鸡加压素(VP)免疫反应神经元分布于视上核、室旁核的中部和后部、视上交叉核、视前大细胞核、室周弓状核、下丘脑外侧核和室周核,正中隆起、视上背侧交叉和隔内侧区存在大量的VP阳性纤维末梢.在第三脑室室管膜和脑基底神经胶质板上也存在VP阳性神经元.同时发现室旁核、室周核、室周弓状核及视前大细胞核的VP阳性神经元有突起伸入到第三脑室室管膜或突出于脑室腔,视上核的VP阳性神经元也有突起投射至脑基底神经胶质板上或伸至蛛网膜下腔.据此认为,VP的释放是多途径的.  相似文献

In the rat, induction of maternal behavior depends on the parity of the female. For example, nulliparous (NP) females need longer exposure to pups than multiparous (MP) or lactating (L) females to exhibit similar maternal behavior. In this study, we investigated the role of brain oxytocin in the approaching behavior of these female rats. Olfactory preferences for pup odors were examined for 8 consecutive days. Each preference test was followed by direct overnight exposure to pups. On the 8th day, MP and L, but not NP females showed robust pup-odor preferences. After the behavioral test, half of the females were exposed to pups for 2 h, whereas the other half were not. The females were then sacrificed to analyze brain oxytocin (OXT) and vasopressin (AVP) activities by cFos immunohistochemistry and to quantify their receptor mRNA expression using real-time PCR. In the paraventricular nucleus (PVN), the percentage of cFos-positive OXT neurons was significantly larger in MP and L females than in NP females after pup exposure. No significant differences were found in cFos expression in OXT neurons of the supraoptic nucleus (SON) or in AVP neurons of either the PVN or SON. Expression of OXT receptor mRNA in the medial preoptic area and amygdala of the control groups was also higher in MP females than in NP females. Finally, we demonstrated that infusion of OXT into the lateral ventricle of NP females promoted preferences for pup odors. These results indicate that puerperal and parental experiences enhance the responsiveness of OXT neurons in the PVN to pup stimuli and establish olfactory preferences for these odors in a parity-dependent manner.  相似文献

运用ABC法观察了催乳素(PRL)免疫反应神经元在鸡脑的分布。结果,PRL阳性胞体主要分布在视交叉上核、视前室旁核、视上核、下丘脑室旁核、弓状核和伏隔核,旧纹状体、正中隆起存在大量阳性纤维末梢,在侧脑室腹侧的室管膜和脑基底神经胶质板上也存在PRL阳性神经元。视前室旁核、视交叉上核、下丘脑室旁核、弓状核等核团内的PRL阳性神经元有突起向第三脑室投射,伏隔核内及侧脑室室管膜上的PRL阳性神经元有突起伸至侧脑室,视上核的PRL阳性神经元也有突起投射至脑基底神经胶质板,表明鸡脑内的PRL可以释放入脑室系统,参与调节脑-脑脊液神经体液回路。  相似文献

An investigation was made to determine the effects of water deprivation induced dehydration on changes in urine specific gravity (Usg) and urine osmolality (Uosm) in 6 horses with normal renal function. In addition, the effects of dehydration on serum and urine urea nitrogen, creatinine and various electrolytes as well as the effects of dehydration on acid-base status were studied.Following water deprivation sufficient to produce 12–15% decrease in body weight, 95% of the normal horses should have a Usg of at least 1.042, a Uosm of 1310 mOsmg/kg and a urine osmolality/serum osmolality ratio of 4.14.After 72 hours of water deprivation, the mean weight loss was 13.5% of previous body weight. Serum and urine urea nitrogen concentrations increased by 68% and 130%, respectively, while plasma sodium and chloride concentrations increased by 10% and 14%, respectively. In contrast, urine chloride and calcium concentrations decreased by 90.8% and 52.5%, respectively. There was little change in plasma potassium, phosphorus or calcium concentrations. Urine sodium and potassium concentrations increased initially but were near normal after 72 hours of water deprivation. Azotemia developed and was considered to be of extrarenal origin on the basis of normal routine urinalysis and renal clearance ratio of sodium.  相似文献

Studies were undertaken to determine maximal urine osmolality and urine specific gravity following water deprivation for 20 dogs with normal renal function. In addition, the reliability of body weight, skin pliability, total plasma protein concentration, and packed cell volume as indices of negative water balance was assessed. Following water deprivation for periods sufficient to induce dehydration, the mean maximal urine osmolality was 2,289 mOsm/kg. The corresponding mean maximal urine specific gravity was 1.062 and ranged from 1.050 to 1.076. The ratio of mean maximal urine osmolality to mean serum osmolality at the time of peak urine concentration was 7.3. There was no detectable difference in urine concentration indices between males and females. Changes in skin pliability and packed cell volume proved unreliable as estimates of dehydration. Weight loss and increases in total plasma protein concentration proved to be more consistent indicators of hydration status. Abnormal increases in serum urea nitrogen and serum creatinine concentrations occurred rarely, even though some dogs had water withheld for periods of up to 96 hours.  相似文献

Eight normal horses were held without access to food or water for 72 hours during a period of high environmental temperatures. During this period, the horses had an average weight loss of 51.6 kg (10.7% of body weight). Highly significant (P less than 0.001) decreases in extracellular fluid volume (18.6 L) and plasma volume (5 L) were observed during this period as compared with base-line values. Plasma protein, sodium, chloride, and osmolality progressively increased in response to the dehydration, whereas packed cell volume, plasma potassium, calcium, magnesium, and phosphate were not significantly altered. The dehydration and clinicopathologic alterations produced were similar to those observed in other species in which the principal problem was a water deficit. After the end of the experimental dehydration period, the horses replaced 62% of the weight loss during a 1-hour period with access to water only.  相似文献

1. Changes in plasma alpha1-acid glycoprotein (AGP) concentration and immune responses following Escherichia coli lipopolysaccharide (LPS) injection were studied in broiler chickens. 2. Higher plasma AGP concentrations were observed from 12 to 48 h after a single injection of LPS. 3. The highest concentration of plasma AGP was observed on day 2 followed by a gradual decrease in chicks injected with 150 mug/kg body weight of LPS every day for 13 d. 4. Plasma AGP concentration in chicks injected daily with LPS at 900 mug/kg body weight for 13 d increased on day 2, and decreased on day 4 to the concentration found before the injection. The concentration increased again on day 10. 5. Changes in plasma interleukin-1 (IL-1) like activity were similar to those in plasma AGP concentration when LPS was injected daily at 900 mug/kg body weight for 3 d. 6. Responses of blood mononuclear cell (MNC) proliferation to mitogen or concanavalin A, (Con A), and pokeweed mitogen (PWM) were positively correlated with changes in plasma AGP concentration. 7. The results suggest that plasma AGP concentration could be used as a positive indicator of changes in blood MNC proliferation to a mitogen and in plasma IL-1 like activity.  相似文献

This study investigated the effects of excess cortisol on physiological mechanisms that resist dehydration in Bos indicus steers (n = 31, 2 yr of age, 193 +/- 21.47 kg mean BW) during a 90-h period. Steers were assigned randomly to one of four groups: 1) no water/no cortisol (n = 8), 2) water/no cortisol (n = 8), 3) no water/cortisol (n = 8), and 4) water/cortisol (n = 7). Animals allocated to cortisol treatment groups were given 0.1 mg x kg BW(-1) x h(-1) of hydrocortisone suspended in isotonic saline for the duration of the study. Total body water, osmolality, hematocrit, urine output, feed and water intake, and plasma concentrations of arginine vasopressin (AVP), angiotensin II (AII), electrolytes, total protein, and albumin were determined at 24-h intervals for 90 h. In the presence of excess plasma cortisol, total body water was maintained in the presence of a water deprivation insult for 90 h, whereas hydration indices, such as total plasma protein and albumin, did not change, supporting the body water data. However, plasma osmolality increased for the water-deprived groups from 24 h (P = 0.008). Hematocrit did not reflect dehydration in any group. Water deprivation induced an increase in endogenous plasma cortisol concentrations after 60 h of the study (P = 0.028). Plasma concentrations of AVP increased with water deprivation (P = 0.006). Excess cortisol decreased the plasma concentration of AVP at 72 h only (P = 0.027) and suppressed plasma concentrations of AII at 24 and 72 h (P < 0.001 and P = 0.036, respectively). Animals treated with excess cortisol maintained urinary output for 48 h before decreasing at 72 h (P = 0.057), although there was no effect on water or feed intake. Water deprivation increased plasma sodium concentrations (P < 0.05) until 72 h, whereas potassium decreased under the influence of excess plasma cortisol (P = 0.001) at 24 h. Water deprivation increased plasma chloride concentration at 72 and 90 h (P = 0.051 and P = 0.026, respectively). Plasma phosphorus decreased at 24 h (P = 0.001) and remained at lesser concentrations for the duration of the study (P = 0.05). These results highlight the complexity of endocrine interactions associated with water balance in Bos indicus steers. We accept our hypothesis that, in the presence of excess cortisol, the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone axis is suppressed; however, homeostasis is achieved through other physiological systems.  相似文献

Thirty-two dogs affected with transmissible veneral tumour (TVT) were divided into three treatment groups. In group I vincristine sulphate at 0.025 mg/kg body weight, in group II vinblastine sulphate at 0.150 mg/kg body weight, and in group III vinblastine sulphate at 0.100 mg/kg body weight plus methotrexate at 0.35 mg/kg body weight were given intravenously at weekly intervals. Biopsies were performed on days 0, 3, 7 and 14. The tissues were preserved in 10% neutral buffered formalin and processed routinely for haematoxylin and eosin staining. Histopathologically, the untreated TVT was characterized by sheets or bundles of mostly rounded cells having a large, highly basophilic nucleus with a prominent, highly basophilic nucleolus. Both vincristine and vinblastine primarily affected the nuclei of neoplastic cells, causing condensation, karyorrhexis and karyolysis within 3 days of chemotherapy. The regressing tumour mass showed marked infiltration by lymphocytes, lymphoblasts and macrophages by day 7. There was nearly complete regression of the tumour by day 14, as shown by the almost complete loss of neoplastic cells, with fibrous tissue substitution. However, in group III, the changes occurred more slowly and more injections were needed for complete regression. In both groups I and II, 11/12 of the animals responded completely to the chemotherapy within 3 weeks, while in group III, 6/8 of the dogs responded to the treatment by 21–28 days.Abbreviations SD standard deviation - TVT transmissible venereal tumour  相似文献

Killer whales were used to evaluate peripartum changes and interactions between body temperature and circulating progesterone concentration. Daily body temperature was measured between 0800 h and 0830 h before activity. Body temperature clearly increased during the first phase of pregnancy, and this was followed by a gradual decline until full term. The initial increase was paralleled by circulating levels of progesterone. A decrease in body temperature was first detected on day 5 (p < 0.01) before parturition, and body temperature decreased significantly every 2 days until delivery. Five days before delivery, body temperature was 0.3 C lower than the mean value during the pregnancy period, and the decrease was more marked on day 1 before delivery (0.8 C). Serum progesterone levels during pregnancy showed a general pattern of initial rapid elevation (increasing phase), followed by a gradual decline (decreasing phase) throughout the remainder of pregnancy. However, statistically significant correlations between body temperature and progesterone pattern were only found only during the increasing phase. These results suggest that monitoring body temperature variation can be considered valuable for predicting impending parturition in killer whales.  相似文献

Previously it has been shown that androgen suppresses transportation-induced increases in plasma adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), possibly by suppressing the secretion of corticotrophin releasing hormone (CRH) or arginine vasopressin (AVP) from the hypothalamus, or secretion of ACTH from the pituitary gland. The aim of the present study was to examine androgen target sites in the caprine diencephalon and pituitary gland using immunohistochemical methods. The androgen receptor (AR) was expressed strongly in the bed nucleus of the stria terminalis, the medial preoptic area, the arcuate nucleus, the ventromedial hypothalamic nucleus and the suprachiasmatic nucleus in the diencephalon. Between 8% and 11% of CRH and AVP neurons in the paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus (PVN) expressed AR. In the pituitary gland, 7.1% of corticotrophs expressed AR. The results are consistent with the proposal that androgen acts directly and indirectly on CRH and/or AVP neurons in the PVN. The possibility of a direct action of androgen on the corticotrophs in the pituitary gland was also considered.  相似文献

The posterior lobe of the pituitary gland (PL) normally shows characteristic high signal intensity (SI) on T1-weighted MR images (T1WI) in humans. The high SI is thought to represent storage of arginine vasopressin (AVP) in the PL. Normal dogs also show a high SI on T1WIs, but the origin is unclear. In the present study, we investigated whether the high SI in the PL on T1WIs in normal dogs is caused by AVP. We examined the SI in the PL on T1WIs, plasma AVP concentrations and plasma osmolality in normal dogs after excessive AVP secretion was induced by hypertonic saline overload. In addition, functional changes in the supraoptic nucleus and paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalamus under AVP secretion-stimulated conditions were examined immunohistologically. Under hypertonic saline overload, plasma osmolality and plasma AVP concentrations gradually increased, while the SI of the PL gradually decreased. This suggests that AVP secretion was stimulated by elevated osmolality. Moreover, there was a significant negative correlation between plasma AVP concentrations and the SI ratio of the PL. An immunohistochemical study of the hypothalamus nucleus revealed that AVP-immunopositive cells significantly increased in the hypertonic saline loaded dogs. We concluded that the high SI in the PL in T1WIs in normal dogs was caused by AVP stored at the site, and examination of the SI in the PL using MRI is useful for diagnosis of abnormal pituitary glands.  相似文献

In dogs, secondary polycythemia (SP) may be associated with polyuria and polydipsia (PU/PD). The pathogenesis of this PU/PD has not yet been explained. We hypothesized that hyperviscosity and increased blood volume in SP might affect vasopressin (VP) release, resulting in PU/PD. This hypothesis was tested in 2 dogs with SP caused by renal neo-plasia and PU/PD. Osmoregulation of VP release was studied by a modified water deprivation test and by investigating the VP response to hypertonic saline infusion.
Water deprivation test results were consistent with an inability to produce concentrated urine despite increasing plasma osmolality. During hypertonic saline infusion, the osmotic threshold of VP release was markedly increased in both dogs, resulting in a delayed VP response to increasing plasma osmolality. The sensitivity of VP release was low normal in both dogs. We conclude that blood hyperviscosity and increased blood volume led to impaired VP release and polyuria.  相似文献

Polyuria and polydipsia (PUPD) occur frequently in dogs and may be caused by a variety of endocrine, metabolic, and renal disturbances. The studies described in this PhD Thesis, which was defended in January 2004 in Utrecht, investigated the role of the antidiuretic hormone vasopressin (VP) in the pathogenesis of different forms of canine polyuria. Experiments in healthy dogs demonstrated that the ranges of urine specific gravity and urine osmolality are much larger than previously thought. A water deprivation test is not required in all polyuric dogs, because serial measurements of urine osmolality may already lead to the diagnosis of primary polydipsia, in some cases. In dogs with primary polydipsia a wide variation in VP responses to hypertonic stimulation can be found, including a hyperresponse, a hyporesponse, and a non-linear response. The significance of the VP response to hypertonic saline infusion as the 'gold standard' for a diagnosis of canine polyuria is discussed. In the dog, VP is secreted in a pulsatile fashion with a wide variation in the number of VP pulses, VP pulse duration, and VP pulse amplitude and height. The occurrence of spontaneous VP pulses may severely hamper the interpretation of the curve describing the relationship between plasma osmolality and plasma VP concentration during osmotic stimulation. A radioimmunoassay to measure the VP-dependent water channel aquaporin-2 (AQP2) in urine was developed in dogs. In healthy dogs, urinary AQP2 excretion closely reflects changes in collecting duct exposure to VP. Measurement of urinary AQP2 excretion in polyuric dogs may be helpful to distinguish between central diabetes insipidus, nephrogenic diabetes insipidus, and primary polydipsia.  相似文献

Primary polydipsia is characterized by a marked increase in water intake and secondary polyuria, and in dogs often is described as a behavioral problem or a psychological disorder. We describe 4 dogs with primary polydipsia, diagnosed on the basis of a modified water deprivation test, in which further examination included serial measurements of urine osmolality (UOsm) and plasma vasopressin (VP) measurements during water deprivation and hypertonic saline infusion. The dogs, ranging in age from 4 months to 4 years, all were presented for evaluation of polyuria and polydipsia. Physical examination, routine blood chemistry, and urinalysis disclosed no specific cause for the polyuria and polydipsia. During serial measurements UOsm spontaneously reached high concentrations in 2 dogs, whereas in the other 2 dogs UOsm also fluctuated but on no occasion exceeded 1,000 mosm/kg. Primary polydipsia was diagnosed when UOsm exceeded 1,000 mosm/kg at the end of the modified water deprivation test and plasma osmolality did not exceed the upper limit of the reference range during testing. During water deprivation, plasma VP concentrations remained relatively low. The VP response to hypertonic saline infusion was abnormal, with an increased threshold value in 3 dogs, an increased sensitivity in 2 dogs, and an exaggerated response in 1 dog. It is concluded that some dogs fulfilling current criteria for primary polydipsia produce concentrated urine spontaneously throughout the day in a pattern similar to what has been observed in healthy pet dogs. This finding can be regarded as diagnostic and precludes the need for a water deprivation test. During water deprivation testing, all 4 dogs produced highly concentrated urine in the face of low basal plasma VP concentrations. The observed abnormal VP release in response to hypertonic stimulation may be interpreted as a primary disturbance in the regulation of VP secretion, although it might also be the result of overhydration caused by a primary abnormality in drinking behavior.  相似文献

Ketosis is found in various pathophysiological conditions, including diabetes and starvation, that are accompanied by suppression of gonadal activity. The aim of the present study was to determine the role of ketone body in the brain in regulating pulsatile luteinizing hormone (LH) secretion in female rats. Injection of 3-hydroxybutyrate (3HB), a ketone body, into the fourth cerebroventricle (4V) induced suppression of pulsatile LH secretion in a dose-dependent manner in ovariectomized (OVX) rats with an estradiol (E2) implant producing diestrus plasma E2 levels. Plasma glucose and corticosterone levels increased immediately after the 4V 3HB injection, suggesting that the treatment caused a hunger response. The 3HB-induced suppression of LH pulses might be mediated by noradrenergic inputs to the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus (PVN) because a local injection of α-methyl- p-tyrosine, a catecholamine synthesis inhibitor, into the PVN blocked 3HB-induced suppression of LH pulses and PVN noradrenaline release was increased by 4V 3HB injection in E2-primed OVX rats. These results suggest that ketone body sensed by a central energy sensor in the hindbrain may suppress gonadotropin release via noradrenergic inputs to the PVN under ketosis.  相似文献

Capsaicin, one of the pungent principles of hot pepper, has been reported to cause a cessation of increases in body weight and fat gain induced by high-fat feeding. Especially, in body weight and feeding control, cholecystokinin (CCK) has been well known as a satiety signal and neuropeptide Y (NPY) has been described as one of the most potent orexigenic signals. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of capsaicin on CCK- and NPY- immunoreactivities (IR) in the brain of high-fat fed rats. The animals were divided into normal-fat diet (NF), high-fat diet (HF) and high-fat diet containing capsaicin (HF-CAP) groups. Mean body weight gain (MBWG) of HF group was higher than that of NF group. However, in HF-CAP group, MBWG was lower than that of HF group. CCK-IR in suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN), paraventricular nucleus (PVN), median eminence (ME), arcuate nucleus (ARC) and amygdala was not prominent in all the groups. In cerebral cortex, CCK-IR was more reduced in HF-CAP group than in the other groups. In the HF-CAP group, NPY-IR in the hypothalamic nuclei, amygdala and cerebral cortex was more poorly found than in the NF and HF groups. It is concluded that (1) NPY-IR may react more sensitively on capsaicin than CCK-IR, (2) no rapid increase of body weight in capsaicin treated rats may result from the diminished food intake through the low expression of NPY in hypothalamus in HF-CAP group.  相似文献

Biometric changes of uterus, ovaries, follicles and 17 beta-oestradiol (E2) concentrations were investigated in 15 lambing ewes of the Slovak Merino breed in the puerperal period. The sex organs were excised immediately after bleeding from ewes slaughtered on days 1, 7, 17, 25 and 34 post partum (p. p.). Biometric parameters of the body and horns of uterus were measured by a calliper. The ovaries were weighed on an analytical balance, their length, width and height were measured at the same time. The size and number of follicles were determined on the ovary surface. The blood for E2 detection was collected from vena jugularis three and one day before delivery (days -1, -3). Blood samples were also collected after delivery on days 1, 7, 17, 25 and 34. E2 concentrations in the blood serum of ewes were determined by RIA-test-ESTRA kits, designed in one institute at Kosice. The highest weight of uterus body in the test ewes was recorded on day 1 p. p. In the following days the weight of uterus body had a decreasing trend. There were significant differences in the weight of uterus body from day 17 to day 34 p. p., in comparison with the first day after lambing (P less than 0.01). A significant decrease in the length of uterus body was observed from day 17 to day 34 of observation (P less than 0.01; P less than 0.001). An increase in the length of a nongravid horn, observed on day 7 p. p., was followed by a gradual decrease until day 34, similarly like in its weight. No statistically significant differences were found out in the ovary length, width and height. Neither were any greater changes recorded in the weight of ovaries from day 1 to day 34 after delivery. The highest number of small structures (28) observed on day 7 p. p. in the ipsilateral ovary was decreasing in the course of puerperium and the number of follicles larger than 2, 4 and 5 mm was increasing. The highest concentrations of E2 were not recorded on day -1 before delivery. The significantly lowest concentrations of E2 were recorded on day 25 p. p. The above-mentioned results are preliminary and they enlarge the knowledge of biometric parameters of uterus, ovaries, follicles and E2 concentrations after delivery in ewes.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To determine vasopressin (VP) secretory capacity during osmotic stimulation and the response to desmopressin treatment in dogs with pyometra and control dogs. ANIMALS: 6 dogs with pyometra before and after ovariohysterectomy and 6 control dogs. PROCEDURE: Urine osmolality (Uosm) was measured during 12 hours. Values measured on the first day defined the basal Uosm pattern. On the second day, dogs were given desmopressin to induce a desmopressin-stimulated Uosm pattern. On day 3, the VP response to osmotic stimulation was examined. RESULTS: Median Uosm on day 1 was 340 mOsm/kg (range, 104 to 1,273 mOsm/kg) and 807 mOsm/kg (range, 362 to 1,688 mOsm/kg) in dogs with pyometra before and after surgery, respectively, and 1,511 mOsm/kg (range, 830 to 1,674 mOsm/kg) in control dogs. Median Uosm during desmopressin treatment was 431 mOsm/kg (range, 168 to 1,491 mOsm/kg) and 1,051 mOsm/kg (range, 489 to 1,051 mOsm/kg) in dogs with pyometra before and after surgery, respectively, and 1,563 mOsm/kg (range, 1,390 to 2,351) in control dogs. In dogs with pyometra, threshold for VP secretion was lower before surgery (median, 340 mOsm/kg; range, 331 to 366 mOsm/kg) than after surgery (median, 358 mOsm/kg; range, 343 to 439 mOsm/kg) or in control dogs (median, 347 mOsm/kg; range, 334 to 360 mOsm/kg). Highest maximum plasma VP values were found in dogs with pyometra. CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Dogs with pyometra had increased urine concentration in response to desmopressin but not to the degree of control dogs, whereas VP secretory ability was not reduced.  相似文献

Alterations in electrolyte and acid-base balance were studied in 6 horses for 8 hours after furosemide administration (1 mg/kg of body weight, IM), and the results were compared with those for 5 healthy untreated horses (controls) kept under identical environmental conditions. In the treated group, decreases in plasma potassium, chloride, and calcium concentrations and increases in total plasma protein content persisted for the 8-hour observation period, whereas there was no change in plasma sodium concentration, osmolality, or packed cell volume. Plasma bicarbonate concentration and PCO2 remained high throughout the study, during which time venous blood pH was modestly increased only at the 6-hour sampling time. Furosemide treatment resulted in decreases in urine pH, specific gravity, osmolality, and potassium and calcium concentrations and increases in urine volume and total urine sodium, chloride, and calcium excretion. Body weight decreased 19.2 +/- 5.2 kg (mean +/- SD) in treated horses (4 +/- 1% of body weight), compared with a weight loss of 8 +/- 2.1 kg in untreated horses (1.5 +/- 0.4% of body weight) during the 8-hour experimental period. The increased fluid losses induced by the diuretic did not cause any obvious clinical signs in the horses. Pulse pressure, skin turgor, capillary refill time, and jugular distensibility remained unchanged throughout the experimental period.  相似文献
