金链树栽培技术

金链树属豆科金链花属(Laburnum alpinum),花大,花序长,花期长,花色艳丽,金黄色,观赏价值极高。2000年山东省果树研究所科研人员对金链树的立地条件、气候环境和生长习性进行了全面调查分析,积累了大量相关研究资料,并于2001年引进了金链树品种资源,在山东省果树研究所苗圃繁育     

Nature of colchicine resistance in golden hamster

The unresponsiveness of the golden hamster to colchicine has been shown to be the result of a resistance of individual cells to the drug. This resistance makes it possible to use hamsters with heterotransplanted tumors for testing the in vivo effects of colchicine on the tumors, with no toxic host reactions.     

Stem cells: golden opportunities with ethical baggage

Generalized Shwartzman reaction in the pregnant golden hamster

A single intraperitoneal injection of colchicine regularly elicits the generalized Shwartzman phenomenon in the pregnant golden hamster. Non-pregnant hamsters are refractory both to colchicine and endotoxin. The superiority of colchicine, as opposed to foreign endotoxin, in the pregnant subject, may be attributed to the action of native endotoxin which is allowed parenteral access as a result of colchicine-induced injury to the intestinal mucosa.     

黄金分割法在渠道断面设计中的应用

在渠道断面设计时 ,为了减少计算渠道正常水深 h0 、渠道底宽 b所采用试算法和图解法计算量 ,提高计算精度 ,本文利用黄金分割法即 0 .618法 ,建立数学模型 ,应用 borland C++3 .1编程 ,结合实例说明思路 ,结果表明计算精度高 ,并用手算来验证其结论的正确性 ,供水利工作者参考。     

A mutation of the circadian system in golden hamsters

A mutation has been found that dramatically shortens the period of the circadian locomotor rhythm of golden hamsters. The pattern of inheritance of this mutation suggests that it occurred at a single, autosomal locus (tau). Wild-type animals have rhythms with free-running periods averaging about 24 hours; animals heterozygous for the mutation have periods of about 22 hours, whereas homozygous animals have rhythms with periods close to 20 hours. Animals that carry the mutant alleles exhibit abnormal entrainment to 24-hour light:dark cycles or are unable to entrain.     

崇明金瓜种质资源鉴定与分析

对93份崇明金瓜种质生长和果实性状进行研究,揭示金瓜生长及果实性状的相关性,并通过聚类分析获得优质种群.结果表明:供试材料生长及果实性状的平均变异系数为12.40%,其中单瓜重的变异系数最大,为26.31%,子叶长/宽的变异系数最小,为5.58%.聚类分析可将93份崇明金瓜种质分为三类,其中第Ⅲ类为优质种群.
