共用了116头不同组合的杂种和纯种猪来测定各项性能,30头杂种和纯种进行屠体品质测定。山西黑猪、内江猪、巴克夏猪分别与山西本地猪正反交,同时纯种也设平行的对照。日增重方面,除本地♂与巴克夏♀外,其它组合均表现较显著的杂种优势。其中黑本、本黑,巴本的杂种优势极显著。纯种猪中,黑猪的日增重显著地高于巴克夏和本地猪,但稍低于内江猪。父本的比较中,以黑猪的杂交效果为最好。肥育性能的正反交差异均不显著,但反交略优于正交。胴体品质方面,标志产肉能力的胴体长、眼肌面积、屠宰率呈中间遗传;腹内产脂能力的花油、板油呈显性或超显性遗传;皮厚,膘厚呈中间遗传,但不同的杂交组合表现出不同的遗传规律。改良产瘦肉能力的根本手段是选择而不是杂交。 相似文献

豫西黑猪与不同品种猪间体尺性状、胴体性状和肉质性状的比较与分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
本研究旨在比较河南省地方品种豫西黑猪与河南地方培育品种(豫南黑猪)及引进猪种(大白猪)在体尺性状、胴体性状和肉质性状上的差异,为河南省地方品种猪的开发和利用提供参考。选择同等条件下健康状况良好的6头(112.07±4.31)kg豫西黑猪、8头(110.00±4.54)kg豫南黑猪及8头(108.89±8.78)kg大白猪进行性能测定与分析。结果显示:对于体尺性状,豫西黑猪的体长高于豫南黑猪和大白猪(P<0.01),胸围高于大白猪(P<0.01),腿臀围低于豫南黑猪和大白猪(P<0.05),其他指标品种间差异不显著。对于胴体性状,豫西黑猪的平均背膘厚、皮厚、皮率、脂肪率均高于豫南黑猪和大白猪(P<0.01),瘦肉率、腿臀比例均低于豫南黑猪和大白猪(P<0.01)。对于肉质性状,豫西黑猪的肉色、大理石纹、肌内脂肪含量均高于大白猪(P<0.01),与豫南黑猪间差异不显著。综上,豫西黑猪的肉质性状各项指标均优于豫南黑猪和大白猪,体尺性状和胴体性状的相关指标有待于进一步改善。 相似文献

应用PCR-RFLP技术分析了岔路黑猪(56头)、嘉兴黑猪(50头)和Ⅰ系金华猪(109头)群体中MyoG基因的基因频率和基因型频率分布,测定了21头纯种岔路黑猪的胴体和肉质性状,并采用一般线性模型分析了MyoG基因型与以上性状的相关性。结果表明:岔路猪群体中AA型纯合子占绝大多数(84%),BB型纯合子最少(4%),A基因频率占90%;嘉兴黑猪群体中只有一种基因型(AA);而金华猪(Ⅰ系)群体中BB与AB基因型频率相当(分别为45%、46%),B基因频率大约为A基因频率的2倍。MyoG基因对岔路猪胴体重、后腿重、胴体长等胴体性状有显著影响,但对岔路猪肉质性状无显著影响。 相似文献

秦川牛及其杂种牛生长性能及杂种优势研究 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
通过对4月龄纯种秦川牛(QQ)67头,安秦杂种牛(红安格斯牛♂×秦川牛♀,AQ)36头、德秦杂种牛(德国黄牛♂×秦川牛♀,DQ)14头和利秦杂种牛(利木赞牛♂×秦川牛♀,LQ)47头,共计164头牛生长发育性状特点及杂种优势的研究,发现LQ、DQ、AQ与QQ相比,在体重、体长、体高、胸围、十字部高等重要指标上具有明显的杂种优势。初步鉴定3个杂交组合后代在生长性能方面优于秦川牛纯种,表现杂种优势,达到改良目的。其中LQ与其他两个杂交群体相比,在生长发育过程中表现出更好的发育趋势,即LQ>DQ>AQ>QQ,是较为理想的杂交组合,而AQ和DQ群体在后期发育和被毛颜色上有不可替代的优越性。 相似文献

为了解江泉黑猪的产肉和肉质特性,本试验选取在相同条件下饲养的100 kg左右的江泉黑猪阉公猪、母猪和杜长大三元杂交猪各10头按照相关规定进行屠宰和肉品质测定。对两种猪胴体指标(胴体重、胴体长、眼肌面积、背膘厚等)、肉质的物理指标(pH、肉色、大理石纹、滴水损失等)、常规化学指标(粗蛋白质、肌内脂肪、水分、灰分含量等)及江泉黑猪氨基酸含量进行了测定。结果表明,与杜长大三元杂交猪相比,江泉黑猪胴体瘦肉率较低,眼肌面积降低了30%左右(P<0.05),而胴体背膘厚较高(P<0.05)。江泉黑猪在肉色、大理石纹、滴水损失、失水率、烹饪损失和肌内脂肪含量等指标上均显著优于杜长大三元杂交猪(P<0.05),其中滴水损失、失水率和烹饪损失分别降低了约4.0%、3.1%和2.7%,肌内脂肪含量提高了约150.0%。由此可见,江泉黑猪在瘦肉产量上低于杜长大三元杂交猪,但在保水性、肌内脂肪含量、肉色、大理石纹等肉质指标上明显优于杜长大三元杂交猪,可为消费者提供品质优良的猪肉。 相似文献

To further understand the germplasm characteristics of Jiangquan Black pig,100 kg Jiangquan Black pigs (10 barrows, 10 sows) and 10 Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire (DLY) pigs under the same conditions were randomly selected to analyse the slaughter performance and meat quality according to related rules. After slaughtered,the carcass index (carcass weight, loin muscle area, carcass length and backfat thickness etc), meat quality physical indicators (pH, meat color, marbling, drip loss etc), gerneral chemical index (the contents of crude protein, intramuscular fat, moisture and ash etc) and the proportion of amino acids in Jiangquan Black pig were analyzed. The results showed that, Jiangquan Black pig carcass lean meat rate was relatively low, the loin muscle area was reduced by about 30% (P<0.05) compared with DLY pig, while the backfat thickness was higher than that of DLY pig (P<0.05). The meat color, marbling, drip loss, cooking loss, water loss rate index and intramuscular fat content of Jiangquan Black pig were significantly better than that of DLY pigs (P<0.05), the rate of water loss and drip loss and cooking loss were decreased by 4.0%, 3.1% and 2.7%, intramuscular fat content increased by 150.0%. Therefore, The lean yield of Jiangquan Black pig was less than DLY pig, but water retention property, intramuscular fat content, meat color, marbling, meat quality indexes were significantly better than that of DLY pig. In conclusion, Jiangquan Black pig could provide good quality pork for consumers. 相似文献

To evaluate the influence of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC) F4 receptors on production traits in pigs, ETEC F4ab, F4ac, and F4ad adhesion phenotypes and 27 traits related to growth, carcass, meat quality, and length of the small intestine in a White Duroc x Erhualian intercross population were measured. Performance data revealed that pigs with the F4ab or F4ac receptor (adhesive phenotypes) had greater (P < 0.01) ADG during the fattening period (from 46 to 240 d) and carcass weight and length at 240 d than pigs lacking the receptors (nonadhesive phenotype). Conversely, animals having the F4ad receptor had less (P < 0.01) ADG during the fattening period and carcass weight than those lacking the receptor. In total, 8 adhesion patterns (A to H) for the 3 F4 strains were observed in this experimental population. Pigs with both F4ab and F4ac receptors (phenotype B) had greater (P < 0.01) ADG, carcass weight, and length at 240 d compared with pigs without the F4 receptors. No difference was found (P > 0.05) in traits related to meat quality, fatness, and length of the small intestine between pigs with or without the receptors. On the basis of the antagonistic relationship between susceptibility to F4ab/ac and production traits, we speculate that the prevalence of the ETEC F4ab/ac adhesive phenotype in pig populations is attributable to balanced natural and artificial selection. 相似文献

小梅山猪是我国优良的地方品种猪,纯种小梅山猪体型小而紧凑细致、繁殖力高、杂种优势明显,为了更好地保护与利用这一优秀种质资源,本试验对小梅山猪育种中心纯种小梅山猪的种质指标进行测定,并分析其杂交利用情况。结果表明:该猪场现有猪群的群体近交系数为0.1953,头胎平均总产仔数为(13.57±3.70)头,头胎平均产活仔数为(12.75±4.23)头;2胎及2胎以上平均总产仔数为(14.09±4.17)头,2胎及2胎以上平均产活仔数为(13.39±3.92)头,后肢畸形率为0.40%,黑脚为0.60%,杂毛为0.20%,驼背为1.40%;纯种小梅山猪日增重、饲料转化率、胴体瘦肉率分别为324.4g/d、4.01∶1、46.23%,而培育的长白×小梅山二元杂交猪和大约克×长白×小梅山三元杂交猪日增重、饲料转化率、胴体瘦肉率分别为553.7 g/d、3.31、53.33%和622.3g/d、3.18、57.83%。 相似文献

试验以通城猪为母本,长白猪(瑞典)、大白猪(英国)为父本进行三元杂交,对两个三元杂交猪(长×(大×通)、大×(长×通),简称为长×大×通、大×长×通)及亲本分别从生长性能、胴体性状及肉品质方面进行了比较。结果显示,长×大×通和大×长×通三元杂交猪的生长性能、胴体性状及肉品质均表现出较好的杂种优势。长×大×通三元杂交猪的测定期平均日增重、料重比、活体背膘厚、剪切力、大理石纹和肌内脂肪含量的杂种优势率分别为12.54%、-13.89%、10.39%、-8.71%、-8.33%和8.57%,大×长×通的杂种优势率分别为10.81%、-11.05%、10.55%、-6.50%、6.67%和2.44%。长×大×通和大×长×通两者比较,长×大×通三元杂交猪的试验期平均日增重、眼肌面积及腿臀肉骨率分别为843.4 g/d、34.51 cm2和73.54%,大×长×通三元杂交猪分别为808.6 g/d、31.45 cm2和70.67%,二者差异均显著(P<0.05)。综上所述,以通城猪为母本进行的两个三元杂交猪的生长和胴体性状显著优于亲本通城猪,肉质显著优于亲本长白猪和大白猪,且长×大×通组合优于大×长×通组合。 相似文献
