浅论远程视频监控系统在森林防火工作中的应用

阐述了远程视频监控系统的组成、功能及在森林防火工作中的优势,分析了监控系统在泰顺县的森林防火中应用的必要性及系统建成后所取得的成效以及存在的不足。     

用于车辆紧急制动仿真的动态轮胎模型

提出一种可用于车辆紧急制动仿真的动态轮胎模型——LuGre轮胎模型。该动态模型不仅具有与经典稳态模型（如魔术公式）相似的稳态特性,可以方便地通过试验数据进行参数拟合和在线整定,而且能够精确捕捉汽车紧急制动过程中的瞬态特性,又由于采用微分方程形式来描述,更有利于开发高性能的电子制动控制系统来提高汽车的行驶安全性。得到了LuGre轮胎模型的基本特性,并分析了其在车辆紧急制动仿真中的稳态特性和动态特性。     

Natural Marine Products: Anti-Colorectal Cancer In Vitro and In Vivo

Colorectal cancer, a malignant tumor with high mortality, has a poor prognosis due to drug resistance and toxicity in clinical surgery and chemotherapy. Thus, finding safer and more efficient drugs for clinical trials is vital and urgent. Natural marine compounds, with rich resources and original chemical structures, are applied widely in anticancer treatments. We provide a systematic overview of recently reported marine compounds such as alkaloids, peptides, terpenoids, polysaccharides, and carotenoids from in vitro, in vivo, and clinical studies. The in vitro studies summarized the marine origins and pharmacological mechanisms, including anti-proliferation, anti-angiogenesis, anti-migration, anti-invasion, the acceleration of cycle arrest, and the promotion of tumor apoptosis, of various compounds. The in vivo studies outlined the antitumor effects of marine compounds on colorectal cancer model mice and evaluated their efficacy in terms of tumor inhibition, hepatotoxicity, and nephrotoxicity. The clinical studies summarized the major chemical classifications and targets of action of the clinical drugs that have entered clinical approval and completed approval for marine anticancer. In summary, we present the current situation regarding the application of natural anti-colorectal cancer marine compounds and prospects for their clinical application.

硝化抑制剂DMPP对菜园土供肥特性的影响

采用好气培养法研究了新型硝化抑制剂3,4-二甲基吡唑磷酸盐（DMPP）对菜园土壤养分肥力的影响。结果表明．在35d恒温培养过程中,土壤硝态氮呈现升高的趋势,DMPP处理（硫硝铵ASN＋DMPP和尿素urea＋DMPP）＋壤硝态氮含量在整个试验期间显著低于未加DMPP处理（ASN和urea）;从培养的第10d开始至试验结束期间,DMPP处理的土壤铵态氮含量显著高于未加DMPP处理。DMPP能增加土壤无机氮含量,在氮肥施入后较长时间内维持较高的氮供应强度并能调节氮素供应形态,减弱土壤因施氮造成的pH值下降,降低土壤速效钾含量,但对土壤速效磷含量影响不大。     

非洲菊切花保鲜剂的研究

本文研究由蔗糖、硝酸银、8-HQ(8-羟基喹啉)配制的不同保鲜剂对非洲菊切花插瓶寿命、水分平衡、鲜重变化及观赏值等指标的影响。结果表明：4％蔗糖 200mg／L硝酸银 200mg／L硫酸铝 320mg／L8-HQ的保鲜效果最好。     

中国主要纸产品国际竞争力综合评价

文中在分析中国主要纸产品出口贸易现状的基础上,选取国际市场占有率、贸易竞争力指数和显示性比较优势指数测算中国主要纸产品2010-2019年的国际竞争力指数,并采用基于主成分分析的定权方法对纸产品国际市场竞争力进行综合评价。结果表明:主要纸产品国际竞争力较强的芬兰、瑞典和德国位居综合评价前3位,中国主要纸产品综合竞争力经过近10年发展已处于中等偏上水平,仍有改进和提升空间。基于上述研究成果,提出推进人工林速生材高效利用、促进科技创新能力提升和探索"出口转内销"等政策建议。     

加减苍附导痰汤对痰湿阻滞型非酒精性脂肪性肝病氧化应激水平及脂质代谢的影响

目的 观察加减苍附导痰汤对痰湿阻滞型非酒精性脂肪性肝病（non-alcoholicfattyliverdisease,NAFLD）氧化应激水平及脂质代谢的影响。方法 将82例痰湿阻滞型NAFLD患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组40例。治疗组给予口服加减苍附导痰汤,对照组给予口服奥利司他胶囊,两组的疗程均为12周。观察两组患者治疗前后总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、血清天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、丙二醛（MDA）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）水平、肝脏脂肪含量（LFC）及不良反应的发生情况。结果 治疗后两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C均较治疗前显著改善（P<0.05）,且治疗组各项指标的改善优于对照组（P<0.05）;两组血清ALT、AST、MDA及LFC较治疗前明显降低,而血清SOD水平升高（P<0.05）,且治疗组各项指标的改善优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 加减苍附导痰汤对痰湿阻滞型NAFLD患者保肝降酶及降低肝脏脂肪含量有较好的疗效,可能与其提高抗氧化及脂质代谢水平有关。     

蜂花粉抗化学性肝损伤研究进展

近年来研究发现蜂花粉具有显著的保肝功效,国内外学者已对此开展了广泛而深入的研究。本文就蜂花粉及活性成分对化学性肝损伤(四氯化碳肝损伤、酒精性肝损伤、氨基半乳糖诱导肝损伤)的作用效果和作用机理等方面的研究进展进行了综述,并对其研究方向和前景进行展望。     

Protective effect of vitamin C and lycopene on the in vitro fertilization capacity of sex-sorted bull sperm by inhibiting the oxidative stress

The fertilization capacity of sex-sorted sperms is seriously decreased, which inhibits its wide application. However, little information is still available about the effect of vitamin C (VC) and lycopene (Lyc) on the fertilization capacity of sex-sorted bull sperm. In this study, the washing medium and fertilization medium of sex-sorted sperm from three bull individuals were supplemented with different concentrations of VC (0, 1 × 10^–3, 1 × 10^–4, 1 × 10^–5, 1 × 10^–6 M) or Lyc (0, 1 × 10^–4, 1 × 10^–5, 1 × 10^–6, 1 × 10^–7). After washing twice and incubation for 1.5 hr, the malondialdehyde (MDA) level, phosphatidylserine (PS) translocation, membrane potential (Δψm) and IVF (in vitro fertilization) ability of sex-sorted sperm were investigated. For the sex-sorted sperm of bulls A, B and C, 1 × 10^–3 M VC or 1 × 10^–4 M Lyc treatment significantly decreased their MDA levels and PS translocation and increased their Δψm levels and cleavage rates after IVF. When blastocysts were concerned, 1 × 10^–4 M Lyc significantly improved the blastocyst rates and their IFN-tau expression of bulls A and C. In conclusion, supplementation of 1 × 10^–3 M VC or 1 × 10^–4 M Lyc in washing and fertilization medium contributed greatly to improving the fertilization capacity of sex-sorted bull sperm during IVF procedure.
