选用初始体质量为(314.7±9.9)g的草鱼(Ctenophary ngodon idella)240尾,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每重复20尾鱼,分别饲喂氯化胆碱添加量为0%(对照组)、0.2%、0.4%和0.6%(占饲料的质量分数)的4组饲料(粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量分别为28.01%和4.54%),胆碱实测含量分别为1010mg/kg、2516mg/kg、4184mg/kg、5852mg/kg,养殖77d后,考察氯化胆碱对草鱼成鱼生长性能、脂肪沉积及脂肪代谢酶活性的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比较,添加0.4%和0.6%氯化胆碱可显著提高鱼体增重率(P0.05)、特定生长率(P0.05),降低饲料系数(P0.05);添加0.2%~0.6%氯化胆碱可显著降低肝胰脏和全鱼脂肪含量(P0.05);添加0.4%和0.6%氯化胆碱,肌肉脂肪含量显著下降(P0.05);添加0.2%~0.6%氯化胆碱可显著提高血清甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量(P0.05),添加0.4%和0.6%氯化胆碱可显著降低肝胰脏甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量(P0.05);在脂肪代谢酶方面,添加0.2%~0.6%氯化胆碱可显著提高前肠脂肪酶活性(P0.05),添加0.6%氯化胆碱显著提高脂蛋白脂酶活性(P0.05),添加0.4%~0.6%氯化胆碱可显著升高肝脂酶和总脂酶活性(P0.05)。综上所述,适量添加胆碱能改善草鱼成鱼生长性能,提高饲料利用率,降低肝胰脏、全鱼和肌肉的脂肪含量,提高脂肪代谢酶活性。建议草鱼实用饲料中氯化胆碱添加量为0.4%~0.6%。  相似文献

为研究饲料中添加氯化钠对草鱼生长性能和肌肉品质的影响,在基础饲料中分别添加0(对照组)、10、20、30和40 g/kg氯化钠,配制成5组饲料,饲养平均体质量为(12.26±0.03) g的草鱼60 d。结果显示,添加10和20 g/kg氯化钠对草鱼增重率和饲料系数没有显著影响,但30和40 g/kg氯化钠添加组的增重率显著低于对照组,饲料系数显著升高。各组肌肉水分、粗蛋白与粗脂肪含量没有显著差异,但肌肉灰分含量随氯化钠添加量的增加而升高;与对照组相比,各氯化钠添加组的肌肉蒸失水率、离心失水率和冷冻失水率(除10 g/kg氯化钠添加组外)显著增加,10和20 g/kg氯化钠添加组的肌肉总游离氨基酸含量显著升高,20、30和40 g/kg氯化钠添加组的肌肉游离谷氨酸、天冬氨酸含量显著降低;各氯化钠添加组的肌肉硬度及30、40 g/kg氯化钠添加组的肌肉咀嚼性均显著低于对照组,而肌肉弹性和回复性无显著差异;在肠道组织学方面,30和40 g/kg氯化钠添加组的绒毛高度和绒毛宽度较对照组显著降低,各氯化钠添加组的肌层厚度显著增加。研究表明,在饲料中添加10~40 g/kg氯化钠,对草鱼幼鱼的生长性能和肌肉品质没有改善作用。  相似文献

采用单因子试验设计方法,进行了饲料中添加维生素E对花鲈生长(增重率、存活率、特定生长率、饲料效率)、组织中维生素E积累量和免疫指标(血清中溶菌酶活性和总补体活性)影响的研究,设计了5个不同维生素E水平(0.6、24.7、49.0、98.8、198.2 mg/kg)的等氮等能饲料,对花鲈进行为期8周的生长实验,每个水平含3个重复,每个养殖单元放养初始体重为10.1 g左右的花鲈20尾.饲养试验在海水网箱(1.5 m×1.0 m×1.0 m)中进行.结果表明:饲料中未添加维生素E组的增重率、饲料效率、特定生长率以及存活率显著低于维生素E添加组,随着饲料中维生素E添加量由0.6提高到49.0 mg/kg时,花鲈的增重率和特定生长率显著提高,以增重率和特定生长率为指标,花鲈最佳生长性能的饲料维生素E添加量为60.5 mg/kg左右;对鱼体生物学指标的分析表明,饲料中维生素E添加量达到49 mg/kg时能显著影响鱼体的肝体比指数,鱼体水分、粗脂肪不受饲料中维生素E添加水平的影响,然而对鱼体粗蛋白含量的影响显著;随着饲料中维生素E添加量由0.6提高到49.0 mg/kg时,花鲈肌肉和肝脏中维生素E的积累量显著升高,但当维生素E添加量达到49.0 mg/kg后,肌肉和肝脏中维生素E的积累量变化不显著;饲料中未添加维生素E组的花鲈血清溶菌酶和总补体活性显著低于维生素E添加组,花鲈血清溶菌酶和总补体活性随着维生素E添加量的增加而显著升高,饲料维生素E添加量达到98.8 mg/kg时,血清溶菌酶和总补体活性较高.综上所述,花鲈生长和免疫的维生素E适宜添加量为60.5~98.8 mg/kg.  相似文献

为研究复合益生菌对草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)生长和抗氧化功能的影响,实验设1个对照组((Ⅰ组)投喂基础饲料)和3个实验组(投喂在基础饲料中添加复合益生菌的饲料,添加浓度分别为1000 mg/kg(Ⅱ组)、2000 mg/kg(Ⅲ组)和3000 mg/kg(Ⅳ组)),每组3个重复,饲养初始体重为(175.79±15.32)g草鱼8周后,测定生长和抗氧化指标。结果显示,各实验组均能显著提高草鱼增重率、特定生长率,降低饵料系数,存活率无显著差异,且Ⅲ组增重率和特定生长率最高,饵料系数最低,增重率比Ⅰ组提高了16.32%。复合益生菌显著提高了草鱼肠道淀粉酶、脂肪酶和胰蛋白酶活性,其中Ⅲ组的脂肪酶和胰蛋白酶活性最高,Ⅳ组的淀粉酶活性最高;复合益生菌显著提高了草鱼血清中总抗氧化能力、过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性和谷胱甘肽含量,当添加量为3000 mg/kg时,会降低其超氧化物歧化酶活性;复合益生菌能显著降低草鱼血清中抗超氧阴离子自由基活性和丙二醛含量,当添加量为3000 mg/kg时,抗超氧阴离子自由基活性和丙二醛含量均有所升高。结果表明草鱼基础饲料中适量添加复合益生菌能促进其生长,降低饵料系数,提高肠道消化酶活性和抗氧化功能,适宜添加量为2000 mg/kg。  相似文献

为探讨低鱼粉高植物蛋白饲料中蛋白酶的适宜添加范围,在克氏原螯虾基础饲料中分别添加0、0.1、0.2、0.4、0.8、1.6 g/kg蛋白酶,制作成6组饲料。选择初始体质量为(8.18±0.11) g的克氏原螯虾,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复15尾虾,在室内养殖桶中饲养8周。结果显示,随饲料蛋白酶添加量的增加:(1)各组间存活率、肝体比、腹部含肉率均无显著差异;增重率和特定生长率均先升高后降低,且在蛋白酶添加量为0.2 g/kg时达到最大值。当蛋白酶添加量为0.4 g/kg时饲料系数最低;蛋白质效率和蛋白质沉积率分别在添加量为0.4和0.2 g/kg时达到最高值。经折线回归分析,增重率、饲料系数、蛋白质效率分别在蛋白酶添加量为0.16、0.24、0.23 g/kg时有最佳值。(2)腹部肌肉和全虾粗蛋白质含量先升高后降低最终趋于平稳,均在0.2 g/kg组有最大值。(3)肠道及肝胰腺蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶活性均先增加后缓慢降低,均在0.2 g/kg组出现最大值,且显著高于对照组。(4)血清总蛋白含量在0.4 g/kg组出现最大值;谷草转氨酶及谷丙转氨酶活性先降低后增加,均在0.4 ...  相似文献

为研究饲料中添加茶多酚对团头鲂幼鱼生长性能、饲料利用和抗氧化能力的影响,选取240尾初始体重为(3.5±1.0) g的团头鲂幼鱼,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾。实验配制了茶多酚添加量分别为0 (对照组)、100、300和500 mg/kg的等氮等能饲料,饲喂团头鲂幼鱼8周后测定鱼体生长性能、肌肉组成、血液生化指标和肝肠抗氧化指标。结果显示,摄食300 mg/kg茶多酚组的增重率(WGR)相较于对照组显著提高,蛋白质效率(PER)显著高于低添加量组,饲料系数(FCR)显著降低。500 mg/kg茶多酚显著降低了鱼体肌肉粗脂肪含量。茶多酚的添加显著降低了血浆葡萄糖(GLU)含量,且300和500 mg/kg茶多酚添加组团头鲂肝肠丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著低于无添加组。100和300mg/kg茶多酚添加组鱼体肝肠组织中还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著高于对照组。此外,300 mg/kg茶多酚添加组鱼体肝脏的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)活性也显著高于对照组。养殖实验结束后,通过腹腔注射浓度为50%的四氯化碳(CCl4)溶液诱导...  相似文献

采用维生素C(Vc,以Vc磷酸酯为Vc源)添加量分别为50mg/kg、100mg/kg、150mg/kg、200mg/kg、300mg/kg饲料的配合饲料,喂养体质量(42.4±5.0)g的草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)60d,以不添加Vc的基础饲料饲喂组为对照,探讨vc对草鱼生长性能、肌肉品质和非特异性免疫的影响.结果表明,饲料中添加Vc能显著提高草鱼增重率,降低饲料系数,当Vc添加量为150~200mg/kg时,草鱼生长性能最佳:随Vc添加量增加,肌肉失水率、肌纤维直径和肌原纤维耐折力呈增加趋势;肌肉胶原蛋白含量和肝脏Vc含量随Vc添加量的增加而增加;Vc添加量为150mg/kg及以上水平时,各实验组草鱼血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性比对照组显著提高(p<0.05);Vc添加量达到300mg/kg后血清溶菌酶(LSZ)活性比对照组显著提高(P<0.05);各组间血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性差异不显著(P<0.05).上述研究表明,饲料中添加Vc能促进草鱼生长,改善肌肉品质,增强非特异性免疫力.适宜的Vc添加量为150mg/kg饲料.  相似文献

本实验研究了饲料羟基蛋氨酸钙(MHA)与DL-蛋氨酸(DLM)对花鲈生长、抗氧化能力及肠道蛋白酶活性的影响,旨在比较两种外源蛋氨酸的生物效价及在饲料中适宜的蛋氨酸添加水平。饲料中添加外源蛋氨酸有效含量为0%、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%的MHA或DLM,配制9种实验饲料(对照组、MHA 0.2、MHA 0.4、MHA 0.6、MHA 0.8、DLM 0.2、DLM 0.4、DLM 0.6和DLM 0.8)。用该9种饲料分别投喂初始体质量为(5.67±0.05)g的花鲈8周后,采集样品进行分析。结果显示,蛋氨酸形式与水平均显著影响鱼体增重率、特定生长率,随饲料蛋氨酸水平的增加,鱼体增重率呈先升高后降低的趋势,并在蛋氨酸添加量为0.6%时达到最大值;此外,羟基蛋氨酸钙组鱼体增重率均高于同水平DL-蛋氨酸组。蛋氨酸水平显著影响饲料系数与鱼体组成,饲料系数与鱼体粗脂肪含量随蛋氨酸水平升高呈现先降低后升高的趋势,而粗蛋白与此相反,水分与灰分则差异不显著。随蛋氨酸水平的升高,肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与对照组相比呈升高的趋势,过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性呈先升高后降低的趋势,而还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)与之相反。随蛋氨酸水平的升高,血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)的含量先降低后升高,胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、谷草转氨酶(AST)的活性与对照组相比呈降低的趋势。蛋氨酸添加组溶菌酶(LZM)的活性显著高于对照组。随饲料蛋氨酸水平的增加,肠道蛋白酶活性均呈先升高后降低的趋势,并在0.6%添加量时达到最高。研究表明,饲料添加外源蛋氨酸会显著促进花鲈的生长,其中添加0.6%水平的蛋氨酸,花鲈的增重率和特定生长率最高;对特定生长率与饲料蛋氨酸水平进行回归分析,得出花鲈饲料适宜的蛋氨酸水平为1.57%;以特定生长率为评价指标,羟基蛋氨酸钙的生物学效价为DL-蛋氨酸的134.15%;添加外源蛋氨酸可以提高花鲈肝脏抗氧化能力,有利于鱼体的肝脏健康。  相似文献

在水温(25±2)℃下,给饲养在网箱(1.0m×0.5m×1.0m)中体质量(110±5)g的草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)投喂添加了金丝桃素(0、0.066%、0.132%)、绿原酸(0、0.04%、0.08%)和硬葡聚糖(0、0.2%、0.4%)饲料,以基础饲料组为对照组,探讨三种添加剂对草鱼幼鱼血清溶菌酶活性、白细胞吞噬率和血清补体C3含量的影响。结果表明:0.2%硬葡聚糖组草鱼溶菌酶活性最高,显著高于对照组(P<0.05),饲喂35d后溶菌酶活性达到峰值,而金丝桃素和绿原酸对草鱼幼鱼血清溶菌酶活性没有显著性影响;饲料中添加0.08%绿原酸组草鱼血液中白细胞吞噬率和血清补体C3含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但与添加0.2%和0.4%硬葡聚糖组没有显著性差异(P>0.05);添加0.132%金丝桃素组的血清中补体C3含量在最低,且显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。饲料中添加0.08%绿原酸和0.2%硬葡聚糖可有效增强草鱼幼鱼非特异免疫功能。  相似文献

为研究饲料中胆碱对大口黑鲈幼鱼生长性能、体成分以及血清抗氧化机能的影响,在基础饲料中分别添加0 (对照组)、700、1 400、2 100和2 800 mg/kg的氯化胆碱,配制成5组等氮等能的实验饲料(胆碱实测含量分别为2 369.57、2 716.90、2 993.49、3 443.60和3 799.05 mg/kg),分别投喂初始体质量为(20.00±0.10) g的大口黑鲈幼鱼56 d。结果显示,实验鱼的增重率(WGR)和特定生长率(SGR)随着饲料中氯化胆碱添加量的提高呈先升后降的变化,在添加量为2 100 mg/kg的饲料组均达到最大值,显著高于对照组;饲料中添加氯化胆碱对实验鱼的存活率(SR)、肝体比(HSI)、脏体比(VSI)和肥满度(CF)无显著影响。当氯化胆碱添加量达到2 100 mg/kg饲料及以上时,鱼体肌肉和肝脏的粗脂肪含量均显著低于对照组。相比于对照组,添加1 400~2 800 mg/kg氯化胆碱组的鱼体血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著提高,血清中丙二醛(MDA)的含量显著降低;氯化胆碱添加量为2...  相似文献

To investigate the effects of dietary quercetin on growth, antioxidation, and flesh quality of grass carp, Ctenopharyngodon idella, six diets were prepared with quercetin inclusion rates of 0 (control diet), 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8 g/kg. Grass carp with a body weight of 13.3 ± 0.1 g were fed with one of the six diets for 60 days. The weight gain (WG) showed a quadratic relationship with dietary quercetin levels; the supplementation of 0.4 g/kg quercetin significantly improved WG (+4.73%) and decreased feed conversion ratio (?0.06) (p < .05) when compared to those of the control group. The intestinal fat ratio was reduced by the addition of 0.2 or 0.4 g/kg of quercetin (p < .05), and serum activities of alkaline phosphatase and superoxide dismutase were increased by the addition of 0.4 and 0.6 g/kg of quercetin (p < .05). The inclusion of 0.2–0.6 g/kg of quercetin increased the contents of delicious amino acids and decreased the cooking loss of flesh (p < .05). Flesh collagen content was increased by the addition of 0.4–0.8 g/kg of quercetin (p < .05). In conclusion, dietary quercetin could improve the growth and enhance the antioxidation and flesh quality of grass carp, with the recommended supplemental level of quercetin was 0.37 g/kg.  相似文献

为研究杜仲对草鱼生长性能、肌肉品质及胶原蛋白基因COL1A1和COL1A2表达的影响,实验采用初始体质量为(215.0±0.4)g的草鱼120尾,随机分为2处理组(每组3重复,每重复20尾鱼),分别饲喂基础饲料(对照组)和添加2%杜仲的实验饲料(杜仲组),养殖时间为8周。结果显示,与对照组相比,添加2%杜仲对草鱼生长性能无显著影响,但能显著增加肌肉、皮肤和肝脏胶原蛋白水平,增加肌肉总必需氨基酸(TEAA)、总氨基酸(TAA)水平。2%杜仲可显著降低草鱼肌肉的冷冻失水率、离心失水率,但对肌纤维密度和肌纤维直径无显著影响。在胶原蛋白基因表达方面,2%杜仲显著增加了第4周、8周时草鱼的肌肉、皮肤和第8周时的肝脏组织COL1A1、COL1A2基因m RNA表达量。研究表明,饲料中添加2%杜仲可改善大规格草鱼的肌肉品质。  相似文献

This study was conducted to compare the growth‐promoting and flesh quality ‐improving effects of three active compounds in Eucommia ulmoides (EU) on grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella). Four iso‐nitrogenous diets supplemented with 400 mg/kg inclusion of geniposidic acid (GA), chlorogenic acid (CGA), geniposide (GP) and their combination (GA:CGA:GP = 1:1:1, the mixture) were prepared and fed to grass carp (47.1 ± 0.6 g) for 75 days. The results indicated that weight gain was increased by 5.22%, and feed conversion ratio decreased by 0.07 by dietary CGA (< 0.05). In flesh quality, the four supplementations significantly increased muscle fibre density, total collagen and alkaline‐insoluble collagen in skin, and reduced steaming loss of flesh. In addition, dietary CGA, GP and the active compounds mixture further increased total collagen, alkaline‐insoluble collagen and amino acid in flesh. In collagen genes expression, the expression of COL1A1 in muscle and skin was significantly promoted by the supplementation of GA, CGA, GP and their combination (p < 0.05). In conclusion, the supplementation of GA, CGA, GP and their combination improved the flesh quality of grass carp, and the growth was increased by CGA. CGA played more important roles in growth‐promoting and flesh quality‐improving effects than GP and GA.  相似文献

The study was to investigate effects of dietary chlorogenic acid (CGA) on growth performance, flesh quality and serum biochemical indices of grass carp (95.1 ± 0.3 g) (Ctenopharyngodon idella) fed seven different diets, including control diet, Eucommia ulmoides (EU)‐supplemented diet (20 g kg–1) and CGA‐supplemented diets containing 100, 200, 400, 600 and 800 mg/kg CGA. Contents of collagen and alkaline‐insoluble collagen in muscle and skin were significantly increased by dietary CGA and EU (< .05). Total essential amino acids (TEAA) and total amino acids (TAA) in muscle of grass carp fed EU diet or 400, 600 and 800 mg/kg CGA diet were significantly higher than those of fish fed control diet and 100 and 200 mg/kg CGA diet (< .05). Fish fed 200–800 mg/kg CGA showed significantly lower muscle crude lipid content than EU, control and 100 mg/kg CGA groups (< .05). Fish fed CGA‐supplemented diets (100–800 mg/kg) had significantly higher muscle fibre density and lower muscle fibre diameter than control group (p < .05). In conclusion, supplementation of CGA improved flesh quality of grass carp, and supplemental level of CGA for improving flesh quality and growth was estimated to be 400 mg/kg diet.  相似文献

投喂蚕豆对草鱼生长及肌肉营养特性分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
分别用配合饲料、浸泡蚕豆和发芽蚕豆喂养平均体重(1000±20)g草鱼70d,分析投喂蚕豆对草鱼生长及肌肉营养的影响。结果表明,配合饲料组、浸泡蚕豆组和发芽蚕豆组的草鱼增重率分别为79.5%、40.32%和50.10%,饵料系数分别为2.11、4.78和4.31,投喂蚕豆降低了草鱼增重率(P<0.05),显著增加了饵料系数(P<0.05)。与配合饲料组相比,浸泡蚕豆组和发芽蚕豆组肌肉中粗脂肪和粗蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05)。浸泡蚕豆组和发芽蚕豆组的必需氨基酸含量、鲜味氨基酸含量、氨基酸总量比配合饲料组显著提高(P<0.05)。投喂蚕豆降低了草鱼的生长性能,但是显著提高了草鱼肌肉品质。投喂发芽蚕豆的效果要优于投喂浸泡蚕豆。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate effects of dietary geniposide (GP) on growth performance, flesh quality, and lipid metabolism of grass carp, Ctenopharyngodon idella (95.2 ± 0.6 g), fed seven different diets, including a control diet; Eucommia ulmoides (EU)–supplemented diet (20 g/kg); and GP‐supplemented diets containing 100, 200, 400, 600, and 800 mg/kg GP, respectively. Weight gain rate was significantly improved (P < 0.05) and feed conversation ratio was significantly decreased (P < 0.05) by supplementation of EU. Grass carp fed 100–800 mg/kg GP‐supplemented diets showed significantly higher total collagen and alkaline‐insoluble collagen content in muscle than control (P < 0.05). Contents of total collagen and the alkaline‐insoluble collagen content in the skin of grass carp were significantly increased by dietary 600–800 mg/kg GP and EU (P < 0.05). Fish fed diets containing 600–800 mg/kg GP showed significantly lower muscle crude lipid content than the EU, control, and 100–400 mg/kg GP groups (P < 0.05). Fish fed 400–800 mg/kg GP diets had significantly higher muscle fiber density and lower muscle fiber diameter and serum triglyceride level than the control (P < 0.05). In conclusion, supplementation of GP could improve flesh quality, but not growth of grass carp. The supplemental level of GP for improving flesh quality was estimated to be a 400–600 mg/kg diet.  相似文献

以池塘养殖草鱼为对象,采用室内微流水系统处理草鱼,研究处理时间(0、1、4、7和10 d)对草鱼鱼肉基本营养组成、滋味特征和滋味成分、气味特征和气味成分、感官评分的影响,以评价短时间微流水处理对草鱼鱼肉品质的提升作用。结果显示,微流水处理对草鱼鱼肉的基本营养成分、滋味成分、气味成分和感官评分均有显著影响。随着微流水处理时间延长,草鱼鱼肉中脂肪和总糖含量显著下降、灰分含量显著增加,但鱼肉中蛋白质含量无明显差异。滋味分析仪(电子舌)和气味分析仪(电子鼻)检测结果表明,微流水处理能显著改变草鱼鱼肉的滋味特征和气味特征。处理后的草鱼鱼肉中IMP、鲜味氨基酸(天冬氨酸和谷氨酸)、甜味氨基酸(丝氨酸和丙氨酸)、苦味氨基酸(亮氨酸和异亮氨酸)含量显著增加,而其总挥发性盐基氮(TVB-N)、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)等含量显著减少。微流水处理4 d的草鱼鱼肉气味评分、滋味评分和色泽评分显著高于处理0和1 d的草鱼样品,而与处理7和10 d的草鱼样品无差异。研究表明,短时间微流水处理能有效提升草鱼鱼肉品质,适宜处理时间为4 d,处理后的草鱼鱼肉腥味明显减弱、鲜味明显增强。  相似文献

为探索磷对生长期草鱼肌肉常规营养组成和理化特性,肌肉中游离氨基酸、呈味核苷酸和游离脂肪酸组成的影响,实验选择初始体质量为[(256.22±0.60) g]的健康草鱼540尾,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,分别饲喂含有效磷0.95 (基础饲料组,未添加)、2.46、3.96、5.68、7.10和8.75 g/kg的饲料60 d。结果显示,饲料中适宜水平有效磷显著提高了生长期草鱼肌肉蛋白质、水分、羟脯氨酸、∑氨基酸、∑鲜味氨基酸(UAAs)、∑甜味氨基酸(SAAs)、肌苷酸(IMP)、∑不饱和脂肪酸、∑多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)含量以及pH0 h和pH12 h,而肌肉剪切力、组织蛋白酶B和L活性、乳酸、饱和脂肪酸(SFA)含量显著降低。此外,当饲料中有效磷水平分别增加到3.96和5.68 g/kg时,生长期草鱼肌肉IMP和∑呈味氨基酸(UAAs+SAAs)的滋味活性值(TAV)分别达到最大值。适宜水平有效磷还显著提高了生长期草鱼肌肉PUFA/UFA及n-3 PUFAs/n-6 PUFAs比值。研究表明,适宜水平有效磷提高了生长期草鱼肌肉蛋白质含量、肌肉嫩度、系水力和pH值,增加肌肉呈味氨基酸...  相似文献

Dietary thiamin requirement of juvenile grass carp, Ctenopharyngodon idella, was to investigate in this experiment. Eight purified diets were formulated with graded levels of thiamin (0.1, 0.6, 1.1, 2.1, 5.5, 9.8, 21.2, and 41.8 mg/kg, respectively). Each diet was fed to triplicate groups of 40 fish (initial average weight 10.7 ± 0.2 g) for 12 wk in 400‐L aquaria (R = 1 m, h = 0.6 m). Results showed that weight gain rate, specific growth rate, feed efficiency, protein efficiency ratio, and hepatosomatic indice of fish increased before dietary thiamin increased to the optimum level, then remained similar thereafter (P > 0.05). Thiamin concentration in fish liver was positively correlated with dietary thiamin and it stayed in stable when dietary thiamin level exceed 5.0 mg/kg. The serum biochemical indices analysis showed that dietary thiamin had significant effects on serum triglycerides, total cholesterol, glucose, pyruvate contents, and lactate dehydrogenase activity. Body composition was unaffected by dietary thiamin. Broken‐line regression analysis showed that, a dietary thiamin level of 1.3 mg/kg diet was adequate for optimum growth, and 5.0 mg/kg for maximum liver thiamin accumulation.  相似文献

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary geniposidic acid (GA) on growth performance, flesh quality and collagen gene expression of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella). The fish with an initial body weight of 47.1 ± 0.8 g were fed one of the seven diets, including control diet, Eucommia ulmoides (EU)‐supplemented diet (20 g/kg) and GA‐supplemented diets (200, 400, 600, 800 and 1,000 mg/kg GA) for 75 days. The growth performance and muscle proximate composition showed no difference among groups (> .05). Dietary GA (200–1,000 mg/kg) increased the contents of total collagen and alkaline‐insoluble collagen in skin (p < .05), and high supplementation of GA (600–1,000 mg/kg GA) and EU increased the contents of total collagen, alkaline‐insoluble collagen and total amino acids (p < .05), but reduced the lipid level in muscle (p < .05). In collagen gene expression, EU and 200–1,000 mg/kg GA increased COL1A1 expression in muscle and skin (p < .05), but the expression of COL1A2 was increased only by high supplementation of GA (1,000 mg/kg, or 800–1,000 mg/kg) (p < .05). In conclusion, dietary GA improved the flesh quality of grass carp, and the supplementation level was estimated to be 600 mg/kg diet.  相似文献
