Considering the internal dynamic excitation produced by stiffness excitation, error excitation and mesh impact excitation, a dynamic finite element model of transmission system and structure system of gearbox is established. The normal mode and the dynamic responses of gearbox under the internal dynamic excitation are calculated by using the numerical simulation software ANSYS. Based on the result of dynamic responses, the boundary excitation condition is determined, and then the acoustic boundary element model is built. With the software of SYSNOISE, the surface acoustic pressure of gearbox and the radiation noise of field points are solved by the direct boundary element method. The test of airborne noise is carried out. The computational results obtained are in a good agreement with the data of experimental test.  相似文献

Traditional Finite Element Method is the structuralization programming method and the structuralization language (such as FORTRAN). Its data store uses fixed array structure, which makes the expanding ability of program limited, code's reuse ratio low, debugging complex. The template is an opposite new important characteristic of the object-oriented programming language C++. The template can quickly establish class library so as to increase greatly the development speed of the large software. The object-oriented programming concept is applied to finite element method. According to the nature of the finite element analysis, the classes and their methods, which describe virtual element, node, material etc., have been developed and implemented using the object-oriented programming language C++. The elements, nodes and materials are stored by chain. Many type's elements are stored mixedly by polymorphism characteristic. The program is implemented and a instance is given to show the programming of finite element method. The results show that the period of programming and debugging is obviously shorter than that of traditional method; the code's utilization ratio is also increased obviously.  相似文献

According to an analysis of three-dimensional convection diffusion problems and object-oriented programming method,the classes of finite element models for convection diffusion problems are designed in C++.There are vector classes,matrix classes,element classes,material classes and method classes of finite element among these classes.On the basis of these classes,an object-oriented finite element program for three-dimensional convection diffusion problems is accomplished,which is able to simulate similar problems.The program's reuse,maintenance expansion and integration with other ones are easier than traditional ones which are designed with structural language,it can be applied to a large universal computational software for science and engineering.  相似文献

In order to study dynamic behaviors of high speed motorized spindles under different eccentric conditions,the dynamics of high speed motorized spindles is analyzed by using finite element method on the basis of its structure,and an analytical dynamic model of high speed motorized spindles is established. Based on electromagnetism and mechanical system dynamics,expressions of general unbalanced force of high speed motorized spindles are established. Thus,dynamic characteristics of spindles,such as natural frequencies and unbalance response,can be obtained from the proposed model while spindles have different preloads and bearing configurations. The parameters of a 120MD60Y6 motorized spindle are substituted into the model and a simulation is carried out by Matlab/Simulink. The result shows good agreement with the data obtained from experimental modal analysis,which proves that the proposed model is correct.  相似文献

Ice shedding on transmission lines results in longitudinal unbalanced forces on adjacent transmission towers,which significantly threaten the safety of transmission lines.The methodology of ice shedding simulation on transmission lines is developed by using the finite element method and validated by comparing the simulation results with those obtained from the model scale experiments done by previous researchers.The responses of the tower line system induced by simultaneous ice shedding on the conductor and ground wire are analyzed.The developed methodology is then applied to study ice shedding considering unzipping effect,in which the influence of the velocity of ice shedding on the responses is investigated.Results from this study show that the longitudinal unbalanced forces induced by simultaneous ice shedding from the ground wire are greater than those from the conductor under similar condition.During the analysis of ice shedding considering unzipping effect,the slower the velocity of ice shedding is,the closer the responses are to those resulting from static unloading;and the faster the velocity of ice shedding is,the closer the responses are to those resulting from simultaneous ice shedding.  相似文献

分析内嵌管式辐射地板的频域热特性,便于进一步了解内嵌管式辐射地板的动态热特征,为辐射地板的系统和控制设计提供重要的参考依据。建立了内嵌管式辐射地板的频域有限元模型,同时采用ANSYS软件建立了内嵌管式辐射地板的时域传热模型,通过2个模型的对比说明了频域有限元模型的准确性。采用频域有限元模型计算并分析了内嵌管式辐射地板的频域热特性。结果表明,在低频区域,地板的频域热响应基本不随频率变化,其传热过程接近于稳态,而在高频区域,地板的频域热响应随频率的变化十分剧烈,地板传热呈现明显的动态特征。当房间内存在较多成分的高频热扰时,关于辐射地板的传热计算应采用动态计算方法。  相似文献

为更好地分析钢板弹簧刚度特性,对钢板弹簧建模方法进行了对比研究。依据钢板弹簧国家标准GB/T 19844-2005,针对某型渐变刚度钢板弹簧分别在有限元软件Hypermesh和多体动力学软件Adams中建立其有限元模型和离散梁模型,并进行了仿真,得到刚度特性。将仿真结果与试验值进行了比较。结果表明,在针对该钢板弹簧的刚度分析中,运用离散梁法得到的刚度特性更加接近试验值。  相似文献

A new grating tiling device with 2×2 gratings is developed to obtain a large aperture grating. For the stability of the device impacted by the HVAC vibration, a dynamic finite element analysis model is established. The random vibration response of the model under the measured power spectral density as stimulus has been carried out by the ANSYS software, and the data has been compared to the experimental data. The results show that the device can meet the stability requirements in the work environment.  相似文献

The two-way branch exhaust pipe shield is the main source of surface radiate noise of a vehicle's engine.(Using) the finite element analysis software ANSYS,a finite element model of the shield is established,and then the(modal) analysis is done theoretically with this model,the result is consistent with the experiment.The result shows that this finite element model can be used for the next structual dynamic characteristics analysis.With this model,the relationship of structural parameter,structural style of the shield and the corresponding vibrative modal is analyzed.The(optimal) improved measures are adopted which is based on the practical structure of the shield.The analysis of the(improved) structure shows that the increase of natural vibration frequency is visible,the vibration noise of the shield is suppressed distinctly.  相似文献

A simulation system for logistics in steel-making process has been developed by analyzing the state of logistics in steel plant, integrating the approach of coloured Petri nets with time and queuing network and using object-oriented methodology. The software functions for building-up simulation model, executing simulation, managing simulations, playing demo, analyzing statistics and online help. The objectives and principles of the simulation software have schematically been introduced. At last, the software is visually validated with measured input data of primary logistics in Vanadium-extracting, Steel-making Plant of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Corporation. A Gantt diagram and statistics of simulation case are included in simulation results and can be used to assist decision-making for scheduling in steel-making process.  相似文献

The finite element or finite difference method and the limit equilibrium method, with their respective merits, were used to analyze soil slope stability in detail. On the basis of the slice and gravity increase methods, a fundamental principle of couple analysis, and a procedure for calculating the slope safety factor were put forward. ANSYS finite element software and finite difference software FLAC were used to determine the most dangerous sliding face and the stress-stain in slopes. The slope safety factor was determined using the slices limit equilibrium method. The calculation shows that the result obtained using couple analysis is close to the results produced using other methods in the example, and the analysis of the effects of the intensity indices is more precise. The results can provide a basis for consolidating design of the sliding slope.  相似文献

To explore the vibrating frequencies and rational impact factors of multi-span skew bridge, the recursive algorithm of vibrating frequency and finite element formulations of static and dynamic analysis are established for uniform section multi-span continuous skew bridge. The first five order frequency changes of equal-span multi-span continuous skew bridge and unequal-span multi-span skew bridge are compared. The interaction of vehicle-bridge system for two-span skew bridge is analyzed. The history curves for deflection and moment of middle-span are presented. The influence of obliquity on dynamic deflection and dynamic moment as well as the influence of vehicle velocity and obliquity on impact factors of deflection and moment are investigated. Results show that the fundamental frequency of multi-span skew bridge is identical to that of single span skew bridge. The higher order frequencies of single span skew bridge are distributed in frequencies of multi-span skew bridge, which mix other vibrating frequencies. The more the span number is, the more the other vibrating frequencies mingle. Obliquity has an important influence on dynamical characteristics of skew bridge. Impact effects of vehicle have no harmonious changing rule with vehicle velocity and obliquity. The impact factors of deflection and moment are different for skew bridge.  相似文献

In design of light railcar used freely supported beam, the cast steel pedestals will bear complex loads, which include weight, acceleration and wind, etc. Because of pedestals' peculiarity and complexity, the strength of the pedestals play an important role in safety of light railcar. So it's necessary to analyze their stress and deformation in order to insure safety of light railcar. Up to now, finite element analysis is still the most effective means. By studying cast steel pedestal with finite element method, 3-D finite element models of fixed and kinetic pedestals were built, and the loads and boundary condition of pedestals were analyzed. By means of finite element analysis software, the contact and von mises stresses were obtained and deformation were resolved. As a result of analysis, the tow of pedestal can fulfill requirement of use in light railcar, the contact stress and von mises stress are not exceeded limit stress strength of materials. There is enough static strength for the structures of pedestals. For verifying theoretical analysis result, the fatigue test was carried out, with examining the testing points locating on the pedestals, the stress and deformation data were measured. By comparing between theoretical analysis and test data, the experimental results show calculated and testing results can meet the case well which assure the reliability of finite element analysis. But in the result, there are differences in deformations of them. The reason may be that boundary conditions and loads are not same between analysis and experiment.  相似文献

In this paper,a new algorithm for solving large-scale finite element system is presented, which utilizes the architecture of parallel processing. Firstly, the structure is partitioned into sub-regions. Then multi-fronts are used to assemble and eliminate concurrently in every sub-region. Thus the condensed interface stiffness matrices and load vectors are obtained. By serially assembling and solving global equation to get interface displacements and backing to every sub-region, the inter-nodal displacements and element stresses can be solved. The results of computation show that it can not only increase the speed of computation,but also save the memory space of computer effectively. This algorithm is an effective method for solving large-scale structural finite element systems.  相似文献

Based on the fluid saturated biphasic porous media model deduced from mixture theory,a finite element formulation with u S u F p variables for dynamic response analysis is given out.This method overcomes the difficulty of choosing suitable penalty parameter in penalty finite element method,and the accuracy of pressure distribution obtained with the mixed finite element method is higher than the penalty finile element method.An iterative solution method is suggested to solve the system of equations whose coefficient matrices are non positive definite.It is concluded from patch test that the order of interpolation function for pressure variables must be higher than that of displacement variables of solid phase.  相似文献

Considering the relationships of coupling movement and compatible displacement among bonding layer, piezoelectric layer, damping layer, and base structure, a finite element dynamic model of coupled systems for vibration reduction plates is established. The model combined with piezoelectric theory, finite element theory and ADF model of viscoelastic damping material can be suitable for vibration model of complex SCLD structure. The dynamics parameters for clamped-clamped steel plate with partially treated smart constrained layer damping are obtained by theoretical calculation, ANSYS modal analysis and modal experiment. The results show that theoretical values are closer to the test results and ANSYS analysis, and the methods proposed is more accurate and effective.  相似文献

The Cuplock Template supports system joint initial rigidity and bowl buckle tightening torque was closely linked, with MATLAB applications for the two order and three order numerical fitting between them, found that three order fitting accuracy was higher than two order fitting results. Using ANSYS finite element software to establish the corresponding with the entity model, the changes in simulated nodes hinged, rigid and different initial stiffness condition for supporting system, and the simulation results were compared with the actual bearing capacity of the frame body stability. Find node is hinged and rigid connection simulation results state and actual frame difference. When the simulation results between node tightening torque of the 35N.m~50N.m and the actual time the frame carrying capacity is close, the node for the semi-rigid connection state. In order to show that the semi-rigid joint model can simulate accurately with the actual capacity of the Cuplock Template supports system.  相似文献
