This paper points out that there are many factors which affect the reliability optimization apportionment of the series system which is in nature a problem of fuzzy optimization. In the light of this paper puts foreword a method for the reliability apportionment of the series system. This paper analyzes the urban vulnerable groups in house needs, as well as housing security policy; the conclusion is to carry out low-rent house system. Furthermore, the shortcoming lies in system, fund, object, quantity and information nowadays is pointed out. The countermeasures perfecting the low rent house system are presented. There is a strategy named "helps to others and oneself" to realize a policy that the powerful and the vulnerable groups must have symbiotic development, to form steady normative source of insurance fund, to play an effective role in low rent house stock, to establish managerial mechanism which all the departments are on duty, to build system from low rent house application to its supervision, to take the manner of rent allowance, to perfect correlative policy of low rent house and house security.  相似文献

为了探讨中国农村住宅功能的区域分异规律及其对宅基地利用的影响。依托农户调查数据和农村住宅功能的历史演变分析,揭示了农村住宅功能和住宅形式在不同历史阶段的差异性。结果表明:生产与生活功能兼具是当前农村住宅功能的主要特点,其形成与社会经济发展的演变(特别是小农经济的形成)有密切的关系。由于区域经济发展的不平衡以及专业化分工的深入,农村住宅生产与生活功能的兼具程度具有区域上的差异性。随着经济社会发展水平的不断提高,农村住宅的生产功能将逐渐弱化,农村宅基地的利用会趋向集约。此外,农村宅基地面积与住宅功能比呈现出显著的线性关系,可以运用功能比推算合理的宅基地面积标准。  相似文献

In recent years, economic has developed with the high-speed in China, which leads advance of urbanization rapidly. Development of economic expands the gap between the rich and the poor, leads to house prices rise rapidly. The housing problem is tricky for low-income people. Resolving the housing problem has become one of the hot topics in China. It is so difficult to buy a house with high rent and high price of house, and this is the common difficulties for urban low-income people. The current public housing construction has been launched in most cities, but the public housing system in Shanxi province, construction, management and future problems that exist in the operation process is worth thinking about. As an architectural style from the growth period in Shanghai, Shikumen houses will influence the city image of Shanghai for a long time. Today, a further understanding of Shikumen houses will help us comprehend local characteristics and the meaning of city culture, to uphold the image of the city, and to keep the lifestyle lively. In this case study, we paid attention to city context. By proposing a method of partial preservation and partial reconstruction of a Shikumen house, we tried to realize humanistic communion space with different layers, such as an upright lane and aerial yard.  相似文献

It is a hot question in recent years in China about the urban house dismantlement and development, and the low compensation standard of the urban house dismantlement has been thought to be the main reason that cause dispute of the urban house dismantlement. After a two-player game model is built, the paper solves mix-strategy Nash equilibrium of game and analyzes the influence of improving compensation to game equilibrium. It is concluded that, if government only improve policy of compensation standard to issue, the resident ready to move with their house to be dismantled can enjoy the great benefit shortly, but the long-term policy result is to reduce the incidence of the urban house dismantlement and slow down paces that the old city transforms.  相似文献

The passive solar house is one of the effective techniques to decrease the energy consumption of buildings. In this paper, the ventilation performance of synthetic solar house with sunshine room has been analyzed, while it is used as auxiliary ventilation in summer. The mean temperature of air in this room is calculated through the model of heat transfer of solar room, and then the auxiliary ventilation quantity is calculated. It is concluded that the capacity of auxiliary ventilation of synthetic solar house can meet the fresh air demand of common residential construction, but if there are more ventilation quantity needed the capacity of auxiliary ventilation of synthetic solar house is insufficient. The simulation calculation provides the necessary theoretical basis for the further theoretical and experimental research on synthetic solar house.  相似文献

The relationship between architecture and people, architecture and city, architecture and nature has always been the soul of architectural design. In the architectural design, study on the relationship between architecture and nature needs "site analysis"(mapping), and "natural environment" tends to affect the design results[1]. In many special areas, the design needs analysis of geology, geomorphology, hydrology, vegetation and other landscape elements. Coal mining subsidence area is the product of the conf licts between human activities and natural environment in the process of industrialization. As the research object, coal mining subsidence area can be a good study object to demonstrate architectural design strategies and methods based on landscape, and fi eld defects of the site may be the origin of architectural space organization: architectural concept, structure, morphology, spatial organization are all from the landscape elements.  相似文献

Villages of Hani Nationality are located above the elevation of 1,400-1,800 m, halfway up the Ailao Mountains in south Yunnan, natural landscapes and architectural structure of Hani Nationality show peculiar styles. Folk dwellings of Hani Village were divided into 4 types, namely rammed-clay house(Tuzhangfang), mushroom house, tile-roofed house, and stilted house(Ganlanfang). In terms of the origination, rammed-clay house and mushroom house are originated from the flat-top fort buildings of the Di and the Qiang nationalities. Tile-roofed house is the variation of mushroom house by learning from the courtyard building of the Han Nationality, and stilted house is directly borrowed from the folk dwelling style of Baiyue people. Structures of all these buildings show the adaptability to local environment.  相似文献

On the basis of saving energy, protecting environment, strategy and efficiency, in this paper, the advantage of passive dehumidifying solar house over other traditional dehumidifying systems are expounded. The high humid environment affects not only the thermal comfortableness of indoor people, but also the indoor sanitary condition, human health, indoors electrical equipment and life span of the furniture. This paper presents a passive dehumidifying solar house, the dehumidifying body can be regenerating evaporation by solar energy; new dehumidifying equipment is designed to reduce relative humidity. It is proved that the new dehumidifying body has a very good dehumidifying effect. It will be widely used in some districts.  相似文献

不同密度下玉米穗部性状的QTL分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为研究玉米穗部性状对不同种植密度的遗传响应,以郑58和HD568为亲本构建的220个重组自交系群体为材料,于2014年春、2014年冬及2015年春分别在北京和海南进行3个种植密度的田间试验,调查玉米穗长、穗粗、穗行数和行粒数等表型性状。利用SAS软件计算穗部性状的最优线性无偏估计值(BLUP),并采用完备区间作图法进行QTL定位。结果表明,在3个种植密度下共检测到42个QTL,单个QTL可解释4.20%~14.07%的表型变异。3个种植密度下同时检测到位于第2染色体上控制穗行数的QTL。2个种植密度下同时检测到4个与穗粗、穗行数和行粒数有关的QTL,其中第4染色体上1个与穗行数有关的主效QTL,在低、中种植密度下可分别解释表型变异的10.88%和14.07%。此外,在第2、4和9染色体上检测到3个同时调控不同穗部性状的QTL。研究结果表明玉米穗部性状在不同种植密度下的遗传调控发生变化,在不同密度下共同检测到的稳定QTL可应用于精细定位或开发玉米耐密性分子标记用于辅助育种。  相似文献

The present status and problem for collaborative design are analyzed. A communication system structure based CORBA principle and the Java distributed programming technology is developed. The capability of CORBA and Java supplying is compensated each other in this structure system. The integration of CORBA and Java is proved to be a more effective designing platform for distributed collaborative design in the area developing WWW-based applications. 菜用蚕豆既是城乡居民的佳肴,又是出口创汇的主要种类。由于受季节影响,鲜蚕豆供应期主要集中在5月份。根据多年的试验和实践,总结了一套菜用蚕豆慈溪大粒1号品种大棚促成栽培标准化生产技术。采用大棚促成栽培,鲜豆上市可提早20~30d;鲜豆产量达到22,500kg/hm2.,比露地栽培提高40%;病虫害减轻,商品性更好,一般大棚促成栽培经济效益比露地栽培可提高8倍左右。大棚促成栽培,宜选用健壮无病大粒蚕豆播种,播种期可适当提早,一般比露地栽培蚕豆可提早10~20d播种,以促进主茎多分枝,适宜密度为37,500株/hm2;当50%植株形成第一鹰爪荚,且植株复叶出现第7小叶后,择晴天中午打顶。要提早进行蚜虫的防治,加强肥水管理。在蚕豆开花结荚期放蜂授粉,可提高蚕豆的结实率。  相似文献

House Bank" is a new mode of house tenancy, in which the rent income in free-rent period is the primary revenue source. The rent income in free-rent period mainly depends on values of house rent and free-rent period and leasing house quantity. In this paper, the rule of in-and-out house quantity variation in a given period is analyzed. It demonstrates that the probability of in-and out quantity of house in a period meets the four characters of Poisson distribution and consequently this probability meets the Poisson distribution. Based on the characters of Poisson distribution, in this paper, the rent revenue of "House Bank" is analyzed and the way to find reasonable free-rent period is discussed.  相似文献

应用100 mm厚聚氨酯彩钢夹心保温板组装冷库墙体及库顶,用150 mm厚聚苯乙烯泡沫板进行地面保温处理,并配备氟制冷机组和智能温控电控箱,新建1座6 m×12 m×3.5 m(宽×长×高,下同)小型装配式恒温贮藏库,在原有土窑洞库顶和墙体喷涂80 mm厚聚氨酯,用150 mm厚聚苯乙烯泡沫板进行地面保温处理,改造1座3.8 m×28 m×4 m传统土窑洞式贮藏库,以未改造的传统土窑洞和大型恒温冷库为对照,以红富士苹果为试材,研究了新建(改造)贮藏设施的降温与保温性能及其对苹果的保鲜效果。结果表明,小型装配式恒温贮藏库和土窑洞改造库均能在1 h之内将空库库温降至0℃以下,贮藏温度可均匀、稳定地控制在0℃左右;苹果贮藏120 d,其果实硬度、可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量显著高于传统土窑洞,而与大型恒温冷库贮藏苹果的效果无显著差异。小型装配式恒温贮藏库和土窑洞改造库可以满足果农贮藏苹果的需要。  相似文献

侧向能量因子是衡量厅堂空间感的重要客观指标之一。厅堂侧向能量因子通常采用计算机仿真的方法得到。首先采用MKH800电容型传声器在实际厅堂中开展侧向能量因子测试工作。然后,通过ODEON6.5建立厅堂三维仿真模型,计算相同位置处侧向能量因子的模拟值,并将实测值与模拟值进行对比分析。研究结果表明,各点位的仿真值均大于实测值,座席区前部偏差较小,正对舞台中后部区域偏差较大。造成偏差的主要原因是由于ODEON软件中扩散系数的设置与所在面特性无关,同时,软件无法分别定义各频段的扩散系数。因此,在实际工程项目中,为了准确地预测室内音质效果,建议普遍采用缩尺模型实验测量侧向能量因子。  相似文献
