桃在低温贮藏过程中品质变化研究

为比较不同类型桃在低温条件下的贮藏特性,以水蜜桃‘美香’和蟠桃‘银河’为试材,研究了低温贮藏过程中果皮颜色、果实硬度、可溶性糖和有机酸含量等的变化。结果表明:低温贮藏期间桃果皮颜色的变化在不同品种间表现有较大差异,‘银河’在贮藏过程中果皮颜色略微加深;2个品种果实硬度总体下降比较明显;不同品种果实可溶性糖含量的变化比较复杂,其中果实可溶性糖总量波动较小,蔗糖含量在贮藏后期明显下降;有机酸总量方面,‘美香’和‘银河’总体都呈现前期下降,至贮藏后期小幅上升的变化趋势,其中柠檬酸的含量在贮藏后期出现明显下降。     

主要梨属砧木枝条导管分子结构比较分析

为探索梨树砧木的矮生机制,以矮生型梨砧木‘PY-9’、‘BA-29’、‘OHF-87’、"东7-7"、"中矮Ⅱ号"、"FOX11"等为试材,以普通型梨砧木杜梨(Pyrus betulifolia)、豆梨(P.calleryana)、砂梨(P.pyrifolia)、秋子梨(P.ussuriensis)、木梨(P.xerophila)、川梨(P.pashia)、褐梨(P.phaeocarpa)、杏叶梨(P.armeniacaefolia)、柳叶梨(P.salicfolia)等为对照,采用组织离析、显微照相与生物学统计方法,对1年生枝条导管分子的形态和大小进行了观察。结果表明:普通型和矮生型梨砧木的导管分子形态多为圆柱形,均属于孔纹导管;其矮生型导管分子的穿孔板类型、有尾情况、端壁倾斜状况、端尾长度与普通型无明显差异;矮生型导管分子平均长度在275.1~300.8μm,平均直径在26.1~29.9μm;普通型梨砧木枝条导管分子平均长度在331.6~399.3μm,平均直径在31.2~36.0μm;矮生型梨砧木导管分子长度与直径显著小于普通型梨砧木。以上结果表明,矮生型梨砧木表现出小导管性,这可能是矮生型梨砧木致矮的细胞学原因之一。     

PP333对‘红提’葡萄新梢生长和坐果的影响

试验以5年生‘红提’葡萄为试材,研究使用不同浓度PP333处理对新梢生长和坐果的影响。结果表明,4个浓度的PP333均能明显地抑制新梢生长,提高坐果率,对副梢的抑制作用强于主梢。其中浓度为2 000 mg/L处理的坐果率最高,对副梢数量、节数、节间长度的抑制效果最明显。     

瑞都系列葡萄品种的温室栽培试验

2013—2015年,对引进的瑞都系列2个葡萄品种进行温室促成栽培试验。结果表明,瑞都系列的2个葡萄品种的综合性状表现良好。在温室栽培条件下表现差异明显。其中‘瑞都脆霞’在温室中表现极早熟的特性,果实具备果粒大和可溶性固形物含量高的特点;而‘瑞都香玉’则在温室中表现中熟的特性,果穗大,果实具备玫瑰香味和产量高的特点。广大果农在选择瑞都系列葡萄品种时,应根据消费者的需求与品种搭配原则进行选择,以获得更好的经济效益。     

FLUENT软件及其在植保机械方面的应用

A New Method for Parameterized Design of Metallic Doors and Windows

According to the graphics characteristics of metallic doors & windows design and based on the research of graphics dimension restriction problems. This paper provides a new method for parameterized design of metallic doors & windows in virtue of expression solution. In this method, the restrictions of graphic elements have been changed into the parameter expressions of sizes and positions of graphic elements. Through the calculation of such expressions, the parameter driven method has been reached. Thus the parameterization of graphics can be easier and quicker than before. It can be used to setup the open parameterized graphics libraries.     

Carrying Capacity of Stretching-bending Rectifier

In accordance with the deficient elongation of the Stretching-bending Rectifier, as well as the severe wear and slipping of V-belt , the driving system velocity ratio of rectifier and the calculation formula of the theoretical elongation are deduced, which are based on the analysis of its structure and reeling principle. The carrying capacity of the driving system is also analyzed and it reaches the main reason for the elongation of the stretching-bending rectifier that cannot reach request, which is caused by the step less torsion of fixed output of the continuously variable transmission. The improvement measure which can be achieved by increasing the stiffness of the spring to increase the output torsion of the continuously variable transmission is proposed. Thus it makes the actual coefficient of elongation,which can satisfiy the producing request.     

Composition of Application Based on Business Rule

In order to support flexibility and reusability of application composition based on Internet,with business rule and Aspect-Oriented Programming(AOP) which divides a business process into a control business process and a core business process,the authorsgive composition mechanism.A technique of implementation is analyzed.At last,the primary application of the above work in Chongqing of China is introduced,as well as some effects acquired.     

我国短季棉遗传育种研究进展

阐述了我国50多年来选育的短季棉品种,从产量性状、早熟性状、纤维品质性状改良方面概括了我国短季棉的育种成效,总结了短季棉产量性状、纤维品质性状、早熟性状的遗传研究进展;介绍了短季棉品种的选育方式,及现代高技术(航天诱变育种、生化辅助育种、基因工程育种、分子标记辅助育种)在短季棉育种中应用,提出我国短季棉的研究前景.
