structure has the same Pd and Pf as the basic DMF, while saves the hardware resources greatly compared with the recursive and folded structure.  相似文献

An adaptive algorithm for image de noising is proposed based on the multi scale and multi orientation features. The coefficients in different scales and different directions are obtained by image decomposition using the nonsubsampled contourlet transform. Then thresholds functions are adaptively set with these coefficients. The texture of the image information is introduced by using the mean of decomposition scale and the energy of regional. The greater the energy, the more information of the texture while the same decomposition scales, the smaller the threshold is set. On the contrary, the greater the threshold is set. After the de noising and then reconstruction of these coefficients, image de noising is implemented. Compare to the wavelet transform threshold and contourlet transform threshold, the nonsubsampled contourlet transform pick up the image detail better and improve the quality of the image.  相似文献

The static properties of the confined in the nanometer cylinder tubes are investigated by molecular dynamics simulation. The modified Lennard Jones potential function is adopted to describe the interaction between fluid fluid and fluid solid. In which, the introduced parameter α can be adjusted to change the wetting intensity between the fluids and solid solid wall. Furthermore, the microscopic properties of the fluids in the nanometer tube are characterized by the density distribution, the pair distribution function and the axial velocity distribution. The results show that the interaction strength of the atoms between the fluids and solid wall has a significant influence on the microscopic properties of the fluids as well changes the microscopic state in the different radial region and the motional properties of the atoms consisted of the fluids in the tube.  相似文献

为了确定内蒙古河套灌区中低产田油用向日葵氮、磷、钾肥料效应,采用三因素二次通用旋转设计法,对该灌区油用向日葵进行氮、磷、钾施肥试验研究。结果表明,河套灌区施用氮、磷、钾均对油用向日葵产量有显著的增产效果,并能用三元二次多项式进行模拟表达。最高理论产量可达4331.55 kg/hm2;最佳产量为4252.35 kg/hm2,氮、磷、钾的经济效益最佳配比为6.91:3.31:1。根据产量施肥的边际利润率值,可求出不同施肥成本的利润,从而选用投资少、获利高的施肥方案。  相似文献
