近几年来,在青海省海晏县哈勒景乡的部分羊群中的羔羊中发生了以关节腔囊、胸软骨以及个别实质脏器脓肿为主要特征的病例,当地牧民称为肝子病.据调查该病在本地区的发生率在2%左右,致死率高达100%,病羔剖检后脓包随身可见.因此,笔者于1999~2000年对该地区的这类病例进行了综合诊断和药敏试验,现报告如下.  相似文献

采用纸片扩散法对北京地区警犬皮肤分离出的23株伪中间型葡萄球菌进行药物敏感性试验,并用PCR扩增技术进行相关耐药基因筛查。结果显示:23株伪中间型葡萄球菌对头孢西丁、阿米卡星、阿莫西林-克拉维酸、头孢曲松、氟苯尼考全部敏感,对青霉素G耐药性最高,为52.17%;耐药基因筛查中,3株未检出耐药基因,占13.04%;耐药基因中,linA/linA’检出率最高,为47.83%;耐药基因谱型以aacA-aph D、linA/linA'为主,占17.39%。  相似文献

从65份临床健康牛产分离出的25株葡萄球菌,其中13株被确定有致病性,用试纸法进行的药敏试验结果表明,25株葡萄球菌对青霉素,磺胺,苯唑青霉素的耐药率很高,分别为72%,(18/25),72%(18/25),60%(15/25)并且有很多重耐药性菌株,同时选出了氯霉素,红霉素,头孢唑啉等10种高敏度药物。  相似文献

2006年7月上旬,浙江某规模鸡场饲养的10000余羽200日龄蛋鸡中,有部分鸡只出现精神沉郁、食欲减退等症状,发病率10%左右,死亡率2%。使用青霉素G、复方新诺明等药物治疗,效果不佳,送病鸡求诊。  相似文献

为调查广东省宠物源伪中间型葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus pseudintermedius)的携带和耐药情况,从小动物临床采集皮肤、耳部和鼻腔等部位的样品,分离鉴定伪中间型葡萄球菌,并采用琼脂稀释法和纸片扩散法对伪中间型葡萄球菌进行抗菌药物敏感性检测,采用PCR方法检测mecA基因。结果表明,从898个样品中共分离到144株伪中间型葡萄球菌,检出率为16.0%,皮肤、耳部和鼻腔的伪中间型葡萄球菌检出率分别为20%(64/319)、17.8%(64/359)和7.5%(3/40)。抗菌药物敏感性检测和mecA基因检测结果显示有89株(61.8%)为耐甲氧西林伪中间型葡萄球菌(MRSP)。伪中间型葡萄球菌对氨苄西林、红霉素、阿奇霉素、克林霉素和四环素的耐药率均在80%以上,对利福平和阿米卡星的耐药率低于8%,对万古霉素、利奈唑胺、喹奴普汀/达福普汀和替考拉宁均敏感。大部分(>69%)MRSP对红霉素、克林霉素、泰乐菌素、阿奇霉素、复方新诺明、四环素、环丙沙星和恩诺沙星等抗菌药物表现耐药。本研究结果表明宠物源伪中间型葡萄球菌的耐药情况严重且MRSP的检出率高,应高度重视宠物源细菌耐药问题。  相似文献

对内蒙古呼和浩特和包头地区4个奶牛场或养牛集中区20株已鉴定的奶牛乳房内感染葡萄球菌进行了药敏试验.试验菌株普遍对头孢噻吩、庆大霉素、妥布霉素、新霉素、四环素、氯霉素、洁霉素、红霉素、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、新生霉素高度敏感.从使用青霉素类频繁的牛场分离到的菌株对青霉素G和氨苄青霉素不敏感.  相似文献

试验旨在对吉林省某水貂养殖场送检的3只具有典型腹泻症状的病死水貂的小肠和肠内容物样品进行细菌分离鉴定及耐药情况分析,为临床治疗提供参考。通过细菌分离纯化和PCR方法对分离菌株进行鉴定,对BALB/c小鼠进行菌液注射来检测菌株的致病性。采用K-B药敏法检测菌株对常用药物的敏感性,并通过PCR方法检测其耐药基因和Ⅰ类整合子的携带情况。结果显示,分离得到3株志贺氏菌,致病性检测试验显示分离菌可引起小鼠腹泻。药物敏感性试验结果显示,3株志贺氏菌对氟喹诺酮类药物、头孢类药物、氟苯尼考和多黏菌素较敏感,对氨基糖苷类、四环素、氯霉素、青霉素、氨苄西林耐药。耐药基因检测结果显示,3株志贺氏菌共检测出7种耐药基因blaTEM-1、aadA1、aac(3')-Ⅱc、aac(6')-Ⅰb、aph(3')-Ⅶ、tet(M)、cat2及携带aadA1基因盒的Ⅰ类整合子。结果表明,分离的3株志贺氏菌均具有致病性,可引起小鼠腹泻,主要表现为多重耐药现象,携带的耐药基因呈多样性,为临床治疗带来巨大影响。  相似文献

Background: High prevalence of methicillin resistance among clinical isolates of Staphylococcus pseudintermedius obtained from dogs was reported in Seoul metropolitan area, South Korea. However, no information on genetic lineage and clonal spread is currently available.

Objective: The aim is to identify the genetic diversity of methicillin-resistant or -susceptible S. pseudintermedius (MRSP and MSSP, respectively) from healthy dogs.

Animals and methods: From 119 healthy dogs, 29 isolates consisting of 20 MRSP and 9 MSSP were collected from June 2013 to February 2014. Phenotypic features, antibiogram, multilocus sequence type (MLST), Staphylococcal cassette chromosome mec (SCCmec) type and spa gene type were analyzed.

Results: MLST showed 24 sequence types (STs), including 20 new STs that were genetically distinct from the previous STs in other geographic areas. SCCmec typing revealed that all isolates had SCCmec type V, a predominant type in North America. spa gene typing was successful in only 13 isolates (10 MRSP and 3 MSSP) and revealed two known types (t02 and t06), as well as one novel type (t73).

Conclusion: Our cumulative data indicate the presence of various populations of S. pseudintermedius in clinically normal dogs in Seoul metropolitan area.  相似文献

旨在调查犬源伪中间葡萄球菌的耐药性和分子特征,本研究自2017年11月—2019年4月收集601份送检至中国农业大学动物医院检验科和第三方检测机构的犬源临床样本,分离鉴定伪中间葡萄球菌;采用琼脂稀释法检测伪中间葡萄球菌对14种抗菌药物的敏感性;所有分离菌株均进行全基因组测序(WGS),并从WGS结果中获取耐药基因、多位点序列分型(ST)和葡萄球菌染色体基因盒(SCCmec)分型。结果显示,共分离到75株伪中间葡萄球菌(分离率为12.5%),其中包括42株(56%)耐甲氧西林伪中间葡萄球菌(MRSP)和33株(44%)甲氧西林敏感伪中间葡萄球菌(MSSP);所有菌株均对青霉素、阿奇霉素、克林霉素、多西环素、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、苯唑西林和氯霉素高度耐药,对利奈唑胺、万古霉素、阿米卡星和利福平敏感,多重耐药率达90.7%;所有MRSP均具有多重耐药性;75株伪中间葡萄球菌中检测到19种耐药基因,blaZaac(6')-aph(2″)检出率最高,均为92%(69/75);共发现70种ST型,54种为新ST型,无优势ST型;23株(54.7%) MRSP为SCCmec V型。综上表明,犬源伪中间葡萄球菌存在严重的多重耐药性;MRSP和MSSP均具有较大的遗传多样性。  相似文献

In order to provide therapeutical guidance for drug admistration, the bacteria of three sick minks suffering from typical diarrhea symptoms provided by mink farms in Jilin province were isolated and identified, and the drug sensitivity was tested. The bacteria were isolated with TSA plates, and identified using biochemical methods and PCR assay. The virulence of the isolates was determined by infecting BALB/c mice. The antimicrobial susceptibility of the isolates to antimicrobial agents was investigated using the K-B method. PCR was used to detect the resistance genes and Ⅰ integrons. A total of 3 Shigella isolates were obtained from sick minks. The virulent determination showed that all isolates could cause mice diarrhea. The drug sensitivity results showed that 3 strains were sensitive to fluoroquinolone, cephalosporin, florfenicol and polymyxin, but they were resistant to aminoglycoside, tetracycline, chloramphenicol, penicillin and ampicillin. There were seven resistance genes were detected,blaTEM-1,aadA1, aac(3')-Ⅱc, aac(6')-Ⅰb, aph(3')-Ⅶ, tet(M), cat2 and three class Ⅰ integrons carrying aadA 1 gene cassette. All of the isolates were virulent and caused the mice diarrhea. The resistance of the 3 strains were very serious and mainly for multiple drug resistance phenomenon. The resistance genes detected in the mink were various, and could bring enormous implications for clinical treatment.  相似文献

CASE HISTORY: A 14-year-old neutered male Sealyham terrier was referred for assessment of a persistent pyoderma. It had experienced numerous episodes of dermatitis involving pododermatitis, pyoderma and otitis over the previous 6 years.

CLINICAL FINDINGS: Superficial, focally deep and mucocutaneous pyoderma were present, with yellow mucoid exudate on both nares and the lower lips crusted with haemopurulent exudate. Epidermal collarettes were present on the dorsal and lateral trunk. There were peri-anal crusts and mild erythema was present on the concave aspect of both pinnae.

MICROBIOLOGICAL FINDINGS: Culture and microbiological testing identified Staphylococcus pseudintermedius as the infecting organism. Kirby-Bauer disc susceptibility testing revealed the isolate was resistant to numerous antimicrobials including oxacillin. PCR testing of the isolate identified the presence of the mecA gene which confers resistance to β-lactam antimicrobials. Pulsed field gel electrophoresis typing suggested the isolate was not related to the methicillin-resistant S. pseudintermedius that had been reported to be associated with canine infections in Western Australia.

DIAGNOSIS: Superficial, deep and mucus membrane pyoderma associated with a multi-drug resistant S. pseudintermedius.

CLINICAL RELEVANCE: This is the first recorded case of canine pyoderma involving methicillin-resistant multidrug-resistant S. pseudintermedius in New Zealand. Treatment of such cases is difficult because the number of effective and available antimicrobials is limited. This finding should raise the awareness of the veterinary and medical professions to the presence of such organisms in New Zealand and stimulate a discussion about possible biosecurity barriers, treatment strategies and prevention of zoonotic and nosocomial infections.  相似文献

为了掌握导致青海地区奶牛乳房炎的最主要病原菌——葡萄球菌流行情况及其对常用药物的敏感性,从而为奶牛乳房炎的治疗提供参考依据,本试验在青海地区18个奶牛场共采集243份乳房炎乳样。应用传统方法进行葡萄球菌的分离培养;通过试管法血浆凝固酶试验与生化鉴定方法,本次共分离出金黄色葡萄球菌43株,木糖葡萄球菌与产色葡萄球菌各6株,腐生葡萄球菌5株,松鼠葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和人葡萄球菌各4 株,头葡萄球菌和模仿葡萄球菌各2株;经K-B纸片扩散法对葡萄球菌耐药性检测结果显示,该地区葡萄球菌主要对头孢类、林可霉素、阿米卡星比较敏感,部分菌株对恩诺沙星与庆大霉素敏感,从而为该地区奶牛乳房炎的有效预防和治疗提供科学依据。  相似文献

为指导临床合理用药并为治疗患病水貂提供依据,本试验对山东省某水貂养殖场送检的7只疑似患有沙门氏菌病的病死水貂的肝脏和脾脏样品进行细菌分离鉴定及药物敏感性分析,通过分离纯化方法从样品中分离菌株,并采用革兰氏染色、生化鉴定和PCR方法对分离菌株进行鉴定。运用K-B药敏法检测菌株对临床常用药物的敏感性,并通过PCR方法检测菌株耐药基因及Ⅰ类整合子的携带情况。结果显示,本试验分离得到的7株菌均为革兰氏阴性、短小的杆菌;生化反应检测显示,分离菌株葡萄糖、麦芽糖、甘露醇、MR试验、枸橼酸盐、硫化氢试验均表现为阳性,初步鉴定分离菌株为沙门氏菌;PCR产物测序结果进一步表明7株分离菌均为沙门氏菌;药敏试验结果显示,7株沙门氏菌对头孢曲松、左氧氟沙星、氟苯尼考和多黏菌素较敏感,对氨基糖苷类药物、四环素和氨苄西林表现为耐药;耐药基因检测结果显示,7株沙门氏菌共检测出8种耐药基因blaTEM-1、blaCTX-M-1G、aadA1、aac(3′)-Ⅳ、aac(3′)-Ⅱc、aph(4′)-Ⅰa、aph(3′)-Ⅶ和oqxAB,以及基因盒为aadA1、arr-3-aacA4和blaPSE-1的Ⅰ类整合子。综上可知,本试验在送检的7只患病水貂的肝脏和脾脏样品中分离到7株沙门氏菌,分离菌株均为耐药菌株,且主要表现为多重耐药现象;耐药基因呈多样性,且存在位于质粒上的耐药基因扩大了耐药基因的传播范围,增加了细菌的耐药性,为临床用药治疗带来困难。  相似文献

本试验旨在通过对山东某水貂养殖场送检的5只具有典型出血性肺炎症状的病死水貂进行细菌分离鉴定及耐药情况分析,为临床用药和治疗提供依据和参考。通过细菌分离纯化、生化鉴定和PCR方法对分离菌株进行鉴定,采用K-B药敏法检测分离菌株对常用药物的敏感性,并通过PCR方法检测分离菌株耐药基因的携带情况。经鉴定共分离得到5株绿脓杆菌,药物敏感性试验结果显示,5株绿脓杆菌对氟喹诺酮类药物、第3代和第4代头孢类药物较敏感,对氨基糖苷类、四环素、氯霉素、青霉素类、第1代和第2代头孢类药物耐药。耐药基因检测结果显示,5株绿脓杆菌共检测出6种耐药基因aadA1、aac(3')-Ⅱcaac(6')-ⅠbtetAtetKcat2。且每株分离菌均检测出3种以上耐药基因。结果表明,分离的5株菌株均为绿脓杆菌,主要引起水貂出血性肺炎。分离菌株耐药性较严重,主要表现为多重耐药现象。菌株携带的耐药基因呈多样性,可引起菌株对相应药物产生耐药现象。  相似文献
