This research involved a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technique that was applied to examine water distribution and migration in single rice kernels during the tempering process. The imaging experiments were performed in a Bruker 9.4T MRI system. Three-dimensional spin-echo (SE) imaging sequences were optimized by adjusting the scanning parameters of echo time (TE) and repetition time (TR) to obtain images with maximum contrast. The MR images showed that the moisture distribution in the rice kernel is non-uniform and compartmental. The embryo region exhibited much higher MR signal intensity than the starchy endosperm portion. The tempering process was analyzed with spatial-temporal signal intensities of the endosperm following the drying process of the rice kernel. The transient change of the signal intensities in the endosperm was well fitted with a double exponential function suggesting that both convection and diffusion contributed to the reduction of the moisture gradient within the rice kernel during tempering. This hypothesis was further supported by the experimental data of the insulated rice kernel whose convective mass transfer was excluded. The experimental results revealed that MR imaging of rice kernels could be used as an efficient tool to examine the mechanisms of moisture migration within cereal grains.  相似文献

从椰心叶甲僵虫上分离得到10株对甘蔗二点螟具有较好致病性的绿僵菌,其中MC3的致病性最好,校正死亡率为89.16%,且甘蔗二点螟的校正死亡率随着MC3菌株孢子浓度的增加而逐渐提高,当浓度为1.0×107个/mL时,其死亡率为93.02%。MC3菌株在SDAY培养基菌丝生长及产孢效果最好,孢子萌发的最适温度是25~28℃。  相似文献

为合理利用大豆种质资源,选取适合寒区种植的大豆品系,2017年在黑龙江省黑河市嫩江县鹤山农场对30份大豆品系的10个农艺性状及产量性状进行变异性、相关性、因子分析和聚类分析。结果表明:大豆种质资源10个农艺性状的变异系数为4.66%~87.53%,其中单株瘪荚数变异系数最大,单位面积株数变异系数最小;因子分析将10个性状浓缩为4个主因子,分别为结荚数因子、高度因子、粒重因子和株数因子,且累计贡献率高达84.74%;聚类分析表明,30份大豆品系可聚类成3大类,第1类群共计15份品系,第2类群共计11份品系,第3类群共计4份品系,分别为CS1737、CS1733、CS1704和CS1761,适宜该寒区推广种植。  相似文献

In order to accelerate breeding progress of oil-used hemp, 8 quality traits related to lipid component were measured and analyzed in 55 representative hemp germplasms. Results showed that linolenic acid content had the highest variance coefficient of 51.67% as well as protein content had minimum variance coefficient of 4.07%. Correlation analysis showed that total oil content was significantly positively correlated to linolenic acid, while significantly negatively correlated with oleinic acid. Protein content was significantly positively correlated with linolenic acid but significantly negatively with stearic acid. Both total oil and protein content were closely correlated with other traits. The first 3 PCs from principal component analysis of 8 traits accounted for 83.53% contribution. All hemp germplasms were classified into 3 groups at the level of euclidian distance D=8.5 using cluster analysis. The above analysis and classification may provide a reliable theoretical basis and technological guidance for germplasms utilizing and accelerating breeding process.  相似文献

Butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) is a synthetic phenolic compound consisting of a mixture of two isomeric organic compounds: 2-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyanisole and 3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyanisole. We examined the effect of BHA against hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-induced apoptosis in primary cultured mouse hepatocytes. Cell viability was significantly decreased by H2O2 in a dose-dependent manner. Additionally, H2O2 treatment increased Bax, decreased Bcl-2, and promoted PARP-1 cleavage in a dose-dependent manner. Pretreatment with BHA before exposure to H2O2 significantly attenuated the H2O2-induced decrease of cell viability. H2O2 exposure resulted in an increase of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation that was significantly inhibited by pretreatment with BHA or N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC, an ROS scavenger). H2O2-induced decrease of cell viability was also attenuated by pretreatment with BHA and NAC. Furthermore, H2O2-induced increase of Bax, decrease of Bcl-2, and PARP-1 cleavage was also inhibited by BHA. Taken together, results of this investigation demonstrated that BHA protects primary cultured mouse hepatocytes against H2O2-induced apoptosis by inhibiting ROS generation.  相似文献

补灌对旱地小麦花后旗叶和籽粒氮代谢及产量的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了探讨旱地高产麦田的高产潜力,在莱阳市冯格庄的旱地高产麦田(曾多次创出旱地9 000 kg·hm-2以上产量)研究了补充灌水(简称“补灌”)对旱地小麦生育后期氮代谢及产量的影响。结果表明,补灌对旱地小麦旗叶氮代谢指标有一定的调节作用。在补灌120 mm的处理中,旱地小麦达到高产水平(9 310.20 kg·hm-2)。随着补灌次数的增加,在补灌180 mm和240 mm的处理中旱地小麦旗叶的硝酸还原酶活性、可溶性蛋白质含量、游离氨基酸含量和脯氨酸含量有所降低。在本试验条件下,补灌120 mm的处理产量最高。继续增加补灌次数,产量开始下降,甚至低于对照处理,表明合理灌溉对旱地小麦产量提高有积极的促进作用。  相似文献

为揭示燕麦种质资源的遗传基础,采用内含子切接点引物和长随机引物的PCR分子标记技术,对加拿大和中国的64份燕麦种质的遗传多样性和群体结构进行了分析.结果表明,所用15条引物共扩增出171条带,平均每条引物扩增出11.4条带,其中多态性带共134务,多态性百分比为78.36%.燕麦各种质阃的Dice遗传相似系数分析表明,所有燕麦材料间的遗传相似系数变幅为0.699~0.934,平均值为0.81,表明参试燕麦种质间存在着一定的遗传差异,但遗传差异相对较小.群体结构分析结果表明,所研究的燕麦种质中81.25%的种质血缘相对比较单一,仅18.75%的种质拥有混合来源.  相似文献

为建立稻茬迟播小麦树脂包膜缓释氮肥高效施肥模式与技术,以冬小麦品种扬麦23为材料,以43%树脂包膜缓释氮肥(PCU,含氮43%)和尿素(U,含氮46%)为氮肥,设置“一次性基施”(A)与“一基一追”(B)2种施肥模式,共形成100%树脂包膜缓释氮肥基施(A1)、80%树脂包膜缓释氮肥+20%尿素基施(A2)、60%树脂包膜缓释氮肥+40%尿素基施(A3)、80%树脂包膜缓释氮肥基施+20%尿素返青期追施(B1)、80%树脂包膜缓释氮肥基施+20%尿素拔节期追施(B2)、60%树脂包膜缓释氮肥基施+40%尿素返青期追施(B3)、60%树脂包膜缓释氮肥基施+40%尿素拔节期追施(B4)等7个施肥处理,分析了缓释氮肥与尿素配施对迟播小麦产量及其构成、茎蘖动态、干物质积累、叶面积指数、SPAD值、氮素利用效率等指标的影响。结果表明,一次性基施模式处理(A1~A3)的小麦产量显著低于常规施肥(CK,基肥∶分蘖肥∶拔节肥∶孕穗肥=5∶1∶2∶2);“一基一追”两次施肥模式处理(B1~B4)的产量显著高于CK,泰州与扬州两地分别平均增产5.77%和5.64%,其中B4处理产量最高,分别为8 796....  相似文献

为了适应全球气候变化,解决宁夏小麦生产中的瓶颈问题,探索冬麦北移及耕作改制的途径,20年来科研人员先后开展了冬小麦遗传资源、育种、栽培技术、耕作制度、种植业结构的研究。冬小麦新品种“宁冬10号” 、“宁冬11号”可比宁夏春麦主栽品种“宁春4号”增产20%~50%,其品质达到国家优质中筋小麦标准,最高产量达到11.5 t·hm-2。宁夏引黄灌区已经出现大面积亩产量“超吨粮”的冬小麦套种玉米及亩产“超吨细粮”的冬小麦加复种水稻;冬小麦收获后复种蔬菜、青贮玉米等,达到了高产、优质、高效的目标。宁夏已有6种与种植冬小麦有关的“一年两熟、全免耕”轮作模式试验成功,并引进印度“涡轮式免耕快乐播种机”,且已研制成功适于宁夏引黄灌区的小麦免耕播种机。  相似文献

Phenylahistin is a naturally occurring marine product with a diketopiperazine structure that can bind to the colchicine site of microtubulin as a possible anticancer agent. To develop more potent microtubule inhibitors, novel phenylahistin derivatives were designed and synthesized based on the co-crystal complexes of phenylahistin derivatives and microtubulin. We established a focused library of imidazole-type molecules for the introduction of different groups to the C-ring and A-ring of phenylahistin. Structure–activity relationship studies indicated that appropriate hydrocarbon substituents and unsaturated alkenyl substituents at the 1-position of the imidazole group are important for improving the activity of such compounds. In addition, this study found that propylamine groups could maintain the activity of these compounds, as exemplified by compound 16d (IC50 = 5.38 nM, NCI-H460). Compound 15p (IC50 = 1.03 nM, NCI-H460) with an allyl group exhibited potent cytotoxic activity at the nanomolar level against human lung cancer cell lines. Immunofluorescence assay indicated that compound 15p could efficiently inhibited microtubule polymerization and induced a high expression of caspase-3. 15p also displayed good pharmacokinetic characteristics in vitro. Additionally, the growth of H22 transplanted tumors was significantly inhibited in BALB/c mice when 15p alone was administered at 4 mg/kg, and the tumor inhibition rate was as much as 65%. Importantly, the continuous administration of 15p resulted in a lower toxicity than that of docetaxel (10 mg/kg) and cyclophosphamide (20 mg/kg). Overall, the novel allyl-imidazole-diketopiperazine-type derivatives could be considered safe and effective potential agents for cancer treatment.  相似文献
