引进良种肉牛冻胚规模移植技术研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
从加拿大引进良种肉牛利木赞、西门塔尔、盖洛威冻胚,移植受体489头次.得到以下研究结果120d直检妊娠249头(50.9%),产犊221头,产程死亡13头,产犊成活率94.1%.应用氯前列烯醇同期发情,累计处理受体牛930头次,880头次出现发情(94.6%),847头次达到同期发情,72h内同期率为91.1%.经产黄牛移植成功率49.2%(211/429);育成荷斯坦牛移植成功率63.3%(38/60).首批选中的受体移植成功率为60.1%(158/263);首批移植落选牛和移植后未孕牛再进行选择,移植成功率36.4%(64/176);而对类似情况的受体牛经医疗护理和加强饲养管理,两个月后再进行第三批移植,成功率为54.0%(27/50).A级黄体受体牛移植成功率54.7%(41/75);B级黄体受体牛移植成功率44.7%(115/257),统计差异不显著(P>0.05).桑椹胚(155枚)在周期的第6d、6.5d和7d的移植成功率分别为55.0%(33/60)、51.5%(34/66)和51.7%(15/29),统计分析6d与6.5d、7d差异不显著(P<0.05);而囊胚(158枚)在周期的6d、6.5d和7d的移植成功率分别为47.2%(25/53)、54.8%(17/31)和75.7%(56/74),6.5d与7d差异显著(P<0.05),6d与7d差异极显著(P<0.01).犊牛品种和性别对初生重有一定影响.犊牛总平均妊娠期为288.78±4.89d. 相似文献

为了加速高产奶牛的繁育和缩短奶牛世代间隔,试验在生产条件下对规模奶牛场的232头荷斯坦育成奶牛进行了同期发情处理.结果表明:2次PG法和CIDR结合PG法处理的同期发情率(91.1%和88.9%)无显著性影响(P>0.05),但2种方法的同期发情率都极显著高于1次PG法的同期发情率(42.9%)(P<0.01);使用宁波产和上海产前列腺素对同期发情率无显著差异(P>0.05);输精时间不同的2次输精及1次输精对妊娠率的影响均无显著差异(P>0.05);体况、膘情上等的参配牛组的妊娠率(49.1%)略高于中等组妊娠率(44.8%),但差异不显著(P>0.05). 相似文献

[目的]选择不同品种牛,利用同期发情和自然发情后作为受体牛,进行日本和牛冻胚移植研究。[方法]选择奶牛20头和南德温杂种肉牛41头作为受体牛,利用CIDR+PG做人工同期发情处理,发情后的受体牛移植和牛冻胚。统计分析受体牛的同期发情率和移植后的妊娠率。[结果]试验结果表明奶牛和南德温杂种肉牛的受体牛同期发情率分别为90.00%和85.36%,差异显著(P<0.05);在同一牛场场使用不同品种受体牛进行冻胚移植试验结果表明,15头奶牛和27头南德温杂种肉牛受体牛妊娠率分别为46.67%和48.14%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]只要符合胚胎移植受体牛要求,奶牛和南德温杂种肉牛均可作为和牛胚胎移植受体牛。 相似文献

为了比较CIDR+PG与CIDR+PG+PMSG两种激素处理方法对于受体同期发情以及胚胎移植的效果,将103只小尾寒羊作为胚胎移植受体分为两组,分别使用上述两种方法进行同期发情处理。其中,CIDR+PG组83只,CIDR+PG+PMSG组20只。在对供体羊人工输精后第6.5天获取移植囊胚,分别移植到两组受体子宫内。统计受体的发情率、黄体生成情况,以及移植后的妊娠情况。CIDR+PG组与CIDR+PG+PMSG组受体羊发情率分别为87.95%、90.00%;有黄体羊的比例分别为37.35%和75.00%,平均黄体数为1.81和1.93个;两组受体胚胎移植后妊娠率分别为77.41%和86.67%。结果表明,使用CIDR+PG+PMSG进行同期发情效果较好,且胚胎移植后妊娠效果较好。 相似文献

比较了3种不同浓度的甘油(1.4,1.0,0.7mol/L)和投液氮温度(-25℃、-30℃和-35℃)对牛体外受精胚胎冷冻效果的影响。结果发现,最终投液氮温度为-25℃时,胚胎冻后存活率以1.4mol/L甘油组为最高,同1.0mol/L甘油组相比,差异显著(78.5%vs 64.5%,P〈0.05);与0.7mol/L甘油组相比,差异极显著(78.5%vs53.5%,P〈0.01)。以1.0mol/L的甘油冷冻,-30℃投液氮的效果优于-25℃的,它们之间冻后胚胎的孵化率差异显著(77.1%vs 64.5%,P〈0.05)。用0.7mol/L甘油冷冻,投液氮温度以-30℃的为最好,冻后胚胎的孵化率(73.3%)极显著(P〈0.01)高于-25℃的(53.5%)。用1.4mol/L甘油冷冻,以-25℃投液氮为最好,冻后胚胎的孵化率(78.5%)显著(P〈0.05)高于-35℃的(65.7%)。结果表明,不同的甘油浓度和投液氮温度对牛体外受精胚胎的冷冻效果有显著的影响。 相似文献

[目的]建立德系乳肉兼用型西门塔尔牛群体,探索文山牛快速扩繁和生产性能提升技术。[方法]在马关县从600头文山黄牛、西本杂、安本杂和短本杂牛母牛中选择270头,用CIDR+PG法进行同期发情处理,选择黄体合格的受体,采用非手术法移植德系乳肉兼用型西门塔尔牛胚胎,在移植后60~90 d通过直肠检查法进行妊娠诊断,确定妊娠率,跟踪调查产犊情况,并测定胚胎移植所产犊牛的初生体重和主要体尺指标。[结果]受体牛同期发情处理270头,胚胎移植87头,妊娠28头,移植妊娠率32.18%;妊娠母牛中产犊17头,产犊率60.71%,产犊19头,成活16头,产犊成活率84.21%。公母犊牛平均的初生重33.00 kg,体高69.50 cm,体斜长62.19 cm,胸围72.69 cm,管围13.50 cm。[结论]首次在文山州开展了牛胚胎移植获得成功,杂交牛受体的移植妊娠率极显著或显著高于文山牛受体,秋季移植的妊娠率极显著高于春季和冬季的。提示以杂交牛为受体在秋季进行胚胎移植可有效提高移植成功率。 相似文献

2004年9月15日(第0天)给45只成年雌性东北梅花鹿阴道放置"阴道内孕酮释放装置"(CIDR),到第12天取出CIDR,同时肌肉注射孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG),21只母鹿注射200 IU(1组),24只母鹿注射150 IU(2组)。CIDR取出后24~72 h,用带试情布的成年公鹿对处理母鹿进行持续试情。结果第1组和第2组同期发情率分别为86%(18/21)和92%(22/24)(P>0.05),取出CIDR至发情的平均时间分别为(47.54±9.33)h和(49.74±6.69)h(P>0.05)。第2组1只母鹿表现出孕期发情现象。对发情母鹿进行腹腔镜人工输精,输精时间为取出CIDR后的48~78 h。输精后第5天到11月15日,每天早晨、中午和傍晚进行试情,检查人工输精母鹿返情情况,结果第1组和第2组人工输精母鹿未返情率分别为89%(16/18)和76%(16/21)。两组母鹿产仔率分别为50%(9/18)和38%(8/21)(P>0.05)。这对同期发情梅花鹿的定时输精特别有意义。 相似文献

In the present study, we examined the development to blastocysts of large and small blastomeres from unevenly cleaved 2‐cell embryos (uneven 2‐cell embryos) in pigs. Proportion of blastocysts derived from large blastomeres (52.8 ± 6.4%) was significantly higher (P < 0.05) compared with small ones (32.1 ± 4.6%). However, there were no differences in total cell number, inner cell mass (ICM) cell number and ICM/total cells ratio between them. Of 53 sister blastomere pairs in the same embryos examined there were 12 pairs (22.6%) in which both blastomeres developed to blastocysts, 16 pairs (30.2%) in which only large blastomeres developed to blastocysts, and five pairs (9.4%) in which only small blastomeres developed to blastocysts. Relative total amount of active mitochondria in small blastomeres were lower (P < 0.05) than that of large blastomeres and blastomeres from evenly cleaved 2‐cell embryos. However, there was no difference in relative density of active mitochondria in these three types of blastomeres. In conclusion, blastocysts derived from small and large blastomeres in uneven 2‐cell embryos had comparable quality in terms of cell number, ICM number, ICM/total cell ratio and distribution of active mitochondria. 从不同发情方式、不同胚胎类型、不同胚龄以及不同季节来探讨影响水牛体细胞克隆胚胎移植的效率。结果显示,自然发情与同期发情方法对水牛体细胞克隆胚胎的移植受胎率有显著影响。鲜胚和冻胚移植后受胎率没有显著差异,其受胎率分别是9.79%、14.5%。在移植中,不论是鲜胚还是冻胚,6日龄胚胎移植受胎率最高。而且不同日龄(5、6、7、8~10d)克隆胚胎移植受胎率差异不显著(鲜胚P=0.260 7,冻胚P=0。065 2)。克隆胚胎在秋季移植时受胎率最高,受胎率是16.06%,比其他季节高,且差异显著(P<00.05).其次是春季,但夏季和冬季克隆胚胎移植后受胎率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,水牛体细胞克隆胚胎在胚胎移植中是可行的,但效率比较低。 相似文献

The large Japanese field mouse (Apodemus speciosus) is a small rodent species endemic to Japan. The genetic characteristics of A. speciosus include different chromosome numbers within the same species. Furthermore, A. speciosus has been used in radiation and genetic research. In the present study, a pregnant A. speciosus was obtained, and histochemical analysis of the implanted embryos was performed and compared with the developmental stages of the mouse (Mus musculus). Although there were some differences, the structures of the implanted embryos, including the primitive streak and placenta of A. speciosus were similar to those of mouse. Our study will be important for the construction of a developmental atlas of A. speciosus. 相似文献

To obtain data concerning the survival of embryos and calves derived from somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) in Japan, a nationwide survey was carried out in April, 2009. As a result, data concerning 3264 embryo transfers (ETs) with SCNT embryos which produced 301 calves were accumulated and their survival was analyzed. The present survey revealed that survival rates of transferred bovine embryos and produced calves derived from SCNT had not improved over a decade (1998–2007). A remarkable feature of the pregnancies with SCNT embryos was a high incidence of spontaneous abortions. When the decade was divided by the occurrence of bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) in 2001, significant decreases in the ‘after BSE’ period (2002–2007) were observed in the percentages of calves born (P < 0.01), calves living at birth (P < 0.05), calves living for 24 h (P < 0.05) and 6 months (P < 0.01). Abortions that occurred during 61–99 days after ETs were significantly increased (P < 0.01) in the ‘after BSE’ period. Certain kinds of regeneration that occurred in oocytes during the 15–20 h of storage of bovine ovaries at 10–15°C as a part of BSE inspection might have had some negative effects on SCNT embryos when these oocytes were used as recipients of SCNT. 相似文献
