Characterization of phosphate species in urban sewage sludges by high-resolution solid-state 31P NMR

The mineral forms of phosphorus in three urban sewage sludges were characterized using high-resolution solid-state phosphorus-31 nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) coupled to a sequential extraction. The sludges studied were an anaerobically-digested and heat-treated sludge (Paris-Achères), an activated sludge (Briare) and an anaerobically-digested sludge (Nancy). NMR observations were conducted using both single-pulse and cross-polarization sequences in order to distinguish between ³¹P nuclei far from ¹H nuclei, and ³¹P located within a fraction of a nanometre of ¹H. This approach showed that a complex mixture of P species was present in these sludges. A mixture of hydrogenated octocalcium phosphates and apatites was observed in the three samples. Monetite was present in the anaerobically-digested sludge and brushite in the activated sludge. Dehydrogenated condensed calcium phosphates (compounds with a Ca:P ratio higher than 1.0 such as fluorapatite or tricalcium phosphate) and dehydrogenated pyrophosphates were also probably present in the anaerobically-digested sludge. A poorly-ordered wavellite was observed in the three sludges after the HCl extraction. However, results were inconclusive as to whether this mineral was present in the three sludges, or had been precipitated during the sequential extraction.     

黑荆树单宁浸取技术的研究

采用分段浸取新工艺是黑荆树皮单宁提取的关键技术。即以平转型连续最提为常压段、以水平渗滤（进、出）垂直釜为加压段，经生产考核，其工艺先进、运行可靠、经济合理、操作简便，产品质量稳定。     

直干桉、蓝桉无性系多点测定的初步分析

经方差分析后发现，３个试验点的直干桉、蓝桉无性测定林在１９９４年７月以前造的，其处理间的生长差异显著或极显著，直干桉的生长差异比蓝桉更大。将造林时的苗高作协方差分析，用回归系数调整树高后，大部分无性系的树高都超过对照。对无性系与环境的交互作用初步结果的分析表明，多数地点、地点ｘ无性系的差异显著。以实测值（并非调整值）为难，选出了材积超过对照２５％的直干桉无性系７个，蓝桉无性系６个，最好无性系的材积分别为对照的２８８％和２５６％。     

大肠杆菌耐热性肠毒素ST1—K99／LacZ基因重组的研究

将构建的ｐＢＳＴ２～６工程菌质粒用限制性内切酶ＢａｍＨＩ／ＢｇｌⅡ酶切，经琼脂糖凝胶电泳和电洗脱，回收１４７ｂｐ的目的ＳＴ１基因。随之将该基因分别重组到能有效表达Ｋ９９菌毛抗原和ＬａｃＺ酶的ｐＧＫ９９之Ｋ９９基因ＢｇｌⅡ位点和ｐＵＣ１８的ＢａｍＨＩ位点中。通过ＳＴ１基因探针菌落原位杂交、特定酶切分析及ＤＮＡ序列分析，筛选并鉴定出了理想重组子，从而构建出了能分别表达ＳＴ１融合基因产物的工程菌株ｐＳＫ２１９和ｐＸＳＴ１。     

分泌抗鸡Ig单抗杂交瘤细胞系的建立与单抗生物学特性的鉴定

从传染性法氏囊病病毒（ＩＢＤＶ）单克隆抗体（ＭｃＡｂ）杂交瘤细胞系１Ｄ１０、１Ｇ１中得到了３株能稳定分泌抗鸡免疫球蛋白（Ｉｇ）ＭｃＡｂ的杂交瘤细胞系１Ｂ７、１Ｄ７、３Ｇ６。其抗体类和亚类均属ＩｇＧ２ｂ，腹水的ＥＬＩＳＡ效价≥１∶２５６００，琼扩效价为１∶８～１∶１６。３株ＭｃＡｂ能与鸡血清中的Ｉｇ出现沉淀反应，琼扩在２４ｈ以内出现清晰的沉淀线，而不能和鸭、鸽、鹌鹑等禽类及异种动物血清出现沉淀线。纯化的鸡ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ经ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ后，分别用纯化并经辣根过氧化物酶（ＨＰＲ）标记的１Ｂ７、１Ｄ７、３Ｇ６单抗酶结合物进行免疫印迹试验证明，３株单抗识别的均为ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ分子的轻链

绿僵菌毒素的提取

用金龟子绿僵菌的液物培养体,提取绿僵菌素。每升培养液得绿僵菌素0.7mg。用绿僵菌素注射青杨天牛幼虫,每克虫体用量10.6μg,3d内死亡率达100％。     

Comparative effects of mu and kappa opiate agonists on the cecocolic motility in the pony.

The electrical and mechanical activity of the large intestine and its response to administration of opiate mu and kappa agonists were assessed from electrodes and inductograph coils chronically implanted on the cecocolic segment in six ponies given a diet of hay and concentrates. Before the drugs were given, migrating complexes propagating from the cecum into the colon occurred at the rate of 1.5 to 16/hour. During this propulsive activity, the cecocolic sphincter opened and closed allowing the outflow of cecal contents and preventing the backflow of colic contents. Each pony was used as its own control and was given fentanyl (0.01 and 0.05 mg/kg of body weight, IV) and U50488H (0.1 and 0.5 mg/kg, IV) at weekly intervals. The mu agonist fentanyl elicited a marked phase of inhibition of the propulsive activity and a closure of the cecocolic sphincter that lasted one to two hours depending on the dose. The kappa agonist U50488H induced an inhibition of the short spiking activity, i.e. of the resting muscle tone. It did not disturb the occurrence of migrating complexes nor that of the openings of the cecocolic sphincter. These kappa compounds may be drugs of choice to alleviate visceral pain in colic stases without inducing delay of transit unlike mu compounds.     

普通小麦抗白粉病配合力及其与过氧化物酶的关系

选用6个亲本组配成双列杂交设计,对普通小麦抗白粉病的配合力及基因效应进行了分析。结果表明,白粉病病情指数属于数量性状遗传,符合加性—显性遗传模型,由加性效应和非加性效应共同控制,且以加性效应为主。低病情指数为部分显性。不同亲本之间一般配合力效应及含有的有利显性基因数存在明显差别。因此,选配杂交组合应在一般配合力高的基础上,注重其特殊配合力的选择。研究还表明,感病品种过氧化物酶活性高。
