饲料玉米的吸肥规律及其平衡施肥技术研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
为进一步提高饲料玉米的栽培水平及肥料利用率,以东陵白为试验材料,采用田间试验、室内化学分析和生物统计相结合的方法,研究了氮、磷、钾、锌肥对饲料玉米N、P、K养分吸收及产量形成的影响。主要结果是: (1)分析说明了饲料玉米在生育进程中全株N、P、K的浓度、吸收累积量、吸收速率等变化规律及与施肥的关系,提供了每1000kg干草需要吸收N、P、K、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn的数量;(2)应用一元三次方程模拟了不同施肥条件下干物质和N、P、K养分吸收量与出苗后天数之间的回归关系,明确了干物质和N、P、K养分吸收的最快速率及出现时间;(3)氮、磷、钾化肥可显著提高饲料玉米鲜草产量,氮肥增产50.2%,磷肥增产36.4%,钾肥增产13.2%。  相似文献

Due to the practical difficulties of experimental study of habitat fragmentation and habitat corridors at the landscape scale, the use of smaller-scale model systems has been offered as a feasible alternative to uncover the ecological phenomena taking place in fragmented environments. In this mini-review, we consider the applicability of the soil decomposer community as such a model system. For the most part, this article is based on the few studies that have explicitly addressed this question by experimental manipulations of the natural habitat of soil decomposer community. However, to broaden the view, we also capitalize upon studies focusing on the effects of isolation and soil use changes on soil organisms and on dispersal of soil fauna, all of these being considered as factors determining the sensitivity of organisms to habitat fragmentation. Since usability of a model system by definition depends on the possibility of applying the results to other (usually larger scale) systems, we discuss the characteristics of the soil decomposer community also from this point of view.The existing data suggest that soil organisms, in general, are not sensitive to habitat fragmentation even in small scale. Because of this, and the unique features of the belowground environment and its biota combined with gaps in the knowledge of the life history characteristics of soil organisms, the soil decomposer community is not ideal for predicting the implications of habitat fragmentation and habitat corridors on threatened species. Despite this, we still believe that there are lessons to be learned by studying the effects of habitat fragmentation on this important community of organisms, especially in combination with the consequences of ongoing climate change.  相似文献

The impact of processing on nonenzymatic antioxidant degradation and lipid oxidation leading to off-flavor development in potato flakes during storage was investigated. Lipoxygenase activity measurements in parallel with the analysis of lipid oxidation products (oxylipins) profiles using HPLC showed that the processing conditions used inhibited efficiently enzymatic lipid oxidation. However, nonenzymatic lipid oxidation products were found throughout processing and in fresh potato flakes. Furthermore, these autoxidative processes cannot be inactivated by the main endogenous nonenzymatic antioxidants in potato tubers (ascorbic acid, phenolic compounds and carotenoids), as these antioxidants are degraded during processing. Indeed, leaching and thermal treatments taking place during processing lead to a decrease of about 95%, 82% and 27% in the content of ascorbic acid, phenolic compounds and carotenoids, respectively. Therefore, storage is a critical step to prevent off-flavor development in potato flakes. Specific attention has thus to be paid on the use of efficient exogenous antioxidants as well as on storage conditions.  相似文献

Green labeled pectins were extracted by an environmentally friendly way using proteases and cellulases being able to act on proteins and cellulose present in cell walls. Pectins were isolated from different plant byproducts, i.e., chicory roots, citrus peel, cauliflower florets and leaves, endive, and sugar beet pulps. Enzymatic extraction was performed at 50 degrees C for 4 h, in order to fulfill the conditions required for microbiological safety of extracted products. High methoxy (HM) pectins of high molar mass were extracted with three different enzyme mixtures. These pectins were subsequently demethylated with two pectin methyl esterases (PMEs), either the fungal PME from Aspergillus aculeatus or the orange PME. It was further demonstrated that high molar mass low methoxy (LM) pectins could also be extracted directly from cell walls by adding the fungal PME to the mixture of protease and cellulase. Moreover, health benefit pectic oligosaccharides, the so-called modified hairy regions, were obtained after enzymatic treatment of the residue recovered after pectin extraction. The enzymatic method demonstrates that it is possible to convert vegetable byproducts into high-added value compounds, such as pectins and pectic oligosaccharides, and thus considerably reduce the amount of these residues generated by food industries.  相似文献

Oyster farming is of real economic interest in France. Oyster farmers attach more and more importance to improving the growth and the quality of their oysters. Some fatty acids known to be aroma precursors originate from microalgae such as Skeletonema costatum and Tahitian isochrysis clone. These microalgae were used to fatten oysters in order to observe their role in the development of oysters' aroma. This study shows that the profile of fatty acids of oysters is influenced by the contribution of fatty acids from the two microalgae (as reported in the first paper in this series: Pennarun, A.-L.; Prost, C.; Haure, J.; Demaimay, M. Comparison of Two Microalgal Diets. 1. Influence on the Biochemical and Fatty Acid Compositions of Raw Oysters (Crassostrea gigas). J. Agric. Food Chem. 2003, 51, 2006-2010 (in this issue)]. As a consequence, a microalgal diet causes changes in oysters' aroma composition. Aroma concentration depends on the content of fatty acids that are aroma precursors in oysters. Some aromas are characteristic of the diet of S. costatum, such as 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one (ether odor), and others are characteristic of T. isochrysis, such as 3-nonyne (cucumber, marine odor), 6-(E)-nonen-1-ol (green and fresh odor), and 4-ethylbenzaldehyde (aniseed odor). Moreover, the organoleptic qualities (odor, taste, and texture) of oysters are modified by the diet of microalgae.  相似文献

A field inoculation experiment using two Bradyrhizobium sp. strains was set up in Madagascar to test the growth response of Acacia mangium and to follow up the survival of inoculant strains using molecular tools. Three months after inoculation, one of the inoculant strains, AUST13c, exhibited a marked growth-promoting effect with a shoot height about 40% higher than that of the uninoculated control plants or TEL8-inoculated plants. The positive effect on tree growth initially observed with AUST13c was no more significant 6 months after transfer to the field and disappeared completely at 13 and 19 months. Analyses of nodule bacterial rRNA by PCR/RFLP displayed an early contamination of the different inoculation treatments by AUST13c 3 months after inoculation, spreading to almost all nodules of the trial 6 months later. This work clearly demonstrated that the progressive reduction of the positive effect of AUST13c inoculation on tree growth after field transplanting was not due to a progressive disappearance of this introduced strain but, on the contrary, was related to the widening spreading of AUST13c in all the plots. This was attributed to a higher competitiveness and effectiveness of AUST13c over the local strains and TEL8.  相似文献

Varying the crushing parameters in a model mouth apparatus gave different crushed apple samples, which were compared to apples crushed in the human mouth by six people. An image analysis method was developed to measure the similarity between apple particles after crushing in the artificial mouth and in the human mouth. Thus, experimental conditions were determined that produced fruit in a state closest to that obtained after mastication in a human mouth. The influence of these different conditions on the quantity of released volatile compounds was then studied.  相似文献

The responsiveness of the external mycelium of Glomus intraradices and Scutellospora calospora was tested in a multiple-choice experimental system in which mycelium encountered patches amended with nitrogen (N) or phosphorus (P), either alone or in combination with a host plant. We hypothesised that only AMF mycelium with sufficient supply of photosynthate from an actively growing host would respond to the amendments provided. Mycelium was allowed to grow either 11 or 21 weeks before we analysed hyphal proliferation in amended patches introduced in mesh bags that were not reached by roots but by foraging mycelium only. Hyphal length, the AMF signature fatty acid 16:1w5, and root colonisation in new host plant seedlings were used to measure AMF growth and resource allocation in the patches. Mycelium from both fungal strains was able to colonise new host roots and sand in all patches but S. calospora was overall more responsive to the amendments than G. intraradices. G. intraradices grew equally into all patches, including the unamended control, whereas S. calospora produced significantly more hyphal length in the patch containing a host plant than in the rest of the patches. Both strains showed lower hyphal growth at the second harvest and mycelium of G. intraradices lost almost entirely its capacity to develop new mycelium in all choices presented. Lipid measurements showed this fungus did not use storage lipids to exploit the patches. S. calospora mycelium had reduced growth and colonisation ability but still showed some growth in the patches at the second harvest. A reduction in the content of NLFA 16:1w5 from the first to the second harvest suggested that S. calospora mycelium likely used storage lipids to sustain proliferation in the patches. The results indicated that S. calospora was more active and used more resources for foraging than G. intraradices and that external mycelium foraging was maintained mainly with recently acquired plant carbon (C). This supported in general our hypothesis but showed as well that the two AMF strains had different strategies and resource allocation to forage. The overall low response of both AMF to the choices presented suggested that the responsiveness of mycelium searching freely in the substrate is lower than that observed in experimental systems in which the amendments have been placed in close contact with actively growing mycelium fronts in close vicinity with host roots.  相似文献

The aroma and texture of three different apple cultivars, harvested at three maturity stages, were analyzed by sensory and instrumental analysis. The emphasis was on the identification of the most potent odorant volatiles, and the challenge was to separate the few most important flavor compounds, which may be trace chemicals, from the vast number of nonodorant compounds present in apple aroma extracts. Thirty-six odorant compounds were detected, 24 of which were common to all extracts. A significant correlation coefficient was found between the aroma intensity scores and overall quantity of the odorant volatiles, which shows that the development of sensory aroma is similar to that of odorant volatiles. This study also showed that the parameters measured by penetrometry and compression were highly correlated with sensory textural attributes. The determination of the optimal maturity stage for different apple cultivars by the usual parameters, such as color, diameter, total soluble solids, and titrable acidity, may not be sufficient to determine the optimal sensory quality for consumers. Moreover, the sensory quality of fruits changes during maturation in a different way from one cultivar to another, and this should be taken into account.  相似文献

Small berries such as black currant constitute one of the important sources of potential health-promoting phytochemicals because these fruits are rich sources of compounds with high antioxidant properties. In this work, antioxidant capacities of different parts (buds, leaves, fruits) of various black currant cultivars were compared throughout the growing season with the aim to prepare extracts with high antioxidant capacity. Buds (opened, at the end of March) and leaves (in June) had a higher content in phenolics and antioxidants than fully ripened berries (in July) and the best yield (per branch) was obtained with the leaves collected in June due to their higher biomass. The differences observed among the eight cultivars tested were small. Concerning flavonols, quercetin was dominant in all organs and cultivars, myricetin varied widely among the cultivars, and kampferol was very low.  相似文献
