This paper introduces experimental results of the ESM of cast iron in the laboratory and pilot plant based on predecessor's work by molten CaF 2-based slag systems containing MgO , CaO and RexOy. The results show that the desulfurization ,inclusion removal and gas elimination of the ESM have obvious effects on making iron liquid purified and producing high quality casting ,and indicate that the ESM of cast iron may essentially improve the traditional process of cast molten iron melting as a new technique for making high quality ductile cast iron.  相似文献

Alumina content in Nanjing Steel blast furnace slag is up to 19%, which results in worse slag fluidity, higher furnace operating temperature and higher silicon content of hot metal. Therefore blast furnace strengthening is reduced. Aiming at this problem, an by laboratory experiments the viscosity of simulating Nanjing Steel BF slag samples are measured after adding MnO, which are made up of analytically pure chemical reagents. And according to the experimental results, the influence of MnO on the properties of high alumina content BF slag is analyzed and the methods of reducing silicon content of hot metal in Nanjing Steel is educed. The results showed that the addition of MnO in high Al2O3 content slag has stronger effects on viscosity decreasing, and the decreasing of slag viscosity would make it possible to reduce the operating temperature of the blast furnace, which would result in decreasing of silicon content of hot metal.  相似文献

本文主要以高砷硫铁矿区周边农田中的真菌群落为研究对象,研究利用Miseq高通量测序技术系统的分析了矿区周边不同区域土壤中真菌的群落特征,对硫铁矿区周边土壤真菌群落的适应机制进行了探究分析。结果表明,(1)砷、铁复合污染土壤可促使土壤真菌丰富度降低,而对土壤真菌多样的影响则表现为先促进后抑制;(2)砷、铁复合污染抑制土壤中Ascomycota(子囊菌门)代谢,促进Basidiomycota(担子菌门)代谢,而对Zygomycota(接合菌门)则表现为低浓度促进,高浓度抑制,对Fusarium(镰刀菌属)、Pseudallescheria(假霉样真菌属)、Cryptococcus(隐球菌属)也呈现“低浓度促进、高浓度抑制”作用;(3)砷、铁的复合物污染使土壤中真菌群落结构产生了明显差异,环境因子对土壤环境真菌群落结构差异影响大小依次为有效砷、总砷、总铁。  相似文献

Great accuracy can be obtained when metal iron is determined with bromine for dissolution K2Cr2O7 for titration. Unfortunately, harmful substances such as Br2, CH3OH, HgCl2, K2Cr2O7 etc. must be used when this method. But these harmful substances can be avoided when I2-C2H5OH is used for dissolution and EDTA for titration as discussed in this paper. As this method is simple with good reapetability, it is suitable for the diterminat ion of metal iron slag containing V.Ti, in slag containing high Ti, and in common slags.  相似文献

A method of orthogonal test was used to optimize the strength of the cementitious material for preparing the concrete of high-strength artifical reefs.The results show that with the ratio of iron slag:steel slag=7:1,and when 10% cement clinker and 10% gypsum of Flue Gas Desulfurization Waste (FGDW) was mixed with 80% iron and steel slags powder,the mixed cementitious material had an optimized strength.The optimized specific surface area are 480 m 2/kg and 550 m 2/kg for iron slag and steel slag powder respectively.The ordinary portland cement can be totally substituted by such a mixed cementitious material with iron and steel slags as its major components in preparing the concrete for building high-strength artificial reefs.A concrete with a compressive strengh over 65MPa can be prepared by using such a mixture as a cementitious material and steel slag grains as its fine and coarse aggregats which have been stubilized by a hot-simmering method. Hydration processes of net slurry were analysized by XRD and SEM methods. The results show that the hydration products in the system are mainly AFt and C-S-H gel. The results also show that the pozzolanic reaction of iron slags could be largely promoted by the coordinations of steel slags,clinker and FGDW.  相似文献

In combination with Huimin high-phosphorus iron smelted by smelting reduction and HIsmelt ironmaking technologywhich have the advantages of high efficient dephosphorizationCaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-FeO-P2O5 slags with basicity R (mass ratio of CaO to SiO2)ranging from 0.8 to 1.4Al2O3 ranging from 6.4% to 15.4%P2O5 ranging from 0 to 3% and the content of MgO and FeO fixed as 4% and 6% respectivelyare studied.The slags are synthesized by reagent grade.The mineral composition and microstructure of the slags are studied with scanning electron microscope and the effects of changes in the composition of smelting reduction slags on its viscosity are studied by RTW-10 melt comprehensive physical properties measuring apparatus.Results show that the mineral structure of slags are mainly composed of melilite(gehlenite and akermanite)which is characterized by square and thick skeleton form.The viscosity decreases with the increasing of the slag basicity at fixed P2O5 or Al2O3 mass fractionincreases with the increasing of Al2O3 mass fraction at fixed slag basicity or P2O5 mass fractionand increases with the increasing of P2O5 mass fraction at fixed slag basicity or Al2O3 mass fraction.  相似文献

In order to achieve the comprehensive utilization of iron slag and steel slag, foamed concrete were prepared by adding small amount of gypsum, lime and clinker in steel slag-iron slag system and using aluminum powder as foaming agent,. The three-day, seven-day and twenty-eight-day bulk density and compressive strength of foamed concrete with the different ratio of the main raw materials were researched. Furthermore, in order to research the hydration mechanism and microstructure of foamed concrete, the XRD and SEM images of the three productions of foamed concrete were analyzed. The results showed that the coordination of the dosage of steel slag and iron slag was better when the former was 30% and the latter was 45%, Meanwhile, the compressive strength was 5.1 MPa, the bulk density was 625 kg/m 3; Ettringite and C-S-H gel synergies generated in steel slag-iron slag system. Besides, hydration activity of steel slag was obviously lower than that of iron slag.  相似文献

The melt of smelting reduction with iron bath Possessed high oxidizability andlow basicity. This paper studied the erosion rate and extent of molten slag and iron on different kindsrefractories and the micro-structure changing.It was shown that the main factor of corrosion liningwas the reaction between melt and oxide existing in lining.The serious zone was the interfacebetween slag and iron bath and slag surface. First smelting MnSi alloy by using high-bearing manganese slag of BF by electric smelting process in a 25 kVA arc furnace in lab has been introduced. In order to increase the content of manganese and silicon in MnSi alloy , a little amount of MgO is added into the slag and the lower alkalinity has been adapted. Then smelting AlMnSi alloy using MnSi alloy containing high silicon that obtained by experiments and waste Al with an induction furnace has been studied. The controlling of temperature is the key in smelting process. The high quality AlMnSi alloy has been obtained successfully,Which can be extensively used for the compound oxygen removal agent for making steel and the metal alloy additive.  相似文献

针对传统钒渣钠化焙烧-水浸提钒工艺的不足,确定对钒渣钙化焙烧-酸浸提钒进行研究。在理论分析的基础上,本研究以高钒渣为原料,研究了钙化焙烧-酸浸提钒过程中3种钙化剂(CaSO4、CaCO3、CaO)的焙烧机理以及对提钒效果的影响。研究结果表明:钒浸出率随焙烧温度的升高先增大后减小,且在1 450 K时达到最大值;钙化剂配比为100%CaSO4时提钒率最大;在目前实验室研究条件下,钒的浸出率最大可达93.53%。  相似文献

Hot metal silicon content in blast furnace is a main parameter by which product quality is measured and energy utilization ratio of blast furnace is reflected.The precise predicted results of hot metal silicon content can be used to direct batch operation and smelting operation of blast furnace.And the purpose of reducing hot metal silicon content is realized.The equations of thermodynamics and dynamics were deduced based on the reduction mechanism of silicon. And the predicting model of hot metal silicon content was obtained.With this model and the calculation methods of blast furnace's materiel and energy balance,the predicting system of hot metal silicon content was programmed.Real materiel conditions and operation parameters wre inputted into the system.And predicted values of hot metal silicon content were gained.Compared with measured values the deviations of predicted values were small.So it is testified that this predicting system has credibility in practice.  相似文献

The testing of the melting-points and viscosity of BaO-SiO2-CaO-Al2O3(5%)-Na2O(10%)-CaF2(1 0%)six-part slag system is completed. Then the curve charts of the melting-points and viscosity are drawn. An integrated batch planning mathematical model based on multi-object optimization is proposed to solve the orderly and efficient flow of material between different working stations in iron and steel enterprises, where production technology constraints, material variations and coupling between steelmaking-continuous casting and hot rolling are analyzed first. According to the requirements of the hot rolling steel strip contracts, the integrated batch planning is divided into sub-plans of rolling plan, casting plan and furnace plan which are independent and coupling to each other, forming rolling plan and furnace plan simultaneously to influence casting plan. Heuristic method based on modified co-evolutionary algorithm is advanced to resolve this problem. The results of simulation and analysis in an iron and steel plant for strip steel production shows that it is feasible to provide effective guidance for integrated batch plan making.  相似文献

研究了“绿源”牌有机肥(生态有机肥)不同混配基质对辣椒生长发育的影响。结果表明:生态有机肥、蛭石、草炭按1∶1∶1或生态有机肥、蛭石按1∶1组配明显促进辣椒的生长发育,主要表现为株高、茎粗增大,叶片数增多,光合作用增强,开花座果期提早,生物产量及经济产量提高。生态有机肥与河砂、炉渣组配有利于提高辣椒果实的Vc含量。全部以生态有机肥作为基质栽培辣椒效果较差。  相似文献

The rheological property of high titanium slag is a main factor to influence the vanadium titanomagnetite smelting in blast furnace. It plays a great role in discharging slag, separating iron and slag and even the life of blast furnace hearth. The acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene multipolymer(ABS) dense suspension is taken to simulate the system of high titanium slag. Apparent viscosity is measured by a NXS-11A rotating cylinder viscometer. The impact of temperature, volume fraction and particle sizes on the suspension apparent viscosity is studied. The results show that temperature and volume fraction have a strong influence on the suspension apparent viscosity, while the particle size has a weak effect. The suspension shows Bingham behavior within a wide concentration range. The dependence of the appear viscosity on temperature and amount of solid addition can be described by a binary function equation.  相似文献

采用ICP-AES法测定了某再生水中Cr、Mn、Pb、Ni、Hg、Fe、Cu、Cd、Zn、As等10种重金属元素的含量,应用聚类和主成分分析法对测定结果进行了研究。聚类分析将此10种重金属元素分为四类。主成分分析选出污水原水水质、CASS池运行的稳定性、泥水分离和陶滤效果三个影响再生水水质的主因子,其中以污水原水水质对再生水水质的影响最大。因此,利用ICP-AES法测定此再生水重金属元素含量并对测定结果进行聚类和主成分分析能够对目标污水厂的水质指标监测、运行控制提供一定的指导。  相似文献

改良剂原位固定技术是重金属污染土壤修复的重要措施,其中选择经济有效的改良剂是该技术的关键。本研究主要介绍了具有碱性富硅特性的炼钢副产品钢渣对酸性重金属污染土壤的修复效果及作用机制,以期为重金属污染土壤修复提供理论参考。首先分析了改良剂固定技术的研究现状;然后介绍了钢渣的主要理化性质,阐述了其对污染土壤pH及重金属活性的影响;最后论述了钢渣对喜硅植物生长的促进作用及对其重金属耐性的增强机制。通过分析表明:施用钢渣能同时调控重金属在土壤和植物2个系统中的迁移和转化,能够减少重金属向食物链的迁移,在酸性重金属污染土壤修复实践中具有重要的潜在应用价值。  相似文献

The slag samples that have some titanium oxide reduction grade are reduced with blast furnace slag taken from Pan Zhi Hua Iron & Steel (Group) Co. in site. Then the viscosity and free running temperature of slag samples were measured in laboratory. With the increasing of reduction grade the viscosity and free running temperature of slags would have rising tendency. The mineral structure of the samples is observed in optical microscope, and quantitative analysis of TiC, TiN in the slag samples is made with image analysiser. The results show that the thickening of titanium slag has relationship with the amount of TiC, TiN, which was reduced from titania. So the usage of titanium oxide reduction grade as the index of thickening in blast furnace process is reasonable, and which could represent characteristic of the blast furnace smelting iron ore bearing titanium and vanadium.  相似文献

The melts of smelting reduction with iron bath has peculiar behaviour for high concentration and high reduction rate of FeO.Testing results show that slag is sure foaming.The generation of the foaming slag is effected by FeO concentration and reduction rate as well as basicity of slag.Addition granulated coke can decrease foaming or without ability of foaming.  相似文献
