The application of lock-up clutch slip control balances the fuel economy and drivability, and greatly improves the performance of hydraulic automatic transmission. The structure of the lock-up clutch and the friction material of lock-up clutch lining are discussed, a detailed research on varying characteristic due to engaging time during the lock-up clutch engagement is developed, too. There are more than two power source in Hybrid Electrical Vehicle(HEV). By using of assist accelerating, power regeneration, Idle stop and power management, HEV gains more acceleration performance and more fuel economy and better gas emission than Conventional Vehicle(CV). With unique configuration characteristic,dual-clutch transmission(DCT)overcomes the shortcoming of power interruption when shifting in traditional AMT,which results in good power performance,fuel economy and driving comfort,and recently it becomes a new development trend in the field of transmission.Basing on the analysis of starting control principle of DCT,control principle and method that both the dual clutch engaged in the starting process simultaneously with engine constant speed are proposed.And the starting characteristic of the dry dual-clutch transmission is simulated and analyzed,providing theory foundation for the development and research of the dual-clutch transmission.  相似文献

This paper briefly introduces the structure and main function of a mild hybrid system based on ISA. The components of the whole powertrain system include ISA,engine and battery. Transmission is choosed according to its typical configuration and functions. In addition,the specific parameters of power and torque of ISA,engine power,the number and capacity of battery,the gear ratio of gearbox are determined according to the required performance and fuel economy. In order to achieve the design target, the Genichi Taguchi method is used to optimize the gear ratio. At the same tine, the simulation of ISA mild hybrid vehicle is carried out and compared with conventional vehicle by using the ADVISOR software.  相似文献

The behavior of engine automatic starting and stop under idle speed is an important working model for HEV(hybrid electric vehicle), which can avoid engine running under idle speed. So it can reduce engine fuel consumption, exhaust gas emission and wear efficiently. The ISG(integral starter/generator) motor control strategy is given by dynamic research of the HEV engine starting, based on the model and simulation of resistant characters during engine starting, then an ISG motor-engine integral control model is built up and simulated. The result shows that the ISG motor can drive engine quickly and the simulation meets well with the need of starting time.  相似文献

A fuzzy multi-objective control strategy is proposed for parallel hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV). By the concept of motor equivalent fuel consumption, the overall vehicle fuel economy and the corresponding emissions can be treated as the optimization objectives. Then a minimum average weighted deviation method is designed to find the Pareto optimal solution with considering the variations of objective preference in different district. The simulation on ADVISOR reveals that, compared with the rule based control strategy (RBCS), with the premise that there is no loss to power performance, the proposed fuzzy multi-objective control strategy (FMCS) not only improves fuel economy and emission level but also maintains battery SOC within its operation range more effectively.  相似文献

Based on the result of NiMH battery performance experiments, changing trend of maximal temperature and difference in temperature of HEV NiMH battery in different SOC and different charging current is analyzed. Considering the working situation of HEV NiMH battery and the theory of battery quick charging, a control strategy for NiMH battery quick charging is described which adapts to HEV regenerative braking system based on Mascc law. By Modeling and simulating the process of NiMH battery quick charging with this strategy, constant voltage charge method and constant current charge method, validates this control strategy.  相似文献

For a new type of strongly hybridized system, the vehicle ride performance is used as the study goal, a coordinated control strategy is put forward to suppress the torque surge after the analysis of the parameters changes of engine, motor, clutch and transmission during the driving-mode-switch process. The strongly hybridized vehicle simulation model is developed based on the coordinated control strategy. The typical drive mode switching process performance simulation and analysis are performed. The results show that introducing the coordinated control strategy reduces the torque surge during the driving-mode-switch process and improves the vehicle drivability.  相似文献

For the requirement of building up the battery management system of hybridelectric vehicle,the method of quick charge of batteries is investigatedunder the conditions of ensuring natural life of batteries. The characteristics of the general charge methods areanalyzed, and existing problems of these charge methods are discussed. In order to satisfy the safety of vehicle braking and the fuel economy,a control strategy for regenerative braking force distribution is proposed by considering of battery SOC and braking severity.In addition,a CVT speed ratio control strategy is proposed to operate the motor in the high efficiency area to improve motor generating efficiency.A simulation model of mild hybrid electric vehicle is set up.Simulation result on ECE+EUDC typical driving cycles show that the effectively regenerating energy of braking of hybrid vehicle with CVT is lager than that of hybrid vehicle with MT by 2.5%.  相似文献

During a minibus's practical road driving and engine test rig test for vehicle and engine reliability, the phenomenon of generator compressor bracket fracture appears and leads the generator compressor crankshaft belt rupture. It seriously affects the vehicle's operation performance. The article carries through engine test rig test and analysis, using frequency and spectrum technology to identify the bad vibration source combining FEA. It also researches vibration's occurrence, formation, propaganda and fracture mechanism. Based on this, the authors put forward countermeasure, which improves the dynamic characteristic of the system, decreases the vibration intensity and avoides the fracture of bracket and belt.  相似文献

On the basis of considering the influence of air conditioner on vehicle performance,the parameter determination of the power train composed of a battery,a traction motor and a two-speed transmission of an electric car is carried out. To ensure the economy of operation,a shifting strategy with a principle which emphasizes the high work efficiency of the power train is drawn up and the gear ratios are corrected aiming at the least energy cost over the drive cycle. The simulation results indicate that the designed parameters meet the requirements moderately and the driving range is extended by 5.28% when the air conditioner is turned off and 4.29% when turned on,compared with the initial results through the correction of the gear ratios.  相似文献

A real-time simulation model for power driving system of a fuel cellbattery powered electric virtual vehicle is established. This electric vehicle powered primarily by 30 kw proton exchange membrane (PEM)fuel cells, with Lead-acid battery as assistant power, and with focus classis as virtual vehicle classis.The electric vehicle is simulated on the advisor platform, and the NEDC driving pattern simulation results show that the electric vehicle can satisfy the need of performance.  相似文献

The ratio control strategy and the relevant pulley clamping control strategy of the Metal Pushing V-belt Type CVT C Continuously Variable Transmission are key technology of CVT system matching. The engine output torque model and oil consumption model are given in numerical table by cubic spline interpolation to fit engine test result. Regenerative braking is one of main performance modes, which can reduce fuel consumption and emission. A dynamics braking control model is built for hybrid electric vehicle with ISG, an off-line simulation is completed. A regenerative braking rig in dSPACE environment is built on the hybrid electric powertrain. The tests and analyses for different speed, deceleration shift and clutch state is completed in a Hardware-In-Loop simulation, which lays a foundation for the optimization of regenerative braking control strategy for HEV.  相似文献

Dynamic performance test methods and experiments of motorcycle engine are investigated. The models of clutch, transmission and brake are simulated by changing the resistance torque imposed by the dynamometer to the engine and with the moment of inertia and road resistance data, the model of a 125 mL motorcycle is established on the dynamic engine test bench. On this basis, the road tests are simulated with models of different inertial mass. Compared with the experiments on the drum tester, the results show that when the inertial mass is set to 1.1 times the datum mass of the motorcycle, the deviations of its maximum speed, sliding distance and acceleration time are no more than 3% and the fuel consumption of 100 km is no more than 5% except the speed of 35 km/h. Through driver operational model, the effect of different gear change models on vehicle acceleration performance is studied. Finally, the regulatory driving cycle for motorcycle is implemented on the dynamic bench and the measurements show that it has high ability to accurately control speed.  相似文献

The intense coupled and nonlinear behaviors were observed on the tall long span tower line systems which were under the icing and wind loads in heavy icing areas. A set of stiffness equations of insulator, conductor and boundary conditions was deduced. Taking the ±800 kV UHV DC transmission line from Xiangjiaba to Shanghai as an example, the simplified numerical model of transmission tower, conductor, insulator and constraint was developed. The long span transmission tower line system models under seven loads conditions were analyzed by static nonlinear methods. It was found that the P Δ effect of tower components was small when the covered ice was uniformly distributed. The unbalanced wire loads on the tower would lead to twist effect when the covered ice was uneven distributed. The axial forces, moments at restraint nodes and the longest cantilever member were greatly affected by the P Δ effect, under which the unfavorable effect on the structure should be considered.  相似文献

为解决目前纯电动车动力电池比功率不足的缺陷,对纯电动车的储能装置进行了研究。根据复合储能装置的特点和目的,制定了复合储能装置的工作模式,提出了基于速度与电流约束的模糊控制策略。为了进一步提高整车性能并降低蓄电池的输出电流,对复合储能装置的关键参数进行了线性优化,仿真结果表明:加装复合储能装置的纯电动车的加速时间缩短了12%,制动能量回收效率提高了39%,百公里耗电量减少了8.55%,并显著降低了蓄电池的输出电流,有效延长了蓄电池使用寿命和整车的续驶里程。  相似文献

According to the motors working principle, the authors design and complet an electronic fuel injection system based the monolithic processor of MC68HC08. Then the authors complete a matching experiment of single-plunger fourstroke engine CG125 applying this system to the trestle. As the system used, fairly well has been settled the contradiction among the driving force of engine, the economization of fuel consumption and the letting of exhaust gas. After the testing, the power of motorcycle engine has increased about 10%, the oil consumption has decreased about 15 %, and the exhaust gas has decreased about 20%,  相似文献
