绿色蔬菜加工中护绿技术的研究及进展 总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10
针对绿色蔬菜在加工过程中失绿的现象,综合分析了变色机理及近年来在加工中常用的护色技术.结果表明,脱镁叶绿素a、b,焦脱镁叶绿素a、b及脱镁叶绿酸a、b的形成,是造成绿色蔬菜色泽劣化的主要原因.从应用上看,目前常用的金属离子护色法效果较好,但其安全性仍有待于进一步研究;而改用叶绿素衍生物染色技术效果也很理想,并且其食品安全已被认可,因此这种方法已成为目前护色时常选用的安全有效方法. 相似文献

空气中广泛分布着细菌、真菌孢子、放线菌和病毒等生物粒子,而绿地具有杀菌、降尘、清洁空气等功效,对改善环境,提高人们生活品质具有重要意义。许多研究者开始关注绿地的抑菌功能,对绿地空气微生物的类型、浓度、粒径范围以及影响绿地空气微生物群落变化的因素进行了较系统的研究。笔者总结了中国绿地空气微生物的主要种类、检测内容以及变化动态,并简要探讨绿地空气微生物的发展前景,认为应进一步开展绿地空气微生物的毒理学研究以及植物协同抑菌功能是今后的研究方向。 相似文献

以“光”作为景观要素,探讨城市带状绿地中如何营造良好的景观光环境。目前对园林景观中的光环境,社会及业内已开始逐渐关注,但对特定的城市绿地类型中光景观的应用几乎没有系统的论述。笔者以丽水市大溪江滨江景观带为例,对城市带状绿地光环境营造的规划原则和设计方法进行初步总结和探讨,指出城市带状绿地光景观规划应基于掌握规划对象所在地光气候条件及解读规划对象属性的基础上,遵循功能性、连续性和整体性原则,设计时可使用建构空间、引导流线;突出焦点、塑造形象;烘托氛围、营造意境;彰显四季,见证朝暮等具体方法。通过研究,以期为光景观与城市绿地的和谐相融提供一定的启迪。 相似文献

In this paper a nonsteady heat flux equation for car body is established and the formulationof transmission function coeficient of the cooling load is derived. Automobile comfort dynamic simulation is necessary when we predict and evaluate the comfort of a automobile or optimize performance of automobile. The nine DOF vibration model of automobile is established , which acts root mean square value of body in multiple work conditions as comfort evaluation indices. Based on the comfort simulation, the Hongyan 1160 is predicted in the way of comfort. The programmes can be used in many different automobiles . The computational result indicates that the model can simulate vibration of automobile truly. It is significant to research automobile comfort evaluation to optimize performance of automobile and comfort simulation .The computational program can be applied to optimize or simulate which has some reference value. 相似文献

In this article, modal analysis technology about dynamic analysis was studied. Free interface model comprehensive method was used to dynamic analysis and design of automobile structure based on theory background of model analysis, test technology conditions, data reliability and precision. In order to test the efficient and possibility of the method, main vibration features about space double layer has been calculated based on this method, comparing this with the precise solution of finite element method, the result shows that this method is suitable not only for simple interfaces between components but also for high reductive interfaces. In addition, the method also has high comprehensive precision. Furthermore it creates conditions to dynamic analysis in automobile structures. 相似文献

随着人们健康意识的不断提高,作为一种天然绿色保健产品,麦绿素产品越来越受到人们的青睐。在国内,麦绿素产品也引起科研工作者的高度重视。近年来,我国科研工作者对麦绿素产品的原料来源、生产工艺、麦绿素的活性成分,以及麦绿素的生理功能都进行了大量的实验研究,为麦绿素产品的生产和临床应用提供了科学的实验数据和技术支持。从原料来源、主要成分、生理功能和生产工艺等方面记述了麦绿素产品在国内的研究状况以及取得的研究成果,并提出了麦绿素研究今后要注重的一些问题和研究方向。 相似文献

By the monthly economic date about Chinese automobile and other relevant date,an analysis is first conducted that whether the automobile stock of China can significantly adjust the demand of automobile market or not.Second,a regression model and a time-series model which are used to forecast the demand of automobile of China are founded.Third,the income elasticity and price elasticity about the monthly demand of automobile of China are also analyzed.Conclusions are that automobile stock of China can't significantly adjust the automobile demand,that lag-two income of consumer and automobile price significantly affect the monthly demand of automobile,and that the price elasticity of automobile demand is big than lag-two income elasticity.At last,some proposal is put forward. 相似文献

绿茶低温负压干燥工艺优化研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
干燥是绿茶品质定型的关键工序之一,为生产优质绿茶,尤其是保留色泽和营养成分,对绿茶的干燥工艺进行了探索。通过比较传统热风干燥和低温负压干燥,发现低温负压的干燥效率平均提高30%,且在内质成分保留方面具有明显优势。分别以干燥时间、叶绿素、水浸出物、氨基酸,儿茶素和茶多酚含量为考察指标,采用多指标正交试验优化绿茶低温负压干燥工艺,结果表明,绿茶最优低温负压干燥条件为干燥温度75℃,负压(0.03MPa)4min,低温15min。应用最优工艺加工超微茶粉,与传统工艺超微茶粉比较发现,低温负压干燥技术可有效保留原茶主要品质成分,提高超微茶粉品质。 相似文献

为研究绿茶栗香形成的干燥工艺及机理,笔者综述了近30年来国内外的香气及栗香相关研究,发现香气的研究较多而栗香的研究却少有提及。栗香香型虽已做出细分并探究出其关键组分,但仅在香气理论上猜测其形成机理,尚未基于加工工艺探究其具体机理。此外,栗香的影响因素并未做深入探究,仅推测出杀青、干燥工艺是栗香形成的关键因素,今后还需基于干燥工艺及参数等方面进行系统性研究。本论文归纳了栗香的相关文献报道,探讨了栗香形成的关键工艺,并着重分析了干燥工艺对栗香形成的影响,以期为栗香绿茶的定向加工提供理论依据。 相似文献
