Effect of AIR on Inflammatory Reaction Infected by Brucella

In order to investigate the effect of AIR on inflammatory reaction infected by Brucellamelitensis (16M), the AIR domain of Tecpr1 gene of murine macrophages RAW264.7 were knocked down (I-A), overexpressed (O-A) and reversed (OA-IA). Using the chlorine fluorescein (DCFH-DA) as a probe, we detected the variation of ROS production and mitochondria distribution by confocal laser scanning microscopy. We observed the expression changes of NLRP3, ASC and Caspase-1 by qRT-PCR and the expression changes of IL-18,IL-1β and Caspase-1 in host cells by ELISA. The results showed that 16M could stimulate RAW264.7 cells to produce ROS by time-dependent pathway, and I-A group and O-A group showed more abnormal accumulation of mitochondrial. The results of qRT-PCR and ELISA suggested that it had effect on the expression levels of NLRP3, ASC,Caspase-1 and IL-18, IL-1β and Caspase-1 in cells of different groups. Those results indicated that with AIR gene deletion, the release amount of ROS changed, mitochondrial clustered abnormally, and AIR was closely related to the activation of inflammasomes and induction of inflammatory reactions.     

Effects of Smo gene silencing on cell activity and apoptosis of human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells

AIM: To investigate the effect of Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway on the viability and apoptosis of cervical carcinoma cells by shRNA technique to knock down Smoothened (Smo) gene. METHODS: Smo shRNA was used to transfect the cervical carcinoma HeLa cells. The expression of Smo and Gli1 at mRNA and protein levels in the HeLa cells was determined by RT-PCR and Western blot, respectively. The effect of Smo gene silencing on the growth of the cells was measured by MTT assay. The apoptosis and cell cycle were determined by flow cytometry. RESULTS: Compared with control group, the mRNA and protein expression of Smo and Gli1 were evenly reduced obviously after transfected with Smo shRNA for 72 h (P<0.05). The viability of HeLa cells transfected with Smo shRNA was significantly inhibited. The percentages of the cells in G₀/G₁ phase and early apoptosis rate were obviously higher in Smo shRNA transfection group than those in control group. CONCLUSION: Smo gene silencing effectively inhibits the cell growth and induces the apoptosis of human cervical carcinoma cells.     

多自由度剑麻收割机的设计与仿真制造

剑麻是一种广泛使用的硬质纤维的主要来源,被广泛的运用到各种行业,需求极大;但其收割现以手工为主,且因剑麻自身带有刺,加大了收割的难度,降低了效率。为解决剑麻的纯手工收割收割困难以及效率低的问题,提出一种多自由度剑麻收割机的机械,并申请了国家发明专利,得到授权。本文将运用UG、Sdams以及Mat Leb对该机械进行改进设计与仿真分析,并试制实物机械进行试验。试验结果表明:该机实现了剑麻收割的半自动化并提高剑麻收割的效率,可满足现行各行各业对剑麻的需求量。     

农业技术经济学实验教学探索

研究了开展农业技术经济学实验教学的必要性,根据课程内容,确定了动态经济效果评价等实验项目,选择Excel、SPSS、Eviews、LINDO、DEAP软件作为实验教学软件,并分析了实验实施的各个环节。     

基于Bloom Filter的去重方法研究

在个性化新闻推荐系统中，文章去重是一个重要的模块，避免了同一篇文章被重复推荐的现象。在海量用户场景下，采用传统的基于队列的去重方法将会消耗大量的内存。Bloom Filter是一种空间效率很高的随机数据结构，适用于允许有一定误判率的场景。本文基于Bloom Filter，设计双Bloom Filter位数组结构和Bloom Filter位数组链结构。实验证明，基于Bloom Filter位数组链的去重方法，不仅大大降低了程序对服务器内存要求，而且具有较好的灵活性和扩展性。     

Growth,Survivorship, Air‐bubble Disease,and Attachment of Feeble Juvenile Seahorses,Hippocampus kuda (Bleeker, 1852)

Seahorse aquaculture has been a focus for meeting the demand of traditional medicine and aquarium. Feeble (poor quality) juveniles are commonly found in the commercial seahorse culture. In this study, we compared the growth and survival performances of the feeble and healthy common seahorses Hippocampus kuda. The results show that the feeble juveniles had high growth and survival at the temperature of 27–29 C and salinity of 26–28‰ with frequent feeding (≥three times a day) during first 5 wk. Through a 12‐wk investigation, we found that the air‐bubble disease could significantly affect the specific growth rate and survival of the feeble juveniles. There was a positive and significant correlation between the substrate‐attachment rate and survival rate in the feeble juveniles, and substrate‐attachment rate may be used to assess the quality of the feeble populations in the seahorse H. kuda.

一类不确定网络控制系统的鲁棒H SymboleB@ 控制

基于一类具有网络时延和参数不确定性的离散系统，考虑系统的网络时延小于一个采样周期，传感器是时间驱动，控制器和执行器是事件驱动。根据文中描述的系统建立模型，运用Lyapunov稳定性理论、鲁棒控制理论和线性矩阵不等式处理方法，推导出闭环控制系统渐近稳定的充分条件，并且得出鲁棒H 控制律和其性能指标γ。最后用数值例子对所得结果加以验证，通过MATLAB LMI工具箱求解，说明文中结果的正确性。
