对云南红豆杉进行扦插繁殖试验研究,结果表明:云南红豆杉扦插育苗应选择半木质化的当年新枝作为插条生根率最高;在丽江市境内适宜云南红豆杉扦插的时间较宽,其中最佳扦插时间为7月和8月;用生根促进剂ABT2号生根粉进行插条处理的最佳浓度为200 mg/L; ABT2号生根粉是云南红豆杉扦插的最佳生根促进剂. 相似文献

在西双版纳普文试验林场进行插穗长度为 5cm、 3cm、 1cm的云南红豆杉短穗条的多因素扦插育苗试验。试验结果 ,短穗条扦插 6 9天后可达生根稳定期 ,5cm、 3cm、 1cm长穗条的平均成活率分别为 40 6 %、 2 7 5 %和 5 6 % ,参试因素的最佳组合是 1年生长 5cm的穗条 ,用 5 0 0mg/L 3号生根粉作蘸穗处理 ,选用森林土作基质的扦插床。表明云南红豆杉短穗条扦插育苗是成功的 ,经对扦插育苗的温、湿条件进行改善后 ,可投入生产。试验还获得了单叶生根的云南红豆杉植株。通过试验 ,扩展了对该树种无性繁殖潜力的认识。 相似文献

为探讨生产上东北红豆杉嫩枝扦插的技术,进行了不同接穗、不同药剂处理对东北红豆杉嫩枝扦插生根的影响试验,结果表明:采用甘霖1号生根剂原液浸泡不带踵插穗基部5~10 s效果最好,生根率可达71.3%,以ABT1号生根粉1 000 mg·L-1溶液速蘸带踵接穗,扦插生根率达到51%。 相似文献

2003~2004年应用2年生南方红豆杉幼苗进行扦插试验研究,结果表明:不同时间扦插的插穗生根时间最多相差2个月,2月中旬至3月中旬为最适宜扦插季节,扦插后3~5个月的生根率高于其它月份。用河沙与红泥作基质扦插,在不同季节扦插中以河沙作基质的生根效果比红泥的好。用生根剂处理有利于插穗提早生根及增加生根数量,以冬季及早春应用的效果较为明显,应用生根剂的插穗在扦插3~5个月后的生根率和生根数量与对照比有显著差异。不同类型插穗的扦插生根率在不同月份扦插的结果不同,但其差异不显著。 相似文献

连续3 a在福建闽清进行曼地亚红豆杉扦插繁殖试验,结果表明:用100 mg.L-1的NAA浸泡插穗6 h,生根率最高,可达92%;不同基质间生根率差异显著,混合基质(蛭石∶珍珠岩∶河沙=2∶2∶3)效果最佳,生根率达95%;不同年龄插穗扦插生根率差异显著,1年生穗条生根率最高,生长势最旺;最佳扦插时间是秋季(9月)。 相似文献

滇丁香是一种具有较高开发价值的园林观赏树种,利用植物非试管智能化快繁技术进行其扦插苗的规模化快繁,具有生根快、生根率高、移栽成活率好的优势。试验结果证明,滇丁香扩繁最佳的扦插方法是采用其半木质化枝条作为插条,用200 mg/kg的ABT2处理2 h后扦插;其次是用200 mg/kg的NAA或国光生根处理2 h后扦插。在规模化生产中,采用国光生根2 000 mg/kg快速沾根2~5 m in的方法,也可达到生根率90%左右的效果;同时电磁场处理苗床具有杀菌及提高生根率的作用。用非试管扦插快繁方法将未生根植株进行回插,1个月后仍可获得90%以上的生根效果,该特点与其他树种扦插苗的表现显著不同,有利于提高滇丁香扦插苗的生产效率。 相似文献

The results of bulk propagation of Norway spruce for one year are presented. The number of cuttings produced per seedling ranged from 21 to 38 between different families, with a large within-family variation. No clear relationship between family field performance and production of cuttings could be seen. Established cuttings produced more propagules per plant than seedlings in the first propagation. Misting gave about 92% rooting, with no significant differences between different rooting media used. A bulk propagation programme is proposed with a potential production of about 1000–1500 plants per germinated seed within 3 years of sowing. 相似文献

ABSTRACTSalix anatolica Ziel. & D. Tomasz., belonging to Salicaceae family, is endemic to the East Mediterranean in Turkey. Its threat category has been assessed as vulnerable based on the red list criteria of IUCN. Therefore, it is necessary to protect and reproduce. Within the scope of this study, propagation of the species is carried out by cutting which is one of the vegetative propagation methods. Under greenhouse media conditions, effects of different concentrated doses of auxins were examined on rooting percentage (RP), number of roots (RN) per rooted cuttings, and root length (RL) related to male and female stem cuttings. At the end of this study, the highest RP in the cuttings taken from the female individuals was 100% in Control and IAA 1000 ppm treatments, this value was also obtained as 100% in Control + Wounding and IAA 1000 ppm treatments in the cuttings taken from the male individuals. While hormone applications were effective on the RP in male individuals, they were effective on the RN and RL in female individuals. In addition, wounding has had a positive effect on both male and female individuals. 相似文献

竹子秆枝连体(枝条与竹秆不分离)埋穗育苗技术是利用分枝枝节隐芽在适宜条件下能萌发成竹的特性而进行的无性繁殖方法。对紫竹进行的秆枝连体埋穗育苗试验结果表明:在钢架大棚内,采用砂壤土作育苗基质,选取粗1cm以上、2年生母竹及侧枝,于枝叶萌发前半月内埋穗,并在埋枝前用100mg/kg的ABT1号生根粉或IBA溶液浸泡基部30min,能够明显提高埋穗的出苗率和成活率,最高可达到87.5%和76.3%。该方法能够大大降低育苗成本,是目前较为理想的育苗方法,具有极高的推广价值。 相似文献

The vegetative propagation of the multipurpose leguminous shrub Colutea arborescens from leafless hardwood cuttings was examined.
Specific attention was paid to the factors: 1) cutting origin (apical, medial or basal); 2) indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) treatment
(0, 50 or 200 ppm); and 3) relative humidity of the propagation environment (high or low humidity). After 120 days, 67.6%
of the C. arborescens cuttings had rooted. The rooting ability of the cuttings was significantly influenced by the cutting
origin and hormonal treatment. No effects on rooting percentage were shown by the relative humidity of the propagation environment.
The best rooting response (95%) was shown by basal cuttings treated with 200 ppm IBA. Cutting origin, IBA treatment and relative
humidity were significantly related to the root number, longest root length and the fresh/dry biomass of roots and leaves.
Under conditions of high humidity, basal cuttings treated with 200 ppm IBA gave rise to the most highly developed plants.
The positive relationship between sprouting and rooting suggests that successful propagation is related to the shoot formation
potential of the cutting's food reserves. These findings were used to propose an efficient method for the vegetative propagation
of C. arborescens plants.

以10年生红枫嫩枝作手插条,采取带土球(含ABT生根粉)、细致作床、弓罩塑料薄膜保温和精细管理等措施,进行扦插繁殖试验.结果表明,带1个顶芽和带2~3个顶芽的插条,生根率分别达到85%和95%;其不定根发生于愈伤组织,属皮部愈合型生根.对一年生扦插苗的生长状况进行比较,以带2~3个顶芽的扦插苗,优于带1个顶芽的扦插苗. 相似文献

Tests were conducted to assess rootability of red alder softwood cuttings from shoots of young trees and epicormic sprouts of mature individuals. Ortets were 3 to 34 years old, and treatments with and without indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) were compared. The extent of rooting and root vigor on the cuttings varied greatly among ortets and treatments. Among nonterminal cuttings, the best overall rooting success, with and without IBA, was obtained with cuttings of the youngest ortet. Average rooting of terminal and nonterminal cuttings of one clone were 100% and 64%, respectively. Although cuttings of some trees rooted well without IBA, the IBA treatment appeared to be generally beneficial. For all nonterminal cuttings of all clones, best results (80.0%/x) were obtained with a 10-sec dip in 2,000 or 4,000 ppm IBA. Vigorous planting stock was obtained from the rooted cuttings of all clones. Using epicormic sprouts from mature trees of proven performance will presumably allow propagation of superior trees and establishment of new plantations with improved stock. 相似文献
