The design method on the hydraulic control system is one of the key technologies of a metal V-belt continuously variable transmission(CVT).It can change the ratio of the transmission system by adjusting the pushing force of the pulley.By analyzing the structure characteristics and force relations,the design method of an important parameter of the CVT hydraulic system and the rate of transmission ratio,are put forward by simulating to the emblematical driving models.The structure parameters of the hydraulic system is gotten and validated by simulation on specific driving model.An effective design method is provided to develop the continuously variable transmission system.  相似文献

Reducing the driving resistance for the present push-pull driving circuit for power module will make the time shorter,but this process will result in the increase of current and voltage thermal stress. Therefore,a novel driving method based on dSPACE is introduced and validated on the basis of analyzing the failure mechanism and thermal model of power module. The ascending theory of case-temperature is investigated and then an exponential curve is achieved for power module. Experiments prove that the method has a good driving and protective performance,and it effectively reduces harmonics of output current and voltage in the new energy conversion system,and enhances the voltage utilization rate and waveforms quality. Thus the reliability of power module is greatly improved.  相似文献

According to the theory of parameters adaptive control and variable driving, for a kind of discrete nonlinear chaotic systems, a method of chaotic synchronization is presented for different system parameters. In the equation of parameters adaptive control, control coefficients are chaotic signal. Because control coefficients are constant usually for the former parameters adaptive control, so the parameters adaptive control method is very universal, namely the former parameters adaptive control methods are special examples in our control method. In accordance with the deficient elongation of the Stretching-bending Rectifier, as well as the severe wear and slipping of V-belt , the driving system velocity ratio of rectifier and the calculation formula of the theoretical elongation are deduced, which are based on the analysis of its structure and reeling principle. The carrying capacity of the driving system is also analyzed and it reaches the main reason for the elongation of the stretching-bending rectifier that cannot reach request, which is caused by the step less torsion of fixed output of the continuously variable transmission. The improvement measure which can be achieved by increasing the stiffness of the spring to increase the output torsion of the continuously variable transmission is proposed. Thus it makes the actual coefficient of elongation,which can satisfiy the producing request.  相似文献

According to the AT minicar project of Changan Automobile CO.Ltd.,the system for simulating the dynamic driving mode of the powertrain with Automatic Transmission is established.The engine and hydraulic torque converter are tested,and the character diagrams are protracted.The two parameter shift rule and the driver fuzzy control module are established.On the basis of dynamical equation,the kinetic model of car is established.With the system,the dynamic and economical performances and ten-mode driving status are simulated.The simulation results show that the system can simulate the actual driving status well,the dynamic and economical performances of the minicar basically meet the technical requirements.The theoretic foundation is provided to the project.The foundation of cruise control is constituted.  相似文献

In the drive response method of Pecora and Carroll (the PC method), the response system is copied directly from drive system and is steady subsystem of drive system. But sometimes the PC method is disabled. Therefore, another method of realizing the drive response of chaos systems is put forward in this paper. The response system is not copied directly from steady subsystem of drive system, but is constructed from arbitrarily state variable of drive system. At the same time, the driving function is added in the response system, and the method of construction is pointed out. The method can realize the chaos synchronization that can not be realized by PC method.  相似文献

影响耕地面积变化的驱动因子复杂多变,难以确定。为了合理选择耕地面积的驱动因子,提高耕地面积的预测精度,指导耕地资源科学分配利用,通过采用一种基于GS-SVR自变量全组合预测均方误差(Mean Squared Error,MSE)最小原则的方法确定耕地面积的驱动因子。并以湖南省耕地面积变化为例,通过SVR-CAR、LSSVM、BPNN、ARIMA和MLRR等常用的时间序列预测方法来验证所选取驱动因子的有效性。结果表明,湖南省耕地面积变化的最优驱动因子组合为城市化水平和房地产业产值指数,且常用时间序列预测方法采用GS-SVR全组合方式选取的驱动因子组合大幅度提高了耕地面积的预测精度。采用GS-SVR自变量全组合均方误差最小原则的方法选择耕地面积的驱动因子是科学合理的,在耕地面积等时间序列预测领域具有广泛的应用前景。  相似文献

Influence of Pile Driving on Soil Resistance in Clay   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
With the increase of platform size, pipe piles with super large diameter and deep penetration are increasingly used in practice. In order to make accurate prediction of pile drivability, it is essential to evaluate the change of the soil properties under pile driving exactly, and it is the premise to predict the pile bearing capacity after pile driving. In order to learn more about the change of clay properties during pile driving, analysis on the pile driving record of 36 piles in Bohai area is conducted. According to the analysis, the soil resistance in the clay layers decreases as the depth increases, and it is very different from that in the sand layer. The FEM method is used to discuss the mechanism of this decrease. The back analysis is carried out to get more information. The results show that the clay properties are affected by the dynamic effect. The undrained shear strength of clay approximately decreases with the increase of thickness of the layer linearly. At the same time, a prediction is conducted based on results, and the result is closer to the pile driving record than that calculated by method normally used today.  相似文献

The path following control of a new type of 4-wheel differential omnidirectional mobile robot is studied. Based on the kinematics model and the artificial driving thought, a new kind of control method, i.e. following two reference point, which is different to the traditional following single point method, is designed. The proposed method adopts master-slave control model of the front and rear differential unit and separates the angular velocity control and velocity control of the differential unit to independently design the fuzzy controller. At last, the most representative path, the sine curve path following is simulated and the results show that the following control strategy is feasible, small overshoot, rapid responding and resolves the complex system with high degree of coupling in the following single point control.  相似文献

Based on the fuzzy control technology,the feedback control method of synthesized yaw rate and side slip angle is presented for the ESP system.The influence of nonlinear characteristics of tires on cornering characteristics and driving stability of vehicle is considered.The nonlinear tire model(Magic Formula) is adopted,and the four-wheel vehicle model with two degrees of freedom and a vehicle reference model are set up on this basis.Then the fuzzy controller of yaw rate and the fuzzy controller of side slip angle are designed and a simulation model generated by Simulink software is used.Simulation results show that the lateral stability of vehicle can be enhanced by controlling yaw rate and side slip angle with the synthesized feedback control method.  相似文献

This paper studies the problem of computer vision in the vehicle intelligent auxiliary driving system. An effective and real time method in highway to search and track obstacle is presented. Obstacle candidates are tracked and analyzed, false alarms generated by the object detector are recognized and rejected. Because parameter disturbed exist every practical system,so chaos synchronization for different system parameters is availabe. Chaos synchronization of continuous system for different system parameters is studied with the relation between chaotic synchronization and asymptotic stability, parameter adaptive and driving feedback. 在OV模型的基础上,进一步考虑预估驾驶行为对车流的影响,提出一个新的跟驰模型以获得预估驾驶行为与交通拥堵的关系。通过对新模型进行稳定性分析得到了系统的临界稳定条件。数值仿真结果表明:新模型能够模拟诸如时停时走、系统临界相变等实际交通现象,较OV模型更贴近于实际。同时,预估驾驶行为增强了交通流稳定性能,提高了车流陷入交通阻塞状态的阈值。最后以车速的平滑度和波动幅度最小为评价指标得到了新模型中预估参数的最优取值范围。  相似文献

为了预测围护结构内的温度和湿度分布,以连续变量,相对湿度和温度为驱动势,考虑热传递与湿传递之间的耦合作用,建立了围护结构热湿耦合传递非稳态模型,并提出了基于多物理场耦合仿真模拟软件COMSOL的热湿耦合传递模型简便求解方法。通过对比新建模型模拟结果与HAMSTAD标准验证实例,验证了模型及求解方法的准确性。  相似文献
