兽药的合理使用

科学、高效、安全地使用兽药,不但能及时预防和治疗动物疾病,提高养殖效益,而且对控制和减少药物残留、提高动物产品质量具有重要意义。     

兽药使用环节存在的问题及对策

经过对兽药生产厂家和经营企业几年的整治,尤其是新<兽药管理条例>和<兽药标签和说明书管理办法>出台后,又经过GMP认证,兽药生产经营市场秩序和经营行为得到了一定的规范.但兽药使用环节中却存在诸多的问题,如:违法使用人用药品;违法使用禁用兽药;不执行休药期规定;未建立台帐等等.这些问题的存在,直接导致了动物产品的安全性问题.对此,笔者分析了兽药使用环节存在问题的原因,并对解决这些问题提出了个人观点.     

Tocolytic drugs for use in veterinary obstetrics

The author presents a literature review of two tocolytic agents used in veterinary obstetrics: isoxsuprine and clenbuterol. The medical background from which these drugs emerged for human use and to which is linked their application in animal medicine is described. Each drug is reviewed according to its pharmacology, basic considerations for its clinical use and the reports on its application in the treatment and management of obstetrical disorders in veterinary medicine.     

大力研发中兽药及中兽药饲料添加剂是我国发展兽药的重要领域

中兽药（中草药）是我国劳动人民与畜禽疾病作斗争中,创立的应用天然药物防治动物疾病和动物保健的综合性兽医药学,具有功能作用广泛、双向调节、副作用少、残留低、无耐药性等优点,且资源广泛、易种易收、制作简便,成本低廉、效果持久等特点,是我国传统医学文化遗产的瑰宝.在我国的经济进入了新的发展时期,特别是我国加入WTO,兽药实施GMP管理以后,国内外的药物,尤其是食品性动物药品,转向发展低毒、无残留、高效药物.这正是中兽药所具备的优势.因此中兽药的发展正面临着一个前所未有的大好时机,大力研究开发中兽药及中兽药的饲料添加剂是提高我国兽药产品在国际上竞争力的重要途径,也是我国兽药产业发展的重要领域.……     

浅析加强兽药饲料市场管理对策

北京市兽药市场上约60％的兽药来自于外埠。2001年抽检外埠兽药166批，涉及105个品种，92家企业，合格l19批，合格率71．7％。流入北京市的外埠产品几乎没有配合料、预混料和浓缩料，主要是饲料原料。建议进一步完善兽药、饲料监测体系；加强对外埠兽药产品的管理，实行准入制；加强饲料原料的管理；完善饲料标准管理；加强禁用药物的查处。

水产动物诱食剂研究不断升温，对诱食剂作用的生理机制进行了分析，概述了目前使用的诱食剂及其诱食效果，简述了诱食剂在渔业生产上利用意义。     

Concurrent use of veterinary drugs and herbal medicines in racing Standardbreds

Standardbred trainers from 1 racetrack and 7 off-track training facilities were surveyed to determine the most common drugs, and prevalence of concurrent herb administration. Furosemide (on-track) and anti-inflammatory drugs (off-track) were the most common drugs administered. Among horses on-track, 9.8% received herbs compared with 13.8% off-track horses; 67% and 58% of these horses, respectively, received concurrent drugs.

Veterinarians' preferences for anticonvulsant drugs for treating seizure disorders in dogs and cats

Objective   To identify veterinarians' approaches and concerns when managing canine and feline patients with acute and chronic seizure disorders.
Design   Cross-sectional survey.
Method   A questionnaire was distributed to veterinarians to determine how many dogs and cats they were actively treating for seizures, their anticonvulsant drug (ACD) preferences for treating acute and chronic seizure disorders and whether serum anticonvulsant concentrations and/or biochemical analytes were routinely measured. Additional questions involved the respondent's year and place of graduation and identified concerns they faced when managing patients with seizure disorders.
Results   Phenobarbitone was the most commonly used ACD for managing chronic seizure disorders in both dogs and cats, with 82% of respondents using a combination of phenobarbitone and potassium bromide to manage refractory seizure disorders in dogs. Most respondents (96%) felt comfortable managing seizures in dogs, but only 63% were comfortable managing affected cats. Routine monitoring of serum ACD concentrations and of liver biochemical analytes was performed routinely by 71% and 45% of respondents, respectively. Of the respondents, 86% graduated from Australian universities and of these 53% had graduated after 1985.
Conclusion   Veterinarians identified when to commence medication, whether regular monitoring of serum ACD concentrations and liver enzyme activity was necessary, and if the cost was justified. Veterinarians also identified the need to balance dose rates and side-effects by using combination therapy, and the importance of providing accurate information to clients about what to expect in terms of seizure control for their pet.

Possibilities in the use of anabolic substances as veterinary drugs for metaphylaxis and biotechnology

An account is given of the latest developments and trends in using anabolic preparations in animal husbandry. The development of veterinary medicaments for metaphylaxis and biological engineering in industrialised animal husbandry is explained and substantiated, with reference being made to protein-anabolic and growth-stimulating properties. However, full observation of and compliance with codes and bylaws on drug and food production will depend strongly on efficient interdisciplinary socialist teamworks.
