干旱地区膜下滴灌技术甜瓜种植模式试验研究

本文通过田间试验,探索干旱地区甜瓜由传统起垄滴灌种植变为平地滴灌种植的可行性。同时,探讨与滴灌相适宜的植株密度以及经济的滴灌带布置方式,以提高甜瓜种植的经济效益。本文可为类似地区推广平地滴灌技术提供借鉴。     

鸭IFIT5基因(544G>A)多态性与部分免疫指标的关联分析

探索IFIT5基因作为抗性性状的候选标记的可能性,为家禽抗病育种提供一些参考依据。以樱桃谷北京鸭、苏牧麻鸭(樱桃谷鸭×金定鸭)、金定鸭、白羽番鸭为试验材料,利用DNA直接测序技术扫描IFIT5基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP),并分析其与部分免疫指标的关联性。结果表明:仅在IFIT5基因外显子2上检测到一个错义突变(G544A),产生2种等位基因,2种基因型(GG、GA),未发现有AA基因型。经χ2检验,4个鸭群体只有金定鸭和苏牧麻鸭处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态。关联分析结果显示:樱桃谷鸭体内H5含量GG型显著高于GA型(P0.05),而Ig M含量GG型显著低于GA型(P0.05),其余免疫指标均无显著差异(P0.05);苏牧麻鸭体内H5含量GG型极显著高于GA型(P0.01),其余免疫指标均无显著差异(P0.05);金定鸭不同基因型各免疫指标均无显著差异(P0.05)。白羽番鸭在+544位点均为GG纯合基因型。由此可以看出,IFIT5(544GA)可作为樱桃谷鸭体内H5含量的候选分子标记。     

珍稀濒危植物膝柄木种子催芽研究

以采自越南广宁省海河县的膝柄木种子为试材,研究了不同药剂和浓度对种子发芽率和芽苗主根生长的影响。结果表明:与水浸相比,艾比蒂生根剂1号和双吉尔氨基酸肥料6号0.5~15.0mg/L浸种1h,对膝柄木种子发芽均没有促进作用,可见水浸即可有效促进膝柄木种子发芽;艾比蒂生根剂1号0.5mg/L和双吉尔氨基酸肥料6号0.5~10.0mg/L对膝柄木芽苗主根生长有很好的促进作用。     

“莱牧一号”牧草栽培平菇的关键技术研究

随着我国食用菌产业的发展壮大,栽培料需求持续攀升,传统的木屑、棉籽壳等栽培料已经不能满足产业的持续发展。"莱牧一号"(Pennisetum sp.)牧草为莱索托引进的新品种,生物量大,可作为食用菌栽培的原料。现主要介绍"莱牧一号"牧草栽培平菇的技术措施,以期为平菇栽培提供新原料,促进平菇产业的可持续发展。     

Measurement and Analysis of Prestressed Concrete Flat Beam- Waffle Slab System During Prestressing

During the pre - stressing of the unbonded prestressed concrete wide flat beam - waffle slab system, the displacements and strains of slab and the prestressed concrete beams were site - measured and the results were analyzed. The prestressing construction was simulated by finite element program. The prestressing efficiency of the unbonded prestressed concrete wide flat beam - waffle slab system was discussed. It indicates that the prestressing efficiency was affected by the in -plane stiffness of slab.     

Pd Pattern Recognition Based on Linear Discriminant Analysis in GIS

According to the character of PD in GIS, the authors design four kinds of GIS defection models. The GIS gray intensity images are constructed based on mass specimens gathered by the ultra - high frequency and high speeds systems, Aiming at the PD characteristics and its defections, A PCA-FDA method is put forward based on PD images. The principal component analysis is employed to condense the dimension of PD images, then the optimal sets of statistically uncorrelated discriminant vectors are extracted, and the minimum distance classifier is constructed as classifier. The identified results show that this method can effectively elevated the discrimination of the four kinds of defects in GIS PD.     

The research in processing fMRI data using temporal-spatial model based on CCA

In the analysis of cognition of human brain,the fMRI is often used.Corelation is a common method in fMRI data detecting,but its ability should be improved.Based on the Canonical Correlation Analysis(CCA),the temporal correlation and spatial correlation are used together to detect the activated area in the fMRI data.By the application of the method in simulation data and fMRI data,it shows that this method is effective in the detecting.     

Management System of the Tender and Bidding for Power Projects with a Valuation Based on the Bill of Quantities

Valuation based on the bill of quantifies will change the existing valuation mode of tender and bidding. For the standardized management of tender and bidding for power projects and the inteUigentized information management of power enterprises, it is an inevitable trend of reform to apply the valuation mode based on the bill of quantifies. According to the characteristics of power projects, this paper expounds the working process of the valuation mode based on the bill of quantities and analyzes the goal and function need of the tender and bidding management system. Considering the calculation procedure of the valuation and the quote strategy of quantities bill, the composition of fees for the valuation is settled and the calculation method is designed. To establish the management system of tender and bidding with a valuation based on the bill of quantities is beneficial for the costing reform of power projects and the perfection of the tender and bidding market. Therefore it is of great significance to spread the new management mode of project costing with a valuation based on the bill of quantities.     

The Algorithm of Searching out the Least and Most Loops by Making Use of Direction Factor

Based upon the conception of the least loop,the most loop and direction factor presented by the author firstly,the algorithm of searching out the least and most loops has been designed.By building the adjoining matrix, confirming the start-point of searching,vectorizing the searching sides,calculating the direction factor of adjoining sides,we can search out the next side of the least loop or the most loop rapidly.With a valid searching side being confirmed at every searching and the searching scope being reduced by forming degenerate graph,the time compexity of the algorithm is much less. In the research of the automatic calculating system of construction quantities, the problem of houses partition and out-wall partition had been solved succesfully by utilizing this searching algorithm.     

低能离子注入后小麦苗期损伤效应研究

以鉴54、豫农118及豫麦18号为材料,研究了不同剂量率、剂量离子注入对小麦幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,随着剂量率和剂量的增加小麦幼苗损伤程度逐渐加剧,具体表现在苗高降低、第一叶长变短。剂量率间差异显著,品种间有辐射敏感性差异。另外苗期还发现了一些变异,主要表现为主叶脉失绿和形态畸形。离子束诱变的合适剂量在6×1017ions/cm2以上。
