高油酸花生增硒高产栽培技术

高油酸花生的油酸含量大于75%,抗氧化性强,营养价值、保健价值及经济价值高。硒是人体必需的微量元素之一,具有增加人体免疫力、预防心血管疾病、排毒解毒等功效。人体内的硒元素只能通过食物获取,因此人体必须补充含硒元素的食物。在缺硒地块中生长的植物硒含量低,人工外源施硒可增加植物中硒元素含量。总结出一种高油酸花生增硒高产栽培技术,使高油酸花生兼具富硒特点,增加其经济价值。     

应用纳米磁珠实时荧光定量PCR方法检测番茄黄化曲叶病毒

In order to develop a rapid, sensitive and specific qPCR assay for detection and quantification of Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV), a pair of primers and TaqMan probe were designed according to the conserved sequence of known TYLCV isolates. Combining with MNP technique, a novel MNP-qPCR detection method was established and verified based on specificity, sensitivity and reproducibility tests. The results indicated that the Ct value of plotted standard curve showed good linear relationship(R² =0.9994)with the log of copy number of template. The established method showed a high specificity for TYLCV detection without crossing reaction with Tomato severe leaf curl virus and Tomato yellow leaf curl Sadinia virus, and was 10-fold more sensitive than routine PCR. Both coefficients of variation were less than 2%, indicating a good reproducibility. We have provided a novel method for detection of TYLCV in plant samples rapidly and quantitatively.     

浅谈我市设立兽医卫生化制场的体会

1建场情况我市为加强病害畜禽（肉）的无害地处理工作,于1987年成立了柳村怖兽医卫生化制场,属财政全额拨款的事业单位,具有独立法人,1989年建成。现该场占地8500m2,在编人员7入。病害畜禽无害化处理区内建有无害化消毒处理工作间160m2,高温工作;司400m2,焚烧炉一座20m2,四级化粪池一个200m3,能同时进行消毒灭菌、高温、焚烧、销毁处理病害畜禽（肉）工作。2无害化处理情况从1989年至1998年,我市兽医卫生检疫、监督检查出送往化制场作无害化处理的病害肉共311451．4kg,其中高温处理206171．8kg,销毁105279．6kg。3体会3．1设立…     

棉花纤维突变体胚珠发育过程中主要生化物质的积累特征

采用4种不同类型的棉花纤维突变体和一个正常对照TM-1,分析比较了胚珠发育过程中,纤维和种皮内纤维素,种仁内脂肪、可溶性糖和蛋白质等成份的积累特征及诸成份与纤维素含量的相关关系.结果表明,棉花纤维突变体的胚珠不仅生化物质动态变化有着较大的差异,而且其生化物质的组成差异也很大.纤维突变体的纤维素含量低,种仁蛋白质含量低,脂肪含量高.纤维素含量与种仁内脂肪含量呈显著或极显著正相关;与纤维可溶性糖,纤维蛋白质有显著的相关性,呈显著负相关.     

应用RT-PCR方法检测水稻植株和介体昆虫体内的水稻齿叶矮缩病毒

 将生物学接种和RT-PCR检测水稻植株体内的水稻齿叶矮缩病毒的方法进行了比较,发现结果基本趋于一致,但总体上RT-PCR检测阳性率稍高于生物学接种的发病率。将生物学接种检测褐飞虱介体内水稻齿叶矮缩病毒方法与RT-PCR检测方法进行比较分析,发现RT-PCR方法可以检测单头褐飞虱体内的水稻齿叶矮缩病毒,具有很高的准确性和灵敏度。     

不同山羊草细胞质效应的比较研究

以 2 4种不同山羊草细胞质的稳定同核异质杂种为材料 ,进行了植株生长特性、病害抗性、抗低温能力、光合特性、主要农艺性状、自交育性和种子蛋白质含量等方面的比较研究。同时 ,还分析了异源细胞质效应的遗传特点 ,指出了生产上有应用价值的细胞质材料     

Diagnostic radiology of pet and wild birds: a review. I. Radiographic techniques and radiographs of healthy birds.

By the radiographic examination of pet and wild birds, veterinary clinicians may relatively easily obtain additional information that can be used routinely in their everyday diagnostic and therapeutic work. The first part of the present review summarizes the basic technical conditions of radiological examinations, analyses the radiographic features of healthy birds, and describes the procedure and radiological indications of contrast radiography.     

The effects of cyclophosphamide and its uroprotective agents, mesna and hyperbaric oxygen, on urinary bladder motility in guinea pigs

The aim of this research was to observe the effects of cyclophosphamide and its uroprotective agents, mesna and hyperbaric oxygen (HBO), on the motility of urinary bladder muscle in guinea pigs. In the experimental groups, mesna and cyclophosphamide were intraperitoneally injected at a dose of 21.5 mg/kg and 68.1 mg/kg, respectively. For the combination of mesna and cyclophosphamide, one dose of mesna was injected 20 min before cyclophosphamide administration and three additional injections of mesna were repeated every three hours. A total of 8 HBO exposures were performed at 2.8 ATA for 90 min twice daily for another experimental group. In the HBO and cyclophosphamide combined group 5 HBO exposures were given prophylactically before cyclophosphamide. The combination of mesna, HBO and cyclophosphamide was administered by the same procedure. The contractions obtained in response to acetylcholine (ACh, 10(-4) M) in the control group were reduced using cyclophosphamide and HBO individually, but not by mesna. However, the contractions belonging to the various combinations of these three agents were not different from those seen in the control group. On the other hand, the combinations of cyclophosphamide, mesna and HBO showed higher responses to ACh than the groups in which cyclophosphamide and HBO were used individually, while the responses elicited by the cyclophosphamide and HBO combination were greater than those seen in the group treated with HBO only.     

Electron microscopic studies on conjunctiva associated lymphoid tissue (CALT) in Angora goats

The purpose of this study was to investigate the electron microscopic structure of conjunctiva associated lymphoid tissue (CALT) and to determine the uptake of macromolecules from follicle associated epithelium (FAE) of Angora goats. The sample tissues taken from lower and upper eyelids of ten 5-6 month-old healthy Angora goats were used in this study. The conjunctiva associated lymphoid tissue of Angora goats was formed by solitary or aggregate lymphoid follicle and follicle associated epithelium which cover these follicle. FAE was formed by flattened epithelial cells, lymphocytes, monocytes and polymorph nuclear leukocytes but no goblet cells. Ferritin particles were seen on the apical surface, in the invaginations, vesicles, vacuoles of flattened epithelial cells. It was concluded that these epithelial cells were specialized to uptake macromolecules.     

搞好我市乡镇生猪定点屠宰工作的建议

四川宜宾市辖九县一区,其中七个县为山区县,农村人口较为分散,乡村交通不便。在这种情况下如何搞好我市乡镇一级生猪定点屠宰工作难度确实不小。为使国务院对生猪定点屠宰工作确定的“统一规划、合理布局、有利流通、促进生产、方便群众、便于检疫和管理”的原则指导方针能在实际工作中得到较好贯彻,又能兼顾乡镇生猪屠宰场的实际情况,做到有效控制病、害肉出场,保障人体健康,保护环境卫生,促进畜牧业健康发展,笔者建议：1加大生猪定点屠宰管理力度,取缔私设屠宰场点各地应坚决按照《条例》规定,对生猪全面实行定点屠宰,统一管…
