Six experiments were conducted with 8-d-old crossbred chicks to evaluate the effects of 4% excesses of DL-methionine (Met), L-phenylalanine (Phe), L-tryptophan (Trp), L-lysine (Lys), L-histidine (His), L-threonine (Thr), L-isoleucine (Ile), L-arginine (Arg), L-valine (Val) or L-leucine (Leu) on growth or dietary "choice" (i.e., self-selection) when added to 23% protein corn-soybean meal (C-SBM) diets. Arginine and His were supplied as the free base and Lys as Lys X acetate to avoid acid-base problems. In the growth studies, weight gain was reduced 92, 79, 53, 50, 47, 31, 29, 15, 9, 4 and 0% by additions of 4% Met, Phe, Trp, His, Lys, Tyr, Thr, Ile, Arg, Val and Leu, respectively. Improvements (P less than .05) in weight gain, feed intake and gain/feed occurred by addition of 1% Arg to the C-SBM diet supplemented with 4% excess Phe or Tyr. Addition of 1% Arg to the C-SBM diet supplemented with 4% excesses of most of the other amino acids also tended to improve performance, although diets imbalanced with Lys, Val or Leu did not respond to supplemental Arg. Self-selection studies revealed that chicks preferred the C-SBM diet containing 4% excess Lys over diets containing 4% excesses of Met, Thr, Arg or Trp. Moreover, chicks preferred diets with 4% excess Met, Thr or Arg over those containing an equal excess of Trp. When given a choice between the C-SBM diet and this diet supplemented with 4% Leu, chicks consumed similar quantities of both diets.  相似文献

Four pigs (59-65 kg live weight) were labelled over a period of 10 days with 15N in the feeding of a fishmeal diet (1), a fishmeal diet + partly hydrolysed straw meal (2), a horse bean diet (3) and a horse bean diet + partly hydrolysed straw meal (4). After a 24-hour fasting the animals were provided with simple cannulae in the upper part of the small intestines. After a fasting period of 24 h all four pigs received a 14C-leucine injection and the cannula secretion was collected in the subsequent 24 h. After the feeding of the diets without straw meal supplement (1 and 3) there were distinct differences in the secretion in comparison with the feeding with straw meal supplements (2 and 4) despite the long fasting period (48-72 h). 14C-activity could already be detected in the TCA-precipitable fraction of the secretion after 3-6 min of the injection in 1 and 3 but only 20 to 25 min after the 14C-leucine injection in 2 and 4. The specific 14C-leucine activity of the TCA-soluble fraction of the secretion was, after the straw meal supplementation to the fish meal diet, 15 times higher 25 min after the 14C-leu-injection, 25 times higher after 70 min, 36 times after 2 h and 1.8 times after 4 h than without straw meal supplementation. For all four diets a specific correlation (r = 0.96) could be ascertained between the increase of 14C-activity/mg N in the TCA-soluble fraction and the increasing crude fibre content in the diet between 25 and 180 min after the injection. Furthermore, a distinctly decreased N-secretion/h could be ascertained (correlation coefficient r = 0.84) with the increasing crude fibre content in the diet. The influence of the crude fibre on the parameters mentioned is seen in the changed osmotic conditions in the secretion, which may be caused by the changed regulation by hormones of the gastro-intestinal tract. The atom-% 15N' in both TCA-fractions of the secretion underwent big rhythmic variations, which is explained by different ratios of the components pancreatic juice, bile, and intestinal juice.  相似文献

2 test pigs each (male castrated pigs) of an average live weight of 51-71 kg received either a wheat/fish meal diet (Ia) or a wheat/horse bean diet (IIa). Due to a supplement of partly hydrolysed straw meal the crude fibre content was increased from 3.0% (= Ia) to 10.1% (= Ib) and from 5.2% (= IIa) to 12.1% (= IIb) in the dry matter. This straw meal supplement decreased the apparent digestibility of the crude protein in I from 92.5 to 85.7% and in II from 89.0 to 79.0%. N-excretion in faeces/100 g DM-intake followed the regression line: y = 228 + 31.2x(r = 0.98) y = mg N/100 g DM-intake x = % crude fibre in the DM of the diet The excretion in faeces/100 g DM-intake of 15 investigated amino acids, too, in each case showed a significant increase with the rising crude fibre content of the diet. The widest growth angle (tan alpha) of all the essential amino acids investigated was shown by lysine and those amino acids with branched chains. The conclusion is that in the presence of a fermentable crude fibre source and a good N-supply those 4 amino acids show a suitable bacterial synthesis rate and a low decomposition rate.  相似文献

1. The aim of the study was to determine the ideal ratio of the essential amino acids lysine (Lys), methionine (Met), threonine (Thr), tryptophan (Trp), arginine (Arg), valine (Val) and isoleucine (Ile) and to assess the required dietary lysine concentration for optimum performance in broiler chickens of 2 commercial strains from 20 to 40 d of age. 2. An identical basal diet was used throughout all experiments. It consisted mainly of maize and soyabean meal and contained 172 g crude protein and 13.2 MJ AME(N) per kg. For each experiment, the basal diet was adequately supplemented with all essential amino acids except the one to be tested, which was supplemented in 6 graded concentrations in exchange for maize starch. One (Met, Trp, Arg, Val, Ile) or 2 (Lys, Thr) growth trials were conducted per amino acid tested and the response in weight gain, food: gain ratio, breast meat yield and abdominal fat were examined. 3. The ideal amino acid ratio relative to Lys (expressed as a percentage) was calculated to be 75% Met+Cys, 63% Thr, 19% Trp, 112% Arg, 71% Ile and 81% Val on a true faecal digestible basis when the data were subjected to broken-line regression analysis. From both lysine studies the concentration for optimum food: gain ratio was calculated, by exponential regression analysis, to be 11.5 g true faecal digestible lys per kg diet.  相似文献

为研究皖西白鹅对常用蛋白饲料原料豆粕、菜籽粕及DDGS的氨基酸标准回肠消化率(SIAAD),选取体重相近的56日龄皖西白鹅288只,随机分为24个饲喂栏,每个饲喂栏12只(公、母各半),试验期为35 d,0~28 d为预饲期,全部饲喂相同基础日粮;29~35 d为试验期,分别饲喂待测饲粮和无氮饲粮6 d,每种饲粮6个饲喂栏(重复),第35天早上饲喂前采集回肠食糜并测定食糜中的氨基酸含量。结果显示:豆粕、菜籽粕和DDGS的平均SIAAD分别为88.30%、81.17%、88.99%,且豆粕和DDGS平均SIAAD显著(P<0.05)高于菜籽粕。豆粕中氨基酸的SIAAD如下:赖氨酸(Lys)81.27%、蛋氨酸(Met)95.14%、苏氨酸(Thr)85.08%、缬氨酸(Val)88.25%、亮氨酸(Leu)88.20%、异亮氨酸(Ile)87.33%、苯丙氨酸(Phe)91.66%、组氨酸(His)87.77%和精氨酸(Arg)92.18%;菜籽粕氨基酸的SIAAD如下:Lys 75.19%、Met 87.87%、Thr 82.96%、Val 84.25%、Leu 83.19%、Ile 81.94%、Phe 86.08%、His 84.39%和Arg 83.10%;DDGS 中氨基酸的SIAAD如下:Lys 83.74%、Met 94.59%、Thr 90.85%、Val 91.97%、Leu 93.67%、Ile 91.38%、Phe 94.73%、His 90.59%和Arg 94.09%。该试验结果为豆粕、菜籽粕和DDGS在皖西白鹅饲粮上的高效利用和合理配制低氮饲粮提供数据参考。  相似文献

Although in dairy cows the mammary gland (MG) is the major net user of essential AA (EAA) supply, milk protein synthesis from absorbed EAA is not a straightforward process. Early studies identified 2 groups of EAA based on different pattern of mammary utilization: group 1 [Met, Phe (+Tyr), Trp], where MG uptake was similar to secretion in milk protein, and group 2 (Arg, Ile, Leu, Lys, Thr, and Val), where uptake exceeded milk protein output. This review examines the validity of this classification under variable protein supply through a meta-analysis, with the outcomes then explained with studies in which the fates of individual EAA were monitored using isotope approaches. For the meta-analysis, the Fick principle, based on stoichiometric transfer of Phe+Tyr uptake to milk protein, was used to estimate mammary plasma flow across all studies. This approach was judged acceptable because doubling Phe supply did not result in mammary oxidation of Phe+Tyr and either limited or no contribution of peptides to Phe and Tyr mammary supply could be detected. The AA content of proteins synthesized by the MG was estimated from milk protein composition, and the uptake-to-output ratio (U:O) for individual AA was re-calculated based on these assumptions. Analysis of individual samples by isotopic dilution resulted in reduced variance compared with analysis on pooled samples performed with an AA analyzer. Globally, the U:O of His and Met is maintained close to unity under variable protein supply. The group 2 AA could be subdivided. First, the U:O for group "2v" AA (Ile, Leu, Val, and Lys) is greater than 1 and varied with protein supply. Accordingly, the increased U:O of Leu, induced by duodenal casein infusion, led to extra-mammary Leu oxidation. Decreasing Lys supply decreased Lys U:O and the associated transfer of N to non-EAA, mainly to Glx, Asx, Ser, and Ala. Second, the U:O of group "2nv" AA, Arg and Thr, does not vary with protein supply. The Arg U:O averages 2.5, whereas the Thr U:O, albeit averaging 1.2, does not differ from unity. Excess of both these AA is probably directed toward the synthesis of non-EAA rather than energy supply. Overall, the ability of the MG to use excess EAA-N supply offers alternative sources of N and C for energy provision, lactose synthesis and non-EAA synthesis. The latter function spares dietary non-EAA for other necessary processes, such as gluconeogenesis and energy supply, in other tissues to support lactation.  相似文献

Twenty barrows were used to determine if partial replacement of protein-bound AA with crystalline AA (CAA) reduces AA use for muscle tissue and whole-body growth. Barrows (44.2 +/- 1.3 kg of BW) were assigned to 4 diets in a randomized complete block design. Diets consisted of 16.1% CP with no CAA, and 12.8, 10.1, and 7.8% CP containing CAA. As the CP concentration decreased, CAA were gradually increased to meet requirements on a true ileal digestibility basis. Barrows were weighed on d 0 and 13. Blood samples were collected before the morning feeding on d 0, 6, and 12 (prefeeding), and 2 h after the morning feeding on d 13 (postfeeding). Pigs were euthanized on d 13, and liver and right LM were removed and weighed. The reduction in the dietary CP concentration linearly decreased (P < 0.01) ADG, G:F, LM weight, and the CP content of LM. Reducing the CP concentration decreased pre- and postfeeding plasma concentrations of IGF-I (linear, P < 0.01) and insulin (linear, P < 0.10). The reduction in the dietary CP concentration increased prefeeding plasma concentrations of Ala, Gln, Gly, and total AA but decreased Arg, Asn, His, Ile, Phe, Trp, and Tyr (linear, P < 0.05). Plasma concentration of total indispensable AA decreased initially and increased thereafter as the dietary CP concentration decreased from 16.1 to 7.8% (quadratic, P < 0.01). The reduction in the dietary CP concentration increased postfeeding plasma concentrations of Ala, Lys, Met (linear, P < 0.01), and Gly (linear, P = 0.073) and decreased Asn, Ser, Tyr, Arg, His, and Leu (linear, P < 0.05). Plasma concentrations of Ile, Phe, Thr, Trp, and Val decreased initially and increased thereafter as the dietary CP concentration decreased from 16.1 to 7.8% (quadratic, P < 0.05). In muscle tissue, concentrations of free Ala, Asp, Glu, Gln, Gly, and Lys increased (linear, P < 0.05) as the dietary CP concentration decreased. Concentrations of free His, Ile, Phe, Thr, Trp, and Val in muscle tissue decreased initially and increased thereafter as the dietary CP concentration decreased from 16.1 to 7.8% (quadratic, P < 0.05). In summary, the reduction in the dietary protein-bound AA decreased whole-body and LM growth, altered the free AA pool profile in muscle tissue, and decreased plasma insulin and IGF-I. As the replacement of protein-bound AA with CAA increased, 1) free Ala and Gln in muscle tissue increased, indicating an increase of muscle tissue protein breakdown; and 2) utilization of indispensable AA in muscle tissue decreased.  相似文献

1. An experiment with separately housed male and female broiler chicks was carried out during the period of 3 to 7 weeks of age to determine the limiting amino acids (AA) in a low protein maize-soyabean meal diet. Chicks were fed on diets containing 170, 180, 190 and 200 g crude protein (CP)/kg with or without combined additions of L-threonine (Thr), L-tryptophan (Trp) and L-arginine (Arg) to those in the 180, 190 or 200 g CP/kg diets and a 170 g CP/kg diet with or without combined additions of Thr, Trp, Arg, L-isoleucine (Ile), L-leucine (Leu) and L-valine (Val) to those in the 190 g CP/kg diet. The diets were iso-energetic and contained the same concentrations of lysine (Lys) and sulphur-containing amino acids. 2. Decreasing the dietary CP had a significantly negative effect on performance. 3. No significant effects on performance were found when diets with 180 and 190 g CP/kg were supplemented with Thr, Trp and Arg to those in the 200 g CP/kg diet. 4. There were no significant differences in performance between the groups fed on the diets with 170, 180 and 190 g CP/kg when the 170 and 180 g CP/kg diets were supplemented with Thr, Trp and Arg to those in the 190 g CP/kg diet.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

The objective of this study was to determine if a reduction in dietary CP, with partial replacement of the intact protein with crystalline AA (CAA), would alter growth, morphology, and free or peptide-bound AA concentrations of intestinal mucosa in growing pigs. Twenty-four barrows (37.0 +/- 1.5 kg of BW) were fed 1 of 4 diets for 24 d: 16.1% CP with no CAA, or 12.8, 10.1, or 7.8% CP (analyzed values, as-fed) containing CAA. As CP decreased, CAA were gradually increased to meet requirements on a true ileal digestible basis. Pigs were euthanized 2 h postmeal on d 24, and mucosal samples from duodenum, jejunum, and ileum were collected. Reducing dietary CP decreased ADG, G:F, and final weight (linear, P < 0.05). With reduced dietary CP, mucosal protein concentration decreased in the jejunum (quadratic, P < 0.05) and tended to decrease in the ileum (linear, P = 0.062). Reduction of the dietary CP concentration from 16.1 to 7.8% tended to decrease the crypt depth (linear, P < 0.10) and decreased villus width (linear, P < 0.05) in duodenum and jejunum mucosa but did not reduce villus height or villus surface area in any regions of the small intestine. In the duodenum, a reduction in dietary CP increased free Lys, Met, and Thr (linear, P < 0.05) and peptide-bound Lys and Thr (quadratic, P < 0.10). In the jejunum, reducing CP decreased free Cys (linear P < 0.05) and tended to decrease free Asn and His (linear, P < 0.10) and peptide-bound His (quadratic, P = 0.061) and Ile, Leu, and Val (linear, P < 0.10). In the ileum, reducing CP decreased free Asn, Ser, Tyr, Arg, His, Phe (linear, P < 0.05), and Leu (linear, P = 0.054) and peptide-bound Gly and Ser (linear, P < 0.05) and tended to decrease peptide-bound Ile, Leu, Phe, Val (linear, P < 0.10), and Lys (linear P < 0.05). In conclusion, reduced-CP diets supplemented with CAA lead to a reduction in growth performance, associated with biochemical and morphological modifications of the intestinal mucosa.  相似文献

The dietary contents of crude protein and free amino acids (AA) may affect the protein digestion and AA absorption in pigs. Trypsin and chymotrypsin activities, AA serum concentrations and expression of AA transporters in the small intestine of pigs fed a low protein, AA‐supplemented (19.2%, LPAA) or a high protein (28.1%, HP), wheat‐soybean meal diet were measured in two 14‐d trials. The LPAA diet contained free L‐Lys, L‐Thr, DL‐Met, L‐Leu, L‐Ile, L‐Val, L‐His, L‐Trp and L‐Phe. All pigs were fed the same amount of feed (890 and 800 g/d for trial 1 and 2 respectively). In trial 1, samples of mucosa (duodenum, jejunum and ileum) and digesta (duodenum and jejunum) were collected from 14 pigs (17.2 ± 0.4 kg); in trial 2, blood samples were collected from 12 pigs (12.7 ± 0.3 kg). The trypsin and chymotrypsin activities in both intestinal segments were higher in pigs fed the HP diet (p < 0.01). Trypsin activity was higher in jejunum than in duodenum regardless the dietary treatment (p < 0.05). Pigs fed the LPAA diet expressed more b0,+AT in duodenum, B0AT1 in ileum (p < 0.05), and tended to express more y+LAT1 in duodenum (p = 0.10). In pigs fed the LPAA diet, the expression of b0,+AT was higher in duodenum than in jejunum and ileum (p < 0.01), but no difference was observed in pigs fed the HP diet. Ileum had the lowest b0,+AT expression regardless the diet. The serum concentrations of Lys, Thr and Met were higher in LPAA pigs while serum Arg was higher in HP pigs (p < 0.05). Serum concentrations of AA appear to reflect the AA absorption. In conclusion, these data indicate that the dietary protein contents affect the extent of protein digestion and that supplemental free AA may influence the intestinal site of AA release and absorption, which may impact their availability for growth of young pigs.  相似文献

Four experiments were conducted to determine the Lys requirement, the maximum amount of supplemental Lys that does not decrease growth performance, and to determine the order of limiting AA beyond Lys, Thr, Trp, and Met in a corn-soybean meal diet for 20- to 45-kg pigs. All experiments were conducted for 27 to 28 d with purebred or crossbred barrows and gilts, which were blocked by initial BW. Treatments were replicated with 4 to 6 pens of 4 to 6 pigs per pen. In all experiments, pigs and feeders were weighed on d 0, 14, and 27 or 28. At the beginning and end of all experiments, blood samples were obtained from all pigs to determine plasma urea N (PUN) concentrations. In Exp. 1, 0.830, 0.872, 0.913, and 0.955% standardized ileal digestible (SID) Lys was fed, whereas 0.747, 0.788, 0.830, 0.872, and 0.913% SID Lys was fed in Exp. 2. Broken-line analysis requirement estimates could not be estimated from any response variable in Exp. 1, but in Exp. 2, using ADG and PUN, the estimated SID Lys requirement was 0.83%. In Exp. 3, 0, 0.118, 0.191, 0.264, and 0.335% supplemental Lys was added to achieve 0.83% SID Lys in all diets, and Thr, Trp, and Met were supplemented to maintain Thr:Lys, Trp:Lys, and TSAA:Lys of 0.65, 0.18, and 0.60, respectively. Based on ADG, ADFI, and G:F, up to 0.23% supplemental Lys can be added along with supplemental Thr, Trp, and Met without negatively affecting growth performance; PUN was linearly decreased (P < 0.001) by supplemental Lys. In Exp. 4, treatments were 1) positive control (PC) without supplemental AA, 2) negative control (NC) with 0.335% supplemental Lys + 0.140% l-Thr + 0.035% l-Trp + 0.117% dl-Met, 3) NC + 0.044% l-Val, 4) NC + 0.021% l-Ile, and 5) NC + 0.044% l-Val + 0.021% l-Ile. Individual addition of Val and Ile did not improve (P > 0.10) ADG or G:F compared with the NC. The combined addition of Val + Ile resulted in ADG that was intermediate between the PC and NC diets but not different from either diet (P > 0.10); G:F was not improved (P > 0.10) to that observed in pigs fed the PC diet. The PUN was not different (P > 0.10) among pigs fed diets with supplemental AA but less (P < 0.10) than pigs fed the PC. The results of this research indicate that the Lys requirement for 20- to 45-kg pigs is 0.83% SID Lys, up to 0.23% supplemental Lys (0.29% l-Lys·HCl or 0.45% l-Lys·SO(4)) can be added along with supplemental Thr, Trp, and Met without negatively affecting growth performance, and another AA besides Val and Ile may be limiting growth performance in a corn-soybean meal diet with 0.335% supplemental Lys.  相似文献

Depressed performance and availability of some amino acids (AA) in pigs fed excess Leu diets appear to be related to lower feed intake. Surplus Ile and Val may help to overcome this effect. An experiment was conducted with 24 pigs (31.8 ± 1.2 kg initial BW) to evaluate the effect of dietary excess of either Leu alone or with surplus Ile and Val on performance and serum concentration (SC) of essential AA. Treatments were as follows: T1, basal diet; T2, basal plus 0.43% L‐Leu (excess Leu); T3, basal added with 0.43% L‐Leu, plus 0.20% L‐Ile and 0.25% L‐Val (excess LIV). The basal diet was formulated to contain 0.90% standardized ileal digestible Lys and added with crystalline L‐Lys, L‐Thr, DL‐Met, L‐Trp, L‐Leu, L‐Ile, L‐His and L‐Val to create essential AA:Lys ratios close to an ideal protein for growing pigs. All pigs were fed the same amount of feed twice a day (average, 3.42× the requirement of NEm). Blood samples were collected at 2.5 (absorptive) and 11.0 h (post‐absorptive) post‐prandial to analyse SC of AA. Excess of either Leu or LIV did not affect growth rate nor feed conversion. Excess Leu increased Leu SC and decreased Ile and Val SC (p < 0.05) at both absorptive and post‐absorptive phases, but excess LIV restored the SC of Ile and Val. The SC of other essential AA was not affected by excess of either Leu or LIV. The SC of all AA during absorptive, on average, was about two times higher than that of post‐absorptive phase. These results suggest that the reduced availability (SC) of Ile and Val in pigs consuming excess Leu diets is attributed to a reduced absorption and increased cellular degradation rates of them.  相似文献

To create high-quality eggs by using different breed and feed materials, we investigated free amino acid contents and taste sensor traits using two chicken breeds (Rhode Island Red; RIR and Australorp; AUS) fed two feeds (mixed and fermented feeds). Two-way ANOVA revealed significant breed and feed main and interaction effects on albumen bitterness and a significant interaction effect on yolk bitterness. Albumen from RIR fed mixed feed and AUS fed fermented feed was higher bitterness, whereas yolk from those groups was lower bitterness. Significant breed effects were detected in four albumen amino acid traits (His, Met, Ile, and Lys) and a yolk His, whereas significant feed effects were found in 15 albumen amino acid traits (Asp, Glu, Ser, His, Gly, Thr, Ala, Tyr, Val, Met, Trp, Ile, Leu, Lys, and Pro) and a yolk cystine trait. Compared to albumen amino acids, yolk amino acids had limited effects by breed and feed. The present results suggest that genetic and nutritional factors can alter not only amino acid contents but also sensor values of bitterness, indicating that selecting the combination of breed and feed enable us to make amino acids enriched and taste added designer eggs in future.  相似文献

为拓展家兔的粗饲料来源,本研究评定了由四川农业大学玉米研究所选育的大黑山薏苡(Coix lacryma-jobi cv.Daheishan)全株(晒干)对生长肉兔营养价值的影响。在分析化学组成的基础上,将24只42日龄遗传背景相同、体重相近(1 107.00±98.42)g的健康法国伊拉商品兔随机分为两组(每组12只),单笼饲养在粪尿分开的金属网笼(60cm×60cm×45cm)中,分别饲喂基础饲料(100%)和试验饲粮(85%基础饲粮+15%大黑山薏苡全株),进行体内消化试验,试验期11d(预试期7d,收集期4d)。结果显示,大黑山薏苡全株的干物质(dry matter,DM)含量为88.46%。以DM计,总能(gross energy,GE)、粗蛋白质(crude protein,CP)、粗纤维(crude fiber,CF)、中性洗涤纤维(neutral detergent fiber,NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(acid detergent fiber,ADF)、酸性洗涤木质素(acid detergent lignin,ADL)、无氮浸出物(nitrogen free extract,NFE)、粗脂肪(ether extract,EE)、粗灰分(crude ash,Ash)、钙(calcium,Ca)和总磷(total phosphorus,TP)含量分别为16.94 MJ·kg~(-1)、13.46%、29.58%、62.57%、42.05%、7.01%、31.20%、1.02%、13.19%、1.21%和0.20%,精氨酸(arginine,Arg)、组氨酸(histidine,His)、异亮氨酸(isoleucine,Ile)、亮氨酸(leucine,Leu)、蛋氨酸(DL-Methionine,Met)、赖氨酸(lysine,Lys)、苯丙氨酸(phenylalanine,Phe)、苏氨酸(L-Threonine,Thr)和缬氨酸(valine,Val)含量分别为0.47%、0.15%、0.37%、0.74%、0.14%、0.41%、0.46%、0.45%和0.49%。对于生长肉兔,大黑山薏苡全株的DM、GE、CP、CF、NDF、ADF、ADL、EE、Ash、Ca和TP全肠表观消化率分别为31.67%、30.02%、60.09%、4.55%、10.26%、0.80%、29.21%、54.68%、38.17%、58.84%和6.25%,消化能(digestible energy,DE)为5.69 MJ·kg~(-1) DM;Arg、His、Ile、Leu、Met、Lys、Phe、Thr和Val全肠表观消化率分别为89.98%、87.16%、82.54%、84.31%、72.40%、83.77%、83.63%、75.81%和83.84%。综上可知,晒干大黑山薏苡全株的营养物质尤其是粗蛋白质和钙含量较高,纤维组分构成较合理,且其营养物质尤其是氨基酸在生长肉兔上的消化率较高。因此,从化学组成和营养物质消化利用角度看,大黑山薏苡全株可作为粗饲料用于家兔生产。  相似文献

 通过检测泌乳中期山羊血浆及乳中游离氨基酸含量的变化,探讨不同精粗比饲料对机体中氨基酸(aminoacids,AA)的代谢流向及乳蛋白的影响。选用泌乳中期山羊7只,随机分为2组,分别饲喂精粗比4∶6(低精料组)和6∶4(高精料组)日粮,颈静脉血管瘘采血,手工挤奶取奶样。Bradford法测定乳中总蛋白质浓度,RP-HPLC检测山羊血浆和乳中游离氨基酸的含量。结果表明,2组山羊血浆中均分离出14种游离氨基酸,乳中分离出8种游离氨基酸,不同精粗比饲料对血液或乳中游离氨基酸谱无明显影响。不同精粗比日粮情况下,除丙氨酸外,血液中游离氨基酸的含量均高于乳中同种氨基酸的含量;且血液中生酮氨基酸(Leu,Lys)、兼性氨基酸(Phe,Ile)和支链氨基酸(Leu,Ile和Val)含量显著或极显著高于乳中。高精料组除Gly和Ala外,其余氨基酸含量均低于低精料组;乳中总蛋白浓度略高于低精料组,但无统计学差异。表明血液中游离氨基酸为乳蛋白的合成提供了原料和能量保证。饲喂高精料日粮,血液中游离氨基酸含量较低,不利于乳蛋白含量和产量的提高。  相似文献

This study aimed to estimate the essential amino acid profile and the ideal ratio for the maintenance of poultry by deletion method. A nitrogen balance (NB) trial was conducted using 198 adult roosters, housed individually in metabolic cages. The treatments were 33 purified diets being 11 diets with an amino acid mixture providing high protein intake of 500 mg N/BWkg0.75 per day, 11 diets providing medium protein intake of 250 mg N/BWkg0.75 per day (in each diet, one amino acid tested was diluted 50%) and 11 diets providing low protein intake of 125 mg N/BWkg0.75 per day (made by omitting the amino acid tested). Each treatment had six replicates. After 48 h of fasting receiving water plus sucrose, the roosters were fed 40 g of the diets by tube once a day for 3 days. The excreta were collected within 72 h after the first feeding. The diets and excreta were analysed for nitrogen content. For each amino acid studied, a linear regression was fitted by NB and amino acid intake (AAI). The maintenance requirements were estimated as the AAI to maintain the NB equal to zero. The daily amino acid requirements for maintenance were estimated to be Lys 11, Met 29, Thr 23, Trp 5, Arg 50, Val 29, His 6, Gly 54, Phe 49, Leu 78 and Ile 21 mg/BWkg0.75 per day. Therefore, the amino acid ratio for maintenance was concluded to be Lys 100, Met 276, Thr 220, Trp 48, Arg 467, Val 275, His 60, Gly 511, Phe 467, Leu 735 and Ile 198% independent of the scale. The essential amino acid profile and the ideal ratio for the maintenance of poultry estimated in this study contributed to improve the factorial model for estimating essential amino acid requirements for poultry.  相似文献

为了研究虫草粉(古尼虫草地顶孢霉培养物)联合酵母硒对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、抗氧化功能和免疫功能的影响,试验选用450羽24周龄海兰褐壳蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复15羽。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ~Ⅳ组饲喂添加0.1 mg/kg酵母硒联合不同剂量虫草粉(0、0.2%、0.3%和0.4%)的基础饲粮,试验期27周;选取产蛋高峰中期(第40周龄)蛋鸡进行产蛋性能、鸡蛋品质、免疫功能和抗氧化功能分析。结果显示,与对照组相比,产蛋高峰中期试验Ⅲ组蛋鸡的产蛋率、平均蛋重均显著提高,料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05);鸡蛋哈夫单位、蛋壳颜色、蛋壳强度、蛋黄颜色、蛋清粗蛋白质含量、蛋黄粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量均显著升高(P<0.05),蛋清中必需氨基酸Leu、Lys、Met、Trp、Phe、Thr、Val和His及非必需氨基酸Ala、Asp、Glu、Pro和Tyr水平也显著增加(P<0.05);试验Ⅳ组蛋鸡的蛋壳颜色、蛋壳强度、哈夫单位和蛋清粗蛋白质含量均显著提高(P<0.05),蛋清中必需氨基酸Ile、Gly、Arg和非必需氨基酸Cys、Ser水平均显著增加(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ~Ⅳ组蛋鸡蛋黄、蛋清中硒含量均显著增加(P<0.05)。同时,与对照组相比,产蛋高峰中期试验Ⅲ组蛋鸡血清MDA含量显著下降(P<0.05),WBC数量、血清IFN-γ和IL-2水平及T-AOC和T-SOD活性均显著升高(P<0.05)。结果表明,饲粮中联合添加酵母硒和适量的虫草粉能明显提高产蛋高峰中期蛋鸡的产蛋性能和鸡蛋品质,增强机体免疫力和抗氧化能力,以0.1 mg/kg酵母硒联合添加0.3%虫草粉的效果最佳。  相似文献

研究10峰阿拉善双峰驼第一次分娩后不同泌乳时间驼乳中氨基酸的含量变化。第一次所挤驼乳的蛋白中Thr、Met、Ile、Leu、Phe和Lys的含量分别为6.50、2.10、4.05、7.94、4.38和7.40g/100g,7d时驼乳蛋白中相应的值分别为4.54、2.86、5.50、9.46、4.40和7.89g/100g,之后含量保持相对稳定;而泌乳前1d的时间内必需氨基酸Val的含量较高,之后含量保持相对稳定(6.11—6.25g/100g)。分娩后第一次所挤初乳中Asp、Ser、Gly、Ala和Arg的含量分别为8.39、6.01、3.48、3.76和4.94g/100g,之后随泌乳时间的延长含量降低,到泌乳7d时分别为7.16、4.72、1.49、2.51和4.27g/100g,之后含量保持相对稳定。在研究的泌乳时间内乳样中His(2.50—2.75g/100g)和Phe(4.31-4.73g/100g)的含量没有大的变化。  相似文献

Ruminally cannulated Rambouillet wether lambs were used in three 6 x 6 Latin square experiments (n = 6/experiment) to determine which essential AA limit N retention. Lambs (BW = 36.9 +/- 1.9 kg for Exp. 1, 35.1 +/- 1.4 kg for Exp. 2, and 46.0 +/- 1.3 kg for Exp. 3) were housed in metabolism crates and limit-fed (DMI = approx. 1.8% of BW daily) twice daily a soybean hull-based diet low in ruminally undegradable protein. Treatments for Exp. 1 were continuous abomasal infusions of a solution (500 mL/d) containing 1) no AA (CON), 2) a mixture of 10 essential AA and 2 nonessential AA (10EAA), 3) 10EAA with Met removed, 4) 10EAA with Lys removed, 5) 10EAA with His removed, and 6) 10EAA with Thr removed. Treatments for Exp. 2 were abomasal infusions of 1) CON, 2) 10EAA, 3) 10EAA with Leu, Ile, and Val removed (-BCAA), 4) 10EAA with Arg removed, 5) 10EAA with Phe removed, and 6) 10EAA with Trp removed. Treatments for Exp. 3 were abomasal infusions of 1) CON, 2) 10EAA, 3) -BCAA, 4) 10EAA with Leu removed, 5) 10EAA with Ile removed, and 6) 10EAA with Val removed. All lambs received continuous infusions of acetate and propionate into the rumen and dextrose into the abomasum to supply additional energy. Periods were 7 d: 3 d for adaptation to abomasally infused treatments and 4 d for fecal and urinary collections. Blood samples were collected 3 h after feeding on d 7. In all 3 experiments, N retention was greater (P < 0.10) for lambs receiving 10EAA vs. CON, demonstrating that the basal AA supply from CON was limiting. Removal of each of the essential AA from 10EAA decreased (P < 0.10) their concentrations in plasma (except for Trp), indicating that 10EAA supplied these AA in excess of the animal's requirement. In Exp. 1, N retention (g/d) decreased (P < 0.10) in response to the removal of Met and Thr, but was not affected by removal of Lys and His from 10EAA. In Exp. 2, N retention decreased (P < 0.10) in response to removal of all 3 branched-chain AA, Arg, and Trp, whereas the removal of Phe from 10EAA did not affect N retention. In Exp. 3, N retention decreased (P < 0.10) in response to removal of branched-chain AA and Val, but was not affected by the omission of Leu and Ile from 10EAA. The results of this research demonstrated that Met, Thr, Arg, Trp, and Val limited N retention of lambs fed a diet low in ruminally undegradable protein.  相似文献

1. The effects of dietary branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) including leucine (Leu), isoleucine (Ile) and valine (Val) on taste-active components, especially free glutamate (Glu), in meat were investigated. 2. Broiler chickens (28 d old) were given varied dietary BCAA levels for 10 d before marketing. Dietary BCAA content ratios were either 100:100:100 (Low Leu group), 150:100:100 (Control group) or 150:150:150 (High Ile + Val group) for Leu:Ile:Val (% of each BCAA requirement according to NRC, 1994). Taste-related components of meat (free amino acids and ATP metabolites) and sensory scores of meat soup were estimated. 3. Free Glu content, the main taste-active component of meat, was significantly increased by dietary BCAA. Compared to the Control group, free Glu content increased by 30% in the High Ile + Val group. However, the inosine monophosphate (IMP) content in meat did not change among groups. 4. Sensory evaluation of meat soups showed that Control and High Ile + Val groups had different meat flavours. The sensory score of overall taste intensity was significantly higher in the High Ile + Val group. 5. These results suggest that dietary BCAA concentrations regulate free Glu in meat. Increasing dietary Ile + Val induces an increase in free Glu content of meat, improves meat taste and is more effective for increasing free Glu content in meat than decreasing dietary Leu level.  相似文献
