Model of Real Estate Portfolio Investment Based on the Least Risk

The high-speed development demands new real estate investment theory. Using the experiences of the Western developed countries for reference in property investment and modern portfolio investment theory, the paper introduces the conception of systematic and unsystematic risk with the centre of risk and profit. Consequently, the model of real estate base on least risk and anticipated profit is studied in the discussion of its concerned hypothesis and determining the concerned parameters. With living example analysis, we reach the conclusion that portfolio investment risk is smaller than single investment if the investor adjusts the tactics of portfolio investment.     

A Caculation Method of Portfolio Investment under the Risk Mininiz

According to the security investment theory of Markowitz,this paper presents aCaculation method of portfolio investment under the risk minimization,and some mathematic expres-sions of the efficient frontier for portfolio investment are conducted.Based on these,the efficientfrontier is proved as a parabola,and a practical caculation process is given.

Strategic Decision Model of Green Supply Chain Management

With increased emphasis on the natural environment by stakeholders, the need for explicit consideration and incorporation of environmental strategy has been critical within organization strategic plans and their operations. While in the scope of green supply chain management strategy decision is more important. The authors study the components and elements of green supply chain management and how they serve as a foundation for the decision framework. The structure of framework is network hierarchy, so the authors apply analytic network process (ANP) tool which was first introduced by Saaty. An illustrative example is used to explore the application of the ANP technique to this problem.     

A Thermodynamic Criteria for Evaluation of Heat Exchanger Performance

The concept of loss rate of available energy was introduced for evaluating heat exchanger performance. At the same time, the general expression of loss rate of available energy was obtained for heat exchangers of several typical. And NL criteria was recommended for evaluation of the loss rate of available energy of heat exchanger. Then. the influences of inlet temperatures ratio, heat capacity ratio of fluids, the number of heat transfer units and flow patterns of heat exchanger on ,VL criteria were also discussed.

The Security Strategy and Security Controls and Techniques for the Enterprise Management Information System

This paper attempts to present the security strategy and the security control and its implementation via the hierarchy of securitics used in an enterprise management information system based on unix and oracle. It describes the useful and critical techniques applied to every level of the hierarchy of securities,espcially the security control mechanism built in the applications. It also stresses and explains the impohance of the safety education and management.     

牛肉安全生产可追溯信息系统研究与应用

为适应牛肉外贸和出口需要,保障国内牛肉安全消费,应对牛肉安全突发事件,研发本系统。系统采用Visual Basic6.0面向对象编程技术和SQL Server 2000数据库技术及耳标、分割肉产品号及对应的EAN/UCC条码号等动物标识技术进行设计,建立了涵盖繁育、饲养、屠宰加工与销售整个链条的质量追溯体系,设计了信息查询、信息采集、帮助等5个主要功能模块。该系统结合中国牛肉安全生产现实,设置了保质期与药物残留两个安全预警机制,为促进中国牛肉安全系统建设提供了研究思路     

基于因子分析的农业上市公司经营业绩评价研究

农业是奠定基础、保障人民生活的基础产业,是乡村产业蓬勃发展和带动农民脱贫的关键环节。农业上市公司是农业高质量发展的顶梁柱,应在乡村产业由增产导向型向提质导向型的转型升级中发挥“头雁效应”。本研究基于因子分析方法对包含农林牧渔业在内的农业上市公司进行绩效评价,对于农业上市公司运营管理和公司治理水平提升,并更好地被国家和其他机构投资者所了解和掌握,最大限度发挥对其他农业经营主体和小农户的引领带动作用都具有十分重要的意义。研究结果表明,农业上市公司引领农业高质量发展的系统性工程需要政府、企业、农民及相关主体共同参与,从技术、人才、资源、政策等方面综合发力,精准施策。     

The Bankruptcy System and the Auction Model of Management Buyout

This paper studied how the auction processis influenced by bankruptcy probability, bankruptcy cost, and the corporatetax rate. The study found thatthe bidding price of the management is negatively associated with bankruptcy cost and probability, and positivelyassociated with the corporate tax. However, the expected profit of the outside investor is positivelyassociated with bankruptcy cost and probability, and negatively associated with the corporate tax. When the bankruptcy cost and probabilityis high enough, the acquisition market would be totally inefficient.     

我国中小型食品企业安全生产管理现状与对策

在对我国部分中小型食品生产企业进行考察和调研的基础上,就其食品生产安全管理现状和存在的问题进行了分析和讨论,并提出完善我国中小型食品生产企业安全管理体系和建立健全食品安全生产制度的建议和意见。     

砷胁迫下水磷耦合对不同磷效率水稻农艺性状及精米砷含量的影响

为探索缓解水稻砷毒害的农艺措施,选用耐低磷水稻99011和低磷敏感水稻99012,研究水分管理、磷用量及其交互作用对不同砷浓度酸性土壤上水稻生长发育、产量及稻米砷含量的影响。结果表明,节水灌溉(干湿交替)和增施磷肥都明显促进水稻生长(包括分蘖数、总穗数、有效穗、根系干重、生物量)和产量形成,缓解砷胁迫对水稻生长和产量的不利影响,且水、磷交互作用也表现出明显的正效应。50 mg kg^-1砷处理时,节水灌溉显著降低精米砷含量,而增施磷肥提高了精米砷含量,水、磷交互效应明显比水分管理效应差,但比磷肥效应好得多;100 mg kg^-1砷处理时,节水灌溉和增施磷肥都明显降低精米中的砷含量,且二者交互表现出正效应。土壤加砷后,相同处理的生物学性状均为耐低磷水稻明显大于磷敏感水稻,而精米砷含量则为耐低磷水稻显著低于磷敏感水稻。研究表明,可以根据砷污染程度采取干湿交替水分管理、调节磷用量以及选择吸收磷能力强的耐低磷水稻品种等措施缓解砷污染对水稻生长、产量和品质的不利影响。     

Performance Evaluating Index and Method on Inventory Management of Supply Chain

The inventory management in supply chain is one of the most important aspect of supply chain management. As the organization and the management mode of the enterprise in supply chain has changed, the inventory management in supply chain is different from the traditional inventory management for single enterprise. The effective inventory management in supply chain can improve the agility and more quickly response to the market. Considering the present problems in the inventory management in supply chain, it is presented that the performance evaluating principle and the evaluating index. This paper makes certain the rate of the evaluating index with AHP method. It is evaluated the performance of inventory management of supply chain through the illegibility synthesis judge method, and it is applied to an example.     

HACCP管理体系在菠萝澄清饮料加工中的应用

通过HACCP管理体系,探讨了危害分析及关键控制点在菠萝澄清饮料加工中的应用,通过分析产品加工过程中各个环节及其潜在的危害,确定原料验收、超高温瞬时杀菌、热灌装封口、喷淋杀菌为关键控制点,并建立相应的关键控制临界值,进行控制、纠偏、记录及档案管理、验证审核等,保证产品质量的安全性。     

乳酸菌素对肉鸡生产性能和屠宰性能的影响

为了探讨乳酸菌素对肉鸡生产性能和屠宰性能的影响。300只1日龄健康肉仔鸡随机分为5组,每组设4个重复,每个重复15只。Ⅰ组为空白对照组,饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ组为抗生素对照组,Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别在基础日粮中添加50,100,200 mg/kg乳酸菌素。比较各处理组对肉鸡的生产性能和屠宰性能的影响。试验期70天。结果表明,各组间平均日采食量差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅱ和Ⅳ组平均日增重较Ⅰ组显著提高(P<0.05),而Ⅱ和Ⅳ组间的平均日增重差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅳ组料重显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),与Ⅱ组差异不显著(P>0.05)。屠宰性能方面,半净膛率和全净膛率各组间差异不均显著(P>0.05);胸肌率及腿肌率,Ⅱ、Ⅳ组较Ⅰ组显著提高(P<0.05),其他各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。可见,添加100 mg/kg乳酸菌素可显著降低肉鸡的料重比和显著提高胸肌率及腿肌率,其结果与抗生素组相同。     

养分优化管理促进间作小麦高产群体的构建

华北平原上最近出现的、既能保障粮食安全又可提高农民收入的小麦/西瓜/玉米间作体系备受农民欢迎,但是该体系普遍存在施肥不合理,养分盈余严重的问题。因此,本研究通过单因素随机区组设计的田间试验,探讨养分优化对该体系间作小麦群体动态和产量形成的影响,为建立间作小麦高产高效技术体系提供科学依据。本试验共设置了2个施肥处理,即：农户传统施肥(Con处理)和养分优化施肥(Opt处理),在4个农户的地块进行,共8个试验小区。从小麦返青期开始,监测间作小麦在两种施肥方式下,边行和内行的分蘖数动态变化;从小麦抽穗期开始,每隔3天,监测两个处理间作小麦边行和内行的抽穗数、扬花数的动态及收获期的生物量、产量及其构成要素。研究结果表明,通过养分的优化管理,显著增加了间作小麦的有效分蘖数、抽穗数、扬花数,提高了小麦的成穗率;同时,养分优化管理也增强间作小麦的边行优势,其小麦产量同传统相比,增产11.8%,收获指数增加16.7%。因此,通过养分优化可提高间作小麦边行的收获指数,促进间作小麦高产群体的建成,边行优势的增强,有助于间作优势的提高。
