The authors of this paper carried out a study on resistance to chemical attack of the high performance concrete prepared with Portland cement, silica fume and superplasticizer ,which has proved that the high performance concrete offers excellent resistance to chemical attack.  相似文献

In this paper,six reinforced concrete beams dismounted from their worksites under long-term sulphate attack are studied.The authors analyzed the working properties and cracking moment of the reinforced concrete beams under long-term sulphate attack,suggesting that the reinforced concrete beams under long-term sulphate attack may have more favorable cracking-resistant behavior in some circumstances.  相似文献

Experimental research on flexural behavior of the different grade RC beams strengthened with ferrocement mortar through six RC beams is carried out. The matching of original component concrete to the composite mortar strength rank is studied and its influence on bending strength, the crack-resisting capacity and the bending stiffness of RC beams is analyzed. Based on plane cross-section assumption and the experimental results, the formulas of the theoretical ultimate strength capacity and stiffness are brought forward. The calculated results fit well with the experimental results, to provide a theoretical reference for actual engineering designs.  相似文献

Through many tests and standard analysis,the effects of solution concentration and temperature on rate of concrete sulfate attack were investigated.The test results show that when solution concentration and temperature are lower than certain value,the speed of attack is accelerated with increasing concentration and temperature,however,higher temperature and concentration of solution may decrease the rate of attack.The speed of attack of sodium sulfate is faster than the one of attack of magnesium sulfate under various factors.It is suitable to adopt the coefficient of tensile as the accelerated assessing criterion for the attack of sodium sulfate.The coefficient of tensile and compressive strength should be considered together for the attack of magnesium sulfate.  相似文献

In this paper the high-performance concretes with 56-day compressive strengths of 60 to 100 MPa (with or without silica fume) have been studied experimentally in order to develop information about the mechanical properties of high-performance concrete. Results and discussions are presented regarding compressive strength gain with time,effect of drying. A linear equation of static modulus of elasticity has been derived.The static modulus of elasticity and Poisson's ratio are calculated by regression with testing data of 20 specimens.  相似文献

In order to prepare aerated concrete with alkali-phosphorus slag and better use of industrial waste, the powder composition of the slurry was investigated. The impacts of certain factors on aerated concrete, including the foaming agent, sodium silicate modulus, alkali content and the temperature of alkali solution also were investigated using single-factor test methods. The results indicate that: the cement and fly ash in powder have impacts on the pouring stability of slurry, and the bulk density of aerated concrete is impacted by the amount of foaming agent, sodium silicate modulus and alkali content. In the experiment, aerated concrete with bulk density in range of 535~887 kg/m3 and compressive strength of 6~9.5 MPa was produced; its mechanical performance conforms to the requirements of the standard GB 11968 2006.  相似文献

Porous concrete is an eco-concrete with high porosity and high strength,whose application was restricted to some extent,because there is lack of appropriate and unitive mixing design method.According to the features of porous concrete,proportion design idea of porous concrete whose major design parameter was porosity and strength was satisfied by changing variety of cementing material and aggregate size.The design method of porous concrete was that the raw materials were selected according to design requirement at first,secondly,aggregate dosage per unit volume of porous concrete was calculated,thirdly,dosage of cementing material was calculated by apparent density of aggregate and porosity of design requirement,finally,cement dosage of the unit physical volume and water dosage were calculated by water cement ratio deter mined by requirement of forming process.The test result indicated that this mixing design method of porous concrete was reliable and feasible.  相似文献

On basis of the experiment on sixteen high strength concrete columns, their shear behaviors are analysed. The effects of shear-span ratio and axial compression ratio on failure behavior, cracking shear and shear strength are analysed. The authors have discussed the suitability of the design equations for shear strength in the code. This experimental study on shear strength of high strength concrete frame columns is the first one in this field at home and the results can be served as reference for the code of high strength concrete design.  相似文献

Municipal solid waste incineration fly ash (MSWI) was successfully used as raw material in sintering and preparing a calcium sulphoaluminate (CSA) cement clinker in laboratory. The effects of different types and different addition percentages of cement additives on compressive strength and hydration properties were investigated. The results showed that lime (LI) powder / slag (SL) powder was compatible in CSA cement system while the activities of fly ash(FA)/ MSWI was low. Adding these four types of cement additives in CSA cement system respectively, there were negative effects on compressive strengths of hardened cement at early age while LI/SL improved the compressive strength at later age. The performance of combined additives was better, especially, the specimens with 10%LI+10%SL, 10%LI+10%MSWI, and 5%LI+15%SL.  相似文献

An experimental study of the splitting tensile strength and compressive strength were carried out. Effects of PVA fiber was analyzed on ratio between splitting tensile strength and compressive strength. The dimensions of cubic specimens were 100 mm×100 mm ×100 mm. PVA fiber were added at the volume fractions of 0, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2% and the fly ash content were 30%, 50%. The test results indicate that, the compressive strength varies very little after incorporation with PVA fiber, however, the splitting tensile strength increases from 42.64% to 135.12% and the ratio between splitting tensile strength and compressive strength increases from 36.82% to 134.27%. What's more, the compressive strength of cementitious composite including fly ash at the ratio of 30% is 20% higher than that of 50%,and there is no obvious improvement on the splitting tensile strength with the change of fly ash content. This paper also shows that the compressive test cube of PVA fiber cementitious composites has multiple cracks and is hardly crumbled in the degradation process, and then the compressive toughness can be enhanced significantly.  相似文献

The interface zone between mortar and aggregate influences overall performance of concrete and is an important issue for concrete research. Focusing on the structure and performance characteristics of the interface zone in cement concrete, the development of interface research in P. R. China and elsewhere were reviewed. The research aspects discussed included interface structure and performance, study techniques, interface improvement methods, and the influence of the interface on overall concrete performance. The influential factors of structural characteristics and interface zone performance, together with both microscopic and macroscopic research techniques, were summarized. The reasons for differences in interface zone structure and performance, and its degree of influence on the overall concrete performance were analyzed. Methods for improving the interface zone were generalized, including using an interface with slag powder as inorganic material and one with an organic coupling agent. 以蛋清蛋白为原料,制备热诱导制取不可逆性凝胶,在单因素试验基础上,采用三因素二次正交旋转组合设计研究了三聚磷酸钠(X1)、瓜尔胶(X2)、酪蛋白酸钠(X3)对蛋清蛋白热诱导不可逆性凝胶性质的影响,建立了二次回归模型。结果表明,X12,X22在0.01水平上差异极显著,X32在0.05水平上差异显著;最佳配比为三聚磷酸钠质量分数0.100%,瓜尔胶质量分数0.100%,酪蛋白酸钠质量分数0.250%,此时蛋清蛋白凝胶强度预测值为550 g/cm2,实际值为542 g/cm2,二次正交旋转组合设计法可信度强,具有很好的预测意义。  相似文献

This paper makes a comparison of high strength concrete prepared with Metakoalin and that prepared with silica fume in terms of their workability, compressive strength , shrinkage and resistance to sulphate attack. The research results indicate that high strength concrete prepared with Metakoalin is better than that prepared with silica fume in terms of workability. When the water to binder ratio is high, concrete prepared with Metakoalin has a greater compressive strength than that prepared with silica fume. In contrast, when the ratio is low, it is the concrete prepared with silica fuma has a higher strenth. Concrete prepared with Metakoalin has a smaller auto -shrinkage and dry-shrinkage than that prepared with silica fume. And concrete prepared with Metakoalin will be just as good as concrete prepared with silica fume in terms of resistance to sulphate attack. It is indicated by the research that Metakoalin has same high activity as silica fume in the preparation of high strength concrete.  相似文献

There are numerous shear walls with flanges in the high-rise buildings in P.R.China.The shear strength formula for shear walls in Chinese design codes lacks experimental data,while test results in other nations lack aseismatic shear strength test results for shear walls with flanges under axial force.In this paper,we report low-cyclic reverse load test results of shear wall models with large dimensions,one shear wall having an I-shaped cross-section and two with a T-shaped cross-section.We discuss why the aseismatic shear walls of high-rise buildings with large height-to-length ratios have small shear span ratios.We assess the reliability of the shear strength formulary in the Chinese codes for design of shear wall using the international shear wall test results.  相似文献
