将健康幼鲤360尾设置3个相同平行处理,每个处理用鱼120尾,随机分为四组,分别投以0、0.15、0.30和0.45 mg/kg硒水平的饲料,各试验组的发病率和死亡率与日粮中硒含量高低呈负相关,其发病率分别为46.7%、33.3%、13.3%和0%,死亡率分别为26.7%、16.7%、6.7%和0%.病鱼出现特征性的瘦背症和脊柱弯曲等症状.组织学上最突出的变化表现为营养性肌病、营养性肝病、胰腺的变性、坏死等多器官组织的退行性变化.超微结构上,骨骼肌纤维、肝细胞和肾小管上皮细胞线粒体肿胀,嵴断裂,甚至发生溶解,整个线粒体呈囊泡状.硒缺乏幼鲤血液中谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性升高,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性降低,丙二醛(MDA)含量升高.  相似文献

鲤鱼(体重约16克)腹腔注射乙酸棉酚0,7.3,54,100,200,400mg/kg体重,经四天(96小时)后,死亡率分别是0,0,20%,70%,90%,100%。96小时半数致死剂量是63.6mg/kg体重。注射剂量高于54mg/kg体重时,发生腹腔红肿、体壁溃烂,甚至死亡。实验结果说明虽然棉籽水平的棉酚不引起鲤鱼的任何可见的中毒症状,但是腹腔注射大剂量棉酚可引起与哺乳类相似的中毒症状。  相似文献

The F1 progeny from parents selected randomly for differences in performance traits from different families of mirror carp were used as a mapping panel. Linkage maps constructed using Join Map 4.0 software with 992 microsatellite polymorphic markers ultimately yielded 51 groups. Composite interval mapping (CIM) of superoxide dismutase (SOD) trait of three tissues (liver, anterior and posterior intestine) was conducted for quantitative trait loci (QTL) location using Map QTL 6.0 software. Results shows that seven QTLs significantly (P < 0.05) explained 8.2–18.5% of the phenotypic variations in liver, five QTLs explained 7.9–11.1% of the variation in anterior intestine (P < 0.05) and six QTLs were located and explained 6.1–15.8% of the phenotypic variations in posterior intestine (P < 0.05). NCBI BLASTn was used for homology analysis between the sequences from markers used in the located QTL regions and sequences from the zebrafish database, and many protein relating with the SOD expression were blasted (similarity >85%). These results showed that it is highly probable that these QTLs are the main regions of SOD expression. The data also support the value of forward genetic studies on organism development and serve as a basis for selection.  相似文献

Seasonal changes in the immune activities of common carp (Cyprinus carpio)   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
Various endocrinological and immunological parameters involved with the seasonal changes of immunocompetence in common carp, Cyprinus carpio reared under natural conditions were investigated. Plasma concentrations of steroid hormones, IgM levels, IgM-secreting cell (IgMSC) numbers, and water temperature were considered as major parameters. Testosterone, 11-ketotestosterone in males and estradiol-17β in females detected by RIA, increased simultaneously with gonadal maturation, but no significant correlation was found with IgM production measured by ELISA. IgM levels were very high during the spawning season, but did not fluctuate much during the other seasons even at high water temperatures. These changes of IgM are certainly related to sexual maturation. In addition, IgMSC numbers were also high during the spawning season. This positive interaction between endocrine and immune parameters could contribute to the immune systems of common carp being more effective during spawning season. Interestingly, cortisol levels increased with the water temperature and were high during the spawning season, but had no suppressive effect on the IgM levels and IgMSC numbers.  相似文献

An 8‐week feeding trial was conducted to compare the effects of different lysine isomers on growth, nutrient utilization and metabolic enzyme activity in common carp (Cyprinus carpio). A basic experimental diet (the control group) with 30% of dietary protein from fish meal and the remaining 70% from soybean meal was used either with or without supplementation of d‐ lysine, l‐ lysine or dl‐ lysine, respectively. The total feed intake was significantly improved by supplementation with lysine regardless of isomeric form (P < 0.05). Supplementation with d‐ lysine or l‐ lysine (but not dl‐ lysine) generally increased the weight gain, specific growth rate, feed efficiency ratio and protein efficiency ratio. Dietary lysine supplementation generally increased the apparent digestibility of dry matter, crude protein and crude lipid, but no statistically significant differences were observed between the control group and the lysine‐supplement groups (P > 0.05). The d‐ amino acid oxidase and d‐ aspartate oxidase activities were generally higher in the liver, kidney and intestine of fish fed diet containing d‐ lysine compared to fish fed diet containing l‐ lysine. The lysine, protein and lipid gains in fish were markedly increased by the supplementation with d‐ lysine or l‐ lysine, and the lysine (r = 0.618, P < 0.05) and protein gains (r = 0.671, P < 0.05) were linearly related to dietary lysine intake. Lysine retention efficiency linearly decreased with the increase of dietary lysine intake (r = ?0.579, P < 0.05). These results indicate that common carp are capable of utilizing the supplemental crystalline d‐ lysine·HCl (4 g kg?1 dry diet) for growth when the rest of dietary amino acids are protein‐bound forms.  相似文献

以大头鲤(Cyprinus pellegrini Tchang)(母本)与荷包红鲤(Cyprinus carpio wuyuanensis)抗寒品系(父本)杂交产生的F1作为亲本,以其自交F2作为分离群体,结合"拟测交"策略,用EST-SSRs标记对其中92个个体进行基因型检测.利用Windows Map Manager 2.0的标记回归法对符合拟测交分离的70个EST-SSRs标记进行单标记回归分析,检测出8个与鲤体长、体高、体厚性状相关的标记.对同一标记不同基因型个体间生长性状进行显著性比较,通过t检验,找到与生长性状相关的基因型.将上述8个EST序列与GenBank数据库进行BLAST比对,有3条EST序列与蛋白库中已知功能的序列高度同源.其中HLJE225与编码斑马鱼(J9enio rerio)冷诱导基因RNA结合蛋白的基因同源性水平高达97%,HLJE222与编码斑马鱼DAZ相关蛋白1基因同源性水平也高达97%,HLJE599与编码斑点叉尾鲴(Ictalurus punctatus)核糖体蛋白L6基因的同源水平为87%.本研究鉴定的与鲤生长性状相关的功能基因及有利用价值的基因型,为鲤重要生长性状的QTL(数量性状基闪座)定位和分子标记辅助育种提供了一定的依据.[中国水产科学,2009,16(1):15-22]  相似文献

The main indication of cimetidine is being H2-receptor antagonist, but studies suggest that cimetidine may also act as a non-specific stimulant of cell-mediated immunity and immunomodulator. In order to determine the immunomodulatory effect of dietary intake of cimetidine in the common carp (100 ± 10 g), subjects were fed diets containing 0 (control), 50, 100 and 200 mg cimetidine kg?1 of dry diet for a period of 6 weeks. TLC and NBT assays were significantly (P < 0.05) stimulated in cimetidine-supplemented groups displaying the highest value in 200 mg kg?1 group. A decrease (P < 0.05) in cortisol and ACH50 value was recorded in fish treated with cimetidine. Serum protein, albumin and serum globulin levels were not significantly changed. The findings of the present investigation suggest that the incorporation of cimetidine in the diet of common carp enhances the non-specific immunity.  相似文献

Some key reproductive characters of invasive common carp, Cyprinus carpio L., were studied in an irrigation system of south‐eastern Australia. Spawning occurred on a variety of natural (i.e. submerged vegetation, plant debris and stones) and artificial substrates, and the presence of 0+ individuals was an indicator of spawning success. Compared with other C. carpio stocks worldwide, the lower minimum length at maturity reflected the higher water temperatures of the region, whereas the relatively lower mean pseudo‐gonadosomatic indices were attributed to less diverse food resources than those available in floodplain areas. The successful reproduction of feral C. carpio in irrigation waterways confirms its high adaptability and plasticity of traits and its classification into the phytolithophil guild, as opposed to the phytophil wild form. The findings of the present study should be given careful consideration in view of preventative measures for further spread of invasive C. carpio in similar waterways worldwide, but also for the enhancement of the species' fisheries in some man‐made reservoirs.  相似文献

应用荧光DDRT-PCR从鲤外周血白细胞克隆了鲤胸腺素β(thymosinβ,Tβ)基因cDNA全序列。序列分析表明,TβcDNA全长528bp,其完整的读码框架位于40~178bp,编码46个氨基酸,5'非编码区长39bp,3'非编码区长为348bp,且具有Poly(A)加尾信号(AATAAA),将该基因序列递呈GenBank,注册序列号为AY457946。氨基酸序列同源性分析显示,鲤Tβ氨基酸序列与鲤Tβa、斑马鱼Tβa及斑马鱼Tβ-2同源性均为84%。在系统发生树上,鲤Tβ与鲤、斑马鱼、白斑狗鱼和鲑Tβa及斑马鱼Tβ2聚类。  相似文献

用高效液相色谱 (HPLC)测定方法研究洛美沙星在鲤鱼 (Cyprinuscarpio)体内的药物动力学和残留。洛美沙星以 2 0mg/kg体重单剂量口灌鲤鱼后 ,测定其血浆药物浓度 ,最低检测限为 0 0 5 μg/mL ,动力学模型符合开放性有吸收二室模型 ,药物动力学参数 :表观分布容积 (Vd/F)、吸收半衰期 (tl/ 2kα)、分布半衰期 (t1/ 2α)以及消除半衰期 (t1/ 2 β)分别为 5 2 1L/kg、 0 31h、 1 0 2h、 2 0 0 3h ,其药时曲线下面积(AUC)为 110 92 μg·h/mL。以相同剂量单次口灌鲤鱼后 ,在不同的天数测定了鲤鱼皮肤、肌肉和肝胰脏中洛美沙星的残留 ,在给药 12天后 ,洛美沙星在各组织中均能检测到且残留均低于 0 0 8μg/g ,结果表明洛美沙星在鲤鱼体内消除缓慢、残留期较长 ,休药期不低于 12天。  相似文献

2015~2016年在西江郁南、云安和高要江段开展了人工鱼巢增殖鲤鱼的实验工作,通过实施期间鱼巢粘附鱼卵数量以及同期鲤鱼资源状况调查对其增殖效果进行了评价。结果表明:两年人工鱼巢分别粘附鱼卵量达4.78亿粒和4.66亿粒,粘附鱼卵孵化出膜后统计全部为鲤鱼,按照自然水体鲤鱼苗的成活率5%计算,两年分别可增殖鲤鱼苗2 120万尾和2 020万尾,实现渔业捕捞经济效益增长达1 272万元和1 212万元。实践证明:选择好适宜的鱼巢投放位置和下水时间,保持鱼巢材料的新鲜能使人工鱼巢达到更好的效果,人工鱼巢是一种简单可行且易推广的鱼类增殖方法。  相似文献

Six male carp, caught in the water system surrounding the Anna Paulowna (AP) Polder in The Netherlands, were characterized using allozyme and microsatellite markers. At the sMDH‐A1,2* loci an allele was found, which has previously only been found in wild River Rhine and wild Vietnamese common carp. Microsatellite allele frequencies showed that these AP carp were significantly different from a group of carp originating from several different domesticated strains. Based on both allozyme and microsatellite data, the AP carp probably originated from a wild or feral self‐sustaining population.  相似文献

A three-year test of growth performance andoffspring survival from top-crossing of commoncarp hybrids in low altitude (350 m above thesea level, middle European climate) and in highaltitude (750 m above the sea level, middleEuropean climate) was terminated by assessmentof slaughtering value of edible parts in therespective strains. A recently establishedHungarian synthetic mirror carp strain (HSM)was chosen for testing as maternal strain. TheHSM, as well as wild Amur carp (AC), Ropshacarp (ROP) and Tata carp (TAT) were used aspaternal strains.The evidential strain*altitude interactioneffect was demonstrated as significant forweight of fish (0.0005), fillet without skin(0.0001), index of highbackedness (0.005),index of head length (0.0404),Fulton's coefficient (0.0497),index of widebackedness (0.0315) andgonadosomatic index (0.0082). The interactioneffect was demonstrated as insignificantbetween altitude*sex and betweenstrain*sex.The comparative test of analysis of variance(ANOVA) revealed significantly (P < 0.05)higher weight of fish after killing on lowaltitude (1611.6 g) than on high altitude(1090.3 g), but processed body yield andpercentage of fillet without skin was notsignificantly different (64.0 and 34.2 for lowaltitude, 64.2 and 33.4 for high altitude). Thepercentage of processed body weight andpercentage of fillet without skin in analysisboth altitudes were significantly better infemales (65.5 and 34.6%) than in males (62.5and 33.00%), respectively. The highestsignificant differences in weight of fish afterkilling were found between HSM (890.8 g) andHSM × AC (1283.3 g) in high altitude. 采用离体灌注试验系统和茚三酮对氨基酸显色的试验方法,定量分析了鲤肠道壁对氨基酸吸收和跨壁运输量,在相同的试验环境下,分别研究鲤肠道对L-甲硫氨酸和L-苯丙氨酸的吸收转运量.结果表明,在60 min内鲤肠道可对灌流液的氨基酸进行持续的吸收转运,并在肠道外积累;当肠道内灌流氨基酸浓度逐渐增加时,肠道外培养液中氨基酸的浓度与其起始浓度呈正相关变化,并未出现高浓度氨基酸对吸收转运的"抑制"效应;通过对吸收转运量达到最大值时试验氨基酸的浓度与吸收转运量的比较,以及氨基酸吸收转运量随时间的变化规律等的比较分析表明,鲤肠道能有效地吸收、运输L-甲硫氨酸和L-苯丙氨酸.鲤肠道对L-甲硫氨酸和L-苯丙氨酸的吸收曲线符合Michaelis-Menten方程.两种氨基酸的吸收动力学方程分别为:1/V=0.125 1×1/[S] + 0.052 4(R2=0.978 1,P<0.05)和1/V=0.188 7×1/[S]+0.028 8(R2=0.976 2,P<0.05),动力学参数为:L-甲硫氨酸:Vmax=19.08 μmol/(g*min),Kmax=2.39 mmol/L;L-苯丙氨酸:Vmax=34.72 μmol/(g*min),Kmax=6.55 mmol/L.吸收动力学特征分析表明:鲤肠道对两种氨基酸的吸收是一种逆浓度、需要转运载体的主动吸收方式,且对不同的氨基酸有不同的吸收、运输特异性,鲤肠道对L-甲硫氨酸的吸收率和跨壁运输能力均强于L-苯丙氨酸(P<0.05).  相似文献

The common carp is one of the main aquaculture species in the world. Despite this, most of the production is carried out using unselected strains. Selective breeding for fast growth has not proven to be effective in this species, but other traits (disease resistance, shape) could be successfully selected for. Most heritability estimates in the literature are unreliable due to environmental biases, but complementary results from population genetics and comparison of strains seem to indicate that there should be a potential for selective breeding in this species, including selection for growth rate, provided the base populations are variable enough (e.g. synthetic strains). New techniques such as parentage assignment with microsatellites and use of doubled haploid progenies may help describe much more accurately, without environmental bias, the genetic determination of traits of interest in the carp. This could be a new opportunity to design efficient breeding programs in this important species.  相似文献

试验设计自主(ZZ)投喂和自动(ZD)投喂两种方法,每种方法对应饱食投喂(ZZ100和ZD100)、85%饱食投喂(ZZ85和ZD85)和70%饱食投喂(ZZ70和ZD70)三种投饲率,研究不同投喂方法及投饲率对育成期鲤鱼生长性能、形体指标、脏器指数及均匀度的影响。试验周期45 d。结果表明:①两种投喂方法下,鲤鱼相对增重率和特定生长率随投饲率的升高而升高,ZZ100和ZD100之间无统计学意义差异(P0.05),但ZZ100组显著高于ZZ70组,ZD100组显著高于其余4组(P0.05)。②饲料系数ZZ70组显著低于ZD100组,ZD70组显著低于其余4组(P0.05),但ZZ70与ZD70之间差异不具有统计学意义(P0.05):即自主投喂下,三种投饵率之间饲料系数差异不具有统计学意义;而自动投喂下,饱食投喂组饲料系数显著高于70%饱食投喂组。③各处理间鲤鱼肥满度、内脏指数、肝胰脏指数、肠体指数和肠长指数均无统计学意义差异(P0.05)。④与自动投喂方法相比,自主投喂方法鲤鱼体质量变异性更低,鱼体均匀度更好。  相似文献

The effect of dietary phytase on phosphorus (P) digestibility, growth, bone mineralization and plasma P of common carp (Cyprinus carpio) was investigated. Five diets, D0, DP, PHYT1, PHYT2 and PHYT4, were used. D0 contained no supplement. DP was supplemented with 2.6 g P (Na2HPO4× 2H2O) kg−1. PHYT1, PHYT2 and PHYT4 comprised 1000, 2000 and 4000 U phytase [Ronozyme P (CT)] kg−1. D0, PHYT1, PHYT2, PHYT4 had average of 7.95 g P kg−1; DP contained 10.3 g P kg−1. After 126 days of feeding, fish grew from 115 to 347 g (D0), 583.7 g (DP), 352.6 g (PHYT1), 393.3 g (PHYT2) and 406.4 g (PHYT4). Addition of phytase significantly increased daily feed intake, but only led to a marginal improvement in the weight gain, SGR and FCR of fish fed PHYT2 and PHYT4 compared with fish fed D0. Fish fed DP showed the best (P<0.05) growth performances. Fish fed DP and PHYT4 significantly digested dietary P more than the fish fed D0. Fish fed D0, PHYT1, PHYT2 and PHYT4 retained higher (P<0.05) Zn in their bones than fish fed DP. However, there was no further effect on bone mineralization. Plasma P scarcely improved by between 14% and 26% in fish fed PHYT2 and PHYT4 relative to fish fed D0. P concentration of the faeces was reduced by about 9–22% in fish fed PHYT1 and PHYT4 compared with fish fed D0.  相似文献

Milt of common carp, Cyprinus carpio L. was cryopreserved in pellet form with the use of 12 extenders. Most efficient were: BE2 original extender (containing 85 mM NaCl, 50 mM KCl, 3 mm CaCl2, 1 mm MgCl2 with 10% dimethyl-acetamide (DMA) and 10% addition of hen's egg yolk) and Kurokura et al.'s extender with 15% DMA and 10% yolk (about 73% and 69% of eyed eggs, about 61% and 52% of swim-up larvae, respectively). Within the most effective treatments, survival from the eyed-egg stage to the swim-up stage was similar to that observed in the control group. Survival from the eyed-egg stage to the swim-up stage (percentage of eyed eggs was considered as 100%) was highly significantly and positively correlated with the actual rate of swim-up larvae.  相似文献
