In the light of this paper puts foreword a method for the reliability apportionment of the series system. A method of diesel engine fuel system fault diagnosis based on wavelet transform and fuzzy C-means clustering is presented. Five characteristic parameters of reflecting fault state are distilled with wavelet transform of pressure wave of high-pressure oil pipe of diesel. The theory and generic approach of fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm (FCM) is given, and the validity of evaluating fuzzy clustering making use of partition coefficient, partition entropy and parting coefficient is pointed out. Identification of fault mode can be completed utilizing standard fault character modes established by FCM algorithm, and calculating and comparing the similarity degree between this standard mode and sample. The arithmetic is applied to all kinds of typical faults diagnose in the diesel engine fuel system. Measuring results indicate that the precision of fault diagnosis is increased with the analysis of wavelet and FCM.  相似文献

In this paper,the four-moment reliability analysis method for perfopmance function implicit structure is discussed. Discrete formulas expressed by Gauss-quadrature are presented when determine the parameter of probability density function which is established based on maximum entropy theory. The method in this paper is proposed for performance function implicit structure. Particularly, the discrete formulas used in this paper largely reduce calculating work with the same precision, so that the time-consume problem of four-moment reliability anlaysis is solved.  相似文献

On the basis of analysing problems of conventional fuzzy controller in the design of the structure and algorithm, this paper puts forward a kind of control algorithm that is fuzzy and Adaptive PI coordinate decision controller (FACDC) . It adopts the hierarchial control structure imitating intelligent control and combines fuzzy controller and adaptive PI controller. It takes full advantage of two controllers. Since the algorithm of FACDC in model reference fuzzy adaptive algorithm, it avoids the complexity of conventional adaptive algorithm.  相似文献

Based on fuzzy sets theory, a kind of method for analyzing the sensitivity in engineering structures of which design parameters are fuzzy variables is presented. The structural response sensitivity is analyzed by means of "simulate load" method and "virtual load" method, and a formula for calculating the fuzzy displacement sensitivity and fuzzy stress sensitivity is developed. This paper presents the concept of equivalent-unit and the solution method of state probabilities for short-term reliability evaluation for generation systems. The ideas and methods are applied to evaluate short-term reliability of intercommected power systems,and the models of equivalent assistance,which can be conveniently combined with subsystem models,are propesed. The models and algorithm proposed not only solve the difficult problem of "state explosion" , but also improve the calculating accuracy. A numerical example is given to show that the models and algorithm are feasible and effective.  相似文献

Site dynamic balance is a important element in installation and maintenance of heavy rotary mechanism. It's hard to discharge testing weights, and the remanent weights will effect the result of balance test. The paper presents a kind of dynamic balance algorithm which need not to discharge the test weights, basing on influence coefficient. The principle of the algorithm is to balance the sum of original unbalance weights and testing weights by the result balance weights. In the algorithm , the influence coefficient of last time can be used optionally for the same rotor. Then developing a dynamic balance system building on it. The site experimental results indicates that this algorithm has a high balance precision, predigests the steps and reduces the operation time.  相似文献

For the safety of salt rock underground deposit, uncertainties and their influences are considered, and failure probability during operation period is analyzed. Based on finite element model, equation of limit state surface is transformed into explicit equation by response surface method. Combined with Monte Carlo method, computation efficiency is improved. The deposit could be simulated as a series-parallel system. The element with highest failure probability is determined first, then failure mode and system reliability are computed. Taking Jintan underground gas deposit as an example, the analysis indicates that as storage pressure increases, failure probability of middle part of deposit decreases firstly, then increases gradually when storage pressure accumulates to a certain extent. The failure probabilities of upper part and underside of deposit increase as storage pressure increases. During operation period, controlled failure mode is shear failure of upper part and underside of deposit under high storage pressure. In conclusion, the storage pressure during operation period should be controlled strictly.  相似文献

An optimal active power adjustment model is deve in this paper for hybrid AC/DC systems after outage contingencies. The objective of the model is to minimize the rejection of load when some elements are out of service, with adjustment strategy approaching practical system operation. A large number of outage contingencies are simulated when the Monte-Carlo Method is emyloyed to evaluate the system reliability, requiring fast calculation of each simulation. The model and computer method proposed in this paper satisfy such a requirment because of the application of concentric relaxation, recursive branch constraint treatment in linear programming and a direct method for B-1 matrix modification. This paper is concerned with the simplified steady state conditions of the system based on DC load-flow, which implies the reliability indices calculated are the measures about static loss of load. The results for a 14-bus hybrid AC/DC system are given.  相似文献

A section algorithm of reliability evaluation for complex medium voltage Electrical Distribution Networks (EDNs) using adjacency multilist (AM) is proposed. The constructing method for AM is introduced. The AM can be used to store the structure data of EDNs and to solve the problem of space & time complexity. A new power flow algorithm of backward / forward sweep is proposed and a fast algorithm of forming sections in distribution network is put forward. The proposed algorithm makes a perfect combination of the power flow algorithm and the section algorithm of reliability evaluation, which makes efforts to decrease the work of programming and saves the computing time. Applying the proposed algorithm in RBTS-BUS6 system and actual EDNs, the reliability assessment results show that the algorithm has an advantage of saving time and possesses efficiency in engineering practicality.  相似文献

A kind of small scale wind tunnel with low velocity is proposed according to the characteristics of strong ionization discharge chamber and the demands of discharge for flux, velocity and flow fields. On the precondition that the airflow field and velocity is satisfied, aerodynamic design and structural design are carried out. Key techniques are studied including overall structure, aerodynamic and structural design of airflow vent and collection vent, aerodynamic and structural design of power section, flow rate adjustment and control, and cooling system of motor. Based on the design scheme, a small scale wind tunnel with strong ionization discharge for an enterprise is developed. Application indicates that the small scale wind tunnel is a practical and effective airflow loop device for high pressure and strong ionization discharge with the features of stability and reliability.  相似文献

In order to calculate and analyze the effect of two transmission lines in parallel on the reliability evaluation of bulk power system, a model including independent outage, common mode outage and dependent outage of these lines is deduced and a new algorithm corresponding to the model is presented. Two transmission lines in parallel including common mode outages and dependent outages can be really simulated as a multi-state component. While reliability indices are calculated, the probability and frequency of independent outage, common mode outage and dependent outage of a system failure state can be calculated at the same time, and computation complexity is reduced. The proposed model and algorithm are applied to the RBTS system, IEEE One Area RTS96 system and a real power system for reliability computation and analysis. Results show that the new algorithm is credible and validity.  相似文献

The load changed of motor affects normal run. If it is not adjusted, the state of motor will become poor, while it affects steady of the system. This paper presents an efficient method for the motor speed controlling, it applies Tacagi-Sugeno's method that each linear submodels are connected for fuzzy algorithm, an algorithm of the fuzzy model identifying and fuzzy control is fulfilled through whole nonlinear model which are replaced with local linear models. It makes speed of motor to maintain steady, and variable structure control is applied to guarantee performance of dynamic flowing for process controlled, the design of stability and robustness is proposed in the scheme. Practice running results show that it is efficient that uncertain dynamic processes are controlled.  相似文献

Using the flaw-detecting with ultrasonic wave one may know the equivalant area of a crack that burys in the member. If the crack is ellipse shaped, the equivalant area is constant, and the distribution function of its major semiaxle and the plane strain fracture toughness of the material are given, then we would get the probability of reliability of the member under the uniform tension. In this condition, a formula of calculating the probability would be provided in this paper. Along with the extensive use of power cable lines in power distribution system, the probability of fundamental frequency resonance has greatly increased. It may endanger the security operation and power supply reliability of the power system. On the basis of theoretical analysis and numerical calculations using MATLAB language combined with a real instance, it is indicated that the improper electrical parameter coordination caused by the abundance of power cable lines result in fundamental frequency current resonance, in addition, the countermeasures based on SVC to solve the problem are put forward. Further more, digital simulations have been carried out in detail based on the dynamic simulation model developed by the application of MATLAB/Simulink and its power system simulation software. Simulation results proves the effectiveness and practicability of the scheme presented.  相似文献

The characteristic and shortcoming of the common algorithm of constrained two-dimensional Non-Guillotine Optimal cutting stock problem are analysed. Base of designing a model of cutting stock problem, a new heuristic algorithm applying column generation algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm is shown. The presentation of the processing steps and the data structure prove that the algorithm has fast computing speed and excellent result. An examples by the algorithm are given, which indicates the algorithm is new and effective.  相似文献
