In order to help tourists choose satisfying scenic spots, content hotels, convenient lines and convenient vehicles, vehicle monitoring control and scheduling management system in a scenic area is presented, which dispatches vehicle by appointments and the statistic of tourists at a sight spot and recommends the tour line by broadcasting in vehicle. Vehicle monitoring control and scheduling management system in a scenic area, a integrative vehicle management system, is an integration of GPS, GIS, trunked radio system, a management system of booking room and a tourist statistic system at a sight spot.     

Logistics Scheduling Modle of Region Distribution Center

In order to solve the scheduling problem of frequent distribution of a little goods in one batch between regions in logistics system, We use time slices to manage orders, thus disassembling, combining orders and optimizing the planning to cut the cost. A product-scheduling model in region distribution is presented based on the retailing chain system. A method is presented which spends little cost on logistics plans under constraint conditions (time constraint conditions and space constraint conditions) by using combination and optimizing based on the three layers framework of distribution center, region distribution center and retail shop. The simulation result shows that the model and algorithm is indeed effective to solve the supply problems in multicommodity or multi-shop.     

Real Option Method in Real Estate Investment Decision

Through analysis of basic assumptions and limitations of the conventional real estate investment decision method, in this paper, its unconformity to the investment environment, which includes a great number of uncertain elements, is pointed out. By analyzing the real option and the price formula, the pattern of real option in real estate investment decision is put forward and this breaks through the limitations of the conventional investment decision method and makes the decision scientifically and reasonably, moreover, it has some directive significance to investment administration work of real estate corporation.     

Weave Acid Dip Process Multi-channel Real-time Monitor and Data Query-analyze System

Most chemical plant in China still use the manual work to sample and titrate in acid dip. However, this method, owing to its heavy factitious influence, has bad checking repetitiveness, real time, and unreliable which seriously influences the quality of acid dip. This affects the quality of product. For solving this problem, the paper proposes multi channel real time monitor system, using S7 200 PLC, Visual Basic and SQL Server 2000. The system has high flexibility and reliability, is convenient to extend and can display data visually and vividly. Furthermore, the system can use SQL Server to save historical data, which makes it easy to inquire and analyze data. Practical application of this system shows that it has good effect.     

基于GIS的广西暴雨灾害风险实时评估技术研究

为了科学应对广西暴雨灾害频发、影响日趋严重这一问题,选用广西自动站实时降雨量数据、历年暴雨灾情数据、广西社会经济数据及基础地理数据,采用主成分分析法、层次分析法等方法,结合GIS技术,研究了暴雨灾害危险度实时评估的技术方法,并基于暴雨灾害实时危险度、孕灾环境脆弱度、承灾体易损度和抗灾力等4个因子,构建了广西农业暴雨灾害风险度实时评估模型,选择2011年的一次暴雨过程对模型进行验证,验证结果表明：评估结果与实际灾情较为吻合,模型实践检验效果较好。     

The Problem of Real Option and Its Frontier Commentary

A Study on the Job-shop Scheduling Problem

This paper discusses a new approach of job shop production scheduling with the time limit of starting and completing work.In this approach,all operations in the queue are sorted according to their values of remaining operating time,and a preliminary feasible solution of production scheduling is achieved,which makes a shortest circulation time of parts in the system.Then adjustment is made aiming at maximum ahead/behind time span of operation block.The process is iterated until a satisfactory scheduling solution is obtained.Through analysis and application proof,the scheduling algorithm is suitable and feasible in engineering projects.     

Fuzzy Approach to Proportion of Debet-to-equity Swap by Real Option

The proportion of the Debt-to-equity swap is an important matter in the Debt-to-equity swap operate process, and existent research assumed that the market value of the Debt-to-equity swap enterprises were known. Actually, due to many debt-to-equity swap enterprise are SOE's, so this assumption is unpractical.This paper amends the assumption, that is to say the market value of the Debt-to-equity swap enterprise is unknown, but it can be expressed as a fuzzy number and the matter about the proportion making of the Debt-to-equity swap can be perfected.     

基于改进蚁群算法的果蔬运输车辆路径优化的研究

针对果蔬易腐的特点,提出了果蔬保质期时间窗,将其作为约束条件,对果蔬运输车的路径进行优化,建立了针对果蔬配送路径的优化模型,并采用改进蚁群算法对模型进行求解.仿真试验结果表明,模型及算法可以有效地优化果蔬配送路线.     

利用农田水量平衡模型评价棉田不同的灌溉制度

本文以田间试验为基础，应用农田水量平衡理论和棉花对不同水分亏缺的反应，建立了一个棉花不同灌溉制度的评价模型，文中用ＦＡＯ－４６提供的Ｐｅｎｍａｎ－Ｍｏｎｔｅｉｔｈ方法计算了棉花生育期间逐日参考作物蒸散量，利用Ｉｓａｒｅｇ模型［５］计算了棉田逐日实际蒸散量。研究结果表明，利用农田水量平衡模型可对棉花灌溉进行有效管理。通过对几种灌溉方案的评价，定量化地分析了不同灌溉制度对棉花产量的影响程度和水分胁迫出现的时间；明确了在黄淮海平原棉田灌溉重点在棉花生育前期，即苗期，盛蕾－初花期；给出了该地区棉花各生育时期的需水量和每日的平均耗水强度

On the basis of the theory of option pricing,We study the connection between America call option and European call option;Under the assumption condition of Black-Scholes formula ,use the theory of martingales and stopping time,get the conclusion that: the price of America call option equals the price of European call option; Discuss some numeric computing methods of the put America option pricing, with the invarional inequaility for optimal stopping, prove the boundary property of America put option price and introduce some numeric computing methods of the put America option price.

Assessment and Suggestion on Management System of Vehicle Exhaust

This paper analyzes the deep reasons why the benefits are always poor though China has controlled the vehicle exhaust for more than ten years, as well as a successful experience of the developed countries. Contrasting the deficiencies of the previous Air Pollution Control Law and advantages of the present Air Pollution Control Law , the paper indicates the organization structure and management system of the EPA are not entirely eligible for the tasks though the new law entitles environmental administrations to strengthening the exhaust control. It calls for that, according to principle that a structure results in a function, China must establish the management system of vehicle emission control in metropolises as soon as possible. So we can implement this law and improve urban air quality that has deteriorated due to vehicle exhaust. This paper puts forward organization form, functions, tasks and effect of this system.
