丘陵山区农机化发展路径的分析探索

在社会的不断快速发展中农业发展也得到了一定促进,但在农业的整体发展中丘陵山区的发展相对比较缓慢,对其原因进行分析主要由各种因素共同作用产生,但丘陵山区农机化发展进程缓慢为最主要的因素。因为农机化发展水平较低逐渐和平原地区的发展拉开差距。所以丘陵山区如何将农机化发展进行提高已经成为了农业发展中重点关注的问题。本文基于广西博白县当地情况探讨分析导致丘陵山区农机化发展不足的相关原因并提出相关发展对策,希望可对当地农机化发展给予一定推动并为相关工作者提供一定参考。     

中国棉花生产高质量发展的内涵阐释

中国棉花生产进入新发展阶段后必须转向高质量发展,这不仅是适应我国经济高质量发展的现实需要,也是应对国内外环境深刻变化的需要.中国棉花生产高质量发展意味着棉花必须朝向高附加值方向发展,必须是以创新驱动的高效率发展,必须是资源节约、生态友好的绿色发展.     

生态农业产业化发展研究

应用生态农业理念指导农业产业化发展,对平坝区生态农业产业化发展较好的4个产业进行调研。结果表明,生态农业产业化发展良好,在生态农业产业发展的同时有力助推了脱贫攻坚,解决了产业发展增效,贫困户增收的问题,真正实现生态农业产业化发展好,带动贫困户脱贫致富有保障。     

自贡市现代农业发展水平评价

发展现代农业是未来农业发展的主题,是农业农村发展的主要任务。文章以自贡市现代农业为研究对象,借鉴相关研究成果,构建自贡市现代农业评价指标体系,基于层次分析法建立评价模型,利用2012年统计数据,测评自贡市现代农业发展水平,结果表明自贡市现代农业发展水平评价得分为49.22,处于现代农业发展起步阶段。     

良种体系——现代农业的起跑器

发展现代农业是新农村建设的首要任务。现代农业是先进科技的农业,其发展要靠多种因素推动,但种子是现代农业最重要的科技载体,在现代农业发展中起着基础性和先导性作用。本文结合江苏农业发展实际,阐述了建设良种体系在农业发展中的重要作用,围绕现代农业发展要求,提出了突破良种体系建设的几点思考和建议。     

Co-opetition Development of Cultural Tourism Complexes in Xishuangbanna: A Case Study of Gaozhuangxishuangjing and Xishuangbanna-Based Wanda International Resort

The cultural tourism complex is a comprehensive development model with cultural soft power as its core competitiveness, and is an industrial development system with tourism as the forerunner, culture as the core, and real estate as the platform and consumption carrier. The development status and trend of the cultural tourism complex as a new format of tourism industry integration under the guidance of the national strategy of all-for-one tourism are worthy of attention and discussion. With Xishuangbanna's two cultural tourism complexes of Gaozhuangxishuangjing and Xishuangbanna-based Wanda International Resort as the research object, this paper compared the similarities and differences of the two tourism complexes in their development and their respective problems, and analyzed the basis and condition for their co-opetition development. The ultimate goal of this paper was to seek the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the two cultural tourism complexes to complement each other, promote each other, and jointly promote the development of tourism in Xishuangbanna.     

乡村小康和谐社会的量化研究

以县（市）为研究单元,应用两阶段聚类法,对广西乡村小康和谐社会的发展状况进行综合分析研究,揭示各研究单元与指标变量的关系及其空间分布规律。结果表明,广西76个县（市）可分为4种发展类型：高度协调发展类型Ⅰ,中等协调发展类型Ⅱ,初级协调发展类型Ⅲ和整体发展滞后类型Ⅳ。各类型的发展水平差异有明显地域联系和分异特征,总格局为东高西低,东南高西北低,空间结构呈点轴开发模式。     

Study on Pattern of Urbanization Development in Chongqing

As a municipality directly under central government, Chongqing has a dual economic structure. We can't break away from its history and realistic condition while studying its urbanization development model. In this paper, taking the theory of urbanization development as the foundation, fully using the experience in urbanization of developed area for reference in combination with the reality in Chongqing, the urbanization development model for Chongqing is put forward as "metropolitan area + dot-axle type town strap", that is, taking metropolis area as the center and Yangtze river and Line 319 (Yuhai Railway) as the development axle and the towns along the axle as the node, the development is carried out like a string of beads to form a network type urban system with metropolitan area as center and cities such as Wanzhou, Fuling and Qianjiang etc along Yangtze River as the regional center.     

Correlation Analysis of Digital City and Urban Sustainable Development

Digital city and its sustainable development is the new vision on city civilization in the 21st century, which will greatly change the life conception, style and level of the people. The relationship of Digital City and sustainable development will affect the orientation and speed of worldwide economic development. The concepts and the relationship of Digital City and sustainable development are analyzed and their harmony and collision are studied in this paper. It suggests that Digital City is an important component of Digital Earth and a result of new technology revolution as well as the inherent necessity to the implementation of sustainable development. Digital City and sustainable development will be vested with new connotations with the development of the city.     

县域农业循环经济发展模式及对策研究

为了改变当前中国县域农业经济粗放型发展的现状,实现生态和环境协调发展的目标,寻求一种适合县域农业的发展模式,以循环经济理论和生态学为依据,以山东省东阿县为例,探讨了农业循环经济思想在农业上的应用;从该县农业发展面临的资源、生态环境等条件出发,论证了推进农业循环经济发展的必然性,初步构想了东阿县农业循环经济发展的具体模式,并提出了进一步发展农业循环经济相关对策和建议。发展农业循环经济是构建循环型经济社会,实现可持续发展的重要组成部分,也是实现农业转型的必然发展趋势;笔者所做的初步研究期望为县域农业循环经济的发展提供参考依据。     

广东农业传媒与传播学科发展现状与战略规划研究

笔者简述国内外农业传媒与传播学科的发展现状,包括国外传媒传播数字化发展趋势及国内传媒传播机构培育及技术进展等方面;从媒体数字化、农业科技传播推广、理论水平与基层服务等方面分析广东农业传媒与传播发展情况。在对该学科建设发展需求分析的基础上,拟订出广东省农业传媒与传播学科发展的战略规划,包括指导思想、建设原则、研究领域规划、发展目标与研究战略重点等方面,以期为今后广东农业传媒与传播学科的科学发展提供战略指导与理论支撑。     

Exploration and Practice on Index System of Sustainable Development: A Case Study of Shennongjia,Hubei Province

This paper combined sustainable development theory, economic theory and ecology theory with the index system establishment of sustainable development experimental area. Based on the four subsystems(economy, society, resource and environment) the evaluation of sustainable development experimental area was established. And evaluation indicators system selected 29 specific indicators to characterize the sustainable development of the experimental area capacity. Taking Shennongjia as an example, the sustainable development index data of Shennongjia in 2009-2013 were analyzed and calculated based on constructing the sustainable development system, and the comprehensive coordination indexes was used to characterize Shennongjia as the sustainable development. The sustainable development index of Shennongjia in the recent five years was between 53.37 and 62.77. It was expected that the construction of the sustainable development experimental area should be guided by the scientific development concept. Social development should enhance the concept of sustainable development from top to bottom, change the growth mode, get rational development, take effective protection of resources and the environment, start the development of circular economy to build a low consumption, less emissions and sustainable economic development system.     

西北地区资源水利与生态环境相关性探析

人口增长和社会经济发展对水资源需求日益增长并使水环境恶化。水资源的可持续发展成为西北地区经济社会可持续发展的战略重点。针对制约西北地区可持续发展的背景因素,选取水资源作为主导因子,通过分析区域内水资源的现状和特征,认为西北地区应实现资源水利为发展导向的应对方案。     

安徽省水产养殖尾水治理典型模式分析与发展建议

由于水产养殖业的快速发展及养殖产量大幅提升,不可避免地带来养殖水环境污染等难题。水产养殖尾水治理是“绿水青山就是金山银山”发展理念的重要实践,也是推进水产养殖业绿色高质量发展的必然要求。本研究以安徽省为例,分别从水产养殖及尾水治理现状、尾水治理典型模式、存在的问题和对策、发展建议等方面,对当前环保高压态势下水产养殖尾水治理模式进行总结分析,旨在为安徽省水产养殖业转型升级、绿色高质量发展提供借鉴和参考。     

Empirical Research on Quality Improvement and Effect Increase of Rural Tourist Destination Under the Strategic Background of Rural Revitalization: A Case Study of Xishan District,Kunming City,Yunnan Province

As one of important channels in rural revitalization and development, rural tourism obtains a lot of remarkable achievements in rural development. However, relatively single product and homogenized development model make competition gradually intensify, and many once glorious rural tourist destinations gradually decline. Xishan District of Kunming City of Yunnan Province is taken as research object in this paper. Via literature research, field survey and depth interview, development process, status quo and existing problems of its rural tourism are deeply explored. Based on above research results, development idea, strategy and countermeasure for quality improvement and effect increase of traditional rural tourism destination are proposed, and cooperative development, mutual benefit and win-win are taken as the ultimate development goals.
