A two dimensional saturated-unsaturated Galerkin finite element numerical model was used to predict water table height between parallel drains. A user-friendly software (DRENAFEM) was developed to allow for the calculation of the distance between drains and the water table height at middle space between drains. It also allows for determination of variations of the total head throughout the entire geometric space considered in the model. Such facts lead to the design of flow nets with streams lines and equipotentials. The numerical drain outflow is also obtained by using the radial flow equation, conservation of mass and finite element analysis. The results obtained with the model agree well with Khirkam’s and Hooghoudt analytical solution for the distribution of total head in ideal drains and for the total head calculations midway between drains.  相似文献

在大豆-玉米轮作生产过程中,玉米杂苗会与大豆苗竞争水和肥料,而且很容易遮住大豆苗,影响害虫(如玉米根虫)的防控,降低大豆品质。因此,在大豆幼苗期及时检测出玉米杂苗并对其进行处理非常重要。传统的人工检测方法主观性强、效率低,传感器和算法的发展为自动检测玉米杂苗提供了更好的解决方案。本研究在温室环境下模仿田间条件,待玉米和大豆发芽后,连续5天用因特尔RealSense D435相机采集彩色图像,并人工裁剪幼苗图像区域,在此基础上对图像进行分割和去噪。在采集图像形状、色彩和纹理特征值后, 对所采集的特征值进行权重分析, 保留前10种重要的特征值导入基于特征的机器学习算法中进行模型训练和预测。预测结果表明,支持向量机模型(SVM)、神经网络(NN)和随机森林(RF)的预测精度分别为85.3%,81.5%和82.6%。将数据集导入GoogLeNet和VGG-16 两种深度学习模型进行训练, 预测精度分别为96.0%和96.2%。VGG-16 模型在区分大豆幼苗和玉米杂苗中有较好的表现,彩色图像和VGG-16 模型组成的系统可以自动检测大豆生长过程中玉米杂苗的情况,为农民提供准确的信息,帮助其进行生产决策和田间管理。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Potato is one of the most economically important crops in Brazil. In this crop, potassium (K) is the most accumulated nutrient and has significant and positive effect on potato plant growth and tuber yield. Thus, the aim of this work was to determine the effects of K doses on nutrients accumulation, biometric, chlorophyll, and K indexes in potato plants grown. Two experiments were installed simultaneously in an unheated greenhouse with Agata cultivar. The experiment 1 was carried out in pot with commercial organic substrate with five K doses (0, 0.66, 1.32, 1.98, and 2.64 g dm3?1). The experiment 2, nominated hydroponic system, with washed sand above a layer of expanded clay pebbles where the plants received daily nutrient solution application. The treatments were five K doses (0.0, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5 e 10.0 mmol L?1). The biometrics data were collected 21 days after emergence and at harvest. Both experiments were set at a randomized block design with four replications. In both experiments, no visual symptoms of deficiency or excess were observed but only in plants at 0 mmol L?1 of K. In both experiments, K doses interacted with some biometric and chlorophyll indexes measured in the fourth completely expanded leaf with portable SPAD and Dualex devices, commonly used as a guide to in-season fertilizer N management, leading to recommend their use only in plants properly nourished in K. K critical concentration in the fourth fully expanded leaf was 61.7 g kg?1.  相似文献

Wine bottle aging is extremely dependent on the oxygen barrier properties of closures. Kinetics of oxygen ingress through different closures into bottles was measured by a nondestructive colorimetric method from 0.25 to 2.5 mL of oxygen. After 12, 24, and 36 months of storage, only the control (glass bottle ampule) was airtight. Other closures displayed different oxygen ingress rates, which were clearly influenced by the closure type and were independent of bottle storage position (upright, laid down) for most of the closures tested, at least during the first 24 months of the experiment under controlled conditions. The oxygen ingress rates into bottles were lowest in screw caps and "technical" corks, intermediate in conventional natural cork stoppers, and highest in the synthetic closures.  相似文献

Biogas must be pretreated before its use; thus, both physical and chemical methods have been implemented to remove the fuel’s principal pollutants (CO2 and H2S). Additional removal methods that use microorganisms’ biological processes to eliminate pollutants have also emerged. A selection was made from six bacterial isolates to obtain consortia that removed CO2 and eventually H2S through the enrichment of cultures and the construction of clone libraries of gene 16S ribosomal DNA (rDNA). The results indicate that the principal differences between consortia were determined in the culture medium. C5 and C6 consortia had photosynthetic biomass 1.42 and 1.52 μg/ml, respectively, and concentration of dissolved CO2 100.6 and 99.1 mg/l, respectively. The clone libraries showed that Rhodopseudomonas sp. had percentages 46.6, 42.5, and 86.8 % in C4, C5, and C6, respectively; Xanthobacter sp., 24.5 %, Castellaniella sp., 18 % in C5, and Sphingobium sp., 39.2 % in C4.  相似文献

Cowpea (Vigna unguiculata (L.) Walp.) is one of the most important crops in the north and northeast regions of Brazil, where it is grown under the subsistence regime, mainly because of its adaptation to the local edaphoclimatic conditions. This species is an important legume in Brazil because of its significant nutritional value in the diet of low-income populations. Moreover, it is able to benefit from the process of biological nitrogen fixation, which leads to a significant reduction in production costs. The objective of this research was to evaluate the agronomic efficiency of bacterial strains approved by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply for commercial inoculant production when in symbiosis with cowpea in a Rhodic Eutrudox in Lavras, MG, as well as to identify and verify the efficiency of the native populations that nodulate cowpea. Agronomic efficiency of nitrogen-fixing nodulating bacterial strains (UFLA 03-84, INPA 03-11B, and BR 3267) in symbiosis with cowpea was evaluated in the field. Subsequently, the efficiency and diversity of isolates from the nodules obtained in the field were evaluated under greenhouse conditions. The genetic diversity of the efficient isolates was determined by partial sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene. Grain yields obtained by the inoculation of seeds in the field with the strains were similar to those of the controls without inoculation with and without mineral N addition indicating the existence of efficient native populations. In the native community, we identified isolates with similar or higher efficiency than the strains approved for cowpea inoculation and the control that received mineral N. The isolates subjected to partial sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene were phylogenetically related to the Bradyrhizobium genus.  相似文献

A drip fertigation system should use low-cost phosphorus fertilizer available in small markets to smallholders such as especially Brazilian tomato growers. A study was conducted in an unheated greenhouse to establish an optimum rate of single superphosphate (SS) to formulate an aqueous solution that can be applied to tomato plants through a low-pressure drip irrigation system. Five rates of SS [18% phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5)] 0, 25, 50, 100, and 200 g·plant?1, were evaluated in a randomized block design with four replications. Each rate was subdivided into 15 equal parts. Each part was dissolved in water (210 mL for each plant) and the mixture left to settle for 24 hours. The supernatant was applied by drip irrigation every week for 15 weeks. The tomato plants were grown in 9 dm3 plastic bags containing fertilized substrate in an unheated greenhouse. The leaf contents of nitrogen (N), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), sulfur (S), copper (Cu), and zinc (Zn) were not affected by the treatments. The highest phosphorus (P), manganese (Mn), and iron (Fe) leaf contents were obtained from plants fertilized with SS at 79; 0; 0 g·plant?1, respectively. The marketable tomato fruit yield, measured up to 123 days after transplanting, increased with the increasing SS up to 54 g·plant?1, resulting in a yield of 6.16 kg·plant?1, corresponding to 10.3 kg·m?2. A settled aqueous solution of SS (54 g·210 mL?1 of water) can be applied weekly to tomato plant through a low-pressure drip irrigation system during the plant cycle.  相似文献

Previous studies have found that densities of little bustard Tetrax tetrax breeding males tend to be higher in areas with smaller agricultural fields, presumably due to increased habitat diversity. However, exceptionally high densities have been found in large grassland fields in Portugal, which suggests that the influence of field size varies geographically, and that the role of this factor is not yet fully understood, despite its importance as a key management issue.We studied how field size, together with vegetation structure, influences the presence and density of breeding little bustards in a region of southern Portugal. Fifty-four grassland fields were sampled in 2007 and another 29 in 2008, with sizes ranging from 23 to 172 ha. A total of 183 breeding males were found in 47 of these fields, reaching densities of up to 37 males/100 ha. A higher probability of occurrence of breeding males was found in larger fields with a vegetation height below 40 cm and field size alone explained 46% of the variability in male density. These results suggest that larger continuous areas of suitable habitat attract many males, most likely as a consequence of their lek mating system. We conclude that conservation efforts, in a landscape context of large farm sizes, should: (1) be channelled to farms with large fields; (2) ensure adequate livestock grazing to create suitable habitat and (3) promote management at a landscape level to ensure the most continuous grassland habitat patches possible.  相似文献

This study aimed to evaluate the interaction between filter cake (FC), and phosphorus fertilizers with differing solubility on the growth and P nutrition of sugarcane. Effects of soil amendment with FC on different soil P fractions and influence on microbial community structure in the rhizosphere were also assessed. Two glasshouse experiments were conducted with completely randomized block designs. The first experiment evaluated rates of FC using a factorial design (5 × 2): 0, 2.5, 5, 10 and 15 g FC kg?1 soil applied as either broadcast in bulk soil or in the planting furrow. The second experiment used a factorial design (2 × 3): without and with FC (5 g kg?1 soil, dry basis), both without P (NP) and with P supplied as either triple superphosphate (TSP) or as rock phosphate (RP), both at the rate of 78.4 mg kg?1 based on total P. Microbial community structure was determined using TRFLP and dynamics of soil P by Hedley fractionation. Filter cake applied at increasing rates in the absence of P was effective in increasing shoot growth and P uptake by plant, particularly when applied to bulk soil as compared to furrow application. Also, FC improved P uptake and increased the availability of labile inorganic P in the rhizosphere and modified the structure of fungal and bacterial communities, whereas only bacterial and archaea communities were influenced by P fertilizer use. Filter cake was more effective when combined with RP, with increased growth and P utilization and thus can be considered as a feasible and practical option for farmer use in substitution to TSP, a more expensive source.  相似文献
