An 8‐week feeding trial was conducted to determine lysine requirement of juvenile yellow catfish (Pelteobagrus fulvidraco) by feeding formulated diets containing crystalline l ‐lysine. Six isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets (405 g kg?1 protein, 18 kJ g?1 gloss energy) containing fish meal together with soybean protein concentrate as protein sources and fish oil together with soybean oil as lipid sources were formulated. Crystalline l ‐lysine was added into the six diets to acquire lysine concentrations of 17.3, 21.8, 26.0, 31.3, 35.5 and 41.9 g kg?1 dry diets, respectively. Mixture of crystalline amino acid was supplemented to simulate the amino acid profile in muscle of yellow catfish. The results indicated that final body weight (FBW), weight gain (WG), specific growth rate (SGR), feed efficiency (FE) and protein efficiency (PE) increased with the increase in dietary lysine level from 17.3 to 31.3 g kg?1 of diet and then decreased as the dietary lysine levels further increased. No significant difference in survival rate was found among all the dietary treatments. One‐slope, quadratic broken‐line analysis on the basis of SGR showed that the dietary l ‐lysine requirement of juvenile yellow catfish was 33.1 g kg?1 of dry diet (83.2 g kg?1 of dietary protein).  相似文献

将黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco Richardson)幼鱼(体长1.621±0.1561cm,体重0.093±0.02g)放养在12个容水50L(40cm×30cm×41.6cm)水槽中,每个水槽30尾,投喂含粗蛋白40.53%、粗脂肪13.14%的配合饲料,以搅碎的泥鳅(Misgurnus anguilli-caudatus)为黏合剂(二者的比例为4∶1),投饲率为15%(1组)、20%(2组)、25%(3组)和30%(4组),每组三个重复。60d的饲养表明,4组鱼的成活率最高(81.57%),1组最低(18.75%),2组和3组分别为54.83%和54.54%。统计分析表明,随投饲率增加,鱼的增重率不断增加,2、3、4组鱼的增重率显著高于1组(P<0.05),但这三组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。1组鱼的呼吸代谢率高于其他组是生长缓慢的原因。本实验证明,黄颡鱼夏花培育期间,投饲率以25%~20%为宜。  相似文献

黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)是新兴淡水养殖对象,其养殖技术和适宜饲料蛋白及维生素C磷酸酯的需要量等已有报道,但对包膜维生素C的生长和免疫反应目前尚未见报道,而维生素C是鱼正常生长和抗病的重要微量营养素。为此,在水温(22.0±3.0)℃下,将平均体质量10.0 g的黄颡鱼幼鱼放养在30个60 cm×60 cm×120 cm的微流水网箱中,投喂以鱼粉为蛋白源,粗蛋白含量40.0%和粗脂肪8.0%的半精制饲料,按300 mg.kg-1、600 mg.kg-1、900 mg.kg-1、1 200 mg.kg-1和1 500 mg.kg-1的剂量分别添加维生素C磷酸酯和包膜维生素C。经90 d的饲养表明,饲料中维生素C磷酸酯和包膜维生素C的添加量分别为1 110~1 200 mg.kg-1和659~900 mg.kg-1时,黄颡鱼生长最快,饲料系数最低;添加量为1 200 mg.kg-1和600 mg.kg-1时,血清总蛋白含量最高;961 mg.kg-1和981 mg.kg-1时,溶菌酶活性最高;747 mg.kg-1和507 mg.kg-1时,淀粉酶活性最高;1 014 mg.kg-1和919 mg.kg-1时,蛋白酶活性最高。包膜维生素C的效果优于磷酸酯维生素C,这与其具稳定性且进入机体后缓释及蛋白酶活性和免疫力高有关  相似文献

The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary cadmium (Cd) level on the growth, body composition and several enzymatic activities of juvenile yellow catfish, Pelteobagrus fulvidraco. The experimental diets were formulated with CdCl2·2.5H2O at levels of 0, 0.01, 0.1 and 1.0 g kg?1 diet, resulting in four dietary Cd levels of 0.25 (control), 4.92, 48.57 and 474.7 mg Cd kg?1 diet respectively. They were fed to juvenile yellow catfish (mean initial weight: 3.26±0.07 g, mean±SD) for 4 weeks. Weight gain, specific growth rate, feed intake and protein efficiency ratio tended to decline with increasing dietary Cd levels (P<0.05). In contrast, the feed conversion ratio was the lowest when the dietary Cd level was 0.25 mg Cd kg?1 diet. Dietary Cd levels significantly influenced body composition and Cd accumulation. Whole body and vertebrae Cd content generally increased as the dietary Cd levels increased (P<0.05). However, muscle Cd content was detected only in fish fed the diets containing the highest Cd level of the diet (P>0.05). Hepatic alkaline phosphatase, glutathione peroxidase and lactate dehydrogenase activities increased (P<0.05) with increasing dietary Cd level. Succinate dehydrogenase was very variant and not related to dietary treatments. Malic dehydrogenase activity showed no significant differences among the treatments (P>0.05). The present study provided for the first time the toxic assessment of dietborne Cd in yellow catfish, based on growth performance and the changes in hepatic enzymatic activities for the fish species.  相似文献

The present experiment was conducted to quantify dietary copper (Cu) requirement for juvenile yellow catfish Pelteobagrus fulvidraco. The six experimental diets were formulated to contain the graded levels of CuSO4·5H2O (0, 0.005, 0.01, 0.02, 0.04 and 0.08 g kg?1 diet respectively) providing the actual dietary copper values of 2.14 (control), 3.24, 4.57, 7.06, 12.22 and 22.25 mg Cu kg?1 diet respectively. Each diet was fed to triplicate groups of yellow catfish (initial body weight: 3.13 ± 0.09 g, means ± SD) in an indoor static rearing system for 7 weeks. Fish fed the diet containing 3.24 mg Cu kg?1 diet had the highest weight gain and specific growth rate, but they were not significantly different from that of fish fed the 4.57 and 7.06 mg Cu kg?1 diets (P > 0.05). The poorest feed conversion rate, the lowest protein efficiency ratio, the lowest hepatosomatic index and viscerosomatic index were observed in fish fed the diet containing the highest Cu content diet (P < 0.05). Condition factor showed no significant differences among the treatments (P > 0.05). Proximate composition of fish body was significantly affected by dietary copper level (P < 0.05). Cu contents of whole body and liver increased with dietary Cu levels (P < 0.05), but muscle Cu content remained relatively stable (P > 0.05). Analysis by the second‐order regression of SGR and linear regression of whole‐body Cu retention of the fish indicated that dietary Cu requirements in juvenile yellow catfish were 3.13–4.24 mg Cu kg?1 diet.  相似文献

Nutritional components and feeding strategies are multifarious amongst different producers, whereas they are just designed for fish farming but not suitable for improving the reproductive performance of broodfish. Yellow catfish (Pelteobagrus fulvidraco), an omnivorous species, is one of the important aquaculture fish in China. In order to improve the reproductive performance of female yellow catfish (119.86—134.54 g), four feeding strategies (0.5%, 0.75%, 1% and 1.5% BW/d) and three dietary protein levels (34%, 40% and 46%) were examined, respectively, in the two separate trials. The females with moderate feed restriction (1%) showed significant lower mesenteric fat index (MFI) and higher gonadosomatic index (GSI) than the satiation group (1.5%) and excessive feeding restriction groups (0.5% and 0.75%). Females with high MFI were difficult to be artificially propagated and showed a high mortality rate, whilst the fish at 1.0% feeding rate displayed low mortality rate and high ratios of spawned fish, as well as high percentages of fertilization and hatching. Meanwhile, the offspring of 1.0% feeding rate group showed a low malformation rate and high survival rate. Multiple spawning in the same breeding season are applied in yellow catfish to reduce the number of parent fish and increase the fry production, and gonadal recrudescence after spawning might be affected by different nutrient values including dietary protein levels. In the second trail, female yellow catfish were fed with 34%, 40% and 46% crude protein diet at 1% feeding rate for the second spawning, and the best reproductive and breeding performances were observed in the fish group with 46% crude protein diet. These results demonstrate that 1% feeding rate is optimum for the spawning and reproductive performance of female yellow catfish for the first artificial spawning, and 46% dietary protein group had the best reproductive performances in the second spawning.  相似文献

以鱼粉和豆粕为蛋白源、大豆油为脂质源配制成3个蛋白质水平(35%、40%和45%)×2个能量水平(1.5×104J/g和1.6×104J/g)的6种试验饲料,投喂平均体重为(4.7±0.6)g的黄颡鱼,进行蛋白质和能量需要量的研究。经62 d饲养表明:黄颡鱼幼鱼配合饲料中的适宜蛋白质含量为41.47%~43.38%,最佳能量蛋白比为40.17。在6组试验饲料中,当蛋白质含量为40.38%,能量为1.622×104J/g时,体重增长率,蛋白质效率,肥满度均为最大值,分别为132.93%、1.14和1.76,饲料系数最低为2.17。  相似文献

A 12‐week feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary vitamin C on growth performance, antioxidant status and innate immune responses in juvenile yellow catfish, Pelteobagrus fulvidraco. Six isonitrogenous and isolipidic diets (44% crude protein and 7% lipid) were formulated to contain six graded dietary vitamin C (ascorbate‐2‐poly‐ phosphate, ROVIMIX® STAY‐C® 35) levels ranging from 1.9 to 316.0 mg kg?1 diet. The results of present study indicated that fish fed the lowest vitamin C diet had lower weight gain (WG) and specific growth rate (SGR) than those fed the diets supplemented vitamin C. WG and SGR did significantly increase with dietary vitamin C levels increasing from 1.9 to 156.5 mg kg?1. However, no significant increase was observed with further dietary vitamin C levels increasing from 156.5 to 316 mg kg?1. Survival, protein efficiency ratio and feed efficiency were not significantly affected by the dietary vitamin C levels. The activities of serum superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase significantly increased when dietary vitamin C levels increased from 1.9 to 156.5 mg kg?1, fish fed the lowest vitamin C diet had higher serum malondialdehyde content than those fed the diets supplemented with vitamin C. Fish fed the diet containing 156.5 mg kg?1 vitamin C had the highest lysozyme, total complement activity, phagocytosis index and respiratory burst of head kidney among all treatments. The challenge test with Aeromonas hydrophila indicated that lower cumulative survival was observed in fish fed the lowest vitamin C diet. Analysis by broken‐line regression of SGR and lysozyme activity indicated that the dietary vitamin C requirement of juvenile yellow catfish was estimated to be 114.5 and 102.5 mg kg?1 diet, respectively.  相似文献

将黄颡鱼种放养在网箱中,投喂蛋白质含量30.0%、38.0%或46.0%和维生素C磷酸酯0、500、1000或1500mg·kg-1的半纯饲料。50d的饲养表明:饲料蛋白质含量在38%~40%时,鱼的特殊生长率和蛋白质效率最高,饲料系数最低。饲料维生素C磷酸酯含量为847、850、994和634mg·kg-1时,血清总蛋白、γ球蛋白、溶菌酶活性最高,超氧化物歧化酶活力最低。饲料蛋白质含量从30%上升到38%时,鱼体蛋白含量由60.95%升到69.86%,脂肪由29.27%降至21.69%;达46%时,鱼体蛋白(64.35%)含量下降,而脂肪(26.06%)含量上升。饲料粗蛋白含量为38%时,鱼肌肉中饱和与单不饱和脂肪酸的含量分别极显著地低于和显著高于饲料粗蛋白为30%和46%组。后两组鱼肌肉n-3/n-6值极显著和显著高于饲料蛋白含量为38%时,两个高蛋白饲料组中,鱼肌肉中n-6系列多不饱和脂肪酸和亚麻酸含量极显著和显著高于饲料蛋白30%组。黄颡鱼种饲料中蛋白质和维生素C的最适含量分别为35.58%~40.60%和600~800mg·kg-1。  相似文献

Growth, nitrogenous excretion and energy budget of juvenile yellow catfish, Pelteobagrus fulvidraco (initial body weight 1.17 ± 0.28 g) at various levels (50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% and 100% satiation per day) were investigated with feeding diet containing 40% protein. Specific growth rate of yellow catfish increased (2.79–3.34% day) significantly (P<0.05) with ration level (RL) increasing. Feed conversion efficiency, feed protein retention efficiency and feed energy retention efficiency increased with the increase in RL, peaked at 70% of satiation, and then decreased at higher ration, with the ranges of 78.97–97.28%, 31.31–37.93% and 26.55–31.88% respectively. Both nitrogenous excretion (u, mg g?1 day?1) and faecal production (f, mg g?1 day?1) increased significantly with the increased RL, and ranged between 0.94–1.38 and 0.69–1.24 mg g?1 day?1 respectively. Apparent digestibility coefficients in dry matter, protein, energy decreased significantly as ration increased, with ranges of 54.42–69.64%, 78.24–89.90% and 69.66–82.07% respectively. Energy budgets of juvenile yellow catfish at satiation RL was: 100C=30F+8U+33R+29G or 100A=54R+46G.  相似文献

黄颡鱼鲇爱德华氏菌的分离鉴定及其致病性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
从患头顶溃疡症的黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)内脏组织中分离出致病力强的菌株JZ086,对该菌进行了形态学、生理生化特性的测定,并进行了Biolog全自动微生物分析系统及16S rDNA序列鉴定。结果显示:人工感染实验证实该菌为黄颡鱼的病原菌,其半数致死量(LD50)为1.7×105CFU。Biolog全自动微生物分析系统鉴定结果显示该菌为鲇爱德华氏菌(Edwardsiella ictaluri)。16S rDNA序列分析显示该菌与鲇爱德华氏菌的亲缘关系最近,同源性高达99%;系统进化树中与鲇爱德华氏菌(AB050826)自然聚为一支,二者遗传距离约为0.002。鉴定结果确认JZ086为鲇爱德华氏菌。药物敏感性试验结果显示,该菌对所测试的15种药物都敏感,其中对氨苄西林、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、妥布霉素等尤其敏感。  相似文献

A growth experiment was conducted to investigate effect of dietary protein to energy ratios on growth and body composition of juvenile Myxocyprinus asiaticus (initial mean weight: 10.04 ± 0.53 g, mean ± SD). Nine practical diets were formulated to contain three protein levels (340, 390 and 440 g kg?1), each with three lipid levels (60, 100 and 140 g kg?1), in order to produce a range of P/E ratios (from 22.4 to 32.8 mg protein kJ?1). Each diet was randomly assigned to triplicate groups of 20 fish in 400‐L indoors flow‐through circular fibre glass tanks provided with sand‐filtered aerated freshwater. The results showed that the growth was significantly affected by dietary P/E ratio (P < 0.05). Fish fed the diets with 440 g kg?1 protein (100 and 140 g kg?1 lipid, P/E ratio of 31.43 and 29.22 mg protein kJ?1) had the highest specific growth rates (SGR) (2.16 and 2.27% day?1, respectively). However, fish fed the diet with 390 g kg?1 protein and 140 g kg?1 lipid showed comparable growth (2.01% day?1), and had higher protein efficiency ratio (PER), protein productive value (PPV) and energy retention (ER) than other groups (P < 0.05). No significant differences in survival were found among dietary treatments. Carcass lipid content was positively correlated with dietary lipid level, but irrespective of protein level and inversely correlated with carcass moisture content. Carcass protein contents increased with increasing dietary lipid at each protein level. The white muscle and liver composition showed that lipid increased with increasing dietary lipid level (P < 0.05). Dietary protein concentrations had significant effect on condition factor (CF), hepatosomatic index (HSI) and viscerosomatic index (VSI) (P < 0.05). However, dietary lipid concentrations had no significant effect on CF, HSI (P > 0.05). Based on these observations, 440 g kg?1 protein with lipid from 100 to 140 g kg?1 (P/E ratio of 29.22 to 31.43 mg protein kJ?1) seemed to meet minimum requirement for optimal growth and feed utilization, and lipid could cause protein‐sparing effect in diets for juvenile Chinese sucker.  相似文献

在高溶氧(10.77±0.40)mg/L、中溶氧(6.89±0.33)mg/L和低溶氧(3.45±0.54)mg/L水平下,研究了氨氮和亚硝酸盐对黄颡鱼急性毒性效应。结果显示:高溶氧水平下,氨氮和亚硝酸盐对黄颡鱼的96 h-LC50值(95%可信区间)分别为148.1 mg/L(125.03~172.37 mg/L)、206.52 mg/L(164.25~246.23 mg/L);在中等溶氧水平下,氨氮和亚硝酸盐对黄颡鱼的96 h-LC50值(95%可信区间)分别为106.69 mg/L(89.92~123.70 mg/L)、145.77 mg/L(116.77~174.77 mg/L);而低溶氧水平下,氨氮和亚硝酸盐对黄颡鱼的96 h-LC50值(95%可信区间)分别为68.03 mg/L(58.32~77.89 mg/L)、81.33 mg/L(64.76~96.70 mg/L)。结果表明,在3种溶氧条件下,氨氮对黄颡鱼的毒性明显大于亚硝酸盐对黄颡鱼的毒性,因而氨氮对黄颡鱼的毒性成为其养殖过程中的重要影响因子。  相似文献

A 4‐week growth trial was conducted to investigate the effect of low‐protein diets on the growth and amino acid (AA) composition of yellow catfish, and subsequent recovery when the fish were then switched back to the control diet for a further 4 weeks. Three isolipidic and isocaloric diets containing 390 g kg?1 (Control), 320 g kg?1 (D320) and 260 g kg?1 (D260) graded protein levels were evaluated. During the protein restriction period, specific growth rate (SGR) of D320‐and D260‐treated fish was significantly reduced by 20.79% and 29.21% compared to the control fish, respectively (< 0.05), while significant improvements in protein retention efficiencies were observed in fish fed with the D320 (12.82%) and D260 (19.58%) diets (< 0.05). The D260‐treated fish had significantly lower (0.87%) whole‐body essential amino acid (EAA) and significantly higher (0.74%) non‐essential amino aci (NEAA) concentrations compared to the control fish. After a 4‐week realimentation, significant increases in the SGR of the protein‐restricted fish were observed. However, no significant differences in the whole‐body EAA or NEAA concentrations among groups were observed (> 0.05). The results indicate that previously protein‐restricted yellow catfish can compensate completely in terms of final body weight, growth rate and whole‐body AA concentrations.  相似文献

试验探讨了饵料中添加不同水平的维生素E对黄颡鱼生长及体色的影响,在基础饵料中分别添加0(对照组)、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8和1.0 g/kg维生素E(含量50%)配制成1~6#饵料,在1~6#饵料中维生素E含量分别为68、175、268、364、482和562 mg/kg。在水温26~28℃下,用上述饵料分别投喂体重(21.18±13.31)g的黄颡鱼60 d,从相对增重率、饵料系数和成活率等方面来看,黄颡鱼饵料中维生素E适宜含量为268 mg/kg。  相似文献

为研究蟋蟀(Gryllus bimaculatus)粉替代鱼粉对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)幼鱼生长性能、肌肉成分和血清生化指标的影响,以黄颡鱼幼鱼[(2.0±0.13) g]为研究对象,分别使用蟋蟀粉替代0 (对照组)、15%、30%、45%和60%的鱼粉配制成5组等氮等能的实验饲料,分别记为T0、T15、T30、T45和T60组。实验幼鱼在室内循环水系统进行为期10周的养殖实验。结果显示,随着蟋蟀粉替代量的增加,黄颡鱼幼鱼生长呈先增加后降低的趋势;T30组的终末均重(FBW)、增重率(WGR)和特定生长率(SGR)最高,且均显著高于T0组;T30组的饲料系数(FCR)显著低于T0和T15组;T30的肝体比(HSI)显著高于T0和T15,而与T45和T60组无显著差异。与T0组相比,各替代组的脏体比(VSI)、摄食量(FI)、肥满度(CF)和成活率(SR)均无显著差异。黄颡鱼幼鱼肌肉必需氨基酸(EAA)含量中,T60组肌肉中精氨酸(Arg)和缬氨酸(Val)含量显著高于T0组;且蟋蟀粉替代不同比例的鱼粉对黄颡鱼幼鱼肌肉中的总呈味氨基酸(TFAA)含量均未产生显著影响。T30、T45和T60组血清中的葡萄糖(GLU)含量显著高于T0组;相反,其总胆固醇(TCHO)含量显著低于T0组。在本研究条件下,蟋蟀粉替代不同比例的鱼粉不影响黄颡鱼幼鱼的生长性能和肌肉氨基酸含量,且能增加血清GLU和降低TCHO含量,以30%的蟋蟀粉替代鱼粉比例能生长最佳,且优于对照组。本研究对揭示蟋蟀粉在黄颡鱼饲料中替代鱼粉应用的可行性、为今后昆虫蛋白源在水产饲料中的开发提供科学依据。  相似文献

The effects of an intraperitoneal hormone injection of gonadotropin‐releasing hormone agonist (D‐Ala6, Pro9‐NEt GnRHa) alone or in combination with a dopamine antagonist, domperidone (DOM), on ovulation induction in yellow catfish Pelteobagrus fulvidraco were tested. The hormone treatments were as follows: 6 mg kg−1 body weight (BW) of carp pituitary extract as a positive control, GnRHa 10, 20, 40 and 80 μg kg−1 BW and a combination of GnRHa and DOM as follows: 10 μg+5 mg, 20 μg+10 mg, 40 μg+20 mg and 80 μg+40 mg kg−1 BW. Physiological saline (0.7% NaCl) was used as a negative control. Significant differences in the ovulation ratio, latency period and ovulation index (OI) were observed among treatments (P<0.05). The combination of GnRHa and DOM at doses of 40 μg+20 mg kg−1 BW had higher values of the ovulation ratio and OI, and a shorter latency period compared with other treatments. The highest OI in GnRHa treatments was only 56.67%, suggesting a dopaminergic tone on gonadotropin secretion in this fish at the pre‐ovulatory stage. Therefore, ovulation can be successfully induced in yellow catfish with 40 μg kg−1 GnRHa+20 mg kg−1 DOM without affecting the egg quality.  相似文献

The effects of vitamin B1 on growth, blood metabolites, body composition, intestinal enzyme activities and morphometric parameters were evaluated by a 63‐day feeding trial in Pelteobagrus fulvidraco fed diets containing vitamin B1 with 4.29, 6.02, 7.86, 11.94 and 19.05 mg/kg, respectively. Results showed that 7.86 mg/kg vitamin B1 resulted in significantly higher weight gain (WG), specific growth rate (SGR) and protein efficiency ratio (PER) (p < .05). Serum triglyceride, cholesterol and whole‐body lipid were observed in 11.94 mg/kg vitamin B1 group significantly higher than those in 4.29 mg/kg group, accompanied by the lower serum glucose content in the same group (p < .05). Significantly higher values of whole‐body protein, serum total protein, relative intestinal length, fold height, intestinal trypsin, amylase, alkaline phosphatase, Na+/K+‐ATPase, γ‐glutamyl transpeptidase, creatine kinase, muscular layer thickness and intestosomatic index were observed in 7.86 mg/kg vitamin B1 group compared with those in 4.29 mg/kg group (p < .05). These results suggested that diets supplemented with vitamin B1 improved growth performance, feed utilization, intestinal digestive and absorption capacity of juvenile yellow catfish. The optimal dietary vitamin B1 requirements estimated using a two‐slope broken‐line model based on WG and PER of yellow catfish were 7.42 and 6.01 mg/kg, respectively.  相似文献
