碳氮比对里氏木霉合成木聚糖酶的影响   总被引:6,自引:2,他引:6  
以里氏木霉(Trichoderma reesei)Rut C-30为产酶菌,研究了不同碳氮比对木聚糖酶合成的影响。结果表明,低碳氮比有利于促进内切-β-木聚糖酶的合成,抑制外切-β-木糖苷酶的合成,有利于选择性合成低外切-β-木糖苷酶活的内切-β-木聚糖酶。高碳氮比使得木聚糖酶的合成滞后,能够有效地抑制纤维素酶的合成,提高木聚糖酶活与纤维素酶活的比值,有利于选择性合成低纤维素酶活的木聚糖酶。  相似文献

蕃麻皂素即海柯吉宁,是一种具开发潜力合成生产地塞米松药物的原料,在论述国内外利用海柯吉宁研究及生产地塞米松现状的基础上,指出了国内合成生产存在的问题,针对国内用海柯吉宁合成生产地塞米松收率低的问题,提出把优化工艺作为合成生产的研究重点,且从3个方面进行研究,可将其收率从现在的6.03%提高到10%以上。  相似文献

研究了盐浸种对刺槐种子抗盐萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:①高盐浸种可提高幼苗的鲜重、含水量,降低低盐胁迫下的SOD活性。低盐浸种有利于叶绿素的合成,提高刺槐幼苗的抗盐能力,但效果不明显;②0.7%NaCl高盐胁迫下,发芽能力、鲜重均下降。低盐胁迫有利于种子活力指数的提高、叶绿素的合成;③从发芽时间进程上,SOD活性、叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量均呈‘升高—降低’的趋势。3.0%NaCl浸种可以改善种苗在盐逆境下的生长状况。  相似文献

为了探讨低分子量酚醛树脂处理木材导致材色加深的因素,采用紫外(UV)和红外(UV)吸收光谱分析低分子量酚醛树脂在合成和固化过程中主要产物的光吸收作用,确定了采用低分子量酚醛树脂改性木材化学药剂的合理配制和处理条件,并测定了处理后大青杨木材材色。结果表明:低分子量酚醛树脂生木材材色的色差变化较小,长时间放置材色稳定。  相似文献

采用常规和高醚两种工艺合成了脲醛树脂及三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂,研究了合成工艺、三聚氰胺添加、固化剂种类等对低摩尔比树脂胶接胶合板胶合强度和甲醛释放量的影响。结果表明:高醚工艺合成的脲醛树脂固化时间较长,胶接胶合板甲醛释放量较高。三聚氰胺在反应初期加入合成的高醚改性树脂胶接胶合板,胶合强度高,甲醛释放量低;三聚氰胺在树脂合成反应末期加入时主要起降低板的甲醛释放量作用。复合固化剂可有效促进低游离甲醛含量树脂的固化,提高胶合强度,降低甲醛释放量。  相似文献

基于TM卫星影像的基础上,应用ERDAS和ArcGIS软件,对影像原始数据进行了去除噪声、TM4,3,2三个波段假色彩合成及与spot卫星影像在坐标配准的基础上的融合等一系列预处理。并进行图像的监督分类、绿地的提取,由此得出重庆市都市区的绿地状况特征:城市总体绿地率低,绿地分布不均,长江两岸的覆盖率低。并对改善城市绿地状况提出了建议。  相似文献

Summary Particleboards were treated with a low molecular-weight phenol-formaldehyde resin and their properties were evaluated. Particles were dipped into aqueous solutions of resin or sprayed with resin solutions before spraying the conventional phenol-formaldehyde resin adhesive, or sprayed with a mixture of low molecular-weight resin and the adhesive resin in a single step. Though mechanical properties and dimensional stability of the phenolic-resin-treated boards were affected considerably by the incorporated resin loading (IRL), the methods of treatment did not produce significantly different results. After boiling for 2-hours, the boards treated at 10% IRL retained 80% of their strength values in the dry condition. The internal bond strength increased with increasing IRL values, and the boards with 20% IRL showed twice the value of untreated controls at the same level of board density. Treated particleboards showed a dramatic reduction in the rate of swelling even at low resin loading. Results obtained from accelerated laboratory tests of biodegradation suggested that incorporated resin-solids worked well to enhance decay and termite resistance of particleboards. For a brown-rot fungus, the weight loss was substantially reduced at 15% IRL, whereas attack was suppressed almost entirely even at low resin loadings for the white-rot fungus.  相似文献

通过对比观察高、低产脂思茅松枝干、针叶树脂道直径、外鞘细胞和分泌细胞个数及树脂道的数目,结果显示高产脂枝干中的树脂道个数和分泌细胞个数明显高于低产脂;并且产脂力系数越大,其树脂道数目和分泌细胞个数也最多,反之亦然。这说明树脂道的数目和分泌细胞数目,尤其是树脂道的数量决定了产脂力的大小,而树脂道的大小和外鞘细胞数目对其产脂力影响并不大。因此,以树脂道数量作为一个重要的指标衡量产脂力,对于高产脂类型思茅松的早期选育具有重要价值。  相似文献

为确定高产脂云南松的早期选择指标,采用石蜡切片法对不同海拔、不同产脂量云南松的针叶、树干韧皮部和木质部的组成性树脂道特征进行解剖观察,结果表明:高产脂与低产脂云南松的针叶树脂道个数、树干木质部树脂道密度、韧皮部树脂道大小及单位长度树脂道数量存在极显著差异(P<0.01),但不同海拔之间无显著差异;高、低海拔高产脂云南松针叶树脂道数量分别比低产脂的高38.89%、30.34%,树干木质部树脂道密度分别高58.06%、48.48%,韧皮部树脂道大小分别高32.20%、29.73%,韧皮部单位长度树脂道数量分别高21.95%、38.51%.说明针叶树脂道数量、树干木质部树脂道密度及韧皮部树脂道大小3项指标,也可作为云南松产脂力评价的部分指标.  相似文献

本文研究了低温低pH尿素与甲醛反应的新方法。研究表明尿素与甲醛反应有着不同的历程,反应过程明显缩短。树脂具有化学改进的骨架结构,当固化时树脂含有亚甲基比亚甲基醚键多得多,树脂的耐水解性更稳定,释放甲醛较少。同时作者提出了低温低pH下尿素与甲醛反应的生成物作为一种基本树脂,以解决脲醛树脂胶粘剂贮存期不长,在贮存与运输中因气温的变化造成树脂变质的难题。  相似文献

对广西苍梧县国有天洪岭林场35年生的7种密度的马尾松林分进行采脂试验,结果表明:不同密度林分单位面积产脂量差异显著,低密度时,林分单位面积产脂量随着密度增大而增加,达到一定密度后,产脂量又随着密度的增加而减少;年平均单株产脂量则随着密度的增加而减少。在松脂主产区,进入成熟期的马尾松林分保留600~700株.hm-2的密度,产脂量高且经营效益好。  相似文献

松树增脂剂在福建省马尾松主产区推广应用结果表明:施用增脂剂具有明显的增产效果,增产幅度达13 3%~36 1%,增脂剂对于低产马尾松树脂增产效果更为明显。增脂剂增产后效作用明显,施用增脂剂后,全年可增加30d采脂时间,并可延长采割年限2~3a,节约和保护采脂资源,提高采脂效率。  相似文献

To enhance dimensional stability and biological properties, low molecular weight phenolic resins of a conventional alkaline type and neutralized type were impregnated into Japanese cedar wood (Cryptomeria japonica D. Don) and heat-cured. The treatment with the neutralized type resin retained the original wood color, whereas the alkaline treatment changed the color of wood to red-brown. The concentrations of the resin solutions and the weight gains due to the resin loading of wood after treatment were highly correlated, and the target resin loading could be assessed from the solution concentration. A high dimensional stability of 60% antiswelling efficiency was attained when both types of resins were impregnated at about 30% resin loading and no significant difference was recognized between the two. To suppress decay attack from brown-rot and white-rot fungi, 15% and 10% resin loading due to treatment was required for the neutralized and alkaline types of phenolic resins, respectively. The penetration of resin into wood cell walls was investigated by means of light microscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and Electron Probe X-ray Microanalysis (EPMA). A m-Bromophenol-formaldehyde resin of three levels of an average molecular weight was used to detect the presence of resin by bromine signals. The phenolic resins with low and medium molecular weights (290 and 470) were shown to penetrate into the cell walls the furthest, thereby contributing to the enhancement of dimensional stability and decay resistance in the resin-impregnated wood. Also, for phenolic resin with a high molecular weight (820), only the resin components of low molecular weight appeared to be present in the walls, making very little contribution to the dimensional stability.  相似文献

The effects of molecular weight of PF resin on the deformation behaviour of NaClO2 treated resin-impregnated wood during compression were investigated. Blocks of Japanese cedar were subjected to 2% NaClO2 aqueous solution. This was repeated up to four times resulting in a weight loss of 28%. Treated and untreated samples were impregnated with PF resin having different molecular weight. With increasing molecular weight, weight gain and volume gain decreased for untreated PF resin-impregnated wood, while NaClO2 treated wood impregnated with high molecular weight PF resin showed almost double the weight gain compared to untreated condition. NaClO2 treatment has shown considerable potential for high compression of PF resin-impregnated wood at lower pressing pressure regardless of the molecular weight of the resin. Low to high molecular weight resin was shown to penetrate into NaClO2 treated wood as estimated by weight gain contributing to the plasticization of cell wall considerably and thus resulting in cell wall collapse at low pressing pressure. The density of NaClO2 treated wood impregnated with high molecular weight resin attained a value of over 0.8 g/cm3 which is close to the density of untreated wood impregnated with low molecular weight resin. Such compressed wood exhibited high dimensional stability after boiling for 3 h. Thus, the penetration of resin into wood contributes to highly compressed dimensional stable resin-impregnated wood at low pressing pressure.  相似文献
