Prognostic prediction of PTEN and Her-2 expression in breast cancer

AIM:To study the prognositic value of PTEN and Her-2 expression in primary breast cancer. METHODS:81 breast cancer specimens with 15 years follow-up were obtained from 1989 to 2004. Immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the expression of PTEN and Her-2 in 81 paraffin-embedded specimens. The correlation between expression of PTEN and clinipathological factors was discussed with the Chi-square test. The survival rate analysis results were calculated with Kaplan-meier method.Long-rank test and Cox model by SPSS 10.0 software. 〖JP+1〗RESULTS:(1) PTEN expression significantly affects 5-year and 10-year survival rate of breast cancer (P<0.01 and P<0.05), and significantly negative correlation with the Her-2 expression was observed. (2) The patients with negative PTEN combined with positive Her-2 expression had worse prognosis. (3) Tumor sizes, postoperative therapy and PTEN expression had significant relation with the 5-year survival rate (P<0.05), and ER, Her2 and PTEN expression had significant relation with the 10-year survival rate (P<0.05). CONCLUSION:PTEN and Her-2 expression significantly affects 5-year and 10-year survival rate in patients with breast cancer, and may be biomarkers and important prognostic factors in breast cancer.     

猕猴A群链球菌感染的调查与控制

2002年3月—2003年4月，广东某地多个猕猴养殖场猕猴发生传染性肺炎和出血性胃肠炎，部分猕猴因此而死亡。经病原学检查，证实病原主要为A群链球菌，2个养殖场为A群链球球和普通变形杆菌混合感染。通过使用恩诺沙星治疗发病动物、使用链球菌灭活疫苗进行免疫、场舍定期消毒，有效地控制了疾病。现报道如下。

对安徽省历年的耕地面积以及第一产业从业人员数量的变化情况进行了分析预测,并对耕地面积所需要的劳动力数量以及剩余劳动力的动态数量进行了测算,在此基础上提出了一些引导剩余劳动力合理转移的政策建议。     

分数时延时变的充分必要条件

着重从理论上分析完备的被控对象时延在一个采样周期范围内变化时，系统B参数估计值变化的规律，得出分数时延时变的充要条件，据此，能正确区分参数时变还是分数时延发生了变化，这一结论对于计算机控制的系统，特别是对于引入复杂算法的计算机控制系统有重要意义。     

试论共同教唆犯

共同教唆犯不同于传统共犯理论中的共犯教唆犯，其构成要件有三：教唆犯主体为二人以上；各主体有教唆他人犯罪的共同故意；各主体有共同的教唆他人犯罪的行为。对共同教唆犯的定罪处罚，应以刑法分则中单独规定教唆罪为基础，井以各教唆主体在共同教唆犯罪中所起的作用大小而论。     

人干细胞因子（SCF）5’旁侧调控序列与其全长cDNA融合克隆的构建及鉴定

目的：为研究人干细胞因子(SCF)5’旁侧1．42kb区域内不同序列对全长cDNA在真核细胞中表达的调控作用，构建了SCF5’旁侧1．42kb的调控序列与其1．2kb的全长cDNA融合克隆。方法：将PCR获得的SCF5'旁侧1．42kb的调控序列与RT-PCR获得的其1．2kb的全长cDNA克隆入pGEM—T载体，筛选正确插入方向，利用合适的限制性内切酶从中切出三个片段依次亚克隆入pUC19克隆载体中。结果：获得了SCF5'旁侧1．42kb的调控序列与其1．2kb的全长cDNA并成功地构建了它们的融合克隆。结论：T-载体在克隆添加了少量具有3’→5’外切核酸酶的PCR产物中仍然有效；在稍大片段的基因克隆操作中，利用分段亚克隆的方法，避开干扰另外的酶切位点，依次分段亚克隆更为可行。

Progress of ELMO family on malignant tumor invasion and metastasis

It is one of the main characters of malignant tumors that malignant tumor cells invade surrounding tissues and metastasize to distant tissues. Multiple factors are involved in this complicated dynamic process. Metastasis is the major factor influencing recurrence and prognosis. Therefore, it is important to explore the mechanism of invasion and metastasis for reducing recurrence rate and mortality of malignant tumors. Engulfment and cell mobility (ELMO) family is one kind of conserved protein in evolutional process. It includes 3 members, ELMO1, ELMO2 and ELMO3. The members of ELMO family play an important role in cell phagocytosis and cell migration, and they also have close correlation with malignant tumor cell invasion and metastasis. In this paper, we review the progress of the relationship between ELMO family and malignant tumor invasion and metastasis.
