Concept of stability is vague, but it is basic characteristic of dynamic system, and precondition that make all kinds of control system run normally. Today it is still a challenge to analyze stability for uncertainty complex control system, whose mathematic modeling is impossible or very difficult, so it is very hard to judge whether a system running is stable or not by mathematic stability criterion. A kind of analyzing method is presented, which combine absolute stability with self-locked concept of heuristic search, it may analyze system stability in more range through adjusting self-collected loop parameters for uncertain control system based on knowledge control model. It is shown that stability analyzing method is effective and suitable for practical physical system in the engineering project.  相似文献

In practical industrial fields, it is very difficult to control uncertain complexity object effectively, because there are various uncertainties from internal dynamic characteristic and external, surroundings disturbance for controlled object. Its complexity is not only shown in structure, but also in information relation, so it is uneasy to implement it on technology. Aimed at selecting puzzle of control strategy for uncertain complexity system control, the authors describe cybernetics model based on analysis on some kinds of control strategy and contrastive research, and the model is applied in physical engineering system successfully. Finally, the authors point out that intelligent control strategy should be selected for uncertain complexity system control, and that Human Simulation Intelligent Control is a wise choice.  相似文献

The majority difficulty for uncertainty system control is that agreements haven't been arrived in concept of uncertainty information and its characteristics, uncertainty system and its properties. Therefore some control problems have discussed based on some confused concepts, and the result shows that the study on uncertainty system control hasn't made great progress yet. In addition, problems concerning uncertainty system control are very wide in the practical engineering. Aimed at above problems the concept of uncertainty information and its classification, basic properties of uncertainty system and desired control strategy based on own practical experience are studied. A digital power system stabilizer ( DPSS ) and its design method are presented in this paper. The mathematical model of a single machine infinite bus power system is obtained using off-line parameter identifications, and on the base of the identified model the control system is synthesized by generalized minimum variance control principles. Through feedback combination of several signals this control system has double functions of damping low frequency oscillation and automatic voltage regulating. In order to avoid static errors the very effective way is to combine discrete generalized minimum variance control with continuous integral control. Besides the proposed control strategy is very simple in structures and very easy to realize. Simulation results under several cases have shown the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.  相似文献

Based on a non-linear system model, an adaptive control methodology is presented for a parallel AC/DC power system by means of on-line recursive parameter identifications. Taking the advantage of rapid power regulatiing ability of the DC power system and combining with the generalized minimum variance self-tuning control principles, the dynamic qualities of the controlled system has been greatly improved. Using SISO form makes the control system very simple to implement. Through the design, simulation and analysis of the self-tuning control system for a practical example, it shows that the self-tuning control strategy is very promising for AC/DC power systems.  相似文献

In the intelligent control system with microprocessor controlling, the development of embedded software requires some simple and practical intelligent control algorithms. The algorithms can not only make the control system's performance good, but also meet the demands of real time control. Aim at the problem, it is presented that a fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control. The structure , control algorithms and the simulation results of the controller are given. The simulation and application show that the fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control has many advantages such as fast response, less overshoot, good robust. dSPACE is a prototype development and real-time control testing platform which is based on MATLAB/Simulink software. By establishing mathematic model of hydraulic automatic transmission system, the shift rules are achieved. A testing platform for hydraulic automatic transmission system is developed whose control software is programmed by simulink and using the dSPACE as the centre controller. The experiment of electric throttle control and power performance matching control of hydraulic automatic transmission system is carried out. the result shows that well matching performance of hydraulic automatic transmission system can be realizedby using the control strategy proposed in this paper, it provides a fast and efficient approach for researching and developing the hydraulic automatic transmission system.  相似文献

Based on model parameters estimating, a kind of algorithm of pole-zero placement self-adaptive temperature control is put forward according to closed loop apices distribution of resistance furnace temperature control. The mathematic model is presented by discursion for the controlled object, at the same time, the algorithm is illustrated identification method of model parameters, compute formula and simulation result of controlled parameters. Simulations and practices of the model proved that the algorithm is of rapid constringency speed , satisfactory effect on the object with time changing especially for the controlled objects of the high current and low voltage characteristics. The algorithm has been applied in the temperature control of intelligent slag measurement equipment of a iron-steel graduate school.  相似文献

果蔬分选是农业果蔬产后不可缺少的重要环节,以可编程逻辑控制技术为核心的自动化生产线为现代农业的智能化发展提供了新途径.为提高果蔬的分选效率,减少本地分选的人工成本,将数据采集、数据处理、无线通讯、智能控制等技术深度融合,研究一种可远程控制的果蔬智能分选机制,并通过可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)自动化数据采集与机械控制和.NET Core架构的分布式网络控制方法两方面对远程控制分选方案进行研究,配合合适的糖度-质量等果蔬品质模型,实现高速远程在线果蔬智能分选.基于该分选技术的软硬件方案进行试验,对控制策略和分选精确度进行仿真.结果表明,与传统的果蔬分选技术相比,该系统从系统成本、反应速度、分拣精度、管理效率等方面均有优势,果蔬分选精度能达93%以上,可以实现远程故障排查,节省了人工成本,具有推广应用价值.  相似文献

温室环境控制系统的最大特点是控制对象的精确数学模型很难建立。文章将常规PID控制算法与现代控制理论相结合,对常规PID算法进行改进,得到新型MPT控制算法,并加入模糊控制算法规则,在误差大时,运用模糊算法进行调节,以彻底消除PID饱和积分现象,当误差较小时,采用改进后的PID算法控制输出。同时加入了自适应调节规则和自整定专家系统,建立了基于人工智能的温室环境控制算法。将此算法应用于温室环境控制。系统具有无超调和控制精度高等特点。  相似文献

The treatment of wastewater is a complicated biological and chemical process, which can not be described precisely with a mathematical model. It is almost impossible to get a satisfactory control result when a traditional PID control method is adopted, for the parameters of the activated-sludge process are uncertain. The paper takes DO parameter controlling as an example, and proposes a human-simulated intelligent control strategy to reduce the fluctuation problem of DO parameter. Both the control rules and the structure of control system are presented. The simulation experiments shows that the control effect of activated-sludge process by HSIC is much better than PID control.  相似文献

Founding the mathematic model of refrigeration system's dynamic process is the basis of realizing the optimal control of refrigeration machines.Refrigeration evaporator is a kind of two-phase flow and heat exchange with complex process.For its obvious nonlinearity and uncertainty,it is difficult to describe by accurate theoretical model.This paper partitions the input data into some clusters by entropy method and competitive learning algorithm,then the on-line fuzzy identification of dynamic process mathematical model of evaporator is achieved by utilizing ultimate parameter which is ascertained by the recursive least-square(RLS).The simulation results show that fuzzy identification method is effective for on-line model process of evaporator in refrigeration system.The model has not only superior identification precise,but also quite perfect generalizable performance and traceable ability.  相似文献

The problem on rocket safety control is important during the rocket launching proceeding, and is also the focus of every space country. The importance of rocket safety control is introduced, and the characteristics of the existing system are analyzed. Because of the special characteristics, the paper proposes an intelligent decision support system of rocket safety control, adopting the technique of artificial intelligent especially expert system. First, the authors introduce rocket safety control architecture and function. Then, a new method is proposed to represent the knowledge which is integrated with production rule and object-oriented technique. A human simulated intelligent control scheme based on sensory-motor schema for dynamic walking of biped robot is presented to solve the complex controller design.The dynamics model of a five-link planar biped is established. By imitating human walking movement and apprehending the posture change of the legs, the complex process of dynamic walking for biped robot is divided by four sequence phases. The multi-mode control law and the group of sensory-motor schema are designed based on the analysis of quality-quantity combination to the phase plane. Simulation results show that the proposed control strategy is effective to ensure continuous dynamic walking of biped robot and the control method is simple and easy to be realized.  相似文献

Fuzzy controller can achieve satisfactory dynamic performance even for complicated process without mathematical model of the process.Its main imperfection is the existence of steady state error and ultimate oscillatory in the process output. This limits its application area. How to eliminate the steady state error while keep its good dynamic performance has been paid much attention. The strategy to introduce integral function to the conventional fuzzy control system is put forward in this paper to overcome the above problem. After expound two key factors on introducing integral action,an intelligent integral algorithm has been employed,and two methods on introduction of the intelligent integral to the fuzzy control system are proposed. 建立中性纤维素酶活力测定的标准不确定度评定的数学模型,通过分析并合成标准不确定度的各分量,根据JJF1059—1999测量不确定度评定与表示报告扩展不确定度结果。采用还原糖法测定中性纤维素酶活力,对建立的数学模型逐层展开了分析,并采用最小二乘法评定标准曲线的不确定度。结果表明,测定本方法所用的样品扩展不确定度为:U=40.8 U/g,k=1.960。该评定方法客观、有效,在实验室的检测工作中可提供参考。  相似文献

This paper proposes a control strategy for the optimal control of the outsourcing production inventory system based on production point and production batch. The statistical probability distribution is used to describe the uncertainty of the production capacity of cooperative enterprises and the transportation time. The optimization model of the control parameters is developed with random production capacity for cooperative enterprises and random transportation time in order to minimize the holding cost,setup cost as well as the cost of production capacity waste. A simulation-based control parameters optimization algorithm is designed to solve the proposed model. The control strategy of production inventory system and the control parameters optimization algorithm proposed are validated by an example. We analyze the influence of the variation of the production point and production batch to the performance of the outsourcing production inventory system.  相似文献

通过分析机电控制无级变速器(electrical-mechanical continuously variable transmission,EM-CVT)的结构特点,提出了搭载EM-CVT混合动力汽车的传动方案,建立了动力源数值模型、EM-CVT模型,分析了混合动力系统工作模式,并针对模式切换时的冲击问题,以减小冲击度为目标,通过分析典型工况下动力源输出转矩特性和各部件的动态特性,提出了基于发动机、ISG电机、自动离合器以及EM-CVT相互协调控制策略。利用MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真平台建立混合动力传动系统动力学模型,并对典型的模式切换过程进行了仿真分析。结果表明,所提出的控制策略能够有效控制混合动力传动系统在模式切换时产生的冲击,提高了混合动力汽车的驾驶舒适性。  相似文献
