鱼腥草的开发利用技术探讨

综述鱼腥草的开发利用研究状况。采用文献追踪、民间调查收集、现场调查、基地建设等方法，对鱼腥草的形态特征、分布、生物及生态学特性、化学成分，特别是对其开发利用价值及栽培技术等方面进行了探索研究。结果表明：鱼腥草生物活性较高，用途广泛，值得进一步推广应用。应进一步加强鱼腥草的基础研究，研制现代中药剂型及开发多用途加工产品。     

Automatic detection of washboarding in bandsaws

This paper presents an on-line method for detecting washboarding generated in bandsaws. It uses a parameter based on the shape of sawing force amplitude distributions. The curve of the probability density function of the parallel sawing force amplitude obeyed a normal distribution for the normal sawn surface, but it changed to an M-shaped distribution when washboarding appeared on the sawn surface of the workpiece. The curve of probability density function of the normal sawing force amplitude obeyed the normal distribution for any sawn surface investigated. The workpiece including a knot did not influence use of the parameter for detecting the appearance of washboarding.     

Determination of drought tolerance using root activities in Robinia pseudoacacia ''Idaho'' transformed with mtl-D gene

Idaho locust (Robinia pseudoacacia 'Idaho') is an exotic multi-purpose tree used in landscaping, soil and water conservation, fodder sources and others. To improve its drought tolerance for reclaiming arid land, five lines of transformed mtl-D gene, as osmotic regulator in plant cells, have been selected and managed to determine their drought tolerance under experimental conditions.Qualitative and quantitative variables of transformed plants were studied. The critical value of drought tolerance was determined by detecting the 2,3,5-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride (TTC) reductants in roots and soil water content (SWC). The critical value for drought tolerance was SWC 6% while for the control plants the critical SWC was 8%; a moderate level of SWC is 13% and the highest SWC for plant endurance was 18%. The method proved to be reliable and sensitive in the evaluation of drought tolerance for forest trees.

陈酿是葡萄酒生产过程中的一个重要环节,但是自然陈酿过程缓慢,造成葡萄酒生产和上市周期过长。为了缩短陈酿时间,葡萄酒生产企业日益重视人工催陈技术的研究与应用。介绍了几种人工催陈方法,并对各方法的催陈机理进行了系统地阐述,对各方法的催陈效果进行了综合评价,最后确定适合葡萄酒生产的人工催陈技术。     

沥青混凝土桥面铺装早期病害原因的分析

对混凝土桥梁沥青砼桥面铺装的早期病害及其原因进行了分析与研究，在总结当前国内桥面铺装结构主要方法的基础上，通过理论分析，提出了用有限元进行结构受力分析以及需要重点研究分析的几个方面的问题。     

武威绿洲温室果树主栽品种需冷量测定及其应用研究

通过定位定时采样,采用水培枝条法和武威绿洲12年来稳定通过≤7.2℃气温的平均初始日期,测算出8个温室葡萄主栽品种,3个温室油桃主栽品种,3个温室杏主栽品种的需冷量,为武威绿洲的温室果树栽培确定揭帘升温时间提供了科学依据。     

Impacts of mixed litter decomposition from <Emphasis Type="Italic">Robinia pseudoacacia</Emphasis> and other tree species on C loss and nutrient release in the Loess Plateau of China

The productivity of Robinia pseudoacacia (R.p.) pure forest usually declines at the late growth stage, and reforming it into mixed forests could be a promising way to resolve this problem. When choosing a suitable tree species that can be mixed with R.p., the interspecific relationship is an important issue. Therefore, we gathered the autumn litter fall from R.p. and 10 other species from the Loess Plateau of China were mixed in dual species litterbags (R.p. + each other species) and buried them in soil for a 345 days lab decay incubation. We measured the litter mass loss and nutrient contents to determine whether the nutrient release was affected by mixed species litter decomposition. The impacts of mixed litter decomposition on macro-elements release were more obvious than on micro-elements. The litters with similar substrate quality might show variable impacts on nutrients release in mixed decomposition. The C loss and release of nutrient was improved by descending order when R.p. litter was mixed with Hippophae rhamnoides, Ulmus pumila, Populus simonii, Larix principis-rupprechtii and Quercus liaotungensis (Q.l.). But, except for Q.l., only the other species were recommended as suitable mix-plants for R.p. since promoting a high turnover of the nutrient in the litter compartment and a rapid availability for tree.
