A short-term 5-day nose-only cigarette smoke exposure study was conducted in Fisher 344 rats to identify smoke-induced tracheal protein changes. Groups of 10 male and female 5 week old rats were assigned to 1 of 4 exposure groups. Animals received filtered air, or 75, 200 or 400 mg total particulate matter (TPM)/m3 of diluted 3R4F Kentucky reference cigarette mainstream smoke. Exposures were conducted for 3 hrs/day, for 5 consecutive days. Tracheas from half the rats were processed for pathology, and tracheas from the other half of the rats frozen immediately for proteomics. We hypothesized that smoke will activate tracheal inflammatory, apoptotic, proliferative, and stress-induced pathways. Mucosal epithelial toxicity from the inhaled material was evidenced by cilia shortening and loss of tracheal mucosal epithelium in smoke-exposed animals. Mucosal thinning occurred in all smoke-exposed groups with hyperplastic reparative responses in the 200 and 400 mg TPM/m3 groups. Tracheal lysates from control vs. treated animals were screened for 800 proteins using antibody-based microarray technology and subsequently the most changed proteins evaluated by Western blot. Tracheal proteins expressed at high levels that were markedly increased or decreased by smoke exposure depended on dose and gender and included caspase 5, ERK 1/2 and p38. Signaling pathways common between the morphologic and protein changes were stress, apoptosis, cell cycle control, cell proliferation and survival. Changes in identified proteins affected by smoke exposure were associated with tracheal mucosal pathology, may induce functional tracheal changes, and could serve as early indicators of tracheal damage and associated disease.  相似文献

Cigarette smoking is known to increase the risk of cancer and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). In this study, we evaluated the effects of short-term nose-only inhalation exposure to cigarette smoke in mice. Male 10-week-old C57BL mice were exposed to clean air (control) or mainstream cigarette smoke for 1 h/day, 5 days/week, for 2 or 4 weeks. Exposure to cigarette smoke increased the number of inflammatory cells, especially neutrophils, in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, increased inflammatory cell infiltration foci, and caused an increase in the thickness of the peripheral bronchial epithelium. Microarray gene expression analysis indicated that smoke exposure induced inflammatory responses, including leukocyte migration and activation of phagocytes and myeloid cells, as early as two weeks after the initiation of exposure. Importantly, chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 17, resistin-like alpha, and lipocalin 2 were upregulated and may serve as useful markers of the toxic effects of exposure to cigarette smoke before pulmonary histological changes become evident.  相似文献

旨在研究被动吸烟对小白鼠肺部组织结构的影响。对小白鼠进行烟熏处理后,取其肺部组织,制作石蜡切片,进行HE染色,借助显微镜观察小白鼠肺部组织结构的变化。研究结果表明,烟熏后小白鼠肺部出现肺泡扩充,肺泡壁变薄;肺泡隔出现不同程度的组织增生;肺泡囊、肺泡管扩大或受损;细支气管管壁受损,黏膜上皮柱状纤毛细胞数量增多,排列凌乱,管腔内有异物积累,管腔变窄;终末细支气管黏膜皱襞受损严重,管壁增厚。并且通过比较可观察到香烟烟雾对成年小白鼠肺部组织结构的影响变化较幼年小白鼠更明显。由该试验结果可以得出,随着烟熏时间的延长,香烟烟雾中的某些物质会引起小白鼠肺部组织结构发生明显变化,且被动吸烟对成年小鼠肺部组织结构造成的影响较幼年小鼠严重。  相似文献

Information about potential risks of iron nanomaterials is still limited, while a wide variety of applications are expected. We recently reported acute phase responses of male and female Fischer 344 rats after a single intratracheal spray instillation of Fe3O4 nanoparticles (magnetite), clearly showing dose-dependent pulmonary inflammatory changes (Tada et al., J Toxicol Pathol 25, 233–239, 2012). The present study assessed long-term responses of male and female Fischer 344 rats to multiple administrations of magnetite. Ten-week-old male and female Fischer 344 rats (n=20/group) were exposed to a total of 13 quadweekly intermittent intratracheal spray instillations of magnetite during the experimental period of 52 weeks, at doses of 0, 0.2 (low), 1.0 (medium) and 5.0 (high-dose) mg/kg body weight per administration. Absolute and relative lung weights of the high-dose group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Macroscopically, slight enlargement and scattered black patches were recognized in the lungs and the lung-associated lymph nodes of the high-dose group. Histopathologically, infiltration of macrophages phagocytosing magnetite (all dose groups) and of chronic inflammatory cells (medium- and high-dose males and high-dose females), alveolar bronchiolization and granuloma (high-dose group) were observed. In addition, alveolar hyperplasias were observed in some rats of the high-dose group, and cytoplasmic overexpression of β-catenin protein was immunohistochemically found in such lesions. The present results clearly show that instilled magnetite causes chronic inflammatory responses in the lung. In vivo, nicotine in cigarette smoke induces various effects not only on the respiratory system but also the central and peripheral nerve systems, circulatory organs and digestive organs, and there is a possibility of promotion of lung tumorigenesis. The present experiment was conducted to examine histopathological changes caused by nicotine in the lung with repeated intratracheal instillation (i.t.). Six-week-old male F344 rats were administered nicotine by i.t. at doses of 0.05, 0.1 and 0.2 mg nicotine/rat every 3 weeks beginning at week 4, for up to a total of 9 times and were then sacrificed at week 30. The total number of administrations, total dose of nicotine and effective number of rats were 9 times, 0.45 mg and 5 rats and 4 times, 0.20 mg and 5 rats for the 0.05 mg nicotine/rat group; 3 times, 0.30 mg and 5 rats and 4 times, 0.40 mg and 3 rats for the 0.1 mg group; and 3 times, 0.60 mg and 3 rats for the 0.2 mg group, respectively. As a control group, 5 rats were administered 0.2 ml saline/rat 9 times. Some rats administered 0.1 and 0.2 mg nicotine suffered convulsions just after administration. Histopathologically, though proliferative changes were not observed, neutrophil infiltration, edema and fibrosis in the lung were induced by nicotine. In conclusion, repeated treatment of nicotine promoted neurologic symptoms in the acute phase, and strong inflammation in the lungs in the chronic phase, even at a low dose. Toxicity of nicotine is suggested to depend not on total dose of nicotine in the experiment but rather on repeated injury with consecutive administration.  相似文献

Occupational exposure to nickel oxide (NiO) is an important cause of respiratory tract cancer. Toxicity is known to be associated with the dissociated component, i.e. nickel (II) ions. To address the relationship between physicochemical properties, including solubility in artificial lysosomal fluid, of NiO and time-course changes in the pulmonary response, we conducted an intratracheal instillation study in male Fischer rats using four different well-characterized NiO products, US3352 (NiO A), NovaWireNi01 (NiO B), I small particle (NiO C), and 637130 (NiO D). The NiOs were suspended in purified water and instilled once intratracheally into male F344 rats (12 weeks old) at 0 (vehicle control), 0.67, 2, and 6 mg/kg body weight. The animals were euthanized on days 3, 28, or 91 after instillation, and blood analysis, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) testing, and histopathological examination were performed. The most soluble product, NiO B, caused the most severe systemic toxicity, leading to a high mortality rate, but the response was transient and surviving animals recovered. The second-most-soluble material, NiO D, and the third, NiO A, caused evident pulmonary inflammation, and the responses persisted for at least 91 days with collagen proliferation. In contrast, NiO C induced barely detectable inflammation in the BALF examination, and no marked changes were noted on histopathology. These results indicate that the early phase toxic potential of NiO products, but not the persistence of pulmonary inflammation, is associated with their solubility.  相似文献

Neutropenia can be produced with antimitotic chemicals, but this method lacks specificity. An alternative is to use antibody-dependent cytotoxicity to produce neutropenia; however, this method has not been completely evaluated with respect to efficacy, specificity, and potential collateral damage, especially to constituents of bone marrow. This study used in vitro and in vivo methods to evaluate specific biological effects of a commercially available rabbit anti-rat neutrophil (PMN) antiserum in F344/N rats. The viability of rat pulmonary alveolar macrophages (PAMs), PMNs, and lymphocytes in vitro was quantified using a trypan blue dye exclusion test. Amounts of antiserum in vitro that rendered PMNs 100% nonviable did not decrease the viability or phagocytic ability of the PAMs and did not decrease the viability of the lymphocytes. Intraperitoneal (IP) injection of the antiserum into rats resulted in complete depletion of the PMNs and about a 50% depletion of the lymphocytes in circulating blood within 24 hours. The numbers of both cell types remained lowered for 5 days, but returned to control values by Day 6 after the IP injection. The antiserum had no effect on the numbers of PAMs or lymphocytes in the pulmonary alveolar airspaces, as determined by quantifying the numbers of these cell types in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF). The numbers of PMNs in BALF, however, decreased on Days 3 and 4 after IP injection of antiserum, but were not different from control values by Day 5. The viability of the PAMs in BALF of treated rats was not different from control values at any time point. There were no morphological indications that the injected antiserum damaged lung tissue or stem cells in bone marrow. Results demonstrate that the anti-rat PMN antiserum administered IP to F344/N rats depletes circulating PMNs and partially depletes lymphocytes for a period of about 6 days without adversely affecting the precursors of red or white blood cells in bone marrow. We concluded that the antiserum is a relatively specific way to temporarily render rats neutropenic without damaging precursor cells in bone marrow.  相似文献

To evaluate pulmonary toxicity of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs), F344 rats of both sexes were exposed by inhalation to 0.2, 1 or 5 mg/m3 MWCNT aerosol for 6 h/day, 5 days/week for 2 weeks using a whole-body exposure system. At the end of the 2-week exposure period, one-half of the rats were necropsied, and at the end of an additional 4-week postexposure period, the remaining rats were necropsied. MWCNTs were deposited in the lungs of all MWCNT-exposed groups and mostly remained in the lungs throughout the 4-week postexposure period. Granulomatous changes in the lung were found in the rats exposed to 5 mg/m3 MWCNTs, and these changes were slightly aggravated at the end of the 4-week postexposure period. In the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), the numbers of neutrophils, percentages of bi- and multinucleated alveolar macrophages, levels of ALP activity and concentrations of total protein and albumin were elevated in the rats exposed to 1 and 5 mg/m3 MWCNTs. At the end of the 4-week postexposure period, the values of the BALF parameters tended to remain elevated. In addition, goblet cell hyperplasias in the nasal cavity and nasopharynx were observed in the rats exposed to 1 and 5 mg/m3 MWCNTs, but these lesions had largely regressed by the end of the postexposure period. Based on the histopathological and inflammatory changes, the no-observed-adverse-effect level (NOAEL) for inhalation of MWCNTs for 2 weeks was 0.2 mg/m3.  相似文献

Concentration-time interactions were investigated in young male and female Sprague-Dawley, Long Evans and Fischer-344 rats exposed to hydrogen sulphide for two, four or six hours. Higher concentrations caused more deaths, with no significant difference for duration of exposure. A significant sex effect was noted with 30% mortality in males and 20% in females, with no significant difference among strains. Changes in weight were significant: increasing with concentration, higher in males than in females, different among strains (Fischer-344 less than Sprague Dawley less than Long Evans), and affected by duration of exposure. Lethal concentration values (LC50 and LC10) were estimated, for the pooled data set (n = 456); the probit equation was Y = -5.74749 + 3.8259X where X is log10 dose of hydrogen sulphide in parts per million. The LC50/LC10 values were 644/298 parts per million (902/417 mg m-3) respectively. Individual probit analyses were also performed for strain, hours of exposure and sex. The LC50 and LC10 values for male, female and strain were not different. Significant differences were observed among LC50/LC10 values for hours of exposure (2 h = 587/549 parts per million, 822/769 mg m-3; 4 h = 501/422 parts per million, 701/591 mg m-3; 6 h = 335/299 parts per million, 469/491 mg m-3). There was no effect of spatial position in the exposure chamber on the distribution of mortality. All rats of all strains dying had severe pulmonary edema.  相似文献

Iron nanomaterials are of considerable interest for application to nanotechnology-related fields including environmental catalysis, biomedical imaging, drug delivery and hyperthermia, because of their superparamagnetic characteristics and high catalytic abilities. However, information about potential risks of iron nanomaterials is limited. The present study assessed pulmonary responses to a single intratracheal spray instillation of triiron tetraoxide nanoparticles (magnetite) in rats. Ten-week-old male and female Fischer 344 rats (n=5/group) were exposed to a single intratracheal spray instillation of 0 (vehicle), 5.0, 15.0 or 45.0 mg/kg body weight (BW) of magnetite. After 14 days, the rats were sacrificed, and biological consequences were investigated. The lung weights of the 15.0 and 45.0 mg/kg BW male and female groups were significantly higher than those of the control groups. The lungs of treated rats showed enlargement and black patches originating from the color of magnetite. The typical histopathological changes in the lungs of the treated rats included infiltration of macrophages phagocytosing magnetite, inflammatory cell infiltration, granuloma formation and an increase of goblet cells in the bronchial epithelium. The results clearly show that instilled magnetite causes foreign body inflammatory and granulating lesions in the lung. These pulmonary responses occur in a dose-dependent manner in association with the increase in lung weight.  相似文献

Two experiments evaluated effects of ractopamine hydrochloride (RAC) on performance, intake patterns, and acid-base balance of feedlot cattle. In Exp. 1, 360 crossbred steers (Brangus, British, and British x Continental breeding; initial BW = 545 kg) were used in a study with a 3 x 3 factorial design to study the effects of dose [0, 100, or 200 mg/(steer x d) of RAC] and duration (28, 35, or 42 d) of feeding of RAC in a randomized complete block design (9 treatments, 8 pens/treatment). No dose x duration interactions were detected (P > 0.10). As RAC dose increased, final BW (FBW; P = 0.01), ADG (P < 0.01), and G:F (P < 0.01) increased linearly. As duration of feeding increased, ADG increased quadratically (P = 0.04), with tendencies for quadratic effects for FBW (P = 0.06), DMI (P = 0.07), and G:F (P = 0.09). Hot carcass weight increased linearly (P = 0.02) as dose of RAC increased. Thus, increasing the dose of RAC from 0 to 200 mg/(steer x d) and the duration of feeding from 28 to 42 d improved feedlot performance, although quadratic responses for duration of feeding indicated little improvement as the duration was extended from 35 to 42 d. In Exp. 2, 12 crossbred beef steers (BW = 593 kg) were used in a completely random design to evaluate the effects of RAC [0 or 200 mg/(steer x d) for 30 d; 6 steers/treatment] on rate of intake, daily variation in intake patterns, and acid-base balance. To assess intake patterns, absolute values of daily deviations in feed delivered to each steer relative to the total quantity of feed delivered were analyzed as repeated measures. There were no differences (P > 0.10) in feedlot performance, urine pH, blood gas measurements, or variation in intake patterns between RAC and control cattle, but steers fed RAC had increased (P = 0.04) LM area, decreased (P = 0.03) yield grade, and increased (P < 0.10) time to consume 50 and 75% of daily intake relative to control steers. Our results suggest that feeding RAC for 35 d at 200 mg/(steer x d) provided optimal performance, and no effects on acid-base balance or variation in intake patterns of finishing steers were noted with RAC fed at 200 mg/(steer x d) over a 30-d period.  相似文献

We report the effects of mouldy hay/straw exposure, inhaled hay dust suspension (HDS) and inhaled lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) gelatinolytic matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) levels and degree of activation in healthy (n = 6) and heaves- (previously termed chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) affected (n = 6 or 7) horses. Gelatinolytic MMPs in BALF were quantified by zymography, and gelatinases were shown by Western immunoblotting to be MMP-2 and MMP-9. Hay/straw and HDS challenges increased BALF total gelatinolytic activity only in heaves horses, with the majority of gelatinolytic activity comprising pro- and active MMP-9. The 5 h duration hay/straw challenge increased BALF gelatinolytic MMP activity in heaves horses at 5 and 24 h after the start of this challenge, with activity returning to baseline by Day 4. In contrast to hay/straw and HDS challenges, LPS inhalation increased BALF gelatinolytic MMP activity in both groups. For all challenges, absolute BALF neutrophil counts were highly significantly correlated (P<0.0001) with levels of proMMP-9 and active MMP-9, but not with levels of MMP-2 (P>0.05). As gelatinolytic MMPs are pro-inflammatory agents, they may contribute to lung dysfunction and tissue destruction in heaves horses exposed to airborne organic stable dusts.  相似文献

A transplantable rat pulmonary carcinoma line (IP) in F344 rats is a useful animal model for humoral hypercalcemia of malignancy (HHM). The present study analyzed the degree of HHM by implanting IP into F344 female rats aged 6, 20 or 45 weeks. IP-bearing females developed elevated plasma parathyroid hormone-related protein levels, hypercalcemia and increased osteoclastic activity as well as calcification in various organs. The severity of such HHM differed depending on age; particularly, calcification showed age-dependent reduction. HHM development in IP-bearing females may be influenced by age-related factors.  相似文献

Fischer-344 rats were killed 1, 18, and 42 hr after a single 4-hr exposure to an atmosphere of 0, 116, or 615 mg m-3 of hydrogen sulfide (H2S). Lungs, fixed by the intratracheal route, were examined by light and electron microscopy. Histologic changes were transient and mainly present in rats exposed to 615 mg m-3 H2S. Lesions included severe but transitory pulmonary edema and fibrinocellular alveolitis which was restricted to the proximal alveolar region of the lung. Electron microscopically, ciliated bronchiolar cells were the only cells that developed necrosis; they were rapidly replaced by mitosis. Alveolar endothelium had cytoplasmic blebs, but alveolar epithelium had minor changes. No mast cell degranulation was detected in lungs with edema. A 4-hr exposure to 615 mg m-3 is markedly edematogenic for the lung but only moderately cytotoxic for pulmonary cells.  相似文献

We experienced obstructive nephropathy in F344 rats treated with DL-potassium hydrogen tartrate (PHT) in a 13-week oral repeated dose toxicity study. Six-week-old male and female F344/DuCrj rats were fed a diet containing up to 2.0% PHT for 13 weeks. Microscopical findings including irregular dilation of the distal tubule lumen, foreign body giant cells, inflammatory cell infiltration, and regeneration of renal tubules were observed focally or multifocally in the renal cortex and/or medulla in the 0.5% and higher dosage groups of both sexes. The severity of these lesions increased in a dose-dependent manner. In the urinalysis, an increase in protein and white blood cells or the concentration of tartaric acid was detected in the 0.5% PHT and higher dosage groups of both sexes or males, respectively, though conventional blood biochemical analysis did not indicate failure of renal function. These results indicate that the PHT induces obstructive nephropathy in rats. There were no other treatment-related changes in other organs.  相似文献

Cigarette smoking is one of the major risk factors of bladder cancer in humans. To date, however, there is no experimental evidence for the effects of inhalation exposure to mainstream cigarette smoke on bladder carcinogenesis. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the effect of inhalation of mainstream cigarette smoke on mouse bladder carcinogenesis using a cigarette smoke inhalation exposure system. Six-week-old male C57BL mice were administered 0.025% N-butyl-N-(4-hydroxybutyl) nitrosamine (BBN) in their drinking water for 8 weeks and then divided into 2 groups and exposed to 0 or 300 mg/m3 wet total particulate matter mainstream cigarette smoke for 2 h per day, five times per week, for 22 weeks. The incidences of bladder tumors (papilloma and urothelial carcinoma) tended to increase in the cigarette smoke-exposed group (25.0%) compared with the controls (15.8%), albeit without a statistically significant difference. We also evaluated mRNA expression levels of cytochrome P450 (cyp) enzymes and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in the bladder epithelium. Expression of cyp1a1 was significantly increased in the cigarette smoke-exposed group. Cigarette smoke exposure did not have a significant effect on the expression of cyp1a2, cyp 1b1, cyp 2a4, cyp 2b10, cyp 2e1, or PCNA. In conclusion, limited exposure to mainstream cigarette smoke for 22 weeks, caused a significant increase in cyp1a1 expression. This increase coupled with the nonsignificant increase in bladder tumors suggests that a longer period of exposure is required to clarify the effects of cigarette smoke on bladder carcinogenesis.  相似文献

Background

The etiology of canine chronic bronchitis (CB) is not completely understood, although exposure to environmental tobacco smoke (ETS) affects the airway inflammatory responses in some dogs with CB. The mechanism by which this occurs is unknown.

Findings

We investigated the concentrations and methylation rates of free-floating DNA fragments in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) from dogs with chronic bronchitis. Based on serum cotinine levels, dogs with CB were divided into 2 groups: dogs that either had or had not been exposed to ETS. Our results demonstrated that the total nucleated cell and macrophage numbers increased in BALF of ETS-exposed dogs with CB. There were no significant differences in DNA concentrations and methylation rates in BALF between the 2 groups. However, 3 out of 8 dogs exposed to ETS had high DNA methylation rates in their BALF samples.

Conclusion

Our results suggest that ETS exposure leads to epigenetic modifications of cellular components in BALF in dogs diagnosed with CB.  相似文献

A controlled experimental system for the evaluation of pulmonary immune responses in horses with "heaves" (recurrent airway obstruction) has been developed. We hypothesized that the humoral immune response to an inhaled antigen in diseased horses would be different from that of healthy horses and that chronic pulmonary inflammation would bias the production of IgG isotypes in diseased horses as compared to healthy horses. Healthy and affected horses were housed in a natural challenge environment (stabled, fed dusty hay) and exposed by inhalation, to a nebulized solution of keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH). Sera and bronchoalveolar lavage fluids (BALFs) were collected from horses prior to and following their inhalation exposure to the antigen. Differential cell counts were performed on the cells in the BALF. An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine the concentrations of IgGa, IgGb, IgG(T) and combined IgG specific for KLH in the sera and BALF. The percentages of neutrophils in the BALF of diseased horses were increased 4-6-fold over healthy horses. Combined IgG specific for KLH was significantly greater in BALF and serum from healthy compared to diseased horses. Differences in isotypes were also evident; however, only IgGb specific for KLH in the BALF was significantly increased in healthy versus diseased horses. Possible explanations for this difference include: (1) increased destruction of antigen before it could interact with lymphocytes, (2) down-regulation of IgGb production by inhibitory cytokines in diseased horses, or (3) binding of IgGb to Fc receptors on the large numbers of neutrophils in the lungs of diseased horses. In contrast to the prevailing notion that horses with heaves have exaggerated immune responses, our data suggest that diseased horses exposed to an aerosolized protein mount weaker IgG responses compared to healthy horses.  相似文献

This study was aimed at evaluating the pathophysiology of pulmonary dysfunctions and inflammatory consequences of an acute respiratory chlamydial infection induced experimentally in conventionally raised pigs (aged 39-44 days). Eight animals were exposed to Chlamydia suis (C. suis) and four non-infected animals served as controls. The total observation period was from seven days before challenge to seven days post exposure. While non-infected control pigs did not exhibit any clinical symptoms, animals exposed to C. suis developed fever and were severely respiratory distressed within the first week after exposure. After C. suis infection, pulmonary dysfunctions were characterised by a significant decrease in the diffusion capacity of the lung (i.e. transfer factor of the lung for carbon monoxide; TL CO), a significant increase in the functional residual capacity (FRC), and significant changes in the pattern of ventilation (respiratory rate increased while the tidal volume decreased). In exhaled breath condensate (EBC), leukotriene B(4) (LTB(4)) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) showed a tendency to increase after infection. In the broncho-alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of C. suis infected pigs, the activity of matrix metalloprotease 9 (MMP-9) was found to be increased compared to controls. BALF cytology was characterised by increased numbers of granulocytes and activated lymphocytes. Pulmonary inflammation in infected pigs was confirmed by post mortem histology. A prominent dissemination of chlamydial bodies in the lung was accompanied by an influx of macrophages, granulocytes and activated T-cells. Lung and alveolar macrophage studies were conducted following experimental immunostimulation of calves with Freund's complete adjuvant (FCA). Intravenous administration of FCA to calves 35 days before aerosol exposure to serratia marcescens resulted in a 53.1% reduction in the 2-hour pulmonary mean percent retention of the organism when compared to control calves. FCA treatment increased alveolar macrophage concentration (cells/g lung) by 30.9%. Lymphoid and granulomatous responses were increased in the lungs of treated calves.  相似文献
