The melting point and viscosity of SrO SiO 2 CaO Al 2O 3(5%) Na 2O(10%) CaF 2(10%) flux system have been measured,and the curve charts of the melting point and viscosity are drawn.Moreover,the mathematical relations of properties with chemical composition are founded.The best range of chemical composition for mould flux containing SrO is presented via analyzing the curve charts.  相似文献

In combination with Huimin high-phosphorus iron smelted by smelting reduction and HIsmelt ironmaking technologywhich have the advantages of high efficient dephosphorizationCaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-FeO-P2O5 slags with basicity R (mass ratio of CaO to SiO2)ranging from 0.8 to 1.4Al2O3 ranging from 6.4% to 15.4%P2O5 ranging from 0 to 3% and the content of MgO and FeO fixed as 4% and 6% respectivelyare studied.The slags are synthesized by reagent grade.The mineral composition and microstructure of the slags are studied with scanning electron microscope and the effects of changes in the composition of smelting reduction slags on its viscosity are studied by RTW-10 melt comprehensive physical properties measuring apparatus.Results show that the mineral structure of slags are mainly composed of melilite(gehlenite and akermanite)which is characterized by square and thick skeleton form.The viscosity decreases with the increasing of the slag basicity at fixed P2O5 or Al2O3 mass fractionincreases with the increasing of Al2O3 mass fraction at fixed slag basicity or P2O5 mass fractionand increases with the increasing of P2O5 mass fraction at fixed slag basicity or Al2O3 mass fraction.  相似文献

The principle and possibility of alloying of high speed steel W6Mo5Cr4V2 (M2) with CaWO 4 MoO 3 V 2O 5 during the steelmaking are discussed, experiments of the alloying technologcial process have been carried out, the properties of M2 product have been determined, the benefit have been analysed. The results show that the rate of recovery of W Mo V are respectively 97.08%, 96.51%, 93.79% during the steelmaking of M2 alloying with CaWO 4 MoO 3 V 2O 5 in induction furnace, the chemical composition and properties of product M2 can meet the demands that the standard of high speed steel M2 requires.  相似文献

The microstructures and kinetics of reaction between aluminum and amorphous silica are investigated by making use of advantages of silica glass's larger dimension.Al/Al2O3 composite microstructures can be synthesized by longer time reaction and the diffusion transit layer is discovered between aluminum melts and the Al/Al2O3 composite layer.The growth kinetics of diffusion transit layer and Al/ Al2O3 composite layer are also measured and discussed.The effect of silicon element on the diffusion transit layer and the composite layer' kinetics is discussed and parabola growth kinetics of Al/Al2O3 composite layer is determined.  相似文献

The processes, microstructures, properties and mechanisms of DIMOX in synthesizing Al/Al 2O 3 by Al-Mg-Si alloy are reviewed and their problems are considered mainly as following:non_homogeneous oxidation growth of Al/Al 2O 3 at the surface of melts and the porosity of Al/Al 2O 3 limites structural application of Al/Al 2O 3 composite. The mechanisms and models of microchannel,magnesium action,silicon action,and induction are outlined. Several problems which need to be noticed are pointed out,which are diffusion and transfer of oxygen in aluminium melts;the role of MgO and MgAl 2O 4 at outer layer;the reaction feature of solid_gas in the oxidation microstructures of Al_Mg_Si alloy;SiO 2 induction mechanism of silicon and its correlation with the mechanism of magnesium action in Al_Mg_Si alloy.  相似文献

By adding small amount of dihydrate gypsum (CaSO4·2H2O) and silica fume in steel slag-cement system, steel slag-cement binding materials were prepared. And the dosage of CaSO4·2H2O and silica fume on the properties of steel slag-cement binding materials was studied. Hydration properties and paste structure were investigated by SEM and XRD. The results show that both CaSO4·2H2O and silica fume can improve the strength of steel slag-cement binding materials. Compared with single-doped, compound of CaSO4·2H2O and silica fume has much better effect on strength of steel slag-cement binding materials. The optimum proportion of CaSO4·2H2O and silica fume are 1% and 4%, respectively. The 3 d compressive strength is increased by 59.0%, and the 28 d compressive strength is increased by 36.5%. No matter adding CaSO4·2H2O and silica fume or not, the steel slag-cement binding materials have the same hydration products. However, the content of C-S-H gel and AFt crystals is higher, and the content of Ca(OH)2 crystals is lower in steel slag-cement binding materials containing CaSO4·2H2O and silica fume than those in steel slag-cement binding materials without CaSO4·2H2O and silica fume.  相似文献

The changes of Al2O3 and the properties, such as basicity, metting point and viscosity, of the mould flux when continuously casting the steels containg Al are discussed. 分别将纳米材料Al2O3,TiO2加入到卷烟烟丝中,研究了纳米材料及其加入方式对卷烟焦油和CO含量的影响。结果表明,纳米材料干法加入到烟丝上,降低烟气中焦油和CO含量的效果较为明显,其中纳米材料Al2O3的作用效果更为显著,而纳米材料湿法添加到烟丝中的效果不明显,对卷烟感官质量无不良影响。  相似文献

The effect of water to cement ratio, fiber types and content, cement types on the bending performance of the extruded fiber reinforced cementitious board were studied. And it was found that polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fibers can significantly improve the ductility of the board compared with polypropylene (PP) fibers. As PVA fiber content achieved 1.7%, the strain hardening and multiple cracking were occurred on the extruded board, while strain softening were shown on PP fiber reinforced cement board. The difference between the two kinds of board was from the differences of the mechanical properties of the two fibers. In addition, taking the fiber reinforced extruded board as base, the ultimate bending strength, as well as and the corresponded deflection and the resistant to chloride iron penetrating, was improved for a composite beam with fiber board and concrete compared with those of traditional concrete beam.  相似文献

鲜切生菜气调包装保鲜条件优化   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为研究气调包装对鲜切生菜保鲜效果的影响,筛选出最优的气调包装条件。生菜经过清洗、消毒、脱水、切割等一系列加工工艺流程后,用不同包装材料和不同气体比例对其进行气调包装,在4℃条件下冷藏,每隔1 天对生菜的失重率、Vc、叶绿素、微生物、电导率以及PPO、POD酶活性进行测定,筛选出适合生菜气调保鲜的最佳材料和最佳气体比例。结果表明:适宜的包装材料和O2和CO2气体比例组合有利于延长鲜切生菜的保鲜期,在4℃条件下,采用3% O2+ 10% CO2气体比例和BOPP/PE包装材料进行气调包装,可以维持鲜切生菜恰当的呼吸强度,有效抑制微生物的生长,降低了PPO、POD酶的活性、减少了Vc、叶绿素等营养物质的损失,使生菜的保鲜期由4~5 天延长至14 天。这在实际生产和流通中具有较强的应用价值。  相似文献

A new mold slag with low content SiO2 and high content Al2O3 is designed in order to avoid or alleviate the reaction between Al and SiO2 during the continuous casting of high-Al steel, the acidity of this slag is adjusted by adding B2O3, and the effect of B2O3 content on the fusion property, viscosity property and heat transfer characteristics through the mold slag film of the mold slag is analyzed. The results show that the fusion temperature, viscosity, viscous flow activation energy decrease and heat flux through the slag film increases with the increase of B2O3 content in the range of 4%~10%; temperature time transformation (TTT) diagrams move to longer incubation time with the increase of B2O3, while the crystallization speed of mold fluxes decreases; under this experiment condition, the precipitation of CaF2 crystals can be restrained by the increase of B2O3 content in the mold slag.  相似文献

 以陆地棉(Gossypium hirsutum L.)杂交种鲁棉研15号的F2群体为作图群体,利用SSR标记和JoinMap3.0软件构建遗传连锁图谱;利用复合区间作图法分别对随机组成的3个鲁棉研15号的F2:3家系亚群体进行纤维品质性状QTL定位。构建的遗传连锁图谱包含116个多态位点,25个连锁群,全长892.25 cM,覆盖棉花总基因组的20.05%,平均每个连锁群4.64个标记,标记间平均距离7.76 cM;根据已有图谱的定位结果,19个连锁群与染色体建立了联系。在3个F2:3家系亚群体中共检测到46个QTL,其中16个为纤维长度(FL)QTL、7个为纤维强度(FS)、12个为麦克隆值(FM)、6个为伸长率(FE),5个为整齐度指数(FU)。发现在Ah05、Ah08、Ah09、Dh02染色体上QTL有成簇分布的现象,并在3个亚群体中检测到一些受环境影响较小、稳定遗传的QTL。这些QTL可以在今后应用于分子标记辅助选择。  相似文献

以隧道热害问题为背景,通过模型试验、近似模拟湿喷技术、定量分析及微观测试相结合的方法研究不同掺量玄武岩纤维喷射混凝土劈裂强度和粘结强度等力学性能的影响,横向对比标准养护和干热养护下的不同体积掺量的玄武岩纤维混凝土的力学性能,同时也加入硅灰以及钢钎维作为参照,以便从机理程度上提出更有效的解决热害措施。试验研究表明:在混凝土中加入玄武岩纤维,对混凝土起到了增强和阻裂的作用,改善了混凝土的脆性易裂的破坏状况。干热环境下,加入少量的玄武岩纤维能够提高混凝土的力学性能。当玄武岩掺量为0.1%玄+5%硅灰时,喷射混凝土的力学性能最好,加入0.2%玄武岩纤维掺量,也有一定程度的改善。实际隧道施工中,可通过加入适量的玄武岩纤维和适量的硅灰,可降低混凝土在热害环境下的危害。  相似文献

中熟转基因抗虫杂交棉中棉所70具有高产优质特点,由高产且综合性状优良的抗虫棉SGK 156与品质优异的渐渗系材料901-001为亲本配制。本文对该杂交种F1及其自交后代F2、F2:3、F2:4和F2:5共4个分离世代材料的皮棉产量和品质性状进行了详细调查和相关性分析。结果表明,杂种F1纤维品质表现突出,上半部平均长度平均为33.00 mm,断裂比强度为33.3 c N·tex-1。在分离群体中,各性状均存在大量的超亲变异,衣分与纤维长度及强度为极显著负相关,与马克隆值为极显著正相关,说明棉花产量与品质间的同步改良仍存在困难。此外,从F2:5株系中挑选出11个优异品系,其中4个材料的皮棉产量超对照,上半部平均长度均高于31.80 mm,断裂比强度在31.0 c N·tex-1以上,铃重均大于6.26 g,衣分最高为38.64%,这表明通过高代自交是可以筛选出具有优异产量及品质性状的品系。本研究为棉花数量性状遗传、基因功能分析、基因聚合育种改良等研究储备了大量的基础材料。  相似文献

In this paper,the adherence and thermal barrier properties of A12O3-based ceramic metal gradient coating with the method of oxyacetylene-flam-spray are studied. The results show that the physical and chemical compatibilities between the coating and the substrate are improved by adding Cu,Ni/Al and the gradient coating,and to relax thermal stress and interface stress in coat and at the same time to increase adherence property of coating. Besides,the gradient coating has good spalling resistance,erosion resistance to high temperature liquid iron and the effect of thermal barrier properties is remarkable.  相似文献

为开发利用葛藤和甘蔗梢,生产优质青贮,调制了6 种混合比例的葛藤与甘蔗梢混合青贮。6 种混合青贮是按葛藤:甘蔗梢(质量比)分别为10:0、9:1、8:2、7:3、6:4 和0:10 进行调制,分别表示为100K、9K1S、8K2S、7K3S、6K4S和100S。每个处理5 个重复,常温下贮存50 天后开封,测定化学成分和发酵品质。结果表明,甘蔗梢比例的升高能够提高葛藤甘蔗梢混合青贮的品质,随着甘蔗梢的比例升高(除100S),青贮料的干物质含量、pH值和氨态氮含量呈降低的趋势,中性洗涤纤维含量、半纤维素含量、乳酸含量、乙酸含量和丙酸含量呈升高趋势。综合来看,6 种混合比例中,6K4S青贮料的pH值、氨态氮含量较低,粗蛋白含量和乳酸含量较高,青贮品质最佳。  相似文献

Heading time in cereals is a composite character determined by vernalization requirement, photoperiodic sensitivity and narrow-sense earliness. To study the effects of added barley chromosomes on the heading characters in wheat, two sets of wheat-barley chromosome addition lines, i.e., ‘Betzes’ barley chromosomes 2H to 7H added to ’Chinese Spring‘ wheat (CS-Be2H to CS-Be7H) and ‘New Golden’ barley chromosomes 5H and 6H added to ‘Shinchunaga’ wheat (Shi-NG5H, Shi-NG6H), were examined for their heading characters. All barley chromosomes except Be6H affected vernalization requirement and/or narrow-sense earliness in CS or Shi. Be5H chromosome also slightly increased the photoperiodic sensitivity of CS. Shi-NG5H addition line showed significantly decreased vernalization requirement in comparison with Shi, whereas CS-Be5H did not show any difference from CS. The F1 hybrid of the cross, Shi-NG5H × CS-Be5H, exhibited the same level of vernalization insensitivity as the Shi-NG5H addition line, and plants with and without a vernalization requirement segregated in a 1 : 3 ratio in the F2 generation. These observations, together with previous reports, suggest that the decreased vernalization requirement in the Shi-NG5H addition line was caused by the presence of a major dominant gene for spring habit, Sh2, located on the NG5H barley chromosome. Furthermore, this study revealed that the Sh2 gene in barley has a similar but weaker effect than the wheat vernalization insensitive gene, Vrn1, on the vernalization response in wheat. 为了研究二月兰花色苷成分组成特点,本试验以3份二月兰为试材,利用特征颜色反应确定二月兰花瓣的色素类型,并通过高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术(HPLC-Q-TOF-MS)分析花色苷种类及其含量。研究结果表明,3份二月兰花瓣中均不含类胡萝卜素,除白色花瓣以外,其余均含花色苷。蓝紫色花瓣的花色苷含量最高,粉色次之。在二月兰花瓣中共检测到了7种花色苷成分,通过与已有文献比对,推定其成分为矢车菊素3-芸香糖苷、锦葵素3,5-二葡萄糖苷、矢车菊素3-香豆酰葡萄糖苷-5-葡萄糖苷、矢车菊素3-p-香豆酰二葡萄糖苷-5-葡萄糖苷、矢车菊素3-阿魏酰槐糖苷-5-丙二酰葡萄糖苷、矢车菊素3-香豆酰槐糖苷-5-丙二酰葡萄糖苷、矢车菊素3-(6′-丙二酰葡糖苷-2′-(6′′-香豆酰-2′′-羟基苯甲酰葡糖苷))-5-丙二酰葡糖苷。粉色花瓣中仅含矢车菊素的花色苷衍生物,而蓝紫色花瓣中则含矢车菊素和锦葵素的花色苷衍生物。本研究为二月兰花色苷成分的进一步分离和鉴定工作提供了参考,同时也为二月兰花色的分子育种提供理论依据。  相似文献

通过模糊综合评价方法评价复合苹果片的感官品质,并对其营养及功能成分进行测定分析,验证其评价结果的准确性。在9个复合苹果片的样品中,以样品2的品质最好,其制备工艺配方为:在苹果粉中添加25%体积分数的乙醇、5%质量分数的β-环糊精、2.5%质量分数的砂糖、0.5%质量分数的柠檬酸,制得的复合苹果片富含糖、酸等营养成分及膳食纤维、果胶等功能成分。模糊综合评价的结果准确反映了复合苹果片各样品的感官品质状况,是一种较科学、合理、客观的感官品质评价方法。  相似文献
