Zusammenfassung Die Einwirkung niederer Strahlendosen zwischen 5 und 50µc/kg Samen wurde bei 8 Pflanzenarten und -sorten unter verschiedenen Bedingungen untersucht. Die32P-Aufnahme erfolgte durch 24- bzw. 48stündiges Einquellen der Samen in neutralisierter KH2 32PO4- bzw. NaH2 32PO4-Lösung. In keinem der über drei Jahre durchgeführten 10 Versuche war ein gesicherter Mehrertrag infolge Strahlenwirkung nachweisbar.
Summary The influence of small radiation doses between 5 and 50µc/kg seeds was examined with 8 plant species and varieties under different conditions. The uptake of32P ensued by soaking the seeds 24 or 48 hours in neutralized KH2 32PO4 and NaH2 32PO4 solution respectively. None of the 10 experiments accomplished in 3 years points out a verifiable yield increase by influence of radiation.

Gas chromatography was used to study both the relative composition and level of nonesterified fatty acids in the blood of pigs, following target-oriented deflection of two hormonal systems, hypothalamus-pituitary gland-thyroid and hypothalamus-pituitary gland-adrenal cortex. The findings originally expected were not made. Percentual C-18 was increased, following long-time application of tri-iodothyronine/thyroxine, while c-12 was percentually lowered, as compared to the perchlorate group. Deflection of the hypothalamus-pituitary gland-adrenocortical system caused slight alteration in both the composition and overall concentration of blood-borne non-esterified fatty acids.  相似文献

Permanent culturing of Diprion pini L with regard to photoperiodic conditions Diprion pini can be permanently cultured in the laboratory under longday conditions (17/7 hours photo-scoto-phase). At 25 °C and about 80% rel. humidity one generation will be completed on the average within 40–50 days and at 20 °C within 50–55 days. Thus, 6–7 generations per year may be raised. The sensitive phase at which longday treatment prevents diapause is 30–10 days before cocoon spinning. The breeding technique used is described.   相似文献

The effect of three fertilizer treatments (suboptimal = 0 N, P, K kg/ha; standard = 20 N, 5 P, 5 K kg/ha; and optimal = 60 N, 15 P, and 15 K kg/ha) on the Hagberg Falling Number (HFN) of 15 South African bread wheats were investigated. No statistical significant effect on the HFN of wheat in general could be seen. A split-plot analysis, however, indicated a cultivar effect for HFN response to fertilizer treatment. This allowed for the grouping of cultivars into four response groups: low, low-to-medium, medium, and high, according to HFN sensitivity to fertilizer treatment. A canonical variate analysis (CVA) was performed on the general performance of each cultivar with regard to three characteristics: yield, protein content, and HFN. This allowed for the refinement of risk groups as created by the split-plot analysis for HFN response. However, HFN measured were never below the 220 sec cut-off mark for grade.  相似文献

Isolation and molecular characterisation of equine rotaviruses from Germany   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
A total of 26 rotavirus positive faecal samples of diarrhoeal foals, and 8 equine rotavirus isolates were examined. Viral RNA patterns were generated, G typing was performed by PCR, and a P[12]-specific DNA probe was developed for P typing. Furthermore, five equine rotavirus isolates were sequenced in the genomic regions coding for VP7 and part of VP4. Rotaviruses of genotype G3 P[12] were found in 22 faecal samples and G14 P[12] type could be found in 4 faecal samples. These findings confirm that in Germany G3 P[12] is the predominating type of equine rotaviruses.  相似文献
