对决明子中蒽醌类化学成分进行了研究.采用硅胶柱色谱从决明子氯仿萃取物中分离得到7种蒽醌化合物,通过化学和波谱分析方法分别鉴定为:大黄酚(Ⅰ)、大黄素甲醚(Ⅱ)、大黄素(Ⅲ)、黄决明素(Ⅳ),大黄酚-8-甲醚(Ⅴ)、大黄素-1-甲醚(Ⅵ)、1,2-二甲氧基-8--羟基-3-甲基-9,10-蒽醌(Ⅶ).化合物Ⅴ～Ⅷ为首次从该属植物中分得.     

决明属植物的化学成分及药理作用研究进展

豆科决明属植物多为药用植物,具有多种生物活性,本文对该属植物的化学成分及药理作用进行综述,为进一步深入研究和开发该属植物提供一定参考依据.     

Antimicrobial activity of Cassia alata.

The methanol extracts of leaves, flowers, stem and root barks of Cassia alata showed a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity. The activity was increased on fractionation (petrol, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate), the dichloromethane fraction of the flower extract being the most effective. No activity was shown against tested moulds.     

Constituents of Salvia moorcroftiana.

A new aromatic ester, 3-oxodecan-1-o1 p-hydroxybenzoate (1) was isolated from Salvia moorcroftiana aerial parts along with four other constituents.     

Constituents of Pilocarpus trachylophus.

Four flavonoids, two terpenoids and a mixture of three polyprenols have been isolated from the leaves of Pilocarpus trachylophus.     

Constituents of Eulophia petersii.

The isolation of five known phenanthrenes and a mixture phytosterols from roots of Eulophia petersii is reported.     

Constituents of Brosimum potabile.

The ethanolic extract from the stem of Brosimum potabile afforded (-)-centrolobin (1), isolated for the first time in this genus. The identification of this compound included COSY and NOESY two-dimensional NMR data.     

Constituents from Lethariella cladonioides.

The isolation from the acetone extract of Lethariella cladonioides of the new compound cladonioidesin (1) and 10 other constituents is reported.     

Constituents from Salvia triloba.

Twelve hydrocarbons, four sterols, three triterpenes, nineteen fatty acids, two phenolic acids, and five flavonoids have been detected and identified in Salvia triloba. Among the isolated flavonoids, 8-methoxygenistein 7-O-alpha-L-rhamnoside 4'-O-beta-D-glucoside (1), is reported for the first time.     

金樱子的组织培养与快速繁殖

以金樱子当年生幼嫩带芽茎段为外植体,建立了从启动培养、丛生芽的诱导和增殖、生根、壮苗、炼苗到移栽技术体系,可用于人工培育金樱子种苗。     

Constituents of Coriaria ruscifolia fruits.

Corianin (1) and ellagic acid 3,3'-dimethylether (2) were obtained from the methanol extract of powdered fruits of Coriaria ruscifolia. Biological screening of both compounds and of the methanol extract revealed slight antibacterial activity and cytotoxicity.

Antioxidant activity of Cassia auriculata flowers

The ethanol and methanol extracts of Cassia auriculata flowers were screened for antioxidant activity. The antioxidant activity was determined by an improved assay based on the decolorization of the radical monocation of 2,2'-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging method. The ethanol and methanol extracts of C. auriculata flowers showed antioxidant activity in both assays.     

金樱子SRAP-PCR反应体系的建立与优化

以广西南宁产的金樱子叶片为材料,采用L16(45)正交试验设计,对SRAP-PCR反应体系中的Mg2+、dNTPs、TaqDNA聚合酶、引物和模板DNA用量5因素进行了优化。结果表明:适用于金樱子SRAP-PCR的最佳反应体系为:反应总体积10μL,包含2.0 mmol/L Mg2+、0.4 mmol/L dNTPs、0.5 UTaqDNA聚合酶、3μmol/L引物、25ng DNA及10×PCR Buffer;各因素对PCR反应影响由大到小依次为:Mg2+、DNA、dNTPs、引物、TaqDNA聚合酶。用7份不同来源的金樱子材料对优化的SRAP-PCR反应体系进行验证,均获得了条带清晰、多态性丰富的扩增图谱,证实了该体系的稳定可靠。     

铁刀木育苗技术研究

对铁刀木种子进行五种不同的浸泡处理后,分别用河沙和山基土作为基质进行催芽,结果表明:用山基土做基质发芽率高于用河沙做基质;在两种基质中平均出芽率处理A2＞处理A4＞处理A3＞处理A5＞处理A1;用河沙作基质时,A3处理出芽率最高,其次为A2、A1、A5,出芽率最低的为处理A4;用山基土作基质时,A4处理出芽率最高,其次为A2、A5、A1,出芽率最低的为A3处理;出芽时间为处理A2(3d)＞处理A3、处理A4(5d)＞处理A1(6d)＞处理A5(7d).
