[目的]解决黄河三角洲地区盐碱地改良造林绿化的难点。[方法]分析黄河三角洲目前的盐碱地资源和特点,阐述盐碱地改良与造林绿化现状。在此基础上,依据前人的技术和研究成果,结合作者多年来盐碱地生态改良的研究与实践。[结果]提出了适宜黄河三角洲盐碱地造林绿化的关键技术:(1)利用传统方法造林绿化改良盐碱地;(2)重视新技术和新成果的应用。[结论]利用盐碱地造林绿化关键技术,实现黄河三角形洲滨海盐碱地改良是切实可行的。  相似文献

二氢吡啶作为我国农业部批准的新兽药类添加剂,因其促进畜禽生长繁育功效.受到普遍关注。但是在水产饲料中应用不多,近年来一些研究表明其对水产动物也具有促进生长;改善产品品质;提高免疫力等优点,且其代谢快,在动物体内几乎无残留,作为饲料添加剂,安全性极佳。该文概述二氢吡啶的理化性质、特点.以及对动物的营养免疫学作用机理.概述关于二氢吡啶在水产饲料中应用的现有研究资料,针对目前二氢吡啶在研究中存在的问题,提出对策。  相似文献

为探究小黑麦(×Triticale Wittmack)干草对舍饲羔羊生产性能和采食行为的影响,本研究选用18只舍饲湖羊公羔,随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,每组6只;对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组在基础日粮中分别用10%、20%的小黑麦干草等量替代粗料。结果表明:Ⅰ组试验羊的平均日增重为189.72 g,显著高于对照组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05);试验羊采食量随小黑麦干草添加比例的增加而降低,Ⅱ组采食量显著低于Ⅰ组和对照组(P<0.05),采食时长极显著高于Ⅰ组和对照组(P<0.01);Ⅰ组试验羊排泄次数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),与Ⅱ组无显著差异(P>0.05);Ⅰ组试验羊反刍周期、反刍时间、反刍食团数和食团咀嚼总次数都极显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.01)。综上可知,小黑麦干草作为粗饲料在羔羊日粮中适宜添加比例为10%,这为小黑麦干草饲料化开发利用提供了理论基础。  相似文献

Abstract

By applying nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) fertilizers at different rates and times to high-yielding rice cultivars, we determined the absorption of N, P, and potassium (K) in relation to the grain yield. The results showed that, at a higher top-dressing rate of N, the grain yield increased and the absorption of N, P, and K was stimulated, whereas top-dressing of P did not significantly increase the grain yield and nutrient absorption. The absorption of N, P, and K differed markedly among the cultivars, even at the same level of grain yield in the same field (for Yangdao 4 and Suweon 258). N absorption in line 9004 was 29.2 g m?2 for a paddy grain yield of 1,250 g m?2 (brown rice: about 1,000 g m?2), being much higher than the value reported in the literature. The ratio of N : P : K absorption at different yield levels revealed that, with the increase of grain yield of the cultivars, the absorption of P and K relative to the absorption of N decreased. The absorption amounts and ratios of N, P, and K depended on the cultivars, yield levels~, and possibly, soils of the field.  相似文献

In this study the thermoplastic flow behavior of steamed wood flour was investigated. First it was demonstrated that steamed Japanese beech flour flowed out of the nozzle under compression at high temperature in a thermal flow test with a capillary rheometer. The effects of the steaming temperature, steaming time, compressive pressure, and moisture content of wood flour on the thermal flow temperature were examined. It was shown that the higher the steaming temperature and compressive pressure, the lower the thermal flow temperature. Also, the thermal flow temperature of the sample steamed at 200°C for 20 min became lowest and increasingly higher over time. Furthermore, the thermal flow temperature became linearly low with increasing moisture content of the sample under 15%, whereas it became essentially constant over 15%. It is clarified that compressive pressure and moisture content as well as the steaming conditions profoundly affect the thermoplastic flow behavior of steamed wood flour.  相似文献

The physiological responses to different environmental salinities were assessed in juveniles of large yellow croaker Pseudosciaena crocea. This species shows a good capacity to adapt to comparatively low environmental salinities by evaluating some physiological responses, i.e. superoxide dismutase (SOD), acid phosphatase (ACP), alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and lysozyme (LZM) in the liver, spleen, gill and kidney respectively. Growth and survival at salinity 5‰, 10‰ and 25‰ were better than those at salinity 15‰ and 20‰. No significant differences in ACP, AKP, SOD and LZM in the liver were observed among different salinity treatments; SOD, AKP and LZM in the spleen among different treatments only showed significant differences at the beginning or the 2nd week; in the gill, no significant difference of AKP and LZM were observed during the whole experiment, SOD among different treatments showed significant difference at the beginning and the 8th week, and ACP only showed significant difference at the end of the experiment; in the kidney, significant differences in ACP, AKP and SOD among different salinities were merely observed at the end of experiment, and LZM showed significant difference among different treatments at the 2nd week. Overall, some slight stress responses were observed, but few significant differences were observed between low salinity and normal salinity, especially the growth and physiological functions were not influenced by low salinity, i.e. 5‰ and 10‰. We conclude that juvenile large yellow croaker is tolerant to low salinity and shows a potential for low salinity culture.  相似文献

A 84‐day feeding experiment of two juvenile horseshoe crab species, including nine formulated diets with three digestible protein (DP) levels (36%, 40% and 44%) and three digestible energy (DE) levels (14, 16 and 18 kJ g?1) versus the control, fed on frozen brine shrimp (Artemia salina), was conducted. The results showed that the survival rate of Tachypleus tridentatus ranged from 67% to 100%, while that of Carcinoscorpius rotundicauda varied from 44% to 100%. The results also indicated that the formulated diet containing 40% DP with 14 kJ g?1 DE was the best, in terms of growth and feed utilization, for the two juvenile horseshoe crab species. Final body weight (FBW), thermal‐unit growth coefficient (TGC), feed efficiency (FE), nitrogen retention efficiency (NRE) and energy retention efficiency (ERE) of T. tridentatus fed 40% DP and 14 kJ g?1 DE were significantly higher than that of T. tridentatus fed the control diet. However, for C. rotundicauda, only significantly higher FE, NRE and ERE were found in juveniles fed 40% DP and 14 kJ g?1 DE than the control diet. The present findings revealed that the optimum DP/DE ratio for the two species was 28 g protein MJ?1.  相似文献

选取3间试验仓,分别采用地上笼离心风机压入式通风降水、立体插管通风降水以及地上笼和立体插管通风相结合通风降水的方法,进行高大平房仓玉米就仓干燥试验研究.通过对比分析得出,地上笼和立体管通风相结合,能简单有效地对高粮堆玉米进行就仓干燥降水处理,保证仓房的利用率,并能节约成本.  相似文献

As the haemolymph supplier of the tachypleus amebocyte lysate industry in China, Chinese horseshoe crab (Tachypleus tridentatus) inevitably undergoes air‐exposure stress during transportation and haemolymph collection. In this study, the effects of air‐exposure stress and subsequent recovery process on the activities of phosphatases, antioxidant enzymes and haemocyanin concentration in Chinese horseshoe crab were investigated to understand its ability to resist air‐exposure stress. Results showed no significant effects on the total antioxidant capacity (T‐AOC), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), malondialdehyde (MDA) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) between the control and experimental groups during the air‐exposure stress period (0–4 hr), except acid phosphatase (ACP). During the subsequent recovery period in water, significant differences in plasma T‐AOC levels and SOD, CAT, AKP and ACP activities were observed between both groups. No significant effects of CAT activity, SOD activity, MDA content and T‐AOC level were noted between the two groups after 12 hr of recovery. However, the AKP and ACP activities of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group. Results revealed that air exposure may affect the activities of most non‐specific immune enzymes in the plasma of Chinese horseshoe crab, showing a ‘delayed” interference effect. Nevertheless, tested antioxidant enzymes have a strong recovery ability and can generally recover to the control group level after 12 hr. Haemocyanin concentration was not affected by air‐exposure stress during the whole experiment. Hereby, Chinese horseshoe crab can strongly resist air‐exposure stress.  相似文献
