Influence of Ammoniacal Copper Quaternary treatments on mechanical properties of blue-stained Lodgepole Pine wood 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Three concentrations (2.8%, 2.0%, 1.2%) of Ammoniacal Copper Quaternary (ACQ) was selected to treat Lodgepole pine wood for evaluating ACQ treatment on mechanical properties of blue-stained wood. The bending modules of elasticity (MOE), modules of rupture (MOR), toughness and shearing strength parallel to grain on tangential surface, are tested according to the criteria GB1927-1943-91. Non-treated sample were also tested according to the same procedure. The results showed that the three groups specimen impregnated by different concentrations of ACQ solution met the AWPA standard 2003 of America (UC4A 6.4g/cm^3). There were significant difference of toughness between treated wood and non-treated wood (p=0.01), but there were no statistically significant differences among three concentrations in terms of toughness, and toughness of treated wood was approximately 20% lower than non-treated. MOR, MOE as well as sheafing strength parallel to grain were found to be not significantly different between treated wood and non-treated one, and there were no statistically significant difference among three concentrations of ACQ too. Toughness, MOR, MOE and sheafing strength parallel to grain increased with decrease of concentration of ACQ, but they were hardly affected by ACQ preservatives. 相似文献

功能性改良药剂FR-1、FR-2及PF树脂处理马尾松、毛白杨后对木材阻燃、防腐、尺寸稳定及MOE/MOR的研究结果表明,FR-1处理的马尾松吸药量为34.5kg/m^3时,氧指数可达61%。FR-1处理的马尾松、毛白杨达到阻燃标准时,其用药理根据板材的厚度进行了初步确定,剂量范围为30-90kg/m^3。FR-1及FR-2在达到阻燃用药量的同时,处理后的马尾松、毛白杨耐腐试验的重量损失率小于或按拉10%。FR-1处理的马尾松、毛白杨、吸药量分别为75.6及93.5kg/m^3时,吸水至饱和时,木材抗湿胀率(antiswelling ef-ficacy,ASE)分别为30%、46%;PF树脂处理的马尾松、毛白杨 、吸药量分别为79.0%、63.8kg/m^3时,ASE分别为46.2%、41.4%。各处理对抗弯弹性模具(MOE)影响为,FR-1处理的马尾松,MOE差异不明显,FR-1处理的毛白杨,MOE增加幅度为6.1%,PF树脂处理的马尾松,毛白杨、MOE增加幅度分别为10.6%及17.9%。FR-1处理的马尾松、毛白杨对抗弯强度(MOR)影响不明显。 相似文献

【目的】筛选出目前对生活污水净化效果较好的浮床植物。【方法】以14种湖南常见的草本和木本植物为材料,监测了污水处理过程中植物的株高、根系结构和生物量等生长指标,CODcr、TN、NH3-N、TP等水质指标的动态变化,并进行了植物的生长指标与水质净化指标的相关性分析。【结果】1)大部分植物均有较强的生长能力,其中水葱、水蕹菜的株高具有显著性优势(P <0.05);美人蕉、再力花、菖蒲和梭鱼草均表现出极强的生根能力,其根长增长率分别为390%、293.33%、286.67%和270%;植物的生物量增长率在5.1%~500.7%之间,其中菖蒲、美人蕉、水蕹菜和再力花的生物量具有显著性优势(P <0.05)。2)无植物对照组对污染物的去除率明显低于有植物处理组,处理时间的长短对污染物的净化效果具有显著差异性(P <0.05),且主要表现为早期对污染物净化速率快。所有植物处理对CODcr、TN、NH3-N、TP的平均净化率比无植物对照组分别提高了6.30%~36.80%、11.92%~20.97%、22.92%~29.28%、5.51%~41.24%,其中,美人蕉对CODcr的净净化率高达36.80%,水蕹菜对TN、TP的净化效果表现出显著性优势(P <0.05),梭鱼草则对NH3-N具有较好的净化能力。3)根据筛选指标的平均隶属函数值对14种草本和木本植物进行聚类分析,可将植物分为高、中、低净化能力植物三大类,高净化能力植物:梭鱼草、菖蒲、美人蕉、鸢尾、水蕹菜和再力花。中等净化能力植物:花菖蒲、旱伞草、黄菖蒲、花叶芦竹和水葱。低净化能力植物:冬青、女贞和月季。【结论】草本植物中的梭鱼草、菖蒲、美人蕉、鸢尾、水蕹菜和再力花以及木本植物中的冬青对生活污水具有较高的净化能力,适合用作生活污水处理的浮床植物。 相似文献

Circumferential and radial variations in xylem sap flux density in trunks of 13-year-old mango (Mangifera indica L.) trees were investigated with Granier sap flow sensor probes under limiting and non-limiting soil water conditions. Under non-limiting soil water conditions, circumferential variation was substantial, but there was no apparent relationship between sap flux density and aspect (i.e., the radial position of the sensor probes on the trunk relative to the compass). Hourly sap flux densities over 24 hours at different aspects were highly pair-wise correlated. The relationships between different aspects were constant during well-watered periods but highly variable under changing soil water conditions. Sap flux density showed marked radial variation within the trunk and a substantial flux was observed at the center of the trunk. For each selected aspect on each tree, changes in sap flux densities over time at different depths were closely correlated, so flux at a particular depth could be extrapolated as a multiple of flux from 0 to 2 cm beneath the cambium. However, depth profiles of sap flux density differed between trees and even between aspects within a tree, and also varied in an unpredictable manner as soil water conditions changed. Nevertheless, over a period of non-limiting soil water conditions, depth profiles remained relatively constant. Based on the depth profiles obtained during these periods, a method is described for calculating total sap flow in a mango tree from sap flux density at 0-2 cm beneath the cambium.
