Research for Eexperimental System of Differential Isodyne

The .experimental system of differential Isodyne developed by authors is represented. The function and structure characteristic of the rotatable real-time loading device which is set in oil tank , the hydraulic scanning device and the device for synchronous movement of incident beam and Isodyne collector are mainly discussed. The fringe pattern of differential Isodyne in various characteristic directions and planes can be real-timely taken, by using this system. This system is able to apply to stress analyses of local effect .composite materials and structures.     

A New Monte Carlo Method Based on State Analysis

A new Monte Carlo Method for system reliability evaluation is proposed in this paper. The repeated sampling of system states with relatively great probabilities is avoided in the simulation,thus the sampling efficiency is significantly improved. Besides,the negative correlations used in different trials can further reduce the estimated varinaces. The sparse matrix technique is employed to reduce the memory requirement and to save the computer time. Comparative studies show that the method proposed is of great value and the application to the IEEE reliability test system (power system) is successful.     

Management System of the Tender and Bidding for Power Projects with a Valuation Based on the Bill of Quantities

Valuation based on the bill of quantifies will change the existing valuation mode of tender and bidding. For the standardized management of tender and bidding for power projects and the inteUigentized information management of power enterprises, it is an inevitable trend of reform to apply the valuation mode based on the bill of quantifies. According to the characteristics of power projects, this paper expounds the working process of the valuation mode based on the bill of quantities and analyzes the goal and function need of the tender and bidding management system. Considering the calculation procedure of the valuation and the quote strategy of quantities bill, the composition of fees for the valuation is settled and the calculation method is designed. To establish the management system of tender and bidding with a valuation based on the bill of quantities is beneficial for the costing reform of power projects and the perfection of the tender and bidding market. Therefore it is of great significance to spread the new management mode of project costing with a valuation based on the bill of quantities.     

肥料结构对红壤氮素淋失的影响及防治措施

肥料结构是影响氮素淋失的重要因素。氮肥进入土壤后,其损失途径主要是氨挥发和反硝化的气态损失。但是,氮肥通过渗漏淋失对地下水(饮用水源)的污染,也不容忽视。为此,综述了近年来3种肥料结构(即单施无机氮肥、无机肥混施、无机肥与有机肥混施)对红壤区稻田土壤氮素淋失的影响的研究进展,并且提出了如何防止氮素淋失的对策     

走系统工程之路加快玉米联合收获发展步伐

对玉米联合收获机推广应用较多的山东、山西及河北等省的玉米联合收获机试验情况进行了研究分析．其结果表明，影响玉米联合收获机推广的诸多因素中，最为关键的因素就是行距的适应性问题。为此，结合小麦联合收获机推广经验，指出了加快玉米联合收获机推广应用速度的关键是实现玉米生产过程机械化，而在小麦玉米一年两熟地区则要从小麦的种植规格入手，即实现小麦玉米全过程的机械化；并将系统工程的方法运用于种植收获的全过程，真正实现优质与高效的现代化农业生产。     

ZrO_2对Al_2O_3基泡沫陶瓷过滤器的性能影响

以Al2O3为主要成分的料浆中加入ZrO2,采用有机泡沫浸渍法,用1560℃烧结制备Al2O3基泡沫陶瓷过滤器,并测定不同ZrO2含量过滤器样品的抗压强度、热震次数并观察其显微结构,实验结果表明:Al2O3基泡沫陶瓷的抗压强度、抗热震性能随ZrO2加入量的增加先增加,而后略有下降。在ZrO2加入量为20%(重量)时制品的抗压强度及抗热震性能最佳,其最高抗压强度达2.31 MPa,1100℃热震循环次数为16次。     

自熔性合金粉末在农业机械中的应用

采用氧乙炔喷焊工艺，制备农业机械特殊工况条件下的耐磨涂层，采用均匀试验对喷焊材料的组成进行设计，对涂层的组织和性能进行了研究分析。结果表明：该涂层具有良好的耐磨料磨损性能，比过去的工艺提高使用寿命3～8倍，具有很大的经济效益。     

北墅水库输水暗渠破坏原因分析及

由于工程老化，年久失修，北墅水库输水暗渠墙体多处发生位移破坏，严重影响工程的正常使用。通过对输水暗渠墙体破坏区受力状态的初步分析，找出了输水暗渠破坏原因，得出了破坏区墙体与拱座是分离的、直墙顶不承受拱荷载作用、在墙背回填料和较高外水压力作用墙体不满足抗倾安全要求而破坏的结论，提出了衬砌加固处理措施。     

进气道布置对两气门柴油机进气门口空气运动的影响

在稳流模拟试验台上，利用研制的柴油机试验缸盖、气门口三维流速测量装置，用热线风速仪测量了不同进气道布置方案下的进气门口三维流场，分析了进气门口三维流场产生的缸内空气动量矩流率，揭示了进气道的布置对柴油机进气门口空气运动影响的变化规律。进气道布置角度的变化对柴油机气门口流场及动量矩流率产生很大影响。各速度的大小和切向速度分布曲线发生较大变化，并随升程的增大而更加明显；对螺旋气道的动量矩流率影响较大，随升程的增加影响增大；对切向气道的动量矩流率影响更为明显，随着升程的增加影响减小。
