为研究天然植物饲料对育肥猪生长性能、血液生化指标、抗氧化指标及肉质的影响,试验选取25kg左右的生长育肥猪152头,随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每个重复19头猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂添加500g/t天然植物饲料的日粮,试验期110d。结果表明:天然植物饲料可促进育肥猪的生长发育;试验组育肥猪血清中白蛋白(ALB)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)提高了3.19%(P<0.05),血清丙二醛(MDA)降低了6.43%(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组育肥猪肉pH24、肉色红度值和熟肉率分别提高了3.30%、10.99%和4.16%(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,天然植物饲料可促进育肥猪的生长,提高血清生化指标及抗氧化能力,显著改善肉质。 相似文献

应用天然植物提取物饲料添加剂生产绿色风味猪肉 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以长大二元生长公猪为研究对象,研究天然植物提取物对育肥猪增重和屠宰效果,生产绿色风味猪肉。实验设试验组和对照组,试验组猪日粮中添加1%的TF200.对照组不添加。实验结果表明,试验组平均日增重、日耗科量高于对照组,提高率分别为5.92%和2.97%,料肉比比对照组降低了2.76%。试验组的屠宰率、后腿比例、瘦肉率、眼肌面积、熟肉率分别比对照组提高了0.94%,4.44%,7.67%,13.81%,0.63%;试验组的平均膘厚、脂肪比例、板油比例、平均皮厚,失水率分别比对照组降低了1.31%,20.20%,11.13%,19.35%,6.55%。试验组的猪肉大理石花纹明显,肉质嫩度良好.无药残,符合绿色风味标准。 相似文献

本试验探讨了在日粮中使用发酵蛋白原料替代普通蛋白原料对生长育肥猪生产性能和猪肉品质的影响。结果表明,以发酵豆粕、发酵棉粕为主要蛋白原料的育肥猪无抗饲料配方产品与常规饲料相比,能显著提高育肥猪末重及平均日增重;能使每头猪养殖增收78.72元,提高毛利33.98%;能显著降低猪肉剪切力和滴水损失,提高猪肉氨基酸水平,改善了肉品质,提高了猪肉营养。 相似文献

This study aimed to investigate effects of dietary lycopene supplementation on meat quality,antioxidant ability and muscle fiber type transformation in finishing pigs.In a 70-day experiment,18 DurocLandraceYorkshire barrows were randomly allocated to 3 dietary treatments including a basal diet supplemented with 0,100 and 200 mg/kg lycopene,respectively.Each dietary treatment had 6 replicates with one pig each.Results showed that dietary 200 mg/kg lycopene supplementation increased muscle redness a*value,intramuscular fat and crude protein contents,and decreased muscle lightness L*and yellowness b*values(P<0.05),suggesting that addition of 200 mg/kg lycopene to the diet of finishing pigs improved color,nutritional value and juiciness of pork after slaughter.Results also showed that dietary lycopene supplementation enhanced antioxidant capacity of finishing pigs(P<0.05).Moreover,dietary supplementation of 200 mg/kg lycopene significantly increased slow myosin heavy chain(MyHC)protein level and slow-twitch fiber percentage,and decreased fast MyHC protein level and fast-twitch fiber percentage(P<0.05),suggesting that the addition of 200 mg/kg lycopene to the diet of finishing pigs promoted muscle fiber type conversion from fast-twitch to slow-twitch.Together,we provide the first evidence that dietary 200 mg/kg lycopene supplementation improves meat quality,enhances antioxidant capacity and promotes muscle fiber type transformation from fast-twitch to slow-twitch in finishing pigs. 相似文献

本研究选择24只辽宁绒山羊羔羊,年龄90±3.5日龄,体重15±0.62 kg,公母各半。试验动物分成3组,1组为高能低蛋白组,饲喂1号日粮;2组为高能高蛋白组,饲喂2号日粮;3组为对照组,饲喂3号日粮。连续试验5个月,每月测量体重1次、屠宰1次,研究体增重、屠宰性能和肉品质指标。结果表明,试验1组和2组日增重均高于对照组,其最高峰分别在第4月龄和第5月龄出现,而对照组则在第3月龄出现。各组育肥后羊绒细度均无显著变化。试验1、2组屠宰率、净肉率、眼肌面积均高于对照组,其中2组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。试验1组和2组肾周脂肪重均高于对照组,其肾周脂肪占胴体重比例高于对照组。试验1、2组GR值高于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验1、2组的嫩度值高于对照组;各组的肉色、失水率和熟肉率均差异不显著(P>0.05);对照组失水率低于试验1、2组;对照组熟肉率低于试验1、2组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。 相似文献

The present study investigated the effects of Lactobacillus acidophilus (LBA) and mannan-oligosaccharides (MOS) supplementation on the production performance, serum biochemistry, antioxidant profile, health indices, meat quality, and lipid oxidative stability of broiler chicken. A total of 252 commercial broiler chickens at 1 d old of uniform body weight were randomly allocated to 6 maize-soybean-based dietary treatments: T1 (control diet), T2 ( antibiotic bacitracin methylene di-salicylate [BMD] at 20 mg/kg diet), T3 (MOS at 0.1% + LBA at 106 CFU/g feed), T4 (MOS at 0.1% + LBA at 107 CFU/g feed), T5 (MOS at 0.2% + LBA at 106 CFU/g feed), and T6 (MOS at 0.2% + LBA at 107 CFU/g feed). Each treatment was assigned to 6 replicates of 7 birds. The samples for meat quality and serum biochemistry analysis were taken from 12 birds per treatment (2 birds/replicate). The results revealed better (P < 0.01) growth performance and production efficiency of birds fed either T5 or T6 diet compared to control or BMD supplemented diet and BMD-supplemented birds superseded the control birds. Higher (P < 0.01) serum and liver antioxidant enzyme activities, meat antioxidant capacity (2, 2-azinobis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid [ABTS] and 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl [DPPH] assays], serum total protein, high-density lipoproteins (HDL) cholesterol (P < 0.05), and globulin levels (P < 0.01) were observed in birds fed either T5 or T6 diet compared to control or BMD supplemented birds, whereas, lower lipid oxidation (P < 0.01), cardiac risk ratio, atherogenic coefficient, atherogenic index of plasma, serum glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol levels (P < 0.01), and serum albumin-to-globulin ratio (P < 0.05) were observed in the chickens. The pH of meat from birds fed T4, T5 or T6 diet was lower (P < 0.01) compared to control and other treatments. The extract release volume (ERV), water holding capacity (WHC), and protein content of meat were higher (P < 0.05) in birds fed either T5 or T6 diet compared to control or BMD supplemented birds. Thus, it was concluded that the supplementation of 0.2% MOS along with LBA at 106 CFU/g is optimum for better growth performance, serum biochemistry, antioxidant profile, health indices, meat quality, and lipid oxidative stability of broiler chickens. 相似文献

选取 7月龄的当地土种公羔和羯羔、波德代杂种公羔和羯羔各 5只 ,取肉样对肉品质进行分析。结果表明 :波德代杂种羔羊肉嫩度剪切值显著低于土种羔羊 (P <0 0 5 ) ;波德代杂种羯羔的熟肉率显著高于其它试验组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;土种羯羔的失水率极显著高于土种公羔和波德代羯羔 (P <0 0 1) ;波德代杂种羔羊肉色鲜红、肌间脂肪含量高、多汁性好 ,嫩度适宜 ,氨基酸种类齐全 ,营养成分全面 ,对当地土种羊在肉品质方面有良好的改良作用。 相似文献

本研究选择24只10月龄初始体重37.21±0.45 kg的辽宁绒山羊羯羊。试验动物分成3组,1组为高能高蛋白组,2组为中能中蛋白组,3组为对照组。连续育肥5个月,每月屠宰1次,研究增重、屠宰性能和肉品质指标。结果显示,试验1组和2组日增重、屠宰率均显著(P<0.05)高于对照组;胴体净肉率、眼肌面积、肾周脂肪量、肾周脂肪占胴体比、GR值均极显著(P<0.01)高于对照组;试验1组和2组剪切力显著(P<0.05)低于对照组;试验1组的耗料增重比最低,试验2组饲料成本和单位增重成本最低。研究表明,辽宁绒山羊羯羊经过育肥,屠宰性能、肉质品质均得到改善;效益分析表明,中等能量中等蛋白水平日粮育肥羯羊经济效益最好。 相似文献
