Product family management is a key support technology to implement mass customized production. Various products in product family are similar in functional characters, physical characters and technological characters, which is an important character of product family. Based on the products represents and mapping relations in functional domain and physical domain, a method of classifying product family is presented by comparing similarity of both functional requirements in functional domain and design parameters in physical domain. The process of classifying product family by virtue of this method is also discussed. At last, a case is introduced to illustrate the application of this method.  相似文献

Product development is an integrated and interactive process. This paper proposes that there are three domains in the process of product development, i.e. product domain, organization domain and process domain, viewed at three angles of product, organization and process of product development. It is proposed that product domain is the core of these three domains, and then gets interrelations within them. The method of classifying parts and components in product domain is put forward, and the corresponding organization domain and process domain are put forward. The direction of parts and components domain is pointed out. In the end, this paper gives an example applied to the method in a motorcycle enterprise.  相似文献

In modern society, in order to make full use of information, enterprise not only communicates with interior, but also with the other enterprise. The old PDM (Product Data Management) system can not meet the requirement of enterprise in functions and ranges of management. To retrieve product data easily, the modern enterprises need to store product lifecycle information. At the same time, it is also necessary to expand the function of PDM, in order to share its network information, meet its requirement of collaborating design and make suppliers and partners expediently take part in the management of product data. To deal with the complexity problems of design tasks decomposition and allocation in the process of product collaborative innovation, a task decomposition model based on mapping level function, structure and task and fuzzy search and matching collaborative partners is proposed by considering the dependencies between the design tasks and the design capacity constraints of innovative subjects. Then on the basis of studying the classification and attributes of design resource, a design resources allocation model with resource use threshold is established to compensate the lack of resource allocation by the priority strategy for design tasks, and the simulation modeling for task-resource allocation based on the time colored Petri net is carried out. Finally, a product collaborative innovation design R & D case of a certain brand phone is imported to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.  相似文献

According to the instant demand coming from the collaborative product development of small and medium manufacturing enterprises, this paper brings out a kind of a collaborative product development service-on-demand mode based on web-service, and a framework for this service-on-demand mode are also given. According to these, this research sets up a web based collaborative product development service platform, analyzes the function structure, service flow and the main implement techniques. The service pattern and the platform have already applied to collaborative product development in small and medium manufacturing enterprises and have helped to increase technique innovation, reduce the total time and cost in development process.  相似文献

为进一步完善有机产品认证制度,规范有机产品生产、加工和销售活动,国家认证认可监督管理委员会(以下简称国家认监委)对《有机产品》国家标准和对《有机产品认证实施规则》进行了修订,并制定了《有机产品认证目录》。在当前新标准和新法规出台的形势下,从事有机产品生产的企业如何做好有机产业,是一个大家共同关注的问题,也是迫在眉捷、亟需解决的问题。笔者重点介绍了中国新版有机产品标准和法规体系修订的重点内容,同时指出在新版有机产品标准及相关法规体系下企业如何做好有机产业,即:(1)企业领导应该高度重视;(2)注重人才培养;(3)选择合适的有机农业生产模式;(4)加强与认证机构、地方质检和工商部门的沟通。  相似文献

Abstract:To manage suppliers who are involved in product collaborative design and innovation, on the basis of collating and analyzing 35 literatures related to co design process and supplier management activities, a three tier model of supplier management in collaborative product development is put forward, which includes tiers of long term strategic management, product development project and co design task. In terms of collaborative product development process, an overall management activities model about suppliers is built. Methods of supplier selection and performance evaluation are studied. 利用1991—2004年的数据,对新疆农业总产值与农业信贷余额之间的关系做出了实证分析,以便对过去十几年来农业信贷投入的效率做出评价。基于协整分析并利用Granger因果关系检验对新疆农业总产值与农业信贷之间关系进行研究。结果表明,在选取的样本区间内,新疆农业总产值与农业信贷存在协整关系,即长期均衡关系。新疆农业信贷投入对农业总产值有着正向作用,长期弹性达43.96%。Granger因果关系检验表明,农业信贷不是新疆农业总产值的Granger原因,说明农业信贷虽然对新疆农业总产值有正向作用,但还没有成为重要影响因素。  相似文献

Customer involvement in product innovation can improve design efficiency effectively. Identifying customer knowledge quickly and applying it into the process of product design can enhance the product design capability of manufacturing enterprise. Rough set theory is used to simplify the variety of customer knowledge and identify the important customer knowledge. In order to select the customer with great contribution, a customer knowledge contribution measurement model based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and Shapley (FAHP S) is proposed to determine the importance weights of customer knowledge and member influence weights in group decision. This article deals with the research on the features and collaborative process of independent development of key automobile parts. It generally employed concurrent engineering theory and technologies of Internet & Intranet, computer aided design (CAD), computer aided manufacturing (CAM) and product data management (PDM). Field knowledge on independent development of key automobile parts was concluded and a set of concurrent collaborative environment and key enabling supporting technologies that face the independent development of automobile body panel dies were also built up. Meanwhile it introduced the secondary development methods of knowledge based engineering (KBE) to implement the knowledge transformation of designing and manufacturing experiences for an enterprise. 为综合分析影响家庭农场发展的各因素,进而制定合理的家庭农场发展战略,文章首先结合SWOT分析法和层次分析模型构造出家庭农场发展的优势、劣势、机会、威胁分析模型,然后定量分析各因素,进而对家庭农场的发展战略进行定位。研究表明,当前中国家庭农场应以争取型战略为主,即应重点利用家庭农场发展的外部机遇克服面临的内部阻碍,积极完善土地流转制度、完善基础设施建设以及培育新型职业农民;同时以开拓型战略为辅,即巩固家庭农场规模效益明显、产品竞争力强等优势,采取加快土地流转、引进先进科学技术和管理技术等措施。  相似文献

Community-oriented collaborative design is an emergent form of collaborative product development, in which the range of collaborative partners extends to wide area community members. It is difficult to construct the organization network because the accurate features of the wide area community members are hard to access. Aiming at this problem, an organization network constructing method based on bidding mechanism is proposed. First, the bidding process based on contract net with confirmation protocol (CNCP) is presented. Then, considering the false profit declared by the bidders, a multiple rounds bidding process combined with genetic algorithm (GA) is used to get the best sub-projects allocation scheme, in which the total payment of sub-projects is minimal and the project due time is satisfied. A case analysis shows that the method can eliminate the false profit declared by the bidders and provides an operable way to construct network organization for community-oriented collaborative design.  相似文献
