中国大蒜种质资源遗传多样性和群体遗传结构分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
【目的】从分子水平了解中国大蒜种质资源的群体遗传结构和遗传背景。【方法】利用AFLP、SSR和InDel这3种分子标记对国家无性繁殖蔬菜资源圃保存的212份大蒜资源进行检测,通过Mega软件进行最大相似性聚类分析,Structure 2.1软件进行群体遗传结构分析,SSPS软件进行分子标记与大蒜辣素含量和21个数量性状进行一元线性模型检测,考察两者之间的关联性及群体遗传结构的影响。【结果】3种分子标记在212份种质中扩增出502个位点,多态性位点为492个。群体遗传结构与聚类分析均将所有资源划分为5个群体,划分的类别基本一致。然而,群体遗传结构分析划分的5个群体,群内遗传信息多样性指数较小。对212份种质的22个数量性状与分子标记的线型模型分析表明,包括大蒜辣素含量在内的多个数量性状受群体遗传结构的影响较小。【结论】中国大蒜种质资源遗传背景丰富,群体遗传结构对数量性状的分布影响较小,适合进一步进行性状与分子标记之间关联分析研究。 相似文献

Soils can naturally be a source of the potent greenhouse gas nitrous oxide (N2O). By contrast, the largest anthropogenic source of N2O is the application of nitrogen (N) fertilizer on agricultural soil, but it is unclear if fertilizer‐supported N2O emission only originates from the fertilizer N directly or through additionally stimulated N2O production from native soil N. Even though native soil N also includes mineral N already in soil before fertilizer application, organic N is the principal native N pool and thereby provides for mineral N cycling and N2O emission. Here, we tested (1) the contribution of native soil N to N2O emission after mineral N fertilizer application and (2) whether it is affected by different soil organic matter (SOM) contents by conducting a laboratory 15N‐tracing experiment with agricultural soil from a long‐term field trial with two treatments. Both field treatments are fertilized with mineral N, whereas only one of the two receives liquid manure causing higher SOM content. Soil sampling was conducted in March 2016 shortly before fertilizer application in the field. The application of 15N‐labeled fertilizer more than doubled the N2O production from native N sources compared to the non‐fertilized control incubations. This primed N2O production contributed by 5–8% to the fertilizer‐induced N2O emission after one week of incubation and was similar for both field treatments regardless of liquid manure application. Therefore, further research is needed to link N2O priming to its potential production pathways and sources. While the observed effect may be important in soils, the amount of applied N fertilizer remains the largest concern being responsible for the majority of N2O emission. 相似文献

Hydrological models are often linked with other models in cognate sciences to understand the interactions among climate, earth, water, ecosystem, and human society. This paper presents the development and implementation of a decision support system(DSS) that links the outputs of hydrological models with real-time decision making on social-economic assessments and land use management. Discharge and glacier geometry changes were simulated with hydrological model, water availability in semiarid environments. Irrigation and ecological water were simulated by a new commercial software MIKE HYDRO. Groundwater was simulated by MODFLOW. All the outputs of theses hydrological models were taken as inputs into the DSS in three types of links: regression equations, stationary data inputs, or dynamic data inputs as the models running parallel in the simulation periods. The DSS integrates the hydrological data, geographic data, social and economic statistical data, and establishes the relationships with equations, conditional statements and fuzzy logics. The programming is realized in C++. The DSS has four remarkable features:(1) editable land use maps to assist decision-making;(2) conjunctive use of surface and groundwater resources;(3) interactions among water, earth, ecosystem, and humans; and(4) links with hydrological models. The overall goal of the DSS is to combine the outputs of scientific models, knowledge of experts, and perspectives of stakeholders, into a computer-based system, which allows sustainability impact assessment within regional planning; and to understand ecosystem services and integrate them into land and water management. 相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To determine prevalence of a radiographic caudolateral curvilinear osteophyte (CCO) on the femoral neck in various breeds and age groups of dogs and to evaluate its contemporaneous relationship with degenerative joint disease (DJD) and distraction index (DI). DESIGN: Cross-sectional prevalence study. ANIMALS: 25,968 dogs, including 3,729 German Shepherd Dogs, 4,545 Golden Retrievers, 6,277 Labrador Retrievers, and 1,191 Rottweilers. PROCEDURE: Data from the University of Pennsylvania Hip Improvement Program database were analyzed, including ventrodorsal hip-extended, compression, and distraction radiographs. The CCO and radiographic signs of DJD were considered independent events and were interpreted as either present or absent. Statistical methods were used to evaluate the CCO as a possible risk factor for DJD and assess its association with DI, as measured by use of distraction radiography. RESULTS: When all breeds were pooled, DJD was detected in 8.6% of dogs, and the CCO was detected in 21.6% of dogs. Among dogs with a CCO, 25.1% had radiographic evidence of DJD. Among dogs without a CCO, only 4% had DJD. Dogs with a CCO were 7.9 times as likely to have DJD as were those without a CCO. Additionally, DI, weight, and age were significant risk factors for the CCO. CONCLUSION AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Results confirm the contemporaneous association between the CCO and DJD and that passive hip laxity, as measured by use of the DI, is associated with both the CCO and DJD. 相似文献
