CAD Environment for Quoting Utility Boiler Based the Characteristic Construction

The authors discuss such questions for utility boiler as the complicated flameworks,combined quoting course, long cycle, hardly controlling the quoting veracity and so on. Based on the construction diagram of quoting design for utility boiler, Which is into the boiler sketch's construction and parameter characteristic. They are furnace construction, big screen superheater, high temperature superheater, low temperature superheater, high temperature reheater, low temperature reheater, economy coal implement, common use sign and standard sketch in boiler sketch, etc. According to demand of the quote design for utility boiler, the CAD environment of quoting system based on characteristic construction and parameter are developed. Total construction of this environment , developing characteristics and function of this system are given.

The characteristics of two dimensional bar code are analyzed, then the technological characteristics and the composition of logistic bar code are discussed.Through the analysis of application in medicine trade logistics management system,the PDF417 two dimensional bar code is used to make out a selling invoice, medicines stock,etc. With PDF417 two dimensional bar code , the medicine trade logistics management system overcomes many difficult problems, makes the whole system to be more efficient, completes the plan, organization, coordination and control of trade partners, logistic, information ,business,finance etc., and strengthens the connection between the trade partners.     

On the Extension of the Stock Model

Stock model of economical order batch is established under the objective of maximum total profit according to the hypotheses of constant demand rate.Based on these facts,the author suggests that the stock model of economical order batch is established under the objective of maximum total profit in system according to the hypotheses of demand rate's relying on selling price.From which one extended a model can be deduced.By using extreme-value theory,the model is proven mathematically and the method of solution is deduced for optimal order batch,optimal selling price and how to define optimal order cycle,and the sensitivity analysis has been made.One applied example is also given.     

Analysis on Unbalance of Real Estate Investment Goal under the Environment of High Profit Margin

With incessant development of Chinese real estate market, the amount and size of real estate corporations are enlarging rapidly and the real estate corporation investment goal is tending to become divertive. So it is especially important to understand rightly the investment goal of the real estate corporations. This paper analyzes the unbalance phenomena of real estate corporation investment under the environment of high profit margin and discusses the serious aftereffect from this unbalance. Finally this paper brings forward the right order of investment goals for the real estate corporations in order to contribute to a nicer performance of real estate corporations in establishing sustainable development stratagem.     

On Application of the Price Mechanism in Real Estate Market

At present the contradiction between the supply and demand of the commercial real estate becomes more and more acute. There are two sides of unbalance, one of them relates to the total amount about the supply and demand, the other relates to the structure of them. Either of them can block the circulation of the market and restrict the development of the real estate if any inconsistency happened. The most important reason, which results in the disharmony, in the author's opinion, lies in the inefficiency of the price mechanism in real estate market.     

从天冬-玉米的示范种植探讨"粮-药间套"增益模式

采用天冬单作、玉米单作和天冬-玉米套作3种种植模式,考查了整个生产过程中其主要生产资料和劳动力的投入以及产值等关键指标.对不同种植模式的经济效益对比分析结果表明,天冬-玉米套作比天冬单作增收21.8%,比玉米单作增收564.9%.天冬单作虽比玉米单作增收446.0%,但天冬种植三年后才能收获药材,没有短期收益.因此,3种模式中天冬-玉米套作的效果最佳.这一研究结果为种植业提供了一条"粮-药间套"的有效增益模式.     

不同播种方式对麦茬夏大豆保苗和生产效益的影响

目前,黄淮海地区麦茬大豆播种方式费时费工,投入较高,效益较差。简化栽培程序,实现大豆生产的轻简便捷和节本增效是今后大豆生产发展的必由之路。本研究在大田试验条件下,以常规机械条播为对照,研究了免耕覆秸精量播种方式对麦茬大豆播种质量、出苗和生产效益的影响。结果表明,与常规机械条播方式相比,免耕覆秸精量播种方式下,田间表层土壤平均温度降低了6.5%,平均湿度提高了12.7%。同时,通过免耕覆秸精量播种技术播种大豆可使大豆播种均匀度和出苗率分别提高64.8%和32.2%。此外,免耕覆秸精量播种技术简化了大豆生产环节、减少了农耗,使生产投入显著降低了41.0%,大豆生产效益显著提高28.2%。本研究表明,通过免耕覆秸精量播种技术可解决麦茬大豆播种难、出苗质量差和用工投入多等问题,降低了大豆生产成本,提高了大豆种植效益,本技术可作为一项重要的简化栽培措施在黄淮海麦茬大豆生产区推广。

Ticket Theory and Application of Light-rail in Chongqing

This paper mainly analyzes the theory of light-rail. A few optimal fare-pricing models is established based on different objects. The authors combine the benefits of Society, Orbit company and the passengers to establish an AHP model for assessing the fare-pricing models. Finally, they establish an optimal fare-pricing scheme with light-rail. This model is applied to light-rail line 2 in Chongqing. A scale ticket price scheme of this object is given.

贝叶斯决策在规模养殖风险分析中的应用

随着经济的发展和消费者需求的增加,养殖业从传统的养殖模式逐步过渡到现代的规模养殖。养殖业技术不断进步,养殖规模不断壮大,这给养殖业的投资者带来了发展的机遇,但是同样也带来了一定的风险,怎么使得养殖企业的风险最小是当今研究的一个重点。文章首先对养殖业的风险类型以及产生的原因进行研究,然后提出规模养殖的贝叶斯决策模型,阐述模型的建立和运用过程,利用贝叶斯理论对于规模养殖存在的风险进行定性和定量的分析,进而运用一个决策案例来阐述贝叶斯模型决策的过程。案例的结果表明贝叶斯决策模型可以很好地解决决策风险问题,对于是否需要获取补充信息也做出了明确的判断,同时对于预测情形下的各种方案也做出了风险计算,从而直观地反映决策方案是否符合风险最小,收益最大原则。文中案例是规模养殖业决策风险中的一个问题,类似风险决策问题可以根据决策模型来解决。文章最后对各种风险问题提出决策建议,以期为养殖业的风险决策提供一个有效的方法。     

农产品价格保险实施现状及存在问题研究

当前,国内农业处于供给侧结构性改革的关键时期,农产品价格保险作为推动农业生产改革的重要工具,值得进行深入研究。本文力图通过研究农产品价格保险实施现状,分析蔬菜价格保险、生猪价格保险以及粮食价格保险等实施情况,探究在农业生产改革背景下,农产品价格保险自身理论需求、市场形势下的实践需求以及保障保险良好运行的政策需求。研究发现,国内农产品价格保险理论知识薄弱,实践经验不足,政策措施缺乏等诸多问题,需要政府、专家学者、保险企业等投入资金力量,加快政策制度建立、科学研究、宣传推广,为今后农业现代化发展顺利进行提供支持。     

蓄冷技术在生鲜果蔬贮藏和运输中的研究与应用

本文系统地阐述了蓄冷材料的种类、相变蓄冷材料及其蓄冷剂、蓄冷剂应用形式,着重介绍了相变蓄冷剂在果蔬冷藏保鲜和冷链物流中的应用概况,总结了蓄冷剂在果蔬的采后预冷、运输、贮藏保鲜等关键环节的研究进展与应用现状,为蓄冷剂在易腐农产品冷链物流领域的研究和应用提供参考。     

基于甜樱桃“最初一公里”小型移动预冷机的研制及应用

采后预冷是果蔬冷链的第一个重要环节,是保证保鲜流通过程中果蔬品质的首要措施。研制的预冷机基于我国甜樱桃采后市场和电商运作的现有状况,可为实现产地直发最初一公里提供保障。预冷机各组件系统呈现一体化、可移动方式,可在不同使用者间实现共享,提高了预冷机利用效率。预冷机优化结构设计及高性能材料的使用,使设备运行总体效率提高,预冷更加快速、省工、省电、省力,投资成本也大幅降低。此预冷机在甜樱桃产地的推广应用,可达快速、无伤预冷的效果,延长货架期,进一步提高果品的耐贮性,并扩大流通距离、扩展销售市场。
