Relationship between serum cortisol levels and some physiological parameters following reining training session in horse

The changes of cortisol, red blood cells (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit (Hct), heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR) and rectal temperature (RT) were evaluated after a reining training session in eight Quarter Horses. All parameters were measured before exercise (T0), immediately after exercise (T1), 1 h after exercise (T2), 2 h after exercise (T3) and 24 h after exercise (T4). One‐way analysis of variance (ANOVA) for repeated measures, followed Bonferroni's post hoc test, showed a significant effect of the reining training session (P < 0.0001) on cortisol, RBC, Hb, Hct, HR, RR and RT. Simple linear regression analysis showed the positive correlation (P < 0.05) between cortisol changes and variations of studied parameters in T1, T3 and T4. Exercise‐induced cortisol concentrations reflect the physiological response of reining training, suggesting that the changes observed are useful to assess the performance in reining horses and their reining training adaptability.     

贵州省桑属（Morus）植物染色体倍数性的研究

本文运用酶解去壁低渗法,对贵州省桑属植物种质资源材料27份进行了染色体倍数性研究。结果如下:1.二倍体(2n=2x=28)5个。2.三倍体(2n=3x=42)1个。3.六倍体(2n=6x=84)21个。丰富了桑属植物染色体研究内容,为桑树遗传育种提供了理论和实践依据。     

尿素配施氯化铵对菜心产量及其品质的影响

利用盆栽试验，研究尿素配施不同比例的氯化铵对菜心硝酸盐积累的影响，结果表明：随着尿素配施氯化铵比例的增加，菜心氯含量增加，硝酸盐含量下降，而全N含量、叶绿素含量和收获前的产量变化不大。     

玉米品种结实性差的原因及预防措施

2005年沧州市夏播玉米果穗出现了不同程度的缺粒、缺行现象,有的果穗结实仅有一半,一般减产30%～70%,个别地块颗粒无收.针对上述问题,我们组织技术人员深入田间进行了认真的调查分析,基本明确了造成玉米结实性差的主要原因及预防措施.     

OPTIMAL DESIGN WITH WHOLE STRUCTURE PARAMETERS OF LOWER PART OF HUGE EXCAVATOR

A optimal design with whole structure parameters and its program are carried out. A reasonable model is established. Using the method a optimal design with whole structure parameters by original parameters of American P&H2300xp excavator was calculated. The size,carried out by the method,approximates to the size of P&H2300xp excavator very well.     

Research on Dynamics of Installation Way for Active Isolation Actuator on Flexible Foundations

The dynamic characteristic of active isolation atuator on flexible foundations was studied under the installation of parallel structure and foundation cancellation.The influencing relationships between active isolation force of the different installation ways and passive isolation system and flexible foundation were analyzed and compared.Scientific basis for selecting installation ways of active isolator is provided in this paper.

针对大型检索表为表示的专家知识体系，研究提出了一套可重用的、实用性强的系统设计方法，建立了荔枝虫害诊断专家系统（LDS）。经生产示范应用表明：实现了人机操作界面直观、明了，降低了客户端的专业要求，提高了系统的实用性。还对系统所构造的人机界面、知识存储结构设计和控制策略给出实践示例。     

Calculation and Measurement of Electric Field along Polluted Cylindrical Insulator

In this paper,the electrical field distribution along the polluted cylindrical insu-lator before a nd after the local a re appea rs is calculated with the optim lzed pa rtially cha rge simula-tinn method and measured with the pockels device. Based on the calculating and measuring results,the in fluen ce of the electric field distri bu tion on the propagation of local a re in the flashover ofcyIlndrical insufator under various conditions is analyzed systematieally.     

A Muti-Objective Network Planning Model for Project

Based on the network planning model developed by the author for an overhaul project of a rolling mill production line in a heavy steel plant, an new multiobjective network planning model is proposed in this paper. The formulations of network time parameters are derived. The optimization problem of multiobjective network planning is also discussed. And it has been found out that the fractional single-objctive network is only one of the cases in this model.
