棉铃虫对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂抗性遗传力的分析   总被引:3,自引:5,他引:3  
采用域性状分析法,估算了棉铃虫对氰戊菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯和溴氟菊酯的抗性现实遗传力,并对3种菊酯的抗性风险进行了评估。结果表明,棉铃虫对氰戊菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯和溴氟菊酯的抗性现实遗传力分别为0.2027、0.1554和0.1084。假设田间种群的抗性现实遗传力为估算值的一半,杀死率为80%,预计抗性增长到10倍时,氰戊菊酯可使用14次,三氟氯氰菊酯可使用19次,溴氟菊酯可使用31次。三氟氯氰菊酯和溴氟菊酯的抗性风险明显低于氰戊菊酯;棉铃虫对含氟菊酯的抗性发展速度明显低于不含氟的菊酯。试验结果为实际应用提供了理论依据。  相似文献

在70%的高选择压下,分别用溴氰菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯和凯明2号(50%辛硫磷·甲基对硫磷·三氟氯氰乳油,即含三氟氯氰菊酯的复配药剂)对室内饲养了12代未经农药处理的棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera(H(?)bner)敏感品系进行了抗性筛选。结果,经连续筛选至第12代的LD_(50)值与筛选前第1代的LD_(50)值比较,抗溴氰菊酯种群对溴氰菊酯的抗性为136.7倍,属高抗水平;抗三氟氯氰菊酯种群对三氟氯氰菊酯的抗性为9.5倍,抗凯明2号种群对凯明2号的抗性为3.4倍,均属低抗水平。用8种常用杀虫剂分别对这3个种群在停止上述杀虫剂筛选2代后进行了交互抗性分析。结果表明,3个种群平均对8种杀虫剂的抗性倍数中,对溴氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、灭多威的抗性极显著高于其余5种杀虫剂;3个种群的平均抗性倍数之间差异极显著,顺序依次为抗溴氰菊酯种群>抗三氟氯氰菊酯种群>抗凯明2号种群;以平均抗性倍数表示的抗性种群与杀虫剂的交互作用有以下几个结果:①高抗溴氰菊酯的种群对氰戊菊酯和灭多威有极显著的交互抗性,但对三氟氯氰菊酯和凯明2号仍反应敏感。②抗三氟氯氰菊酯和抗凯明2号的2个种群对溴氰菊酯有极显著的交互抗性;抗三氟氯氰菊酯种群对灭多威和氰戊菊酯有一定抗性,抗凯明2号种群对硫丹有一定抗性。  相似文献

棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera是经济作物和粮食作物主要害虫之一。为有效防治棉铃虫,新疆维吾尔自治区(简称新疆)大面积种植Bt棉,同时采用化学药剂进行防治,但是化学药剂的大量长期使用势必使棉铃虫产生抗性。武万峰等(2010)研究结果显示新疆棉铃虫种群已对三氟氯氰菊酯和甲维盐表现低水平抗性。为全面掌握新疆棉铃虫种群对这2种药剂及对氯虫苯甲酰胺新型化学药剂的抗性水平,本研究于2015-2018年自新疆阿克苏、博乐和哈密市等5个市采集棉铃虫,监测该害虫对这3种化学药剂的抗性,以期为Bt棉有效利用和化学药剂的合理施用提供理论基础。  相似文献

环渤海湾地区棉铃虫的抗药性水平及成因分析   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
1994~1997年测定了环渤海湾地区16个点26个棉铃虫种群对三氟氯氰菊酯、辛硫磷和硫丹的抗性水平。对三氟氯氰菊酯的抗性为65.43~442倍,对辛硫磷的抗性为10.28~90.93倍,对硫丹的抗性为6.34~29.17倍,地区之间年度内总体上差异不大。对采自辽宁省辽阳市种群的抗性稳定性研究表明,解除农药选择压后棉铃虫的抗药性下降较快,17代后对三氟氯氰菊酯、辛硫磷和硫丹的抗生水平由213.71  相似文献

棉铃虫对拟除虫菊酯农药的抗性治理效果评价   总被引:6,自引:2,他引:6  
作者在河北省定州市600hm~2棉田设立了棉铃虫抗药性治理示范区,采取以降低农药的选择压和利用敏感个体的稀释作用为出发点的一系列措施,实施了抗性治理。为评价治理效果,1991~1995年连续监测了河北省3个地区棉铃虫对氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯和三氟氯氰菊酯的抗药性水平。结果表明,在非治理区,固安县种群的抗性指数(RR)由1991年的9.8~15.5倍,上升到1995年的26.1~85.3倍;故城县种群由31.1~57.7倍,上升到90.7~155.4倍;而抗性治理区定州市种群的抗性发展却较缓慢,稳定保持在18.0~25.0倍之间的中抗水平,证明抗性发展得到了有效控制。与非抗性治理区比较,定州棉田棉铃虫的虫口数下降4~8倍、防治费用降低23.7%~50%、纯收入增加约40%,说明抗性综合治理获得了初步的成功。  相似文献

1996-1997年用诊断剂地监测,证明冀鲁豫6个棉铃虫种群对三氟氯氰菊酯,氯氰菊酯,灭多威,久效磷和辛硫磷已有较高的抗性效率。其中33%的样本抗性频率顷50%以上,51%的样本抗性频率在20%-50%之间,只有16%的样本抗性频率在20%以上。点滴法测定结果表明,棉铃虫对三氟氯氰菊酯的抗性指数在47.倍以上,最高达195.6倍。  相似文献

通过设计不同的迁移比例(1%、5%、10%、20%),研究棉铃虫抗药性基因流动对三氟氯氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯抗性频率的影响。结果表明,抗性个体迁入敏感种群,使得敏感种群抗生频率增加,迁移比例越大,抗性频率增加越大;而敏感个体迁入抗生种群使得其抗性频率减少,随着敏感个体迁入比例的增大,抗性种群中抗性频率的减少量越大。利用抗性频率变化值与相应迁移率的比值来表示迁移的相对效率,结果表明迁移率为1%时,迁移影响抗性个体频率变化的相对效率最高。  相似文献

萝卜蚜对氰戊菊酯的抗药性汰选及其交互抗性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
将田间采回的萝卜蚜种群分成两部分,一部分用氰戊菊酯连续汰选13次,另一部分不用药汰选,连续饲养作对照。汰选前及每汰选3~4次测定1次氰戊菊酯对两种群的毒力。结果表明,对照种群对氰戊菊酯的敏感性增加3.76倍,而汰选种群对该农药的抗药性与汰选前比较增长了163.25倍,与同期饲养对照种群比较,抗性已达613.62。该汰选种群对不含氟的溴氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯存在明显的交互抗性(分别达360.7和53.9倍),对含氟的三氟氯氰菊酯、氟氰菊酯和氟胺氰菊酯也存在交互抗性,但只有7倍左右;而对马拉硫磷、氧化乐果、杀螟松、久效磷和灭多威及菊马混剂没有表现出交互抗性,为进一步探讨萝卜蚜的抗药性治理措施提供了试验依据。  相似文献

应用生物测定的方法研究了棉铃虫Helicoverpaarmigera(Hübner)对溴氰菊酯高抗(136.73倍)、对三氟氯氰菊酯(9.50倍)和凯明二号(3.40倍)低抗的3个种群的抗性稳定性。结果发现,无论棉铃虫的抗药性是高或低,在连续几代不接触药剂的情况下,都表现为抗性不断下降;第8代后3个种群都表现为抗性基本稳定,变化不大。停药后第8代分出部分种群作抗性再恢复试验,经6代连续点滴筛选后,3个种群抗性都有所回升。而且,棉铃虫对单剂抗药性衰退明显,但再恢复较快;对混剂的抗性衰退慢,再恢复也慢。  相似文献

Nerve insensitivity resistance to synthetic pyrethroids was detected in a resistant field strain (JSFX-R) of the cotton bollworm, Helicoverpa armigera (Hübner), using a neurophysiological assay in which extracellular spontaneous neuronal activity was measured in response to cis-cypermethrin. The nerve insensitivity mechanism was selected using a combination of toxicological and neurophysiological methods. The third-instar larvae in selected strains of Family-37 and CTR strain expressed a very high resistance to fenvalerate (RF = 2060-fold and 805-fold, respectively) and high cross-resistance to DDT (RF = 1927-fold and 2384-fold, respectively) which was not affected by two metabolic synergists, PBO and DMC. The frequency of nerve-insensitive individuals detected in neurophysiological assays (54, 81 and 100% for JSFX-R strain, and the selected strains Family-43 and Family-37, respectively) was not only positively correlated (R2 = 0.968) with the frequency of non-PBO-synergisable resistant individuals detected in toxicological tests (37.5, 62.5 and 90% for JSFX-R strain, Family-43 and Family-37, respectively), but also positively correlated (R2 = 0.978) with the frequency of DDT-resistant individuals detected in toxicological tests (40, 67.5 and 93.3% for JSFX-R strain, Family-43 and Family-37, respectively). Analysis of dose–mortality lines to DDT and fenvalerate from F1 hybrids (R♀ × S♂) indicated that nerve insensitivity resistance to DDT and fenvalerate in the CTR strain was inherited in an incompletely recessive pattern. Degree of dominance (D) was estimated to be −0.66 (± 0.06) (DDT) and −0.26 (± 0.04) (fenvalerate). The dose–mortality curves to DDT in back-cross progeny were strongly suggested, by chi-square analysis, to be fitted with those expected of a one-gene model. Evidence for the co-existence of nerve insensitivity and oxidative metabolic resistance mechanisms within individual H armigera and the effects of their interaction on the expression of resistance to fenvalerate are discussed. © 1999 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

为明确华北棉区棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera田间种群对3种常用杀虫剂的抗性,于2014—2015年和2018—2019年分别采集河南、河北、山东和山西4个省的棉铃虫田间种群,采用浸叶法于室内测定棉铃虫对辛硫磷、三氟氯氰菊酯和甲维盐的抗性水平。结果表明,各监测点棉铃虫对辛硫磷处于中等水平抗性,在2014—2015年和2018—2019年的抗性倍数分别为13.0~58.5倍和21.1~55.3倍,棉铃虫对辛硫磷的抗性发展相对缓慢;各监测点棉铃虫种群对三氟氯氰菊酯已产生中等至高水平抗性,并呈现逐年上升的趋势,其中河北沧县、河南安阳、山西盐湖种群的抗性倍数由2014年的61.0倍、22.5倍和24.0倍上升至2019年的91.1倍、44.7倍和61.3倍,山东夏津种群的抗性最高,2019年抗性倍数达到216.3倍;棉铃虫种群对甲维盐表现为低至中等水平抗性,河北沧县、河南安阳、山西盐湖和山东夏津种群的抗性倍数分别为8.2~40.4倍、5.8~16.6倍、5.5~23.4倍和11.0~36.6倍。表明4个监测地区的棉铃虫田间种群对3种杀虫剂已经产生了不同程度的抗性,建议减少这3种杀虫剂的使用频次,并注意与其他杀虫剂交替轮换使用,以延缓棉铃虫抗药性的发展。  相似文献

A Helicoverpa armigera population was collected from Shandong province, China. After 15 generations of selection in the laboratory, the H. armigera strain developed more than 20-fold resistance to spinosad. At LD50 level, no significant cross-resistance was found between spinosad and chlorpyrifos, methomyl, avermectin and chlorfenapyr except for fenvalerate with a low cross-resistance of 2.4-fold. However, LD99 values of fenvalerate against the parental and resistant strains were not different significantly. After inhibitors were used, spinosad resistance could be partially suppressed by piperonylbutoxide (PBO) and triphenylphosphate (TPP), but not by diethylmaleate (DEM). Activities of p-nitroanisole O-demethylase (ODM) developed to 8.26-fold compared with the parental strain, but no obvious changes were found in activities of carboxyl esterase (CarE) and glutathione-S-transferase (GST). The results indicated that resistance to spinosad in the cotton bollworm might be associated with an increase in cytochrome P450 monooxygenase.  相似文献

用点滴法测定了 13种杀虫剂对中华草蛉 (Chrysopa sinia (Jieder) )幼虫的毒力 ,按敏感性由高至低依次为 :久效磷、氯氟氰菊酯、灭多威、丙溴磷、辛硫磷 >氧乐果、甲基对硫磷、甲基毒死蜱 >硫丙磷 >抑太保 >氰戊菊酯 >阿维菌素及硫丹。同时测定了多种药剂对棉铃虫 (H elicoverp a armigera Hübner)、棉蚜 (Aphis gossyp ii Glover)的毒力 ,证明多数有机磷杀虫剂及灭多威为非选择性药剂 ;具有选择性的药剂中 ,硫丹选择性最高 ,其次为氰戊菊酯。氯氟氰菊酯对中华草蛉与棉铃虫表现出一定程度的选择性 ,但对中华草蛉与棉蚜则表现为非选择性 ;随棉蚜抗药性提高 ,各药剂选择性降低。  相似文献

The fitness cost of spinosad resistance was investigated in the cotton bollworm, Helicoverpa armigera (Hübner) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae). Laboratory experiments were conducted to compare relative fitness of H. armigera between the spinosad-susceptible and -resistant strains. During the experiments, the average development periods of the resistant strain were lengthened by 4–5 days, reflected in a prolongation of egg, larval and pupal periods. Furthermore, pupal survival, pupal weight, the mean life span of emerged adults, eggs laid and hatched decreased greatly in the resistant strain in comparison with the susceptible strain. Other life-cycle parameters such as larval survival, larval wet weights, prepupal periods, pupation ratio, and sex ratio did not change significantly. As a result, both net replacement rate (R 0) and intrinsic rate of increase (r m) were reduced for the resistant strain. Our results clearly indicated that relative fitness of resistant individuals was reduced in the absence of spinosad. Rational measures including pesticide rotations should be expected to delay development of resistance to spinosad in H. armigera field populations from China.  相似文献

Helicoverpa armigera collected from cotton growing areas of South Sulawesi, Indonesia in 1987 and early 1988 were resistant to cypermethrin. It is suggested that the 86-fold resistance to cis-cypermethrin in 1987 and the 65-fold resistance to cis/trans-cypermethrin in 1988 are consistent with this being a major cause of failure to control the insects in cotton in this area. The second laboratory generation showed a 20-fold resistance to fenvalerate. The larvae collected in 1988 additionally had a 203-fold resistance to DDT and a 5.6-fold resistance to endosulfan. The results are discussed in relation to the fact that this is a further region in which Helicoverpa armigera has developed resistance to a number of pyrethroids.  相似文献

The pod borer Helicoverpa armigera Hübner (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) is an important insect pest of chickpea and several other crops in Asia, Africa and Australia. The present studies were carried out on integration of various practices for the management of H. armigera in Punjab, Pakistan, during 2004-05. Chickpea variety ‘CM-2000’ was selected for evaluating various strategies such as cultural, mechanical, biological, microbial, and chemical control, individually and in various possible combinations, for the management of H. armigera at three different locations. Integration of weeding, hand picking and indoxacarb (an oxadiazine insecticide) proved to be the most effective in reducing the larval population and pod infestation and resulted in the maximum grain yield. The larval population of the combined effect of these practices was not significantly different from hand picking + indoxacarb, weeding + indoxacarb, and indoxacarb alone. Hand picking in combination with Bacillus thuringiensis, and weeding + hand picking, also controlled the larval population significantly, but was inferior to the above treatments. The release of Trichogramma chilonis Ishii (Hymenoptera: Trichogrammatidae) did not control H. armigera. It was concluded on the basis of the cost — benefit ratio that hand picking was the most cost-effective method for the control of H. armigera, while the maximum increase in grain yield was obtained in plots with weeding, hand picking, and indoxacarb.  相似文献
